and 4, step 4: the aeration pump 13, the air duct 17 and the aeration disc 18 are matched to carry out aeration treatment on the paper pulp wastewater in the No. 1 treatment tank 3, wherein during the aeration treatment, gas overflowing from the paper pulp wastewater is subjected to continuous purification, filtration and adsorption treatment through the air extraction mechanism 10, the purification box 6, the activated carbon filter box 7, the adsorption box 8 and the like;
and 5: after the paper pulp wastewater in the No. 1 treatment tank 3 is subjected to dephosphorization reaction and sedimentation, the paper pulp wastewater at the top in the No. 1 treatment tank 3 flows into the No. 2 treatment tank 4 to complete solid-liquid separation, solid pollutants in the paper pulp wastewater are accumulated at the bottom of the inner wall of the No. 1 treatment tank 3 to form sludge, and a sludge pump 19 is matched with a sludge pipe 20 to clean the sludge at the bottom of the inner walls of the No. 1 treatment tank 3 and the No. 2 treatment tank 4;
step 6: the pulp wastewater in the No. 2 treatment tank 4 is subjected to sun exposure treatment, and the pulp wastewater in the No. 2 treatment tank 4 enters the No. 3 treatment tank 5;
and 7: the biomembrane filter 5a in the No. 3 treatment tank 5 filters the effluent of the No. 2 treatment tank 4, and the lift pump 5b and the water outlet pipe 5c are matched to transfer the treated water to the outer side of the device.
