First, an application scenario of the present disclosure will be explained. Customers generally carry out advertisement delivery through a plurality of delivery channels, budget estimation needs to be carried out on each delivery channel before advertisement delivery, but the achievable target may comprise a plurality of dimensions, and under the condition that budget distribution is not reasonable, the delivery result is larger than the expected difference, and the customers are difficult to accept. At present, advertisement product recommendation can be performed through modes such as an automatic advertisement recommendation platform and manual package recommendation, but the automatic advertisement recommendation platform cannot recommend products capable of executing delivery in a refined manner, and can obtain data capable of measuring value, accurate effect estimation can not be performed on recommended resources, and the manual package recommendation mode is low in efficiency, difficult to measure data accuracy, greatly influenced by the professionalism of a presenter, and uneven quality of a proposal, so that the effect of advertisement delivery is poor.
In order to solve the existing problems, the present disclosure provides a resource delivery method, a device, a readable medium, and an electronic device, where a plurality of to-be-delivered schemes are selected according to delivery intention information of a user, and a final target delivery scheme is determined according to an evaluation value of each to-be-delivered scheme, where the target delivery scheme can better meet expectations of the user, and resource delivery is more reasonable, thereby improving the effect of resource delivery.
The present disclosure is described below with reference to specific examples.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a resource delivery method according to an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, and as shown in fig. 1, the method may include:
s101, responding to the input of throwing intention information by a user, and determining a plurality of to-be-thrown schemes from a plurality of preset throwing schemes.
The delivery intention information may include a target scene, a target industry, a target budget and a target delivery time. The preset delivery scheme can be generated in advance according to historical resource delivery data.
In this step, the user can fill in an intention form through the resource delivery client, and determine the delivery intention information according to the intention form. Illustratively, the user fills in the intention form by clicking on a [ new activity intention ] button of the resource delivery client, where the intention form may include promotion accounts, brand names, scenes, activity cycles, budget amounts, activity names, attention indicators, and the like, and the attention indicators may include resource click-through rates, single click costs, frequency of reach of the target audience, and the like. The above-described intent are merely examples, which are not to be construed as limiting the present disclosure. After completion of the fill, the [ submit ] button may be clicked. After receiving an intention form submitted by a user, determining the releasing intention information according to the intention form, acquiring a plurality of preset releasing schemes, determining the matching degree corresponding to each preset releasing scheme according to the scene, budget, adaptation time, starting releasing time threshold and other information of the preset releasing scheme, and then determining a plurality of undetermined releasing schemes with the highest matching degree with the releasing intention information from the plurality of preset releasing schemes according to the plurality of matching degrees.
And S102, determining an evaluation value corresponding to each to-be-launched scheme.
In this step, after a plurality of to-be-determined delivery schemes are determined, for each to-be-determined delivery scheme, an evaluation value corresponding to the to-be-determined delivery scheme may be determined according to information such as a history score, a number of orders placed, an acquisition rate, and a number of sharing times of the to-be-determined delivery scheme.
S103, according to the evaluation value, determining a target delivery scheme from the plurality of to-be-delivered schemes.
In this step, after determining the evaluation value corresponding to each pending delivery scheme, one or more pending delivery schemes with the highest evaluation value may be selected as the target delivery scheme.
And S104, responding to the release request message input by the user, and releasing the resources according to the target release scheme.
In this step, after determining the target delivery scheme, the user may view the target delivery scheme through the [ view ] button of the resource delivery client, for example, after the user clicks the [ view ] button, detailed information of the target delivery scheme, for example, a flow ratio and a budget ratio of each delivered product in the target delivery scheme, may be displayed, and if the user approves the target delivery scheme, the [ one-click ] button of the resource delivery client may be clicked, and the delivery request message is triggered. After receiving the delivery request message, the resource delivery can be performed according to the target delivery scheme by using the method in the prior art. The user can also score the target delivery scheme for reference of subsequent scheme recommendation.
Before resource releasing, the user may further adjust the target releasing scheme, for example, the user may modify a flow rate ratio of each released product in the target releasing scheme, and after adjusting the target releasing scheme, the user releases the resource through the [ one-click releasing ] button.
In summary, when resource delivery is performed, a plurality of to-be-delivered schemes are selected according to the delivery intention information of the user, and a final target delivery scheme is determined according to the evaluation value of each to-be-delivered scheme.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating another resource delivery method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 2, the implementation manner of step S101 may include:
and S1011, determining the matching degree corresponding to each preset putting scheme according to the putting intention information.
