Wherein the position of the second panel member 13 corresponds to the position of the second chamber, i.e. the second panel member 13 covers the opening of the second chamber.
An embodiment of an air conditioner 100 according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the air conditioner 100 includes a cabinet 10, an air processing device 20, a first fan 30, an intermediate air duct member 40, an indoor heat exchanger 50, and a second fan 60.
The casing 10 includes a casing body 111, a base 112, a top cover 113, a first panel component 12 and a second panel component 13, the casing body 111 extends along the up-down direction, the base 112 is connected with the lower end of the casing body 111, the top cover 113 is connected with the lower end of the casing body 111, the casing body 111 defines a first chamber and a second chamber, the first chamber is located below the second chamber, the front side of the first chamber has a pick-and-place opening, the second chamber has a front opening, the first panel component 12 is located at the pick-and-place opening of the first chamber for opening and closing the pick-and-place opening, and the second panel component 13 is located at the front opening of the second chamber for closing the front opening.
The lower portion of the sidewall of the casing body 111 is provided with a fresh air inlet 101, the upper portion of the sidewall of the casing body 111 is provided with an indoor air inlet 103, a first air outlet 102 is defined between the first panel component 12 and the second panel component 13, and two sides of the second panel component 13 are provided with second air outlets 104.
The first panel member 12 includes an inner liner 121, a first exterior panel 122, a first bracket 123, an upper cover 125, a lower cover 126, and an atmosphere lamp 124, the first bracket 123 extends in a vertical direction, the upper cover 125 and the lower cover 126 are respectively provided at an upper portion and a lower portion of an outer side of the first bracket 123, the inner liner 121 covers the outer side of the first bracket 123, a recess 120 is provided on an outer side surface of the inner liner 121, a bottom wall of the recess 120 extends to an upper end surface of the inner liner 121, the first exterior panel 122 covers the outer side of the inner liner 121, and an upper end of the first exterior panel 122 has a notch to avoid the recess 120.
The second panel member 13 includes a second bracket 131 and a second exterior plate 132, the second bracket 131 extends in the vertical direction, the second exterior plate 132 covers the outer side of the second bracket 131, and a limit protrusion 1311 and a limit catch 1312 are provided at a position close to the lower end of the inner side of the second bracket 131. Wherein, the second panel part 13 is provided with a radar, a voice control box, a display box and a microphone.
The air treatment device 20 is disposed in the first chamber, the air treatment device 20 has an inlet 201 and an outlet 202, the inlet 201 is located on the lower surface of the air treatment device 20, the outlet 202 is located on the upper surface of the air treatment device 20, the intermediate air duct component 40 is disposed above the air treatment device 20, one end of the intermediate air duct component 40 is communicated with the outlet 202, the other end of the intermediate air duct component 40 is communicated with the first air outlet 102, the mounting seat 31 is disposed below the air treatment device 20, the mounting seat 31 includes a seat body 311 and a cover body 312, the cover body 312 is disposed on the seat body 311, the first fan 30 is mounted on the mounting seat 31, namely the first fan 30 is located below the air treatment device 20, the outdoor air can enter the first chamber from the fresh air inlet 101 under the guidance of the first fan 30 and then enters the air treatment device 20 from the inlet 201, and the air treated by the air treatment device 20 is discharged from the outlet 202, then flows toward the first outlet hole 102 and finally is discharged to the room.
The indoor heat exchanger 50 is disposed in the second chamber, and indoor air can enter the second chamber from the indoor air inlet hole 103 under the guidance of the second fan 60, and after being processed by the indoor heat exchanger 50, can be discharged into the room from the second air outlet hole 104, so that the indoor air temperature can be adjusted.
