When the 'ordinary broadcast' is touched and clicked, and the text information is recorded in the second input box and/or the voice information is recorded in the third interactive control, or when the 'intelligent sound box' is touched and clicked, and the voice information is recorded in the third interactive control, the fourth interactive control changes 'timed sending' from the first state to the second state, namely 'timed sending' from the unresponsive touch click to the responsive touch click, at the moment, in response to the touch click of the 'timed sending' by the user of the country government affairs unit, a third display area pops up in the current display interface, as shown in fig. 10, a year display area with four digital display boxes, a month display area, a date display area, a clock display area, a date display area and a date display area, and in the minute display area, the upper side and the lower side of each display frame are respectively provided with a click control (in fig. 10, triangular controls on the upper side and the lower side of the display frame), and when the click controls are touched and clicked, the number in the corresponding display frame is changed in the range of 0-9. And a sixth interactive control "confirmation" is further displayed in the third display area, when the "confirmation" is touched and clicked, the numbers in the display frames of the current year display area, the month display area, the date display area, the clock display area and the minute display area are acquired, time is formed to be used as preset sending time, as shown in fig. 10, the preset sending time is 2022/01/29,19:05, and when the time is reached, the pushing of the text information and/or the voice information is realized.
In another aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is provided a rural smart cloud broadcasting system, as shown in fig. 2, including: the device comprises an acquisition module and a pushing module.
The acquisition module acquires character information and/or voice information required to be used for broadcasting and prestores the character information and/or the voice information; the pushing module pushes the text information to a preset micro credit user and/or pushes the voice information to at least one of a preset telephone user, a country loudspeaker and an intelligent sound box.
In another aspect of the embodiments of the present application, an electronic device is provided, including: at least one processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to perform the rural smart cloud broadcasting method of the foregoing embodiments.
In a further aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is provided a computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, where the computer program is executed by a processor to control a device in which the storage medium is located to perform the rural smart cloud broadcasting method of the foregoing embodiments.
Fig. 11 is a schematic flowchart illustration of a broadcast process performed after a user logs in when the present application is applied.
Selection of information push mode: entering a 'country broadcasting' WeChat small program, authorizing and logging in; selecting any one or any two or four of four information issuing modes of voice (telephone calling), WeChat push, outdoor loud speaker and household intelligent sound box;
information entry: selecting information notification title (name), notification crowd (equipment), notification mode, emergency degree, information distribution content (including recorded voice and input characters) and sending time;
information push: the village broadcast small program performs the following operations according to the sending time and the information distribution mode and the selected crowd and equipment:
(1) if the voice is voice, namely, the phone call is carried out, the phone call is simultaneously dialed according to the selected crowd, after the information receiver answers the phone, the voice recorded by the information publisher is played, the receiver is prompted to repeatedly listen or hang up, and if the receiver does not listen or the signal is not passed, the platform calls the user which is not connected again once.
(2) If the information is the WeChat push, the platform judges the public number concerned by the people needing to be notified, sends an instruction to the public number, pushes the template information to the people needing to be notified by the public number, and the receiver can receive the voice notification and the text information issued by the publisher by clicking the details of the received information.
(3) If the user is outdoors, namely the outdoor loud speaker or the outdoor sound post, the publisher selects equipment needing to receive information according to the name of the village, and the platform can distribute the voice recorded by the information publisher to the outdoor loud speaker or the outdoor sound post corresponding to the village.
(4) If the intelligent sound box is a family intelligent sound box, the publisher selects the serial number of the intelligent sound box contained in the area when publishing information, the platform can publish the voice recorded by the information publisher to the intelligent sound box corresponding to the selected equipment serial number, forcibly pushes the prompt, and automatically closes the intelligent sound box after playing.

Claims (10)

1. A rural smart cloud broadcasting method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring character information and/or voice information required to be used for broadcasting, and prestoring;
and pushing the text information to a preset micro credit user and/or pushing the voice information to at least one of a preset telephone user, a country loudspeaker and an intelligent sound box.
2. The rural smart cloud broadcasting method of claim 1, wherein:
the predetermined WeChat user refers to a WeChat user paying attention to a designated WeChat public number; the preset telephone user refers to a mobile phone user or a fixed telephone user of a fixed telephone number which is registered in advance; the preset country loudspeaker and the preset intelligent sound are respectively an outdoor loudspeaker and an indoor sound accessed to a telecommunication operator network;
pushing the voice information to a preset mobile phone user, namely dialing a phone number of the preset phone user, and playing the voice information in a phone voice mode when the phone is connected;
the voice information is pushed to a preset country loudspeaker and/or an intelligent sound box, and the voice information is pushed to the outdoor loudspeaker and/or the indoor sound box through a telecommunication operator network, so that the outdoor loudspeaker and/or the indoor sound box can play the voice information.