In a possible implementation manner, for each preset delivery scheme, according to the target scene, a scene matching degree corresponding to the preset delivery scheme is determined, according to the target industry, an industry matching degree corresponding to the preset delivery scheme is determined, according to the target budget, a budget matching degree corresponding to the preset delivery scheme is determined, according to the target delivery time, a time matching degree corresponding to the preset delivery scheme is determined, and according to the scene matching degree, the industry matching degree, the budget matching degree, and the time matching degree, a matching degree corresponding to the preset delivery scheme is determined.
The scene matching degree is used for representing a matching degree between a release scene corresponding to the preset release scheme and a demand scene expressed by the user through the release intention information, a value of the scene matching degree may be 0 or 10, if the matching degree between the release scene and the demand scene is relatively high, for example, the release scene is the same as the demand scene, the scene matching degree may be 10, and if the matching degree between the release scene and the demand scene is relatively low, for example, the release scene is different from the demand scene, the scene matching degree may be 0.
The industry matching degree can comprise a first-level industry matching degree and a second-level industry matching degree, the first-level industry matching degree is used for representing the matching degree between the first-level industry matched with the preset release scheme and the requirement industry expressed by the release intention information of the user, and the second-level industry matching degree is used for representing the matching degree between the second-level industry matched with the preset release scheme and the requirement industry expressed by the release intention information of the user. The value of the matching degree of the first-level industry can also be 0 or 10, the matching degree between the first-level industry and the demand industry is higher, for example, the matching degree between the first-level industry and the demand industry is the same, the matching degree of the first-level industry can be 10, and if the matching degree between the first-level industry and the demand industry is lower, for example, the matching degree between the first-level industry and the demand industry is different, the matching degree between the first-level industry and the demand industry can be 0. The value of the matching degree of the second-level industry can also be 0 or 1, the matching degree of the second-level industry and the requirement industry is higher, the matching degree of the second-level industry can be 1, and the matching degree of the second-level industry and the requirement industry is lower, the matching degree of the second-level industry can be 0.
The budget matching degree is used to represent a matching degree between an input budget corresponding to the preset input scheme and an demanded budget expressed by the user through the input intention information, where a value of the budget matching degree may be 0 or 10, where the budget matching degree may be 10 if the matching degree between the input budget and the demanded budget is relatively high, for example, a budget difference between the input budget and the demanded budget is less than or equal to a preset budget difference threshold, and the budget matching degree may be 0 if the matching degree between the input budget and the demanded budget is relatively low, for example, a budget difference between the input budget and the demanded budget is greater than the preset budget difference threshold. The preset budget difference threshold may be 0, or may be set according to a specific industry, for example, for an automobile industry, the preset budget difference threshold may be 10W, for a daily chemical industry, the preset budget difference threshold may be 1W, and the setting manner of the preset difference threshold is not limited by the present disclosure.
The time matching degree may include a matching time matching degree and a casting starting time matching degree, the matching time matching degree is used for representing a matching degree between scheme matching time corresponding to the preset casting scheme and promotion time expressed by the casting intention information of the user, and the casting starting time matching degree is used for representing a matching degree between a casting starting time threshold corresponding to the preset casting scheme and promotion time expressed by the casting intention information of the user. The value range of the adaptation time matching degree may be 0 to 10, and for example, the adaptation time matching degree may be determined according to a time ratio of the promotion time in the scheme adaptation time, for example, if the promotion time is not in the scheme adaptation time, the adaptation time matching degree may be 0, if 20% to 40% of the promotion time is included in the scheme adaptation time, the adaptation time matching degree may be 4, if 40% to 60% of the promotion time is included in the scheme adaptation time, the adaptation time matching degree may be 6, if 60% to 80% of the promotion time is included in the scheme adaptation time, the adaptation time matching degree may be 8, and if the promotion time is all included in the scheme adaptation time, the adaptation time matching degree may be 10. The value of the initial casting time matching degree may be 0 or 1, and the initial casting time matching degree may be determined according to a size relationship between the number of days corresponding to the promotion time and the initial casting time threshold, for example, if the number of days corresponding to the promotion time is greater than or equal to the initial casting time threshold, the initial casting time matching degree may be 1, and if the number of days corresponding to the promotion time is less than the initial casting time threshold, the initial casting time matching degree may be 0.
After the scene matching degree, the industry matching degree, the budget matching degree and the time matching degree are determined, determining an Euclidean distance between the release intention information and the preset release scheme according to the scene matching degree, the industry matching degree, the budget matching degree and the time matching degree; and determining the matching degree corresponding to the preset putting scheme according to the Euclidean distance.
