Moreover, the buckle structure is simple, convenient and firm to assemble.
The following describes in detail the fastening structure between the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22; it is understood that the snap structure between the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 is not limited thereto.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, a clamping protrusion 212 is disposed on an inner side surface of the fresh air panel 21, a clamping hole 224 is disposed on the mounting plate 22, and the clamping protrusion 212 is clamped in the clamping hole 224. Thus, the primary installation and positioning of the fresh air panel 21 and the installation plate 22 can be realized through the matching of the clamping protrusions 212 and the clamping holes 224.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the locking protrusion 212 includes a connecting protrusion 2121 protruding from the inner surface of the fresh air panel 21, and a limiting protrusion 2122 protruding from the connecting protrusion 2121 in a lateral direction, the limiting protrusion 2122 is disposed opposite to the fresh air panel 21, and a locking groove 2123 is defined between the connecting protrusion 2121, the limiting protrusion 2122 and the fresh air panel 21;
as shown in fig. 5, 6 and 9, the inner sidewall of the locking hole 224 is provided with a locking protrusion 2241, an installation gap 2242 is formed between the locking protrusion 2241 and the inner sidewall of the locking hole 224, and the locking protrusion 2241 is locked in the locking groove 2123. Wherein the installation clearance 2242 is used for the clamping convex 212 to pass through.
Specifically, the detent groove 2123 has an entrance; as shown in fig. 6, when the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 are mounted, the clamping protrusion 212 may be inserted into the mounting gap of the clamping hole 224, and then the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 are driven to move relatively, so that the clamping protrusion 2241 moves into the clamping groove 2123 through the entrance of the clamping groove 2123; at this time, the limiting convex part 2122 limits the movement of the blocking convex part 2241, so that the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 can be clamped together.
Therefore, the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 can be connected simply and conveniently through the structure.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the clamping protrusion 212 further includes an enhanced protrusion 2124 protruding from the inner surface of the fresh air panel 21, and the enhanced protrusion 2124 connects the limiting protrusion 2122 and the fresh air panel 21. In this way, by providing the reinforcing protrusion 2124, the structural strength of the snap protrusion 212 can be enhanced, so that the connection strength and stability between the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 can be increased.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the reinforcing protrusion 2124 is provided in the extending direction of the detent protrusion 2241. In this manner, the reinforcing protrusion 2124 also serves as a positioning element for the positioning protrusion 2241.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the plurality of locking protrusions 212 are provided, the plurality of locking holes 224 are also provided corresponding to the plurality of locking protrusions 212, and the plurality of locking protrusions 212 are respectively locked in the plurality of locking holes 224. Thus, the connection strength and stability of the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 can be further enhanced.
Further, the convex blocks 212 may be regularly distributed; thus, the design and manufacture of the fresh air panel 21 can be facilitated.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the snap protrusions 212 are provided in two rows. It can be understood that the more the quantity of the convex clamping portions 212, the greater the difficulty in manufacturing the fresh air panel 21, so that the connection strength and stability of the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 can be ensured by arranging the two rows of convex clamping portions 212, and the waste and difficulty in manufacturing can be avoided. Of course, other regular distributions of the snap projections 212 may be designed.
Further, the two rows of protrusions 212 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the fresh air panel 21. Thus, the interference between the convex block 212 and other structures such as the air outlet structure 211 can be avoided, thereby facilitating the miniaturization design of the fresh air panel 21.
Specifically, the two rows of protrusions 212 are respectively disposed on two long sides of the fresh air panel 21. Correspondingly, the two rows of the locking holes 224 are also provided and are respectively provided on two long sides of the mounting plate 22. So, locate the long avris of new trend panel components 20 through the joint structure with protruding 212 of card and card hole 224, can be convenient for improve the joint strength and the stability of the long avris of new trend panel 21 and the long avris of mounting panel 22, and then be favorable to improving the joint strength and the stability of new trend panel 21 and mounting panel 22.
It will be appreciated that the entrance of the detent grooves 2123 defined by the plurality of detents 212 should be uniformly oriented to ensure uniformity of assembly, thereby simplifying the assembly process.
Further, the blocking protrusion 2241 extends in the longitudinal direction of the fresh air panel assembly 20. Thus, the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 are driven to move relative to each other in the longitudinal direction of the fresh air panel assembly 20, so that the blocking protrusion 2241 moves into the blocking groove 2123 through the entrance of the blocking groove 2123. Of course, the detent protrusion 2241 may also extend in other directions.
