Referring to fig. 7, 8, 9 and 10, fig. 8 is a schematic view of the mounting bracket 13 of the embodiment shown in fig. 7 from another perspective, fig. 9 is an exploded view of the mounting bracket 13 of the embodiment shown in fig. 7, and fig. 10 is a cross-sectional view of the mounting bracket 13 of the embodiment shown in fig. 7 taken along line x-x. The whole clamping member 14 may be a frame structure, but may also be a shell-like structure, and may even be in other shapes. The fixing member 14 may be made of a hard material, but may also be made of the same material as the middle frame 11 or the rear cover 12.
The fixing member 14 may include a fixing body 141 disposed in the mounting groove 1111 and the receding groove 1121, a locking edge 142 disposed on a side of the fixing body 141 away from the camera module 30, and a connecting portion 143 disposed on the locking edge 142 and used for connecting with the limiting member 15. The fixing body 141 and the fixing edge 142 enclose a receiving space 130 for receiving the camera module 30. The connecting portion 143 is detachably connected to the limiting member 15, so that the limiting member 15 and the locking edge 142 cooperate to lock the camera module 30.
The fastening body 141 has a substantially plate-like structure. The fixing body 141 can be disposed in the mounting groove 1111 and the receding groove 1121 so as to be limited by the middle frame 11, such as the substrate 111 and the frame 112. In some scenarios, the fixing body 141 can be limited on the plane of the substrate 111 and cannot move when being disposed in the mounting groove 1111 and the receding groove 1121.
The fixing body 141 is provided with a communication hole 1411 at a position opposite to the camera hole 1112 to communicate with the camera hole 1112, so as to cooperate with the camera hole 1112 to give way to the camera module 30, so that the camera module 30 can extend into the communication hole 1411 and the camera hole 1112.
In an embodiment, the fixing body 141 can be fixed on the middle frame 11, such as the substrate 111, by clamping, plugging, welding, bonding, screwing, limiting, and the like. It is understood that in some embodiments, the fixing body 141 may be omitted, and may be integrated with the middle frame 11, such as the substrate 111, that is, the fixing body 141 may be a part of the substrate 111.
The locking edge 142 may extend from an edge of the locking body 141 to a side away from the camera module 30. The locking edge 142 can cooperate with the limiting member 15 to surround the edge of the locking body 141. The locking edge 142 may include a first locking edge 1421 disposed in the yielding groove 1121 and opposite to the limiting member 15, and a second locking edge 1422 and a third locking edge 1423 disposed opposite to each other and respectively connected to the first locking edge 1421. The first locking edge 1421, the second locking edge 1422, the third locking edge 1423 and the limiting member 15 are disposed around the edge of the locking body 141. The first locking edge 1421 can cooperate with the limiting member 15 to limit the position of the camera module 30. The second edge 1422 and the third edge 1423 cooperate to limit the position of the camera module 30.
The terms "first", "second", "third", etc. in this application are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implying any number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first," "second," "third," etc. may explicitly or implicitly include at least one of the feature.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present.
It can be understood that the first clamping edge 1421 is disposed in the receding groove 1121 and limits the camera module 30, so that the first clamping edge 1421 and the frame 112 can be an integral structure, that is, the first clamping edge 1421 and a portion of the frame 112 can be formed. Furthermore, the first locking edge 1421 can also be omitted, so that the camera module 30 extends into the receding groove 1121, the camera module 30 is closer to the frame 112 because the first locking edge 1421 is not disposed, the camera hole 1112 is closer to the frame 112, the limiting member 15 is matched with the frame 112, and the camera module 30 is limited.
In addition, in some scenarios, the mounting groove 1111 may mount and limit the fastening body 141, so the second and third clip edges 1422 and 1423 may be omitted to mount and limit the camera module 30 through the mounting groove 1111.
The connecting portion 143 may include a first connecting portion 1431 disposed at an end of the third ledge 1423 away from the first ledge 1421, and a second connecting portion 1432 disposed at an end of the second ledge 1422 away from the first ledge 1421. The first connection portion 1431 and the second connection portion 1432 are configured to mount the limiting member 15.
One side of the first connecting portion 1431 facing the second connecting portion 1432 can be provided with a clamping interface 1433, so that the limiting member 15 is placed in the clamping interface 1433 to achieve clamping limitation. Of course, the clip interface 1433 of the first connection portion 1431 may be replaced by other insertion structures, clip structures, screw structures, pivot structures, and the like.
One side of the second connection portion 1432 facing the first connection portion 1431 can be provided with a clamping interface 1433, so that the limiting member 15 is placed in the clamping interface 1433 to achieve clamping limitation. Of course, the clamping interface 1433 of the second connection portion 1432 may be replaced by other insertion structures, clamping structures, screw connection structures, pivot connection structures, and the like.
In some embodiments, the arrangement positions of the connection parts 143, for example, the first connection part 1431 and the second connection part 1432, may be changed according to circumstances. For example, in some scenarios, the connection portion 143, e.g., the first connection portion 1431, is disposed at an end of the ledge 142, e.g., the first ledge 1421, away from the third ledge 1423, the second ledge 1422 is disposed opposite to the first ledge 1421, and the connection portion 143, e.g., the second connection portion 1432, is disposed at an end of the ledge 142, e.g., the second ledge 1422, away from the third ledge 1423.