Illustratively, the euclidean distance may be calculated by the following formula:
Figure BDA0003673162080000091
wherein, L is the Euclidean distance, the value of n can be determined according to the number of the matching degrees, the value of n in the disclosure is 4, (X) i -Y i ) Corresponding to the scene matching degree, the industry matching degree, the budget matching degree or the time matching degree according to the value of i, exemplarily, (X) 1 -Y 1 ) Corresponding to the scene matching degree, (X) 2 -Y 2 ) Corresponding to the matching degree of the industry, (X) 3 -Y 3 ) Corresponding to the budget matching degree, (X) 4 -Y 4 ) Corresponding to the time matching degree.
After the euclidean distance is obtained through calculation, the undetermined matching degree corresponding to the euclidean distance can be determined through a matching degree association relationship established in advance, the undetermined matching degree is used as the matching degree corresponding to the preset putting scheme, and the matching degree association relationship can comprise corresponding relationships between different euclidean distances and the matching degrees.
It should be noted that the smaller the euclidean distance is, the more the preset delivery scheme is matched with the delivery intention information, the larger the matching degree corresponding to the preset delivery scheme is, and the larger the euclidean distance is, the smaller the matching degree corresponding to the preset delivery scheme is. For example, if the euclidean distance is 0, the matching degree corresponding to the preset delivery scheme is 100%.
And S1012, taking a target preset launching scheme with the matching degree larger than or equal to a preset matching degree threshold value in the plurality of preset launching schemes as the to-be-launched scheme.
The preset matching degree threshold may be preset empirically, for example, the preset matching degree threshold may be 70%.
After the matching degree corresponding to each preset launching scheme is determined, the preset matching degree threshold value can be obtained, and the target preset launching scheme with the matching degree larger than or equal to the preset matching degree threshold value in the plurality of preset launching schemes is used as the scheme to be launched.
In another possible implementation manner, after the matching degree corresponding to each preset delivery scheme is determined, the preset matching number may be obtained, the preset delivery schemes are sorted according to the descending order of the matching degrees, the target preset delivery schemes with the preset matching number arranged at the top are determined, and the target preset delivery scheme is used as the to-be-determined delivery scheme.
According to the method, the matching degree of each preset launching scheme is determined by combining the launching intention information of the user, and the to-be-launched schemes are determined from the preset launching schemes according to the matching degree, so that the obtained to-be-launched schemes are more suitable for the requirements of the user, the satisfaction degree of the user can be improved, and the resource launching effect is further improved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating another resource delivery method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 3, the implementation manner of step S102 may include:
s1021, determining a first weight value and a plurality of evaluation scores corresponding to each to-be-released scheme.
And the evaluation score is used for representing the recognition degree of the to-be-released scheme by the user in the historical releasing activity. Illustratively, the assessment score may include a project score, a impression share, a project adoption level, a category adoption level, a budget adoption level, a number of shares, and the like.
The scheme score can be a direct score of a user for the scheme to be released, the value range of the scheme score can be 0-10, and the scheme score can be an average value of a plurality of scores; the putting proportion can be the proportion of the putting times of the scheme to be put to the total putting times corresponding to all the putting schemes, the putting times can be the times that the scheme to be put to the user is selected and the putting is carried out, and the putting times are recorded only once when the scheme to be put to the user is put to the same putting intention information for a plurality of times; the scheme acceptance degree is used for representing the condition that the user accepts the scheme to be released, the value of the scheme acceptance degree can be 0 or 10, if the user accepts the scheme to be released, the scheme acceptance degree is 10, and if the user does not accept the scheme to be released, the scheme acceptance degree is 0; the category adoption is used for characterizing the situation of putting the product by the user, for example, the category adoption degree is the actual product quantity of the user/the quantity of the product recommended to be put by the scheme to be put 10; the budget acceptance is used for representing the situation of budget invested by the user, and can be calculated by the following formula:
Figure BDA0003673162080000111
wherein Q is the budget acceptance, i represents the delivered product, m is the actual product quantity delivered by the user, and AP i Representing the actual cost of the product delivered, RP i Indicating the recommended consumption rate of the ith product.
The sharing times are used for representing the condition that the scheme to be released is shared, and the value range of the sharing times can be 0-10.
Correspondingly, for each scheme to be launched, under the condition of authorization of the user, after the user performs any user behavior for the scheme to be launched, the evaluation score corresponding to the scheme to be launched can be updated and stored according to the user behavior. After a plurality of to-be-delivered schemes are determined, a plurality of pre-stored evaluation scores corresponding to the to-be-delivered schemes can be acquired.
