Abstract
本发明涉及一种基于知识图谱和老人画像的个性化健康关爱服务系统,其特征在于,包括知识图谱模块、老人画像模块以及个性化健康干预方案生成模块。与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:1)推荐服务以用户画像为核心,记录、存储并预测老人可能感兴趣的主题,让老人不再孤独,快速找到所对应的商品以及资讯;2)个性化智能用药服务以知识图谱为核心,用户画像为辅助,根据不同老人的实际情况为老人提供专业的、针对性的健康知识,让不懂医疗,不懂健康的老人减少搜索成本,准确高效的提供服务。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种个性化健康关爱服务系统,属于大健康技术领域。
背景技术
目前我国人口老龄化不断提速,养老服务已经成为老龄化社会的基础性公共服务。老人由多个不同群体构成,其中健康老人、低龄老人通常有一定自理能力,这类老人主要由家庭成员如子女照顾。而高龄、疾病老人通常由医疗机构与养老院等专业养护机构提供服务
专业机构虽然可以提供相对专业的健康医疗护理,但机构内老人数量大,护工难以对每位老人进行个性化服务。社区、子女虽然可以为老人提供个性化服务,但通常因为各种原因存在无法全时间段照护的情况。且社区、家人存在专业知识不足,照护不够专业等问题。目前的各种方式无法兼顾个性化、专业性与时效性,难以为老人提供完备的个性化健康养老服务。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:目前,无论是专业机构还是社区、子女都难以为老人提供完备的个性化健康养老服务。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是提供了一种基于知识图谱和老人画像的个性化健康关爱服务系统,其特征在于,包括知识图谱模块、老人画像模块以及个性化健康干预方案生成模块,其中:
知识图谱模块以健康/疾病问题类型、健康干预手段、健康管理目标以及老龄化阶段等多个维度为节点构建知识图谱;
老人画像模块对老人的各种行为进行全面分析并获得相关数据后,通过算法计算各项数据的权重获得老人画像;
个性化健康干预方案生成模块基于老人画像模块生成的当前用户的老人画像,利用知识图谱模块获得的与当前老人画像相符的关键词描述,个性化健康干预方案生成模块进一步基于关键词描述生成对应的个性化健康干预方案。
优选的,所述健康干预手段包括就医、用药、监测、营养方案、运动方案、作息调节、心理调节;所述健康管理目标包括预防、逆转、改善、维持+疾病/健康问题类型或具体健康体征指标;所述老龄化阶段包括轻度、深度、重度。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1)推荐服务以用户画像为核心,记录、存储并预测老人可能感兴趣的主题,让老人不再孤独,快速找到所对应的商品以及资讯;
2)个性化智能用药服务以知识图谱为核心,用户画像为辅助,根据不同老人的实际情况为老人提供专业的、针对性的健康知识,让不懂医疗,不懂健康的老人减少搜索成本,准确高效的提供服务。

如图1所示,本发明提供的一种基于知识图谱和老人画像的个性化健康关爱服务系统包括知识图谱模块、老人画像模块以及个性化健康干预方案生成模块,其中:
知识图谱模块以健康/疾病问题类型、健康干预手段、健康管理目标以及老龄化阶段等多个维度为节点构建知识图谱。其中,健康干预手段包括就医、用药、监测、营养方案、运动方案、作息调节、心理调节等,健康管理目标包括预防、逆转、改善、维持+疾病/健康问题类型或具体健康体征指标,老龄化阶段包括轻度、深度、重度。知识图谱模块以专业医学知识将各阶段分级,高效提供最符合老人当前身体状况的各种服务与建议。
老人画像模块对老人的各种行为进行全面分析并获得相关数据后,通过算法计算各项数据的权重获得老人画像。
个性化健康干预方案生成模块基于老人画像模块生成的当前用户的老人画像,利用知识图谱模块获得的与当前老人画像相符的关键词描述,个性化健康干预方案生成模块进一步基于关键词描述生成对应的个性化健康干预方案。
例如一名70岁高血压伴随超重问题(健康/疾病问题类型)的用户将其健康特征手动输入后,老人画像模块会生成当前老人的老人画像,知识图谱依据老人画像获得相应的关键词描述:深度老龄,超重,高血压(一期、二期、三期)。个性化健康干预方案生成模块由此输出此老人的个性化健康干预方案:
1.遵医嘱用药。
2.每天用上臂式血压计测量两次血压,服药后测量。
3.按照高血压病人食谱进行饮食营养调理,食物的摄入量按照“超重”需减重到标准体重为目标进行控制。
4.按照年龄段+高血压+超重进行运动计划,运动时间避开每日血压最高的时间段,运动强度结合减重和年龄段选择中等强度运动。
5.情绪管理,结合年龄段采取老人焦虑症的预防措施等。此后每日的健康信息将输入知识图谱,提供最贴合用户当前健康状况的个性化健康服务。

1.一种基于知识图谱和老人画像的个性化健康关爱服务系统,其特征在于,包括知识图谱模块、老人画像模块以及个性化健康干预方案生成模块,其中:
知识图谱模块以健康/疾病问题类型、健康干预手段、健康管理目标以及老龄化阶段等多个维度为节点构建知识图谱;
老人画像模块对老人的各种行为进行全面分析并获得相关数据后,通过算法计算各项数据的权重获得老人画像;
个性化健康干预方案生成模块基于老人画像模块生成的当前用户的老人画像,利用知识图谱模块获得的与当前老人画像相符的关键词描述,个性化健康干预方案生成模块进一步基于关键词描述生成对应的个性化健康干预方案。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种基于知识图谱和老人画像的个性化健康关爱服务系统,其特征在于,所述健康干预手段包括就医、用药、监测、营养方案、运动方案、作息调节、心理调节;所述健康管理目标包括预防、逆转、改善、维持+疾病/健康问题类型或具体健康体征指标;所述老龄化阶段包括轻度、深度、重度。