A water receiving tray 51 is arranged below the indoor heat exchanger 50, the first chamber and the second chamber can be separated by the water receiving tray 51, a water guide pipe 512 is arranged below the water receiving tray 51, one end of the water guide pipe 512 is communicated with a water outlet 511 of the water receiving tray 51, the air treatment device 20 is provided with a first water guide groove 23, the first water guide groove 23 comprises a transverse extension section and a longitudinal extension section, the transverse extension section is arranged on the top wall of the air treatment device 20, the longitudinal extension section is arranged on the side wall of the air treatment device 20 and extends along the up-down direction, the upper end of the longitudinal extension section is communicated with one end of the transverse extension section, the other end of the water guide pipe 512 extends to the transverse extension section, a second water guide groove 310 extending along the up-down direction is arranged on the side wall of the mounting seat 31, and the upper end of the second water guide groove 310 is communicated with the lower end of the first water guide groove 23.
When the air conditioner 100 is in operation, the condensed water generated by the indoor heat exchanger 50 may be collected in the water receiving tray 51, and when the condensed water in the water receiving tray 51 reaches a predetermined height, the condensed water may flow out from the water outlet 511 of the water receiving tray 51, and the condensed water flows to the first water chute 23 through the guiding of the water guiding pipe 512, and the condensed water flowing from the first water chute 23 may be discharged outwards through the second water chute 310, so as to prevent the condensed water from flowing everywhere.

1. An air conditioner, comprising:
the air conditioner comprises a machine shell, a fan and a fan, wherein the machine shell is provided with a first cavity, a fresh air inlet and a first air outlet;
the air treatment device and the first fan are arranged in the first cavity, the first fan is used for guiding outdoor air entering from the fresh air inlet towards the first air outlet, the air treatment device is positioned between the fresh air inlet and the first air outlet in the airflow direction,
the casing comprises a first panel component and a second panel component, wherein the first air outlet hole is defined between the first panel component and the second panel component, and the first air outlet hole is located on the inner side of the first panel component or the second panel component.
2. The air conditioner of claim 1, wherein a position of the first panel member corresponds to a position of the first chamber.
3. The air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein an outer surface of the first panel member has a recess provided so as to be recessed toward the inside of the cabinet, a bottom wall of the recess extending to an end of the first panel member near the second panel member,
the first panel component is located below the second panel component, and the first air outlet is defined between the top of the concave portion and the lower end of the second panel component.
4. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air treatment device has an inlet and an outlet, and the outlet is communicated with the first air outlet through an intermediate air duct member.
5. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 4, wherein the air treatment device has a first connection hole, the intermediate air duct member has a second connection hole, and the air treatment device is connected to the intermediate air duct member by a fastener inserted through the first connection hole and the second connection hole.
6. The air conditioner according to claim 4, wherein one of the air treatment device and the intermediate air duct member has a positioning protrusion and the other has a positioning hole to be fitted with the positioning protrusion.
7. An air conditioner according to claim 4, wherein said first panel member is located below said second panel member, one end of said intermediate air duct member communicates with said outlet and the other end engages with an upper end of said first panel member and a lower end of said second panel member.
8. The air conditioner according to claim 7, wherein said outlet is formed on an upper surface of said air treatment device, said first outlet hole is formed on a side portion of said cabinet, and said intermediate duct member is formed as an elbow.
9. The air conditioner according to claim 4, wherein the first panel member includes a first bracket, an inner liner provided outside the first bracket, and a first outer decorative panel provided outside the inner liner, and the first bracket abuts against the intermediate duct member.
10. The air conditioner according to claim 4, wherein the second panel member includes a second bracket, a second outer decorative plate provided on an outer side of the second bracket, an inner side of the second bracket has a limit projection and a limit catch, and an end edge of the intermediate duct member is provided between the limit projection and the limit catch.
11. The air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the cabinet further has a second chamber, an indoor air inlet hole and a second air outlet hole, the air conditioner further comprising:
the indoor heat exchanger is arranged in the second chamber;
and the water receiving disc is arranged below the indoor heat exchanger and used for receiving condensed water.
12. An air conditioner according to claim 11 wherein the position of the second panel member corresponds to the position of the second chamber.
13. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 11, wherein the air treatment device has a first water guide chute communicating with the outlet hole of the water collector.
14. The air conditioner according to claim 13, wherein a mounting seat for mounting the first fan is provided below the air treatment device, and the mounting seat has a second water guide groove communicated with the first water guide groove.
