本申请实施例提供一种上行发送方法和装置。本申请实施例的上行发送方法包括:接收接入网设备发送的第一消息,第一消息用于配置第一上行资源。在第一上行资源上进行上行发送。其中,第一上行资源在第一时间段内至少包括第一部分和第二部分,第一部分和第二部分之间的上行发送的相位偏差在第一阈值范围内,和/或第一部分和第二部分之间的上行发送的功率偏差在第二阈值范围内,第一时间段为在第一时间长度内的第一上行资源的起始至结束之间的时间,或者,为第一上行资源在第一传输机会内的起始至结束之间的时间。本申请可以无需增加附加DMRS,提升信道估计质量,从而节省DMRS的资源开销,提升上行频谱的利用率。