Further, as shown in fig. 5-8 and 11-16, one of the inner side surface of the fresh air panel 21 and the outer surface of the mounting plate 22 is provided with an anti-falling protrusion 213, and the other is provided with an anti-falling groove 225, and the anti-falling protrusion 213 is inserted into the anti-falling groove 225. Thus, the anti-falling protrusion 213 and the anti-falling groove 225 are disposed to cooperate with each other, so that the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 can be prevented from moving in opposite directions, and the locking protrusion 212 can be prevented from being disengaged from the locking hole 224.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment, the thicknesses of the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 are both thin, and the structural strength of the components such as the snap structure thereon is weak, so that the fresh air panel is easily damaged if being repeatedly detached. Therefore, if the fastening structure between the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 is designed to be an easy-to-detach structure, the user is easy to damage the fresh air panel assembly 20 during detachment. In the invention, the anti-falling convex part 213 and the anti-falling groove 225 are arranged for matching use, so that the buckle structure between the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 is a structure which is difficult to disassemble or not, and the risk of damaging the fresh air panel assembly 20 can be reduced; moreover, the incorrect detachment can be prevented (i.e., the incorrect detachment of the fresh air panel 21 or the mounting plate 22 when the fresh air panel assembly 20 needs to be detached from the housing 10 can be prevented).
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the anti-falling protrusion 213 is disposed on the inner side surface of the fresh air panel 21, and the anti-falling groove 225 is disposed on the outer side surface of the mounting plate 22.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, 8, and 11-16, the outer surface of the mounting plate 22 is further provided with an alignment groove 226 disposed adjacent to the anti-falling groove 225, and the alignment groove 226 is used for guiding the anti-falling protrusion 213 to slide down to the anti-falling groove 225. Thus, the difficulty in installation between the fresh air panel 21 and the installation plate 22 can be reduced.
It can be understood that, because new trend panel 21 is the sliding fit installation with mounting panel 22, when the initial positioning (when the protruding 212 of card stretches into the installation clearance in card hole 224 promptly), prevent down there is the dislocation between protruding portion 213 and the recess 225 of preventing down, if do not set up counterpoint recess 226, prevent down the surface that protruding portion 213 can direct butt mounting panel 22 to can increase the installation degree of difficulty between new trend panel 21 and the mounting panel 22.
According to the invention, by arranging the alignment groove 226, when the positioning is performed initially (i.e. when the clamping protrusion 212 extends into the mounting gap of the clamping hole 224), the anti-falling protrusion 213 is inserted into the alignment protrusion, so that the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 can be aligned initially, and the mounting difficulty between the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 can be reduced; then, when the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 move relatively, the falling preventive protrusion 213 slides from the alignment groove 226 to the falling preventive groove 225, thereby completing the mounting between the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22.
In an exemplary embodiment, the anti-backup recess 226 and/or the anti-backup projection 213 can be further modified to guide the anti-backup projection 213 to slide from within the alignment recess 226 to the anti-backup recess 225, as described in more detail below.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, 8, and 11-16, the alignment recess 226 has a guide inside wall 2261 adjacent to the anti-falling recess 225, and the guide inside wall is at least partially inclined toward the anti-falling recess 225. In this way, the anti-falling protrusion 213 can be conveniently guided to slide from the alignment groove 226 to the anti-falling groove 225.
Alternatively, the guide inner sidewall 2261 is inclined in a direction approaching the anti-falling groove 225. In this way, the guiding effect can be enhanced.
Specifically, when the anti-falling protrusion 213 is disposed in the anti-falling groove 225, the anti-falling protrusion 213 has a guiding outer side surface (not shown) located at a side away from the alignment groove 226, and the guiding outer side surface is at least partially inclined toward the alignment groove 226. In this manner, the guide anti-backup protrusions 213 can be easily slid from the alignment grooves 226 to the anti-backup grooves 225.
Alternatively, the guide outer side surface is inclined in a direction approaching the alignment groove 226. In this way, the guiding effect can be enhanced.