In a possible implementation manner, after a plurality of to-be-determined delivery schemes are determined, for each to-be-determined delivery scheme, a first weight value corresponding to the to-be-determined delivery scheme may be determined according to a matching degree corresponding to the to-be-determined delivery scheme. For example, if the pending delivery schemes include 10, a value range of the first weight value may be 0 to 10, and for each pending delivery scheme, the first weight value corresponding to the pending delivery scheme may be determined according to the matching degree corresponding to the pending delivery scheme, for example, if the matching degree corresponding to the pending delivery scheme is the highest, the first weight value corresponding to the pending delivery scheme is 10, and if the matching degree corresponding to the pending delivery scheme is the lowest, the first weight value corresponding to the pending delivery scheme is 1.
And S1022, determining a sum of a plurality of evaluation scores for each to-be-delivered scheme, and taking the product of the sum and the first weight value as an evaluation value corresponding to the to-be-delivered scheme.
After determining the first weight value and the multiple evaluation scores corresponding to each to-be-delivered scheme, for each to-be-delivered scheme, a sum of the multiple evaluation scores corresponding to the to-be-delivered scheme may be calculated, and then a product of the sum and the first weight value corresponding to the to-be-delivered scheme is calculated, and the product is used as an evaluation value corresponding to the to-be-delivered scheme.
Accordingly, step S103 may be:
determining a target undetermined delivery scheme with the highest evaluation value in a plurality of undetermined delivery schemes; taking the target pending delivery scheme as the target delivery scheme under the condition that one target pending delivery scheme is included; and when the target pending delivery schemes comprise a plurality of target pending delivery schemes, polling the target pending delivery schemes to be used as the target delivery schemes.
For example, if the target pending delivery schemes include three, when the user delivers for the first time, recommending the first target pending delivery scheme as the target delivery scheme to the user, when the user delivers for the second time, recommending the second target pending delivery scheme as the target delivery scheme to the user, when the user delivers for the third time, recommending the third target pending delivery scheme as the target delivery scheme to the user, when the user delivers for the fourth time, recommending the first target pending delivery scheme as the target delivery scheme to the user, and so on.
By the method, the evaluation value corresponding to each scheme to be launched is determined by combining the evaluation score of the user for each scheme to be launched, and the evaluation value is combined with the actual evaluation of the user for each scheme to be launched, so that the target launching scheme determined according to the evaluation value is more suitable for the experience of the user, and the resource launching effect is further improved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating another resource delivery method according to an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, and as shown in fig. 4, the method may further include:
and S105, determining whether a cache delivery scheme exists.
The cache delivery scheme may include a delivery scheme generated within a preset time period before the current time, for example, the preset time period may be 7 days.
And S106, under the condition that the cache delivery scheme is determined to exist, determining a target to-be-delivered scheme from a plurality of to-be-delivered schemes according to the evaluation value.
And under the condition that the cache delivery scheme exists, according to the evaluation value, determining a target to-be-delivered scheme with the highest evaluation value from the multiple to-be-delivered schemes.
S107, under the condition that the difference value between the matching degree corresponding to the cache releasing scheme and the matching degree corresponding to the target to-be-determined releasing scheme is smaller than or equal to a preset matching degree difference value threshold value, determining a second weight value corresponding to the cache releasing scheme.
The preset matching degree difference may be 0, or may be a relatively small value. The second weight value may be used to characterize the accumulated number of impressions of the cache impression scheme, and the second weight value may be increased by 1 every impression of the cache impression scheme.
After the scheme to be delivered to the target is determined, the matching degree corresponding to the cache delivery scheme may be determined by referring to the method for determining the matching degree corresponding to the preset delivery scheme in step S1011, which is not described herein again. And then, determining a difference between the matching degree corresponding to the cache delivery scheme and the matching degree corresponding to the target to-be-determined delivery scheme, and if the difference is smaller than or equal to the preset matching degree difference threshold value, which indicates that the matching degree corresponding to the cache delivery scheme is basically the same as the matching degree corresponding to the target to-be-determined delivery scheme, determining a second weight value corresponding to the cache delivery scheme.
And S108, under the condition that the second weight value is smaller than a preset weight threshold, polling to take the cache delivery scheme and the target pending delivery scheme as the target delivery scheme.
Wherein the preset weight threshold may be preset empirically, and for example, the preset weight threshold may be 10.
