In some embodiments, a completed control is used to set the hint information to a completed state after being triggered. The completed status indicates that the target object associated with the thread information successfully feeds back, and the problem is solved, for example, when the target object is a client, the problem fed back by the client can be solved, for example, after-sales service requested by the client is provided. In some embodiments, the completed control is triggered by clicking, a pop-up window pops up after clicking, the owner of the thread message, i.e., the person owning the thread message, may be changed in the pop-up window, and after determining, the pop-up window is closed and the thread message is set to the completed state.
In some embodiments, the roll-out control is configured to roll out the cue information to the roll-out person upon being triggered. In some embodiments, thread messages are sometimes forwarded to other users, so that thread information can be forwarded to the roll-out person via the roll-out control. For example, the target object is a client, the client proposes an after-sales server, the after-sales service requested by the client relates to other departments, and at this time, the thread information needs to be transferred to the other departments. The change owner option is used to change the owner of the thread information because in some cases there may be duplication of thread information, when there is duplication of thread information, it is necessary to forward the thread information to the owner of the duplicated thread to inform the owner of the duplication of the thread, and the owner of the thread may be changed.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the information page associated with the function tag includes: one or more of an object information page, a thread duplication check page, and an information fill page.
In some embodiments, the object information page is configured to display information of the target object or display information of the target object and index information associated with the target object. Referring to fig. 5, a region corresponding to "basic information" in fig. 5 schematically displays information of the target object, which is used for describing information of the target object and information such as a source of the clue information, and a region corresponding to "indicator card" in fig. 5 schematically displays indicator information, which describes specific situations of providing services for the target object, such as a processing duration of a problem fed back by the target object, and a processing percentage of the problem. .
In some embodiments, a thread duplication page is used to display duplicate thread information. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, repeated thread information is displayed in the online search duplication page, specifically, the thread information is repeated with the thread information of the detail page, so that repeated operations performed on the repeated thread information by the user can be avoided, and repeated communications with the same target object can be avoided.
In some embodiments, the information filling page is used for inputting the association information of the target object and synchronizing the input association information to the corresponding information system. In some embodiments, in the communication process of the target object, the information of the target object is acquired, and at this time, the information may be filled through the information filling page, and different types of information may be stored in different information systems, so that the information filled in the information filling page needs to be synchronized in the information system corresponding to the type of the information.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 6, the thread duplicate checking page further displays a search control and a result display area for checking the suspected duplicate thread information and/or the suspected duplicate object according to the input content. And the result display area is used for displaying the searched thread information and/or the suspected repeated objects. As shown in fig. 6, the area on the left side of the "query" button in fig. 6 is an area for inputting content, and a suspected repeated thread or a suspected repeated object is searched for according to the input content by clicking the query button and displayed, so that the user can conveniently query when suspected thread information is repeated.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the results display area further comprises a sixth control; and the sixth control is used for marking the thread information and/or the object suspected to be repeated as repeated after being triggered. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the "mark as repeat" control in fig. 6 is a sixth control, and the thread information or the object suspected to be repeated obtained by the query can be marked as repeat through the sixth control.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 7, the information filling page includes: an object information area and a description information area; the object information area is used for filling the associated information of the target object; the description information area is used for filling in custom information. In some embodiments, the object information area is used for filling out information related to the object, such as "customer name", "company name", "customer source", and the like, and the description area is used for filling out information customized by the user. In some embodiments, the object information area includes a type information area for inputting type information; and a template control is displayed in the associated area of the description information area and is used for inputting template information corresponding to the product type in the description information area after being triggered. As shown in fig. 7, "add template" in fig. 7 is a template control, the template control is triggered and then adds preset template information to the description information area, and the template information corresponds to the product type, thereby reducing user operations. The type information may be, for example, an application for return of goods, an application for replacement of goods, an application for after-sale, etc.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, an apparatus for implementing assisted outbound includes:
the determining unit is used for responding to a first operation event of the first object and determining the target object.
And the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the associated information of the target object from at least two preset information systems based on the target object.
The display unit is used for displaying a detail page of the target object, and the detail page comprises the associated information of the target object and a first control; the first control is used for calling the communication number associated with the target object through a preset communication number after being triggered.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first object is displayed by a browser; and the device for realizing the auxiliary call-out controls a plug-in of the browser to execute the steps of acquiring the associated information of the target object from at least two preset information systems based on the target object and displaying a detail page of the target object.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the determining unit determines the target object in response to a first operation event on the first object, including:
in response to a first operation event of target task information or target clue information in a first page, determining the target object associated with the target task information or the target clue information; or,
in response to a triggering operation of a second control, determining the target object based on the address of the first page and/or the page content of the first page; or,
in response to a selection operation of first content in a first page, the target object is determined based on the selected first content.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first page is a page opened by a browser; the second control is a control installed in the browser.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the determining unit determines the target object based on the address of the first page and/or the page content of the first page, including: identifying an address field corresponding to an object in the address of the first page, identifying an object name in the page content, and/or identifying an object code in the page content; determining the target object based on the address field, the object name, and/or the object code.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first page includes a first area and a second area, the first area having a first logo and/or a second logo displayed therein; the first identification is used for displaying a first sub-interface in the second area after being selected, the first sub-interface comprises a task area used for displaying task information, and the target task information is displayed in the task area; the second identifier is used for displaying a second sub-interface in the second area after being selected, the second sub-interface comprises a clue area used for displaying clue information, and the target clue information is displayed in the display area.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the details page of the target object includes: at least one of a clue information area, an operation option area, a function tag area and an information display area; the clue information area is used for displaying clue information of the target object; the operation option area is used for displaying at least one operation control, and the operation control is used for changing the state of the clue information after being triggered; the function label area is used for displaying at least one function label, and the information display area is used for displaying an information page associated with the selected function label.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the information page associated with the function tag includes at least one of: the object information page is used for displaying the information of the target object or displaying the information of the target object and index information related to the target object; the clue duplicate searching page is used for displaying repeated clue information; and the information filling page is used for inputting the associated information of the target object and synchronizing the input associated information to the corresponding information system.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the thread duplicate checking page further displays a search control and a result display area, and is configured to search for thread information and/or objects that are suspected to be duplicated according to input content; and the result display area is used for displaying the searched thread information of the suspected duplication and/or the suspected duplication objects.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the results display area further comprises a sixth control; the sixth control is used for marking the thread information and/or the object suspected to be repeated as repeated after being triggered.