Specifically, the depth of the alignment groove 226 is smaller than the depth of the anti-falling groove 225. In this way, the guiding anti-falling protrusion 213 can be further easily slid from the alignment groove 226 to the anti-falling groove 225.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, the anti-falling protrusion 213 is in an elongated shape, and the anti-falling groove 225 and the alignment groove 226 are both disposed correspondingly. In this way, the structural strength of the anti-falling protrusion 213 can be enhanced, and the connection strength between the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 can be enhanced.
Specifically, the extending direction of the anti-falling protrusion 213 is set to be an angle with the relative movement direction when the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 are mounted, and the angle is usually set to be 90 degrees or close to 90 degrees. Thus, the relative movement distance between the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 can be reduced, so that the assembly process can be simplified, and the miniaturization design can be realized.
Optionally, the anti-falling protrusion 213 extends in the width direction of the fresh air panel assembly 20.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, 5, and 10-16, the inner side surface of the fresh air panel 21 is provided with a hook 214, the hook 214 includes a supporting protrusion 2141 protruding from the inner side surface of the fresh air panel 21 and a blocking protrusion 2142 protruding laterally from the supporting protrusion 2141, a clamping groove 2143 having an inlet is defined between the supporting protrusion 2141, the blocking protrusion 2142, and the fresh air panel 21, and one side of the mounting plate 22 is clamped in the clamping groove 2143. Therefore, one side of the mounting plate 22 can be limited in the clamping groove 2143, so that the connection strength and stability of the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 can be improved.
Specifically, the hook 214 is arranged near the edge of the fresh air panel 21; thus, it is advantageous to realize a miniaturized design.
Further, as shown in fig. 11, 12, 15, and 16, an anti-falling groove 21421 is formed on a side surface of the gear protrusion 2142 facing the inner side surface of the fresh air panel 21, an anti-falling protrusion 227 is formed on a side edge of the mounting plate 22, and the anti-falling protrusion 227 is disposed in the anti-falling groove 21421. Thus, one side of the mounting plate 22 is prevented from being separated from the card groove 2143, and the connection strength between one side of the mounting plate 22 and the card groove 2143 can be enhanced.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the hooks 214 are provided in plural in the extending direction of one side of the mounting plate 22. Thus, the connection strength and stability of the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 can be further enhanced.
Optionally, the hook 214 is disposed on a short side of the fresh air panel 21. So, the joint structure of trip 214 and the one side of mounting panel 22, protruding 212 of card and the cooperation of calorie hole 224 joint structure are better to the new trend panel 21 is realized to multipoint ground/diversified being connected with mounting panel 22, thereby can improve the joint strength and the stability of new trend panel 21 and mounting panel 22.
Further, the inner side surface of the fresh air panel 21 is further provided with a stop protrusion 216, the stop protrusion 216 is disposed adjacent to the clamping protrusion 212, and one side of the mounting plate 22 stops against the stop protrusion 216. Specifically, the stop protrusion 216 is disposed on a short side of the fresh air panel 21.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the anti-falling protrusion 213 is disposed near the other short side of the fresh air panel 21.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, one of the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 is provided with a reinforcing rib 215, and the other is provided with a reinforcing sunken groove 228, and the reinforcing rib 215 is arranged in the reinforcing sunken groove 228. Therefore, the structural strength of the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 can be respectively enhanced, and the risk of damage can be reduced.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the reinforcing ribs 215 are disposed on the inner surface of the fresh air panel 21, and the reinforcing grooves 228 are disposed on the outer surface of the mounting plate 22.

Optionally, a plurality of the reinforcing ribs 215 are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the fresh air panel 21; the reinforcing depressions 228 are provided in plurality at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the mounting plate 22. Therefore, the structural strength of the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 can be further enhanced. Optionally, the reinforcing rib 215 is disposed near the long side of the fresh air panel 21, and the reinforcing groove 228 is disposed near the long side of the mounting plate 22.
It is particularly emphasized that, with the above arrangement, the connection between the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 can be made difficult to detach or not detachable, so that the risk of damaging the fresh air panel assembly 20 by a user can be reduced; moreover, the false disassembly can be prevented.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the fresh air panel assembly 20 is a bent piece; the fresh air panel 21 is a bending piece, and the mounting plate 22 is a bending piece. Therefore, the shape of the fresh air panel assembly 20 can be adapted to the shape of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner. In addition, the fresh air panel assembly 20 is bent, so that the connection strength between the fresh air panel assembly 20 and the shell 10 is improved.
Of course, when the length of the fresh air panel assembly 20 is short, it may be set to be not bent, that is, to be substantially flat.