After determining a second weight value corresponding to the cache delivery scheme, the preset weight threshold may be obtained, and if it is determined that the second weight value is smaller than the preset weight threshold, it indicates that the number of times of cumulative delivery of the cache delivery scheme is small, and the cache delivery scheme and the target to-be-delivered scheme may be used as a new delivery scheme to be verified. Illustratively, when a user a needs to perform resource delivery, recommending the cache delivery scheme as the target delivery scheme to the user a, when a user B needs to perform resource delivery, recommending the target pending delivery scheme as the target delivery scheme to the user B, when a user C needs to perform resource delivery, recommending the cache delivery scheme as the target delivery scheme to the user C, and so on.
For example, if the preset weight threshold is 10, when the cache delivery scheme is never delivered, the second weight value corresponding to the cache delivery scheme is 0, the cache delivery scheme and the target pending delivery scheme may be polled to serve as the target delivery scheme, after the cache delivery scheme is delivered once, the second weight value corresponding to the cache delivery scheme is 1, and after the cache delivery scheme is delivered 10 times, the second weight value corresponding to the cache delivery scheme is 10.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating another resource delivery method according to an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, and as shown in fig. 5, the method may further include:
and S109, determining the evaluation value corresponding to the cache delivery scheme under the condition that the second weight value is greater than or equal to the preset weight threshold.
And S110, taking the cache delivery scheme and the delivery scheme with a high evaluation value in the target pending delivery scheme as the target delivery scheme.
And S111, updating the cache delivery scheme to the preset delivery scheme.
For example, referring to the method for determining the evaluation value corresponding to the to-be-determined delivery scheme in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the evaluation value corresponding to the cache delivery scheme may be determined, which is not described herein again. If it is determined that the second weight value is greater than or equal to the preset weight threshold, it indicates that the number of times of cumulative delivery of the cache delivery scheme is large, and the cache delivery scheme may be recommended to a user as a mature preset delivery scheme.
It should be noted that, if the difference between the matching degree corresponding to the cache delivery scheme and the matching degree corresponding to the target to-be-determined delivery scheme is greater than the preset matching degree difference threshold, it indicates that the difference between the matching degree corresponding to the cache delivery scheme and the matching degree corresponding to the target to-be-determined delivery scheme is relatively large.
By the method, the cache delivery scheme to be verified can be probabilistically recommended while the mature target to-be-determined delivery scheme is recommended so as to verify the cache delivery scheme, and thus, the preset delivery scheme can be updated so as to provide a richer delivery scheme for the user and further improve the effect of resource delivery.
In some embodiments, before resource placement according to the target placement scheme, a placement amount of a target placed product to be placed in the target placement scheme and a remaining inventory amount of the target placed product may be determined. And when the residual inventory is greater than or equal to the putting amount, carrying out resource putting according to the target putting scheme.
For example, after the target delivery scheme is determined, a delivery amount of a target delivery product to be delivered in the target delivery scheme and a remaining inventory amount of the target delivery product may be determined, and when the remaining inventory amount is greater than or equal to the delivery amount, it indicates that the remaining inventory amount can satisfy the delivery, and the resource delivery is performed according to the target delivery scheme; and under the condition that the residual inventory is less than the putting amount, the situation shows that the residual inventory cannot meet the putting, the putting cannot be completed, and the putting scheme or the residual inventory needs to be further adjusted.
By the method, the inventory can be automatically checked during resource delivery, so that a user can directly carry out one-key delivery through the resource delivery client, and the efficiency and convenience of resource delivery are improved.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a preset delivery scenario generation method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 6, the method may include:
s601, obtaining a plurality of historical putting activities.
The historical delivery activity may include an activity in which the delivery of the resource is completed according to a set delivery scheme, for example, the historical delivery activity may be a new automobile advertisement.
The manner in which the historical information is obtained and used can be found in the description of the detailed description of the disclosure herein, and the manner in which the relevant laws and regulations are satisfied.
And S602, determining the historical release attributes contained in each historical release activity.
The historical release attributes can include historical industries, historical scenes, and historical release time and historical budget levels corresponding to the historical scenes. The historical industry may include the automobile industry, the daily chemical industry, the electronic product industry, and the like, taking the automobile industry as an example, the historical scene may be a conventional declaration, the historical release time may be 5 months to 10 months, the historical budget level may be 1 ten thousand to 10 ten thousand, the historical release attributes are merely an example, and the disclosure does not limit the present disclosure.
And S603, dividing the historical putting activities into a plurality of putting activity sets according to the historical putting attributes.
