And (2) sending the formed cow dung (spherical, massive, honeycomb, strip and the like, wherein the spherical shape is adopted in the present position and is determined according to actual conditions) into a dung drying treatment system through a reticular stainless steel conveyor belt for low-temperature drying, and controlling the moisture content of the discharged material to be about 40% by controlling the retention time of the material in a drying machine (the moisture content of the discharged material of the dried cow dung is determined by combining the heat value of the dried cow dung). After most of water vapor is removed from the waste gas generated in the drying treatment process through condensation of the dehumidification heat pump, part of the dehumidified waste gas flows back to the drying machine to be used as circulating supplementary air, the rest of the dehumidified waste gas is used as primary incineration air and is conveyed to the incinerator for incineration treatment, and the condensed waste water is conveyed to the waste water treatment system 2 for treatment. The cow dung after drying is delivered to a waste pool 102 of an incineration plant through a conveying system, a plate chain conveyor 101 is conveyed to the waste pool 102 through a Z-shaped plate chain conveyor, a material distribution device is arranged at an outlet of the plate chain conveyor 101, the cow dung discharging position can be adjusted by controlling the angle of a material distribution plate 104, and meanwhile, the material distribution device can effectively avoid the problem that the dried cow dung is tightly attached to the pool wall of the waste pool 102 to discharge materials, so that a waste grab bucket cannot grab. In the operation process, domestic garbage is required to be fully paved at the bottom in a cow dung distributing area in the garbage pool 102, cow dung is distributed in the area, cow dung feeding is temporarily and dryly performed by controlling extrusion dehydration and cow dung drying speed after distributing is completed, the distributing plate 104 is closed, after the cow dung and the domestic garbage are grabbed by the garbage grab bucket and mixed according to a certain furnace entering proportion, the mixed material is sent to the garbage hopper to be incinerated in coordination for power generation, after grabbing is completed, the fermented domestic garbage is re-stacked in a cow dung distributing area, and batch operation is performed.
The invention provides a device for molding and drying manure and cooperatively incinerating domestic garbage, which aims to prepare organic fuel by using manure such as cow dung, and the method for molding and drying manure and cooperatively incinerating domestic garbage solves the problems of large occupied area and environment caused by manure accumulation on one hand, and on the other hand, when the manure is incinerated as fuel, the manure is dried by adopting a drying process, and the manure and the domestic garbage are cooperatively incinerated (different from mixed combustion with less than 10% of treatment amount), so that the problems of small design scale of incineration treatment and high investment in ton garbage caused by insufficient amount of medium and small municipal domestic garbage can be solved, and the generated waste gas is systematically and effectively treated, the problem of waste gas pollution is controlled, and the aims of recycling and harmless treatment of cow manure are fulfilled.
During the construction of the actual site selection, the excrement treatment plant can be built to be close to the garbage incineration plant by depending on the construction of the garbage incineration plant, water, electricity and steam required by excrement drying are provided by the garbage incineration plant, the dried excrement, the generated waste gas and the household garbage are incinerated in a synergistic manner, and the generated waste water and the household garbage percolate are jointly built into the waste water treatment system 2 for treatment. The method not only can solve the problem of insufficient treatment capacity of the household garbage, but also can realize the full-scale treatment of the excrement, and save investment and operation cost.
