The engine hood inner plate 2 is also made of PP + EPDM + TD30, the thickness is 2.5mm, the thickness of the welding surface position between the engine hood inner plate and the engine hood outer plate is not more than 1.8, and the engine hood outer plate and the engine hood inner plate are welded at a plurality of positions in total and are connected by riveting at four positions.
Referring to fig. 3 to 7, two front mounting brackets 6 are provided on the front side of the engine inner panel, and two rear mounting brackets 7 are provided on the rear side. Referring to fig. 8, in order to prevent the engine cover from sinking in the Z direction, Z-direction adjustable limit blocks 11 are arranged at four angular positions of the engine cover, and the adjustable limit blocks 11 can support the engine cover in the Z direction to prevent the engine cover from sinking. The Z-direction adjustable limiting block 11 is spirally fixed on the lower vehicle body, and the installation position of the Z-direction adjustable limiting block on the lower vehicle body can be adjusted by adjusting the clamping position of the spiral groove on the Z-direction adjustable limiting block 11 and the lower vehicle body metal plate 12.
When the engine hood is disassembled, the front assembling support 6 of the engine hood is disassembled from the lower vehicle body installing support, then the engine hood rotates around the rear assembling support 7 and is lifted for a certain height, and when the engine hood rotates, the front assembling support is higher than a grille of the engine hood, and then the engine hood can be directly disassembled.