In this step, after determining the historical placement attributes included in each of the historical placement activities, a plurality of target historical placement activities with the same historical placement attribute in the historical placement activities may be used as the set of placement activities. For example, from a plurality of historical release activities, a plurality of target historical release activities with a historical industry being an automobile industry, a historical scene being a conventional declaration, a historical release time being 5-10 months, and a historical budget level being 1-10 ten thousand may be determined, and the plurality of target historical release activities may be taken as one release activity set.
S604, aiming at each release activity set, determining an activity release product corresponding to the release activity set and an activity budget ratio corresponding to the activity release product, and determining the preset release scheme according to the activity release product and the activity budget ratio corresponding to the activity release product.
In this step, if the number of the actively launched products is single, that is, only one actively launched product is launched, the active budget occupation ratio corresponding to the actively launched product is 100%, and if the number of the actively launched products is not single, that is, multiple actively launched products are launched, the sum of the active budget occupation ratios of the multiple actively launched products is 100%. For each delivery activity set, after determining the activity delivery product corresponding to the delivery activity set and the activity budget proportion corresponding to the activity delivery product, the preset delivery scheme may be determined according to the activity delivery product, the activity budget proportion corresponding to the activity delivery product, and the historical delivery attributes of the delivery activity set.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating another preset delivery scenario generation method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 7, the implementation manner of step S604 may include:
and S6041, determining the product quantity of the activity released products corresponding to the released activity set.
And S6042, determining the product type corresponding to the activity release product according to the product quantity.
S6043, determining the activity budget ratio corresponding to the activity release product according to the product quantity and the product type.
For each release activity set, the product quantity of the activity release product corresponding to the release activity set may be determined first. In one possible implementation, the number of the historical release activities of the release activity set releasing different numbers of released products is determined as a ratio; determining a concentration index corresponding to the putting activity set according to a plurality of quantity ratios; and determining the product quantity of the activity released products corresponding to the released activity set according to the concentration index.
For example, the number ratio of released products to one released product and the number ratio of released products to two released products in the multiple historical releasing activities of the releasing activity set may be determined, … …, the number ratio of released products to N released products may be determined, and then the concentration Index corresponding to the releasing activity set may be calculated according to the multiple number ratios, for example, the concentration Index may be HHI (Herfindahl-Hirschman Index, hohmann Index). Finally, the product quantity of the activity released products corresponding to the released activity set can be determined according to the concentration index.
In a possible implementation manner, when the concentration index is greater than a first preset concentration threshold, determining that the number of products released by an activity corresponding to the released activity set is one; and determining that the number of the products released by the activity corresponding to the released activity set is multiple under the condition that the concentration index is less than or equal to the first preset concentration threshold. The first preset concentration threshold value may be preset according to experience, the first preset concentration threshold values corresponding to different historical industries may be different, for example, the first preset concentration threshold value corresponding to the automobile industry may be 0.3, the first preset concentration threshold value corresponding to the real estate industry may be 0.25, the first preset concentration threshold value corresponding to the game industry may be 0.25, the first preset concentration threshold value corresponding to the make-up industry may be 0.8, the first preset concentration threshold value is only exemplified and is not limited by the present disclosure.
For example, if the concentration index is greater than the first preset concentration threshold, it indicates that most of the historical release activities in the release activity set release one active release product, that is, the number of the active release products is one; if the concentration index is less than or equal to the first preset concentration threshold, it indicates that most of the historical releasing activities in the releasing activity set release a plurality of activity releasing products, that is, the number of the activity releasing products is multiple.
And under the condition that the number of the products of the activity release product is one, determining the product type corresponding to the activity release product, and determining the activity budget ratio corresponding to the activity release product as the total activity budget.
In a possible implementation manner, when the number of products released by the activity is one, a second preset concentration threshold may be obtained, and when the concentration index is greater than the second preset concentration threshold, a product type of a released product with a release ratio greater than or equal to a first preset release ratio threshold in a plurality of historical release activities of the release activity set is used as a product type corresponding to the activity release product, and the second preset concentration threshold is less than or equal to the first preset concentration threshold; and under the condition that the concentration index is less than or equal to the second preset concentration threshold, taking the product type of a second preset number of products to be released with the largest proportion in a plurality of products to be released as the product type corresponding to the activity released product, wherein the products to be released comprise historical released products of which the release proportion of the released products in a plurality of historical released activities of the release activity set is greater than or equal to the second preset release proportion threshold.
The second preset concentration threshold may be preset according to experience, the second preset concentration thresholds corresponding to different historical industries may be different, for example, the second preset concentration threshold corresponding to the automobile industry may be 0.3, the second preset concentration threshold corresponding to the real estate industry may be 0.25, the second preset concentration threshold corresponding to the game industry may be 0.2, the second preset concentration threshold corresponding to the make-up industry may be 0.35, the second preset concentration threshold is only an example, and the disclosure does not limit this.