3. The rural smart cloud broadcasting method of claim 2, wherein:
the broadcasting method is applied to the broadcasting of information to villagers by rural basic government affair units;
the acquiring of the text information and/or the voice information required to be used for broadcasting refers to acquiring the text information and/or the voice information which are input by the user of the country basic government affair unit in the first display interface of the appointed WeChat public number or the appointed WeChat applet;
the designated WeChat small program is communicated with the designated WeChat public number background and shares data;
and displaying a first interactive control and a second interactive control in a first display area of the first display interface.
4. The rural smart cloud broadcasting method of claim 3, wherein:
when the first interaction control is touched and clicked, second prompt information, a first pointing control and a second pointing control corresponding to the second prompt information are displayed in a second display area of the first display interface;
when the first pointing control is touched and clicked to change from the first state to the second state, third prompt information and a third interactive control corresponding to the third prompt information are displayed in a local area in the second display area; when the first pointing control is touched and clicked to change from the second state to the first state, the third prompt information and a third interactive control corresponding to the third prompt information are not displayed in the second display area; when the third interactive control is touched and clicked and the touch and click lasts for a preset time, in the time period of the preset time, a microphone of a mobile terminal held by a user of the current country base government affair unit is awakened, so that the user of the country base government affair unit can input voice information required for broadcasting;
when the second pointing control is touched and clicked to change from the first state to the second state, displaying fourth prompt information and a second input frame corresponding to the fourth prompt information in another local area in the second display area; when the second pointing control is touched and clicked to change from the first state to the second state, the fourth prompt information and a second input frame corresponding to the fourth prompt information are not displayed in the second display area; and when the second input box is touched and clicked, popping up an input keyboard in an area below the current display interface so that a user of the rural basic government affair unit can input the text information required for broadcasting into the second input box.
5. The rural smart cloud broadcasting method of claim 4, wherein:
and a fifth interactive control is also displayed in the second display area, when text information is already input in the second input box and/or voice information is already input through the third interactive control, the fifth interactive control is changed from the first state to the second state, and at the moment, the text information is pushed to a preset micro credit user and/or the voice information is pushed to a preset telephone user in response to the touch click of the fifth interactive control by the user of the rural basic government affair unit.
6. The rural smart cloud broadcasting method of claim 3, wherein:
when the second interaction control is touched and clicked, second prompt information, a third pointing control and a fourth pointing control corresponding to the second prompt information are displayed in the second display area;
when at least one of the third pointing control and the fourth pointing control is touched and clicked to change from the first state to the second state, third prompt information and a third interaction control corresponding to the third prompt information are displayed in a local area in the second display area; when a third pointing control and a fourth pointing control are both touched and clicked to change from a second state to a first state, the third prompt information and a third interactive control corresponding to the third prompt information are not displayed in the second display area; when the third interactive control is touched and clicked and the touch and click lasts for a preset time, in the time period of the preset time, a microphone of a mobile terminal held by a user of the rural basic government entity is awakened so that the user of the rural basic government entity can input voice information required for broadcasting.
7. The rural smart cloud broadcasting method of claim 6,
a fifth interactive control is further displayed in the second display area, and when voice information is recorded through the third interactive control, the fifth interactive control is changed from the first state to the second state; at the moment, in response to the touch click of the user of the country basic government affair unit on the fifth interactive control, if the third and fourth colluding controls are both in the second state, the voice information is pushed to both a preset country horn and an intelligent sound box; and if the third colluding control or the fourth colluding control is in the second state, the voice information is pushed to a preset country horn or an intelligent sound box.
8. A rural smart cloud broadcasting system, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring character information and/or voice information required to be used for broadcasting and prestoring the character information and/or the voice information;
and the pushing module is used for pushing the text information to a preset microcapiuary user and/or pushing the voice information to at least one of a preset telephone user, a country loudspeaker and an intelligent sound box.
9. An electronic device, comprising: at least one processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to perform the rural smart cloud broadcasting method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, controls a device on which the storage medium is located to perform the rural smart cloud broadcasting method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