The following describes a case where the fresh air panel assembly 20 is openably and closably installed at the fresh air opening 111.
Further, as shown in fig. 17, 18, 20, and 21, the fresh air panel assembly 20 is openably and closably disposed at the fresh air opening 111.
Specifically, the fresh air panel assembly 20 at least has an air supply state for closing the fresh air opening 111 and a cleaning state for opening the fresh air opening 111, and in the air supply state, the air outlet structure 211 corresponds to the fresh air opening 111 to supply air indoors, and in the cleaning state, the fresh air panel assembly 20 and/or the fresh air opening 111 can be cleaned.
Thus, in the air-conditioning indoor unit 100 of the present invention, the fresh air panel assembly 20 is openably and closably disposed at the fresh air inlet 111, and the fresh air panel assembly 20 can be opened to clean the fresh air panel assembly 20, so that the cleaning process of the fresh air panel assembly 20 can be simplified, and the cleaning efficiency can be improved.
It should be noted that, when the fresh air panel assembly 20 is openably and closably disposed at the fresh air opening 111, the fresh air panel assembly 20 may be an integrally formed structure, or may be disposed to include the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22 which are separately disposed.
In the specific embodiment, there are various structural forms for implementing that the "fresh air panel assembly 20 is openably and closably disposed at the fresh air inlet 111", which will be described by way of example below; it should be noted that many more implementations will readily suggest themselves to those skilled in the art having the benefit of this disclosure.
Further, as shown in fig. 17, 18, 20 and 21, the fresh air panel assembly 20 is detachably connected to the casing 10, so that the fresh air panel assembly 20 is openably and closably disposed at the fresh air opening 111. Specifically, the fresh air panel assembly 20 is detachably connected to the whole machine panel 11.
Therefore, the fresh air panel component 20 is detachably connected with the shell 10, when the fresh air panel component 20 is cleaned, the fresh air panel component 20 can be detached from the shell 10, and the fresh air panel component 20 is separated from the shell 10, so that the cleaning of the fresh air panel component 20 is not limited by the position, and the convenience and the safety of a user for cleaning the fresh air panel component 20 can be improved; interference caused by cleaning of the fresh air opening 111 by the fresh air panel component 20 can be avoided, and therefore convenience of cleaning the fresh air opening 111 is improved.
In an embodiment, the structure for detachably connecting the fresh air panel assembly 20 and the housing 10 may include one or more of a screw connection structure, a snap structure, a magnetic attraction structure, and the like. Wherein, realize being connected with dismantling of casing 10 through buckle structure new trend panel assembly 20, can make being connected between new trend panel assembly 20 and the casing 10 simple, convenient throughout.
In the first embodiment of the air conditioning indoor unit 100 according to the present invention, the fresh air panel assembly 20 and the casing 10 are connected by a snap structure, which will be described in detail below.
Further, as shown in fig. 17 to 19, one end of the fresh air panel assembly 20 is connected to the housing 10 by a snap structure. Specifically, one end of the fresh air panel assembly 20 is connected with the whole machine panel 11 through a buckle structure. In this way, one end of the fresh air panel assembly 20 can be connected to the housing 10.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 18 and 19, an insertion tongue 229 is disposed at one end of the fresh air panel assembly 20, the insertion groove 112 is disposed on the casing 10, and the insertion tongue 229 is inserted into the insertion groove 112; the slot 112 is disposed on the whole machine panel 11. In this way, the connection between the one end of the fresh air panel assembly 20 and the casing 10 can be realized by providing the simple structure of the insertion tongue 229 and the insertion groove 112, so that the structure of the fresh air panel assembly 20 is simple, and the connection between the fresh air panel assembly and the casing 10 is simple and convenient.
Specifically, when the fresh air panel assembly 20 includes the fresh air panel 21 and the mounting plate 22, optionally, the insertion is disposed on the mounting plate 22.
Further, as shown in fig. 13, 18 and 19, the insertion tongue 229 is disposed on the inner surface of the fresh air panel assembly 20, the insertion tongue 229 includes a tongue root portion 2291 protruding from the inner surface of the fresh air panel assembly 20 and an insertion portion 2292 protruding laterally from the tongue root portion 2291, the insertion portion 2292 extends in a direction away from the other end of the fresh air panel assembly 20, and the periphery of the slot opening of the insertion slot 112 is sandwiched between the insertion portion 2292 and the fresh air panel 21. Specifically, the insertion tongue 229 is provided on the inner surface of the mounting plate 22.