For example, if the concentration index is greater than the second preset concentration threshold, it indicates that most of the historical release activities in the set of release activities all select the same release product, that is, the product type corresponding to the release product is one, in this case, the type of the release product with the largest release percentage in the historical release activities may be used as the product type corresponding to the release product. If the concentration index is less than or equal to the second preset concentration threshold, it indicates that the historical release activities in the release activity set release multiple types of activity release products, that is, the product types of the activity release products are multiple, in this case, it may be determined that the release occupancy of the multiple historical release activities in the release activity set is greater than or equal to the pending release products of the second preset release occupancy threshold, and the second preset release occupancy threshold may be preset according to experience, for example, the second preset release occupancy threshold may be 20%, and then, the second preset number of pending release products with the largest release occupancy may be used as the product type corresponding to the activity release product.
It should be noted that, when the delivery ratios of the delivered products in the plurality of historical delivery activities in the delivery activity set are all smaller than the second preset delivery ratio threshold, the product type of the historical delivered product with the largest delivery ratio in the plurality of historical delivered products is taken as the product type corresponding to the delivered product in the activity set.
And under the condition that the number of the products of the activity released product is multiple, determining a plurality of product types corresponding to the activity released product and an activity budget ratio corresponding to the activity released product of each product type.
In a possible implementation manner, clustering a plurality of historical release activities in the release activity set to obtain a plurality of undetermined product types corresponding to the release activity set; determining the historical average consumption ratio of each pending product type released in a plurality of historical releasing activities; and taking the historical average consumption proportion of the target undetermined product type of which the historical average consumption proportion is larger than or equal to a preset consumption proportion threshold value in the undetermined product types as a product type corresponding to the actively launched product, and taking the historical average consumption proportion of the target undetermined product type as an active budget proportion corresponding to the actively launched product.
For example, a PAM (Partitioning Around a central point) algorithm and a callinky criterion algorithm may be combined to perform clustering processing on the plurality of historical delivery activities, for example, the plurality of historical delivery activities may be subjected to clustering processing by the PAM algorithm to obtain a first product quantity of the product delivered by the activity corresponding to the delivery activity set, and the plurality of historical delivery activities may be subjected to clustering processing by the callinky criterion algorithm to obtain a second product quantity of the product delivered by the activity corresponding to the delivery activity set. The number of neighbors in the clustering process may be preset empirically, for example, the number of neighbors may be 4. And then, determining the minimum product quantity in the first product quantity and the second product quantity, and if the minimum product quantity is greater than a preset quantity threshold value, taking the minimum product quantity as the product quantity of the activity released products corresponding to the released activity set.
After the product quantity of the activity released products corresponding to the release activity set is determined, a category number can be set for each historical release activity in the release activity set by combining the clustering result and a spectral clustering algorithm in the prior art, so that a plurality of undetermined product types corresponding to the release activity set can be obtained. Then, a historical average consumption proportion of each undetermined product type thrown in the plurality of historical throwing activities may be determined, a target undetermined product type of which the historical average consumption proportion is greater than or equal to the preset consumption proportion threshold in the plurality of undetermined product types is used as a product type corresponding to the activity thrown product, and the preset consumption proportion threshold may be preset according to experience, for example, the preset consumption proportion threshold may be 7%. For example, if the historical average consumption percentage of the type a is 24%, the historical average consumption percentage of the type B is 33%, the historical average consumption percentage of the type C is 42%, and the historical average consumption percentage of the type D is 3%, it may be determined that the type a, the type B, and the type C are product types corresponding to the released product of the activity. And finally, taking the historical average consumption ratio of the target undetermined product type as an activity budget ratio corresponding to the activity release product.
It should be noted that, considering that a historical industry may include multiple stages, different product types may be used for release in different stages of the historical scenario, in the case that the sum of the active budget proportions of multiple target pending product types is less than 100%, the active budget proportion corresponding to the active release product in the last stage may be supplemented. Taking the product type as an example, if the sum of the active budget proportions of type a, type B and type C is 99%, the active budget proportion of type C can be adjusted to 43%. The above-mentioned manner of adjusting the activity budget is only an example, and may be adjusted by other manners, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
In a possible implementation manner, if the historical industry includes one stage, only one preset release scheme is determined; if the historical industry comprises a plurality of stages, each stage can determine to obtain a preset launching scheme, and therefore the scheme corresponding to the historical industry can comprise various combinations by combining the preset launching scheme generated in the historical time period. Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating a scenario according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 8, where phase 1 includes four scenarios, phase 2 includes 3 scenarios, and phase 3 includes 2 scenarios, based on which 24 sets of scenarios may be finally produced.
