According to the invention, from the aspect of the water reducing agent, the adsorption effect of cations in the residual flocculant in the machine-made sand on the polycarboxylate water reducing agent can be reduced, so that the utilization efficiency of the polycarboxylate water reducing agent is improved, and the flocculation resistance of the polycarboxylate water reducing agent is improved; from the aspect of concrete, adverse performance influences on the concrete, such as thickening, large mixing amount and water demand, serious fluidity loss, concrete strength reduction and the like, caused by the residue of the mechanical sand flocculating agent can be greatly reduced.

Technical Field

Background
Concrete, the most important civil engineering material, has the characteristics of rich raw materials, low price, simple production process, high compressive strength, good durability, wide strength grade range and the like, and is widely used for various structural engineering. The huge amount of concrete used results in gradual depletion of natural sand and mechanical sand has to be used. The machine-made sand and stone production process needs to be washed by water to control the content of impurities and mud. In order to enable the mud content and the powder content in the machine-made sand to reach the standard and control the sewage discharge amount, a flocculating agent is added in the cleaning process to improve the effect of removing mud powder, and the machine-made sand after cleaning contains a certain amount of residual flocculating agent.
The residual flocculant has a very strong adsorption effect on water reducer molecules, the using effect of the water reducer is greatly reduced, and the quality of concrete is seriously influenced, for example, the fluidity of fresh concrete is kept for a short time, and then the fresh concrete becomes viscous and is difficult to construct.