It can be understood that the wall of the housing 10 (i.e. the complete machine panel 11) has a certain thickness, and when the wall where the slot 112 is formed is thinner, the inserting portion 2292 can be inserted inside the wall, so that the periphery of the slot opening of the slot 112 is clamped between the inserting portion 2292 and the fresh air panel 21; when the wall thickness of the slot 112 is thicker, the sidewall of the slot 112 may be clamped with an accommodating recess, and the inserting portion 2292 is inserted into the accommodating recess, so that the periphery of the slot 112 is clamped between the inserting portion 2292 and the fresh air panel 21.
Therefore, the insertion tongue 229 is arranged on the inner surface of the fresh air panel assembly 20, and the insertion tongue 229 is completely inserted into the insertion slot 112, so that interference of the insertion tongue 229 and the insertion slot 112 in the matching structure of the fresh air panel assembly 20 with other parts between the shell 10 can be avoided, and the improvement of the sealing performance between the fresh air panel assembly 20 and the shell 10 is facilitated, and abnormal sound and condensation are avoided. In addition, the insertion tongue 229 and the insertion groove 112 can be easily hidden, so that dust can be prevented, and the appearance of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner can be improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 17, the insertion tongue 229 is disposed at the lower end of the fresh air panel assembly 20. Thus, the insertion tongue 229 can be kept in the insertion groove 112 under the action of the self gravity of the fresh air panel assembly 20, thereby improving the installation stability of the fresh air panel assembly 20. The lower end of the fresh air panel assembly 20 is the lower end of the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit when the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit is installed on a wall.
Further, as shown in fig. 18 and 19, the other end of the fresh air panel assembly 20 is connected to the housing 10 by a snap structure. The other end of the fresh air panel component 20 is connected with the whole machine panel 11 through a buckle structure. Thus, the other end of the fresh air panel component 20 can be detachably connected with the shell 10.
Specifically, the insert button 2030 is disposed on an inner side surface of the fresh air panel assembly 20.
Further, as shown in fig. 18 and 19, the other end of the fresh air panel assembly 20 is provided with a buckle 2030, the housing 10 is provided with a buckle hole (not shown), and the buckle 2030 is clamped in the buckle hole. Specifically, the insert buckle 2030 is disposed on the mounting plate 22, and the buckle hole is disposed on the whole machine panel 11.
Specifically, when the fresh air panel assembly 20 is a bent piece, optionally, the insert 2030 is disposed at a bent section of the fresh air panel assembly 20. Thus, the connection strength can be improved.
So, through above structure, can realize connecting new trend panel components 20 both ends respectively on casing 10 to can realize sealing panel components joint new on casing 10.
Further, as shown in fig. 18 and 19, a positioning guide structure is disposed between the fresh air panel assembly 20 and the housing 10, and the positioning guide structure is used for positioning and guiding the fresh air panel assembly 20. So, can be convenient for when installing new trend panel components 20, fix a position new trend panel components 20 to can improve new trend panel components 20's installation effectiveness.
Specifically, the positioning guide structure is disposed between the inner surface of the fresh air panel assembly 20 and the whole machine panel 11.
Further, as shown in fig. 18 and 19, one of the inner surface of the fresh air panel assembly 20 and the outer surface of the housing 10 is provided with a positioning protrusion 113, and the other is provided with a positioning groove 2031. Therefore, the positioning and guiding structure is simple in structure and convenient to operate.
Specifically, the positioning protrusion 113 is disposed on the casing 10, and the positioning groove 2031 is disposed on the fresh air panel assembly 20, that is, the positioning protrusion 113 is disposed on the outer surface of the whole unit panel 11, and the positioning groove 2031 is disposed on the inner surface of the mounting plate 22.
Alternatively, the positioning protrusion 113 is cylindrical, such as a circular cylinder; the positioning groove 2031 may be a circular groove.
In the second embodiment of the air conditioning indoor unit 100 of the present invention, the fresh air panel assembly 20 and the casing 10 are connected by a snap structure and a magnetic device, which will be described in detail below.
Further, as shown in fig. 20 to 23, one end of the fresh air panel assembly 20 is connected to the housing 10 by a snap structure. Specifically, one end of the fresh air panel assembly 20 is connected with the whole machine panel 11 through a buckle structure. In this way, one end of the fresh air panel assembly 20 can be connected to the housing 10.