After the new preset delivery scheme is generated, whether the new preset delivery scheme is available needs to be determined, if the new preset delivery scheme is available, whether a preset delivery scheme which is the same as the new preset delivery scheme exists in the preset delivery schemes stored in the scheme library can be determined, if the preset delivery scheme which is the same as the new preset delivery scheme does not exist, the new preset delivery scheme is recommended as a cache delivery scheme, and if the new preset delivery scheme is unavailable, the new preset delivery scheme is discarded. In addition, the method and the device can periodically generate a new preset delivery scheme so as to update the preset delivery scheme stored in the scheme library.
Fig. 9 is a flowchart illustrating another resource delivery method according to an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, and as shown in fig. 9, the method may include:
and S901, determining the matching degree corresponding to each preset putting scheme according to the putting intention information.
The delivery intention information may include a target scene, a target industry, a target budget and a target delivery time.
In this step, the matching degree corresponding to each preset delivery scheme can be determined according to the delivery intention information; and taking a target preset launching scheme with the matching degree larger than or equal to a preset matching degree threshold value in the plurality of preset launching schemes as the to-be-launched scheme.
And determining a scene matching degree corresponding to the preset delivery scheme according to the target scene for each preset delivery scheme, determining an industry matching degree corresponding to the preset delivery scheme according to the target industry, determining a budget matching degree corresponding to the preset delivery scheme according to the target budget, determining a time matching degree corresponding to the preset delivery scheme according to the target delivery time, and determining a matching degree corresponding to the preset delivery scheme according to the scene matching degree, the industry matching degree, the budget matching degree and the time matching degree.
Determining the Euclidean distance between the release intention information and the preset release scheme according to the scene matching degree, the industry matching degree, the budget matching degree and the time matching degree; and determining the matching degree corresponding to the preset putting scheme according to the Euclidean distance.
And S902, taking a target preset launching scheme with the matching degree larger than or equal to a preset matching degree threshold value in the preset launching schemes as the to-be-launched scheme.
And S903, determining a preset weight value and a plurality of evaluation scores corresponding to each to-be-launched scheme.
And the evaluation score is used for representing the recognition degree of the to-be-released scheme by the user in the historical releasing activity. Illustratively, the assessment score may include a project score, a percentage of impressions, a project adoption level, a category adoption level, a budget adoption level, a number of shares, and the like.
And S904, determining a sum of a plurality of evaluation scores for each to-be-delivered scheme, and taking the product of the sum and the preset weight value as an evaluation value corresponding to the to-be-delivered scheme.
And S905, taking the target undetermined delivery scheme with the highest evaluation value in the undetermined delivery schemes as the target delivery scheme.
In this step, when the target pending delivery scheme includes a plurality of target pending delivery schemes, polling is performed to use the plurality of target pending delivery schemes as the target delivery scheme.
Before a target pending delivery scheme with the highest evaluation value among the pending delivery schemes is taken as the target delivery scheme, whether a cache delivery scheme exists or not may be determined, where the cache delivery scheme includes a delivery scheme generated within a preset time period before a current time, and the target delivery scheme is determined from the pending delivery schemes according to the evaluation value when the cache delivery scheme does not exist. Under the condition that the cache delivery scheme is determined to exist, determining a target to-be-determined delivery scheme from a plurality of to-be-determined delivery schemes according to the evaluation value; determining a second weight value corresponding to the cache delivery scheme under the condition that the difference value between the matching degree corresponding to the cache delivery scheme and the matching degree corresponding to the target to-be-determined delivery scheme is smaller than or equal to a preset matching degree difference value threshold; and under the condition that the second weight value is smaller than a preset weight threshold value, polling to take the cache delivery scheme and the target pending delivery scheme as the target delivery scheme.
And updating the cache delivery scheme to the preset delivery scheme when the second weight value is greater than or equal to the preset weight threshold.
S906, determining the putting quantity of the target put product to be put in the target putting scheme and the residual inventory quantity of the target put product.
And S907, when the residual inventory is larger than or equal to the putting amount, carrying out resource putting according to the target putting scheme.
In conclusion, the matching degree of each preset launching scheme is determined by combining the launching intention information of the user, a plurality of to-be-launched schemes are determined from the plurality of preset launching schemes according to the matching degree, and the final target launching scheme is determined according to the evaluation value of each to-be-launched scheme.
