In order to facilitate the installation and operation of the cantilever assembly 7 and ensure the structural strength thereof, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 8 and 10, the cantilever assembly 7 includes a first force arm 71 and a second force arm 72, one end of the first force arm 71 is fixedly connected to the backrest, the other end of the first force arm 71 is rotatably connected to the second force arm 72, a torsion spring 73 is disposed between the first force arm 71 and the second force arm 72, and the second force arm 72 abuts against the bottom frame 1 under the action of the torsion spring 73; one end of the first force arm 71, which is close to the second force arm 72, is provided with a force arm stress surface 711, and when the backrest rotates to a horizontal state away from the seat cushion, the second force arm 72 triggers the unlocking rod 54 under the driving of the force arm stress surface 711 to unlock the padlock assembly 5 from the shackle 51; furthermore, the number of the cantilever assemblies 7 is at least two, at least two groups of the cantilever assemblies 7 are sequentially arranged along the width direction of the seat, the number of the padlock assemblies 5 is one, and one group of the padlock assemblies 5 is opposite to one group of the cantilever assemblies 7; further, a support frame 23 is arranged on the seat cushion, and when the backrest rotates away from the seat cushion to a horizontal state, the second force arm 72 is in contact with the support frame 23 and is stressed; when the backrest is far away from the seat cushion and rotates to a horizontal state, the second force arm 72 of the cantilever assembly 7 which is arranged opposite to the padlock assembly 5 is in contact with the unlocking rod 54 to be stressed, and the support frame 23 is not arranged at the position.
In order to ensure the stability of the seat cushion, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 4, 7, 9 and 12, the seat cushion is provided with n-shaped stoppers 24 on both sides of the width direction of the seat cushion, and the n-shaped stoppers 24 are in contact with the inner side wall of the base frame 1 to effectively laterally restrict the seat cushion and prevent the seat cushion from shaking left and right; in order to effectively reduce noise, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, 10 and 13, a crash pad 25 is disposed between the seat and the base frame 1, and a crash pad 25 is also disposed between the second connecting link 42 and the base frame 1.
The vehicle using the vehicle multifunctional seat is a motor home, and the vehicle multifunctional seat is arranged in a compartment of the motor home.
The working principle of the multifunctional vehicle seat is as follows:
1. the installation process of cushion: firstly, the first hook 43 is hung on the second hook 44, the cushion can rotate relative to the bottom frame 1 through the hinge assembly 4, then the cushion is placed downwards, the cushion drives the lock hook 53 to press downwards until the lock catch 51 enters the hook portion 531 along the guide surface 532, at the moment, the padlock assembly 5 is locked with the lock catch 51, and the cushion inclines downwards towards the backrest;
2. normal seat state: as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the seat cushion is installed on the bottom frame 1, the backrest is in an upright state, and the inclination angle of the backrest can be adjusted through the angle adjuster 6 to meet different sitting postures;
3. a bed condition: as shown in fig. 6, 7 and 9, the seat cushion is mounted on the bottom frame 1, the backrest is rotated to a horizontal state away from the seat cushion by adjusting the angle adjuster 6, and simultaneously the backrest drives the first force arm 71 to rotate until the second force arm 72 is driven by the force arm stress surface 711 to shift the unlocking lever 54, the unlocking lever 54 drives the locking hook 53 to disengage the hook 531 from the locking buckle 51 for unlocking, at this time, the second force arm 72 is in contact stress with the unlocking lever 54, and other second force arms 72 are in contact stress with the corresponding support frames 23, so that the cantilever assembly 7 supports the seat cushion, and at this time, the heights of the seat cushion and the backrest close to each other are consistent, and the backrest and the seat cushion can be used together in a bed state;
4. another bed state: firstly, the unlocking pull belt 56 is pulled outwards to shift the unlocking lever 54 until the unlocking lever 54 drives the lock hook 53 to enable the hook part 531 to be separated from the lock catch 51 for unlocking, or the backrest is rotated to a horizontal state far away from the cushion by adjusting the angle adjuster 6, and simultaneously the backrest drives the first force arm 71 to rotate until the second force arm 72 is driven by the force arm stress surface 711 to shift the unlocking lever 54, and the unlocking lever 54 drives the lock hook 53 to enable the hook part 531 to be separated from the lock catch 51 for unlocking; the first hook 43 is separated from the second hook 44, the cushion can be detached from the bottom frame 1, the backrest is enabled to be close to the bottom frame 1 and rotate to the horizontal state through the angle adjuster 6, the backrest is supported by the bottom frame 1, and the backrest can be used in another bed state and can also be spliced with a bed on a caravan to form a spliced bed;
5. storage state: as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the unlocking pull strap 56 is pulled outward to toggle the unlocking lever 54, until the unlocking lever 54 drives the locking hook 53 to unlock the hook portion 531 from the locking hook 51, or the backrest is rotated to a horizontal state away from the seat cushion by adjusting the angle adjuster 6, and at the same time, the backrest drives the first force arm 71 to rotate, until the second force arm 72 is driven by the force arm stress surface 711 to toggle the unlocking lever 54, the unlocking lever 54 drives the locking hook 53 to unlock the hook portion 531 from the locking hook 51, at this time, the seat cushion can rotate relative to the bottom frame 1 through the hinge assembly 4 to open and close the storage space 11, or the first hook 43 is disengaged from the second hook 44, so that the seat cushion can be detached from the bottom frame 1, and the storage space 11 can accommodate more and/or larger articles.