Specifically, there are many specific connection structural forms of the one end of the fresh air panel assembly 20 and the casing 10, and reference may be made to the first embodiment of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner, which need not be described in detail herein.
Further, as shown in fig. 21 to 23, the other end of the fresh air panel assembly 20 is connected to the housing 10 through a magnetic device. Specifically, the other end of the fresh air panel assembly 20 is connected with the whole machine panel 11 through a magnetic attraction device. Therefore, the connection between the other end of the fresh air panel assembly 20 and the casing 10 can be simpler and more convenient.
Further, as shown in fig. 22 and 23, a first magnetic attraction member 31 is disposed on an inner surface of the fresh air panel assembly 20, and a second magnetic attraction member 32 used in cooperation with the first magnetic attraction member 31 is disposed on the casing 10. Specifically, the first magnetic member 31 is disposed on the inner surface of the mounting plate 22, and the second magnetic member 32 is disposed on the whole machine panel 11.
Optionally, at least one of the first magnetic attracting element 31 and the second magnetic attracting element 32 is a magnet (permanent magnet); when one of the magnets is a magnet, the other can be made of metal pieces such as iron, nickel or cobalt. Preferably, the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 32 are both provided with magnets (permanent magnets).
Further, as shown in fig. 22 and 23, a magnetic attraction installation position is disposed on an inner surface of the fresh air panel assembly 20, and the first magnetic attraction member 31 is installed on the magnetic attraction installation position. Further, as shown in fig. 22 and 23, the magnetic suction installation position further includes a magnetic mounting boss 2034 disposed on the inner surface of the fresh air panel assembly 20, and the magnetic suction installation groove 2032 and the magnetic member via 2033 are disposed on the magnetic mounting boss 2034. Therefore, the structure of the magnetic attraction mounting position can be simplified.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 21, the mounting structure of the second magnetic attraction member 32 on the housing 10 is similar to the mounting structure of the first magnetic attraction member 31 on the fresh air panel assembly 20, and detailed description thereof is not necessary; it will be appreciated that some adaptations may be made.
It should be noted that, because the first magnetic attraction member 31 and the second magnetic attraction member 32 have attraction force therebetween, the fresh air panel assembly 20 and the housing 10 have a natural positioning function therebetween, and therefore, no additional positioning guide structure is required.
Further, as shown in fig. 18 and 20, a receiving groove 114 is formed on the housing 10, and the fresh air inlet 111 is formed at the bottom of the receiving groove 114; the fresh air panel assembly 20 is installed in the accommodating groove 114. Thus, by arranging the accommodating groove 114 to mount the fresh air panel assembly 20, the fresh air panel assembly 20 can be hidden, so that the risk of impact on the fresh air panel assembly 20 in the processes of carrying and the like can be reduced, and the probability of damage to the fresh air panel assembly 20 can be reduced; but also dust protection.
Specifically, the receiving groove 114 is disposed on the whole machine panel 11.
Specifically, the outer surface of the fresh air panel assembly 20 is flush with, or close to flush with, or rounded in transition with the outer surface of the whole machine panel 11.

It is understood that the rotatable connection structure of the fresh air panel assembly 20 and the complete machine panel 11 is easily conceivable by those skilled in the art, and need not be described in detail here.
Specifically, the fresh air panel assembly 20 is detachably connected to the housing 10 at a position away from the first side of the fresh air panel assembly 20. So, can realize fixing new trend panel components 20.

Optionally, the first side of the fresh air panel assembly 20 is an upper side, a left side, or a right side of the fresh air panel assembly 20. So, when opening new trend panel components 20, can avoid new trend panel components 20 to cause the interference to its self washing. Of course, the first side of the fresh air panel assembly 20 may also be the lower side of the fresh air panel assembly 20.
Further, as shown in fig. 24 to 26, a sealing structure is provided between the fresh air panel assembly 20 and the casing 10, and the sealing structure is used for improving the sealing performance between the fresh air panel assembly 20 and the casing 10. Thus, the sealing performance between the fresh air panel assembly 20 and the shell 10 can be improved; and the sealing structure has simple structure and convenient assembly.
