It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
In a first embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 1, a method for starting a fitness mode is provided, where the method for starting the fitness mode includes:
step S10, obtaining user action information through the action detection device;
step S20, performing motion recognition on the user limb motion according to the user motion information to obtain a motion recognition result;
and step S30, if the user is determined to be in the fitness state within the preset judgment time range according to the action recognition result, starting the fitness mode.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that the motion detection device is usually a camera device, a camera is introduced into all current high-end and medium-end smart televisions, and an intelligent camera function is introduced into some high-end models, and the function integrates functions such as gesture recognition and motion recognition, and a TOF (Time of Flight) camera can be used to perform accurate multi-level distance detection on an object within 5 meters, and perform accurate 3D data of the whole body of a human body to obtain point cloud data; the user action information is action information determined according to video data recorded by current camera equipment; the motion recognition uses a frame as a unit to send user motion information to a motion detection model, the model is a classification model trained based on android nn, whether the frame information is fitness information can be determined and used as a judgment basis for detecting whether a user is in a fitness state, and a motion recognition result is obtained after the motion recognition; the preset judgment time range is the time required by the terminal equipment for judging that the user is in the fitness state, and if the duration time of the fitness state is not within the preset judgment time range, the fitness mode cannot be started.
Illustratively, the steps S10 to S30 include:
when the intelligent television runs, the camera shooting equipment is turned on, current picture data are recorded through the camera shooting equipment, so that user action information is obtained, the user action information is subjected to action recognition on the body actions of the user through a classification model based on Android nn running in system service, so that an action recognition result is obtained, and after the system service judges according to the action recognition result, the current user is continuously in a fitness state within a preset time range, and then the fitness mode of the terminal is directly started.
In step S30, if it is determined that the user is continuously in the fitness state within the preset determination time range according to the motion recognition result, the step of starting the fitness mode includes:
step S31, if it is detected that the motion recognition result is greater than a preset matching success threshold and continues for the preset determination time range, determining that the user continues to be in the fitness state within the preset determination time range, and starting a fitness mode.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that the action recognition result is obtained by a matching degree, the matching degree is obtained according to the user action information and preset body-building action information in a preset body-building action information base, the user action information is determined by point cloud data recorded by a camera device, the point cloud data refers to a set of vectors in a three-dimensional coordinate system, information obtained by such data hardly coincides with the preset body-building action information, but according to a classification model based on nn, the Android model obtained by training through a convolution algorithm matches the two to obtain a matching degree, the larger the matching degree is, the more the Android model is similar to the Android model, so as to accurately recognize the user action information and the preset body-building action information; the preset matching success threshold is a matching degree preset by the system and passes through adjustable parameters, and the larger the preset matching success threshold is, the larger the similarity between the two pieces of information is required to be.
Illustratively, step S31 includes:
if the action recognition result is detected to be larger than the preset matching success threshold value and continuously within the preset judgment time range, the user action information corresponding to the matching degree of the action recognition result is successfully matched, the preset body building action information corresponding to the matching degree is used as the recognized body building action, the user is determined to be continuously in the body building state within the preset judgment time range, the body building mode is started, the accuracy of the action recognition result is guaranteed through the preset matching success threshold value and the preset judgment time range, and the action recognition error is prevented from occurring.
In step S31, before the step of initiating the exercise mode, the exercise mode initiation method further includes:
step A10, sending a request for starting the fitness mode to the user terminal, and after receiving feedback information of the request for starting the fitness mode, executing the next step: the fitness mode is initiated.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that after the motion recognition is successful and the exercise mode can be started, the exercise mode can be continuously started only by obtaining the consent of the current user.
Illustratively, step a10 includes:
and if the user is determined to be continuously in the fitness state within the preset judgment time range according to the action recognition result, sending a fitness mode starting request to the user terminal, and starting the fitness mode after receiving feedback information based on the fitness mode starting request returned by the user.
Specifically, the system service judges that the user is in a continuous fitness state after judging, uses voice prompt or pop-up window to prompt whether the user needs to convert the television into the fitness mode, directly starts the fitness mode if the user chooses to approve entering, and can start the fitness mode only if the user approves.
