Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a flowchart of an information display method 100 provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method 100 includes:
step S120: at least one associated user associated with the first task information of the first user is determined.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first task information may be task information created by the first user. When creating the first task information, the first user may set an associated subject of the task, such as a performer, a reviewer, and the like of the task, so as to associate the first task information with at least one associated user.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the first user may input task content in the task information when creating the first task information, and input a combination of a specific character and a name, which may be regarded as a user identification, and the at least one associated user is determined by the user identification corresponding to the first task information.
It should be noted that the user identifier of the at least one associated user may be directly included in the first task information, and may also be embodied in the subtask information of the first task information or other information corresponding to the first task information, which is not limited in this embodiment.
For example, in one embodiment, user a may set the first task information as "promote core business revenue", and input "@ user B, user C" in the first task information or at a position corresponding to the first task information at the same time, so that user B and user C become associated users of the first task information.
For example, in another embodiment, the user a may further set the subtask information of the first task information, for example, the subtask information of the first task information "promote core business income" is set to "product income exceeds 8000 ten thousand yuan", and "@ user B and @ user C" are input in the subtask information or at a position corresponding to the subtask information, so that the user B and the user C become related users of the first task information.
In some embodiments, the at least one associated user with which the first task information is associated may be a user having an association with the first user. For example, the first user may be a member of a team or department having a particular role or playing a particular role, such as a leader of the team or department, and the at least one associated user may be other members of the team or department. Or the content of the task information of at least one associated user has an association relation with the content of the first task information. For example, the task goal of the first user is to complete the task a, and the task goal of the associated user is to be a task related to the task a.
Step S140: responding to the fact that the task information of a second user in the at least one associated user does not establish an association relation with the first task information, and displaying reminding information in an association relation control of the first task information; and the incidence relation control of the first task information is used for displaying the task information of at least one incidence user after being triggered.
In one embodiment, the second user may be any one of the at least one associated user. In another embodiment, the second user may be a target associated user of the at least one associated user, such as an executor of a task mentioned in the first task information.
In some embodiments, the user may create task information and associate the created task information with the first task information created by the first user by performing an association operation. The task information of the association operation can be displayed after the association relation control is triggered.
In this embodiment, the case that the task information of the second user is not associated with the first task information may include at least the following two cases: (1) the second user does not create the task information from the preset time point, or (2) the second user does not associate any created task information with the first task information, for example, the second user fills in one or more task information, but does not associate the filled task information with the first task information through an association operation.
For example, the preset time point may specifically include, but is not limited to, a time point when the first task information is created or a certain time point after the first task information is created, or a time starting point preset for creating task information for each user, or a time starting point of a task cycle corresponding to a related task.
Illustratively, taking the okr (objectives and Key results) project management tool as an example, the task information having an association relationship may be the task information for which the alignment operation is performed. In the OKR project management tool, team A can set its own work target A (e.g., "push digital office"), and the members in team A or other team members can set their respective work target a (e.g., "set up digital approval process") and perform alignment operation with the work target A, so as to make the whole team or team and team move around.
In some embodiments, the reminding information may include, but is not limited to, preset text information, image information, multimedia information, and the like. Illustratively, the reminder information may include a color display scheme pre-configured for the association control, for example, when the associated user having the first task information does not create the second task information having the preset association relationship with the first task information, the association control may be caused to display a preset orange or red outline color and/or fill color.
According to one or more embodiments of the disclosure, at least one associated user associated with first task information is determined, and in response to the fact that the associated user does not establish an association relationship between the task information and the first task information, a prompt message is displayed in an association relationship control for displaying the task information of the associated user after triggering, so that the user can be intuitively prompted that the currently associated user does not associate the first task information, and the user can conveniently and quickly master the association condition of the current first task information.
In some embodiments, the association control is configured to display task information of an associated user, which has established an association relationship with the first task information, after being triggered. The user can check the task information of the associated user, which has established the association relation with the first task information, by triggering the association relation control.
In some embodiments, the method 100 further comprises:
and responding to the triggering of the incidence relation control for displaying the reminding information, and displaying a first reminding view corresponding to the second user.
Illustratively, the first reminder view may display a user identification of the second user, preset reminder information, and/or task information created by the second user.
According to the research of the inventor, related project management tools, such as OKR project management tools and the like, can provide association relationship views (or "aligned views") of associated (or "aligned") task information among different users, however, these association relationship views can only display the task information already associated with the target task information and the user information thereof, and cannot display the task information or the user information thereof that should be but not yet associated with the target task information, so that the user is not clear which users have not been associated with the target task information.
According to one or more embodiments of the disclosure, if the task information of the second user of the at least one associated user does not establish an association relationship with the first task information, the reminding information is displayed in an association relationship control, and after the association relationship control is triggered, not only the task information associated with the first task information is displayed, but also a first reminding view corresponding to the second user not associated with the first task information is displayed, so that the current user can conveniently and quickly master the specific association condition and association progress of the first task information, and further the associated user of the first task information can conveniently and timely create the second task information.