Specifically, the sealing ring protrusion 115 is disposed on the outer surface of the casing 10, and the sealing ring groove 2035 is disposed on the inner surface of the fresh air panel assembly 20. The sealing ring protrusion 115 is disposed on the surface of the whole machine panel 11, and the sealing ring groove 2035 is disposed on the inner surface of the mounting plate 22.
Further, the end of the sealing ring protrusion 115 abuts against the bottom of the sealing ring groove 2035. Thus, the sealing effect can be further improved.
Further, the seal ring groove 2035 is in lateral communication with the vent hole 221. Thus, the sealing effect can be further improved.
Of course, the sealing structure may be configured in other structural forms, and the description is not necessary here.
The invention also provides an air conditioner. The air conditioner includes an outdoor unit (not shown) and an indoor unit, and the indoor unit is connected to the outdoor unit. As shown in fig. 1 to 26, the specific structure of the air-conditioning indoor unit 100 refers to the above embodiments, and since the air-conditioner of the present invention adopts all technical solutions of all the above embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments are achieved, and details are not repeated here.
Alternatively, the indoor unit 100 and the outdoor unit are connected by a refrigerant pipe.

Claims (13)

1. An indoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising:
the air conditioner comprises a shell, wherein a fresh air port is formed in the shell;
the fresh air panel component is arranged on the shell in an openable and closable manner; and
and the sealing structure is connected between the fresh air panel component and the shell in a sealing manner.
2. The indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the sealing structure includes a sealing ring protrusion and a sealing ring groove; the sealing ring is protruding with one of them locates of sealing ring groove the internal surface of new trend panel components, another is located the surface of casing, the sealing ring is protruding to be installed in the sealing ring inslot.
3. The indoor unit of claim 2, wherein the sealing ring is formed as a projection extending in an annular shape, and the sealing ring groove is formed as a groove extending in an annular shape.
4. The indoor unit of claim 2, wherein the end of the sealing ring projection abuts against the bottom of the sealing ring groove.
5. The indoor unit of claim 2, wherein the sealing ring is protruded from the outer surface of the casing, the sealing ring groove is formed in the inner surface of the fresh air panel assembly, and the side of the sealing ring groove is communicated with the ventilation opening.
6. The indoor unit of claim 2, wherein the sealing ring is protruded from the outer surface of the casing, and the sealing ring groove is formed in the inner surface of the fresh air panel assembly; the shell is provided with an accommodating groove, and the fresh air inlet is arranged at the bottom of the accommodating groove; the fresh air panel component is installed in the accommodating groove.
7. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 2 to 6,
the fresh air panel assembly comprises a fresh air panel and an installation plate which are arranged in a split mode, the fresh air panel is installed on the installation plate, an air outlet structure is arranged on the fresh air panel, and the air outlet structure is arranged corresponding to the fresh air opening; the mounting plate is provided with a vent penetrating through the mounting plate, and the vent is arranged corresponding to the air outlet structure;
the mounting plate and/or the fresh air panel are/is mounted on the shell; the sealing ring is arranged on the outer surface of the shell in a protruding mode, and the sealing ring groove is arranged on the inner surface of the mounting plate.
8. The indoor unit of claim 7, wherein the sealing ring is protruded to a peripheral side of the fresh air inlet.
9. The indoor unit of claim 7, wherein one of the fresh air panel and the mounting plate is provided with a reinforcing rib, and the other is provided with a reinforcing groove, and the reinforcing rib is disposed in the reinforcing groove.
10. The indoor unit of claim 9, wherein the reinforcement rib is provided on an inner surface of the fresh air panel, and the reinforcement sink is provided on an outer surface of the mounting plate; the reinforcing convex ribs extend along the length direction of the long side of the fresh air panel; the reinforcing sinking groove extends along the length direction of the long side of the mounting plate.
11. The indoor unit of claim 7, wherein the mounting plate comprises a base plate and a decorative side plate disposed on an outer surface of the base plate, the vent is disposed on the base plate, the fresh air panel is mounted on the outer surface of the base plate, and the fresh air panel is disposed on a side of the decorative side plate facing a center of the base plate.
12. The indoor unit of claim 11, wherein the decorative side plate is disposed at an edge of the base plate, and a side edge of the fresh air panel is disposed near or adjacent to the decorative side plate.
13. An air conditioner, comprising:
an air conditioner outdoor unit; and
the indoor unit of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 12, which is connected to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner.