The above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, wherein the modules described as separate modules may or may not be separate. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement without inventive effort.
The method and apparatus of the present disclosure have been described above based on embodiments and application examples. In addition, the present disclosure also provides a terminal and a storage medium, which are described below.
Referring now to fig. 8, shown is a schematic block diagram of an electronic device (e.g., a terminal device or server) 800 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present disclosure. The terminal device in the embodiments of the present disclosure may include, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a vehicle terminal (e.g., a car navigation terminal), and the like, and a stationary terminal such as a digital TV, a desktop computer, and the like. The electronic device shown in the drawings is only an example and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
The electronic device 800 may include a processing means (e.g., a central processing unit, a graphics processor, etc.) 801 that may perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)802 or a program loaded from a storage means 808 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 803. In the RAM803, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 800 are also stored. The processing apparatus 801, the ROM 802, and the RAM803 are connected to each other by a bus 804. An input/output (I/O) interface 805 is also connected to bus 804.
Generally, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 805: input devices 806 including, for example, a touch screen, touch pad, keyboard, mouse, camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, or the like; output devices 807 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), speakers, vibrators, and the like; storage 808 including, for example, magnetic tape, hard disk, etc.; and a communication device 809. The communication means 809 may allow the electronic device 800 to communicate wirelessly or by wire with other devices to exchange data. While the figure illustrates an electronic device 800 having various means, it is to be understood that not all illustrated means are required to be implemented or provided. More or fewer devices may alternatively be implemented or provided.
In particular, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer-readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication means 809, or installed from the storage means 808, or installed from the ROM 802. The computer program, when executed by the processing apparatus 801, performs the above-described functions defined in the methods of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium in the present disclosure can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. A computer readable signal medium may be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, optical cables, RF (radio frequency), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
In some embodiments, the clients, servers may communicate using any currently known or future developed network Protocol, such as HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol), and may interconnect with any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communications network). the device comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a display unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the association information of a target object from at least two preset information systems based on the target object;
the display unit is used for displaying a detail page of the target object, and the detail page comprises the association information of the target object and a first control; the first control is used for calling the communication number associated with the target object through the preset communication number after being triggered.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, [ example 17 ] there is provided a terminal, comprising: at least one memory and at least one processor;
wherein the at least one memory is configured to store program code, and the at least one processor is configured to call the program code stored in the at least one memory to perform the method of any one of the above.