In step S31, the step of initiating the exercise mode includes:
step A20, downloading an application program with the application type of fitness to start a fitness mode; and/or
Step A30, adding a fitness type tag to the tag type homepage to start a fitness mode; and/or
Step A40, pushing the fitness video and the fitness type application program in the fitness type label of the label type homepage.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that the exercise mode may be to automatically download the exercise application, add the exercise tab to the tab-type homepage, and automatically push the exercise video and the exercise application.
Illustratively, steps a20 through a40 include:
the method comprises the steps that a corresponding fitness apk (Android application package) is downloaded for a user, and/or a homepage label is expanded on a homepage, so that the user can conveniently enter the fitness apk, and/or a recommended fitness video and a fitness application entrance are arranged below the homepage, so that a fitness mode is started without manual setting, the user is automatically determined to be in a fitness state, and after authorization of the user is obtained, the terminal equipment is automatically set to be the fitness mode, so that the user can conveniently obtain related information through the fitness mode, and the use experience of the intelligent television is improved.
The embodiment of the application provides a method for starting a fitness mode, namely, user action information is obtained through an action detection device; performing motion recognition on the user limb motion according to the user motion information to obtain a motion recognition result; and if the user is determined to be continuously in the fitness state within the preset judgment time range according to the action recognition result, starting the fitness mode, automatically detecting the action information of the user through the picture frame captured by the camera, performing action recognition on the action information of the user, judging that the user enters the fitness state through the action recognition, and guiding the user to start the fitness mode of the terminal.

In order to solve this problem, this embodiment provides a data multiplexing mode, as shown in fig. 3, a corresponding code is added to a camera, a copy of user action standby information is copied to the camera data obtained by the module, and the camera data is placed in an applied memory buffer, a system service obtains a pointer of the memory buffer (named buffer) to use the camera multiplexing data, and the system service transmits the data to a classification model to obtain a determination result of a fitness action.
Illustratively, steps B10 through B20 include:
copying the user action information, caching the copied user action information in a memory as user action backup information, caching the copied user action backup information in the memory, synchronously displaying the user action information directly captured by the camera equipment, performing action recognition on the body action of the user through the user action backup information to obtain an action recognition result, and copying another piece of user action backup information to solve the problem that the camera data cannot be synchronously sent to a third-party application program.
The fitness mode starting method further comprises the following steps:
and step B30, displaying the user action information on a preset area of the display device.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that the user action information directly recorded by the image capturing device may be synchronously displayed on the display device of the terminal device while being recorded, and the user action information needs to be sent to a preset image drawing area to be drawn to be displayed on the display, and then the user action backup information obtained by copying the user action information and caching the user action information in the memory is sent to the action identification module in the system to perform action identification synchronously.
Illustratively, step B30 includes:
the user action information is sent to a preset image drawing area and displayed on the preset area of the display device, and meanwhile, the user action standby information cached in the memory is called so as to be sent to the action recognition module for action recognition according to the user action standby information, and the recorded user action information can be displayed on the display device while being recorded and synchronously recognized.
Specifically, after the fitness mode has been started, the split-screen display can be automatically turned on, and standard fitness actions can be played while user action information is played.
In step B20, the step of performing motion recognition on the user limb motion according to the user motion backup information to obtain a motion recognition result includes:
step B21, extracting user limb action information from the user action backup information;
step B22, matching the user limb action information with each preset fitness action information in a preset fitness action information base to obtain a matching degree;
and step B23, determining the matching degree as the action recognition result.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that the point cloud data of the user body motion can be obtained from the user motion backup information, and the specific user body motion can be determined according to the point cloud data, so as to obtain the user body motion information, such as body building motions of stretching, rope skipping, and flat plate support; and a large amount of standard preset fitness action information is stored in the preset fitness action information base so as to be matched and compared with the user limb action information by the system.
Illustratively, steps B21 through B22 include:
extracting the current user limb action information from the user action backup information, matching the user limb action information with each preset body-building action information in a preset body-building action information base one by one, determining respective matching degree, and determining an action recognition result according to the matching degree.
The embodiment of the application provides a user action information data multiplexing method, namely copying the user action information, and caching the copied user action information in a memory as user action backup information; and performing action recognition on the user limb action according to the user action backup information to obtain an action recognition result. By copying the user action information, the problems that the user action information cannot be synchronously sent to the action recognition module for recognition after being displayed on a display, and the camera data cannot be synchronously sent to a third-party application program are solved, action recognition is realized while the user action information is previewed, and the efficiency of automatically starting the fitness mode is improved.