Referring to fig. 2, a view 10 of the first task information shows that the first task information "put digital office" created by the first user "a", and the view 10 also corresponds to an association control 11. The association control 11 may display a number "4" indicating that the first task information is currently associated with 4 associated users, for example, the first task information is currently associated with associated users "B", "C", "D", "E" (not shown in fig. 2).
Referring to fig. 3, when the association control 11 is triggered, a first reminder view 200, 300 and a view 400, 500 of task information of an associated user that has established an association with the first task information are displayed. Wherein, the view 400 displays the task information "full use online document" having the association relationship with the first task information of the associated user "D"; view 500 displays task information "approve on-line" created by an associated user "E" that has established an association with the first task information. The first reminder views 200, 300 correspond to the associated user "B" and the associated user "C", respectively, to remind the current user that the associated user "B" and the associated user "C" have not created the second task information.
Wherein, since the associated user "B" has not filled in the task information from the preset time point, the first reminder view 200 displays the preset prompt message "temporarily not filled in"; since the associated user "C" fills in a plurality of task information, but does not associate any of the filled task information with the first task information through an association operation, the first reminder view 300 may display the task information "perform paperless work" and "promote revenue by 50%" that is filled in by the associated user "C" but does not establish an association relationship, so as to remind the current user. Preferably, the first reminder view 300 can display task information that the second user has created but has not established an association with any task information.
In some embodiments, the first reminder view displays a first reminder identification; the first reminding identification is used for reminding the second user of establishing the association relationship between the task information and the first task information after being triggered.
Illustratively, referring to FIG. 3, first reminder views 200 and 300 are displayed with first reminder identifications 210 and 310, respectively. The current user can trigger the first reminding identifier 210 to remind the user "B" to create and associate task information with the first task information; the current user may also trigger the first reminder identifier 310 for reminding the user "C" to create task information or to associate created task information with the first task information.
In one embodiment, after the user triggers the first reminder identifier, the system may automatically send a system message to the second user to remind the second user.
In some embodiments, the first reminder view displays a cancel reminder identifier, and the cancel reminder identifier is used for canceling the display of the first reminder view.
Illustratively, referring to FIG. 3, first reminder views 200 and 300 are displayed with cancel reminder identifications 220 and 320, respectively. The current user can cancel the display of the first reminder views 200 and 300 by triggering the cancel reminder identifications 220 and 320, respectively.
In some embodiments, if the second user does not create task information from a preset time point, the first reminder view displays preset reminder information; or if the second user does not establish the association relationship between the created task information and the first task information, the first reminding view displays the task information created by the second user.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 3, since a preset time point, user "B" does not currently create any task information, the corresponding first reminder view 200 may display a preset reminder information, such as "temporarily unfilled"; although the user "C" has created the task information "perform paperless work" and the task information "promote revenue by 50%", the user "C" does not associate the task information created by the user "C" with the first task information, and at this time, the first reminder view 300 may display the task information created by the user "C", so that the current user may know the task information created by the user "C" through the first reminder view.
Further, in some embodiments, the task information created by the second user displayed by the first reminder view is task information created by the second user but not associated with any task information.
Further, in some embodiments, the task information created by the second user displayed by the first reminder view is the task information created by the second user since the preset time point.
In some embodiments, if the second user does not create task information from a preset time point, the displaying, by the first reminder view, preset prompt information includes: if the second user does not create task information from a preset time point and does not have the permission of viewing the first task information, the first reminding view displays first prompt information; or, if the information display method provided by one or more embodiments of the present disclosure is applied to a first client and the second user does not belong to an authorized user of the first client, the first reminder view displays second reminder information.
Illustratively, the first prompt message may include "temporarily unfilled" and "the user does not have permission to view your task information"; the second prompt message may include "filled out temporarily" and "the user is not authorized to use tool a".
In this embodiment, when the second user does not create task information from a preset time point and the second user does not have the permission to view the first task information, the first prompt information is displayed in the first prompt view, so that the current user can be prompted to open the permission to view the first task information for the second user, and the second user can associate the first task information; when the second user is not the related authorized user, the second prompt message is displayed in the first reminding view, so that the authorization can be opened for the second user in time to be associated with the first task message.
Further, in some embodiments, if the second user does not create task information from a preset time point and the second user does not have the permission to view the first task information, or if the information display method is applied to the first client and the second user does not belong to an authorized user of the first client, the first reminding view does not display the first reminding identifier.
In some embodiments, if the current user does not have the permission to view the task information of a third user of the at least one associated user, the association relation control is triggered and then a second reminding view corresponding to the third user is displayed.
The third user may be any user or a specific user of the at least one associated user, which is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the task information of the third user may or may not have an association relationship with the first task information, and the current user does not have the permission to view the task information of the third user, and then the second reminding view corresponding to the third user is displayed after the association control is triggered, so as to remind the current user that there is no related viewing permission.
In some embodiments, if the current user does not have the permission to view the task information of the third user of the at least one associated user, the reminder information is displayed in the association relation control of the first task information.
It should be noted that, in the present disclosure, the current user may be a first user who creates the first task information, or another user who has associated task information for viewing the first task information, such as an administrator, and the present embodiment is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the second reminder view may display a third reminder identifier, where the third reminder identifier is used to remind a user with permission to open a viewing permission of task information of the third user for the current user after being triggered.