It is understood that when the clamping body 141 and the clamping edge 142 are omitted, the connection portions 143, such as the first connection portion 1431 and the second connection portion 1432, can be directly fixed on the substrate 111. For example, the connection portion 143, such as the first connection portion 1431 and the second connection portion 1432, is fixed on the substrate 111 by means of inserting, clamping, screwing, bonding, pivoting, and the like. In one embodiment, the connection portions 143, such as the first connection portion 1431 and the second connection portion 1432, are integrated with the substrate 111.
Referring to fig. 7, 8, 9 and 10, the position-limiting member 15 can be made of a hard material and/or an elastic material. The stopper 15 may have a plate-like structure as a whole, but may have other shapes such as a frame structure.
The position limiting member 15 may include a position limiting body 151 disposed opposite to the locking edge 142, for example, the first locking edge 1421.
The limiting body 151 is integrally formed in a plate-shaped structure. The limiting body 151 is provided with a clamping portion 152 at both ends of the extending direction to match with the connecting portion 143, such as the clamping interface 1433. For example, the clamping portion 152 at one end of the limiting body 151 can be clamped with the first connecting portion 1431, such as the clamping interface 1433, and the clamping portion 152 at the other end of the limiting body 151 can be clamped with the second connecting portion 1432, such as the clamping interface 1433.
It can be understood that the fitting relationship between the limiting main body 151 and the connecting portion 143 may not only be limited to the snap fitting between the snap portion 152 and the snap interface 1433, but also be a plug fitting, a bonding fitting, a snap fitting, a pivot fitting, or the like.
The middle of the limiting body 151 in the extending direction may be provided with a protruding portion 153 protruding toward the clamping edge 142, for example, one side of the first clamping edge 1421, so as to be clamped and limited with the camera module 30. In some embodiments, protrusion 153 may be omitted.
The stopper body 151 is provided with a grip portion 154 at an edge of a middle portion in the extending direction for a user to hold. It will be appreciated that the grip portion 154 may be disposed in other locations. In some embodiments, the grip portion 154 may be omitted.
Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a diagram illustrating the relationship between the display screen assembly 20 and the middle frame assembly 40 in the embodiment shown in fig. 3. The mounting bracket 13, for example, the fastening member 14, is disposed in the mounting groove 1111, the fastening body 141 can be fixed to the substrate 111 by adhesion, and the communication hole 1411 communicates with the imaging hole 1112. The locking edge 142, such as the first locking edge 1421, extends into the frame 112, such as the receding groove 1121. The limiting member 15 and the locking edge 142, such as the first locking edge 1421 and the receding groove 1121, are disposed opposite to each other.
Referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a diagram illustrating a relationship between the mounting frame 13 and the camera module 30 in the embodiment shown in fig. 3. The camera module 30 can be directly placed in the receiving space 130 of the mounting frame 13. For example, the housing space 130 may be directly placed upward, or the housing space 130 may be slid from between the first connection part 1431 and the second connection part 1432. In some scenarios, when the mounting block 13 is fixed on the substrate 111, the mounting block may slide into the accommodating space 130 from between the first connection portion 1431 and the second connection portion 1432 when the mounting block is not convenient to be directly placed into the accommodating space 130 from above.
The camera module 30 can be fixed on the mounting frame 13, such as the fastening body 141, by adhesion, but the camera module 30 can also be directly placed in the accommodating space 130 without adhesion with the mounting frame 13, such as the fastening body 141. The limiting member 15, for example, the clamping portion 152, is inserted into the clamping interface 1433, so that the limiting member 15 is connected to the clamping member 14, for example, the connecting portion 143. The limiting member 15, such as the protruding portion 153, abuts against the camera module 30, so as to cooperate with the fastening member 14, such as the first fastening edge 1421, to fasten the camera module 30. When the limiting member 15 has elastic deformation, the abutting acting force to the camera module 30 can be better provided. It is understood that the camera module 30 can be partially located in the receding groove 1121 when the camera module 30 and the mounting bracket 13 are mounted on the middle frame assembly 40.
When the camera module 30 needs to be removed or maintained in the later period, the holding part 154 is held, and the holding part 154 is pulled with force, so that the limiting part 15, such as the clamping part 152, is separated from the clamping interface 1433, and the clamping of the mounting frame 13 to the camera module 30 is released, and the camera module 30 is easily removed.
Referring to fig. 4, the display screen assembly 20 may be attached to the middle frame 11 and may be located in the installation space 103. The display panel assembly 20 has a non-display area at the edge to form a black border, and the camera hole 1112 is disposed opposite to the non-display area at the edge of the display panel assembly 20. When the camera hole 1112 is closer to the frame 112 due to the abdicating of the abdicating groove 1121, the camera hole 1112 is closer to the edge of the display screen assembly 20, so as to reduce the probability that the black edge of the non-display area is widened due to the arrangement of the camera hole 1112, so as to generate a narrower black edge. That is, the design of the middle frame assembly 40 reduces the width of the black border provided on the display screen assembly 20, and realizes a narrow border design of the border of the display screen assembly 20.
In one embodiment, the display panel assembly 20 may be an AMOLED (Active-matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode) display portion, a Micro LED (Micro Light Emitting Diode) display portion, or an OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) display portion. Of course, other types of display modules are also possible, and are not limited herein.
