本申请实施例提供一种业务处理方法、装置以及系统，涉及通信技术领域，用以提升终端的业务体验。该方法包括：数据分析网元获取第一终端访问第一数据网络时的第一业务的相关信息。数据分析网元获取第一终端访问第二数据网络时的第二业务的相关信息。数据分析网元根据第一业务的相关信息和第二业务的相关信息，确定第一数据网络的用于向第一网元推荐在第一数据网络上部署第二业务的第一信息。数据分析网元向第一网元发送第一信息。通过推荐在第一数据网络上部署第二业务，便于后续第一终端在第一数据网络上不仅可以访问第一业务还可以访问第二业务，除了可以提升第一数据网络的业务范围和业务量，还降低了第一终端访问第二业务的时延。