Claims (18)

1. A method for facilitating assisted outbound, comprising:
in response to a first operation event on a first object, determining a target object;
acquiring association information of the target object from at least two preset information systems based on the target object;
displaying a detail page of the target object, wherein the detail page comprises the association information of the target object and a first control; the first control is used for calling the communication number associated with the target object through a preset communication number after being triggered.
2. The method of claim 1,
displaying the first object through a browser;
and the plug-in of the browser executes the steps of acquiring the associated information of the target object from at least two preset information systems based on the target object and displaying a detail page of the target object.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the target object in response to the first operational event for the first object comprises:
in response to a first operation event of target task information or target clue information in a first page, determining the target object associated with the target task information or the target clue information; or,
in response to the triggering operation of the second control, determining the target object based on the address of the first page and/or the page content of the first page; or,
in response to a selection operation of first content in a first page, the target object is determined based on the selected first content.
4. The method of claim 3,
the first page is a page opened by a browser;
the second control is a control installed in the browser.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein determining the target object based on the address of the first page and/or the page content of the first page comprises:
identifying an address field corresponding to an object in the address of the first page, identifying an object name in the page content, and/or identifying an object code in the page content;
determining the target object based on the address field, the object name, and/or the object code.
6. The method of claim 3,
the first page comprises a first area and a second area, and a first mark and/or a second mark are/is displayed in the first area;
the first identification is used for displaying a first sub-interface in the second area after being selected, the first sub-interface comprises a task area used for displaying task information, and the target task information is displayed in the task area;
the second identification is used for displaying a second sub-interface in the second area after being selected, the second sub-interface comprises a clue area used for displaying clue information, and the target clue information is displayed in the display area.
7. The method of claim 6,
the first sub-interface further comprises: a task index area and/or a call index area;
the task index area is used for displaying statistical information of task information;
the call index area is used for displaying statistical information of call information.
8. The method of claim 6,
the first sub-interface further comprises a third control, and the third control is used for opening a page related to the task information in the first information system after being triggered; and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
the second sub-interface further comprises a fourth control, and the fourth control is used for opening a page related to the clue information in the first information system after being triggered.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the details page of the target object comprises: at least one of a clue information area, an operation option area, a function tag area and an information display area;
the clue information area is used for displaying clue information of the target object;
the operation option area is used for displaying at least one operation control, and the operation control is used for changing the state of the clue information after being triggered;
the function tag area is used for displaying at least one function tag, and the information display area is used for displaying an information page associated with the selected function tag.
10. The method of claim 1,
the detail page of the target object also displays at least one fifth control;
the fifth control is used for opening an associated page of the target object in the information system associated with the fifth control after being triggered; and the information systems associated with different fifth controls are different.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein the information page associated with the functional tag comprises at least one of:
the object information page is used for displaying the information of the target object or displaying the information of the target object and index information related to the target object;
the clue duplicate searching page is used for displaying repeated clue information;
and the information filling page is used for inputting the associated information of the target object and synchronizing the input associated information to the corresponding information system.
12. The method of claim 11,
the clue duplicate searching page is also provided with a searching control and a result display area, and is used for searching the suspected duplicate clue information and/or the suspected duplicate object according to the input content;

a determining unit, configured to determine a target object in response to a first operation event on a first object;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the associated information of the target object from at least two preset information systems based on the target object;
the display unit is used for displaying a detail page of the target object, and the detail page comprises the associated information of the target object and a first control; the first control is used for calling the communication number associated with the target object through a preset communication number after being triggered.

at least one memory and at least one processor;
wherein the at least one memory is configured to store program code and the at least one processor is configured to invoke the program code stored in the at least one memory to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 15.
