Particularly, when the abnormal battery pack is processed, the battery replacing equipment can directly bear the abnormal battery pack to be conveyed out of the battery replacing station, so that the transportation time is reduced, the abnormal battery pack is conveyed out of the battery replacing station before being unburnt or not exploded, and the overall safety of the battery replacing station is improved. In addition, the battery pack can be transported into or away from the battery replacing station, so that the battery pack in the battery replacing station can be replaced conveniently.
In addition, by adopting the battery replacing device 100 with the structure, waiting and avoiding positions of the battery replacing device 100 are increased, so that the battery replacing station can be provided with two or more battery replacing devices 100 at the same time, when one battery replacing device 100 moves along a certain path, other battery replacing devices 100 can move along other paths (different from the previous path) to the waiting and avoiding positions, and therefore the efficiency and the safety of the cooperative work of the plurality of battery replacing devices 100 in the same battery replacing station are improved.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the wheel 121 is an omni wheel or a mecanum wheel.
Omni wheels or mecanum wheels are based on the principle of a central wheel with a number of axles located at the periphery of the wheel, these angled peripheral axles translating a portion of the wheel steering force above a wheel normal force. Depending on the direction and speed of the respective wheels, the resulting combination of these forces produces a resultant force vector in any desired direction thereby ensuring that the platform is free to move in the direction of the resultant force vector without changing the direction of the wheels themselves.
The omni wheels and mecanum wheels have in common that they are composed of two major parts: hub 122 and roller 123. The hub 122 is the main body support for the entire wheel and the rollers 123 are drums mounted on the hub 122. The hub 122 axis of the omni wheel is perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the roller 123, while the hub 122 axis of the mecanum wheel is at a 45 angle to the axis of rotation of the roller 123. The omni-directional wheel and the mecanum wheel have differences in structure, mechanical characteristics and kinematic characteristics, and the essential reason is that the angles of the hub 122 axis and the roller 123 axis are different. The rollers 121 are omni-directional wheels, and two transverse and longitudinal driving sources are needed to realize the omni-directional movement of the battery replacement device 100. The roller 121 is a mecanum wheel that can move in any direction, and thus, omnidirectional movement can be achieved only by one driving source. Thereby realizing the random switching of the moving route of the battery swapping device 100.
In this embodiment, the roller 121 is a mecanum wheel, and the omnidirectional movement of the battery replacement device 100 can be realized only by using one driving source, so that the occupied installation space is small, the use scenes are more, and the space is saved.
In other embodiments, omni wheels may be used.
As shown in fig. 3, the battery replacing apparatus 100 includes a battery replacing portion 110 and a moving portion 120, the moving portion 120 is disposed below the battery replacing portion 110, and a roller 121 is disposed on the moving portion 120.
In the present embodiment, the power conversion part 110 is located at the top, the moving part 120 can support the power conversion part to move, and a pair of rollers 121 are respectively disposed at two sides of the moving part 120 and move through the rollers 121.
The moving part 120 of the battery replacing device 100 is used for installing and driving the roller 121, and the battery replacing part 110 is used for carrying, installing and removing the battery pack.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the vehicle carrying platform 200 of the present embodiment includes a platform body 210 and a battery replacement port 211, a traveling passage is provided below the platform body 210, the traveling passage includes a first passage 400 and a second passage 500, and the extending directions of the first passage 400 and the second passage 500 are as shown in fig. 6. The first channel 400 communicates the charging area 300 and the battery replacement port 211. The second passage 500 communicates the charge port 211 with a waiting area away from the charge port 211. The first passage 400 and the second passage 500 are located on the same plane and communicate with each other, and the first passage 400 and the second passage 500 are oriented differently in the horizontal direction. The vehicle carrying platform 200 is arranged inside the power exchanging station and used for carrying the vehicle 900 and replacing the battery pack of the vehicle 900 on the platform body 210 of the vehicle carrying platform 200.
In this embodiment, the first channel 400 and the second channel 500 are perpendicular to each other, and a point changing port is formed in the middle of the platform body 210, and the point changing port is communicated with the upper side and the lower side of the platform body 210 and communicated to the waiting area and the charging area 300 through the first channel 400 and the second channel 500.
A running channel for running the battery replacing device 100 is arranged below the vehicle carrying platform 200, and the running channel comprises a first channel 400 for power replacing and charging and a second channel 500 for transporting abnormal battery packs. The swapping device 100 may switch between the first channel 400 and the second channel 500 as needed.
As shown in fig. 6, the first channel 400 is perpendicular to the traveling direction of the vehicle 900 on the vehicle carrying platform 200, and the second channel 500 is parallel to the traveling direction of the vehicle 900 on the vehicle carrying platform 200.
In this embodiment, the vehicle 900 enters the power exchanging station and leaves the power exchanging station after passing through the vehicle carrying platform 200. The first channel 400 and the vehicle 900 travel in the same direction, so that the first channel can be conducted to the outside of the power exchange station. The second channel 500 is perpendicular to the driving direction and communicates with the charging areas 300 on both sides of the battery replacement station.
The first channel 400 extends perpendicular to the driving direction of the vehicle 900 on the vehicle-carrying platform 200, so that the battery replacing device 100 can conveniently move perpendicular to the driving direction of the vehicle 900, and the battery pack can be conveniently taken out and replaced on the vehicle. The second channel 500 extends parallel to the traveling direction of the vehicle 900, so that the battery replacing device 100 can transport the battery pack into or out of the battery replacing station more conveniently.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the vehicle-carrying platform 200 further includes an up-ramp 220 and a down-ramp 230 respectively connected to the entry end and the exit end of the platform body 210; the second channel 500 extends through the platform body 210, the up-ramp 220, and the down-ramp 230 below.
In this embodiment, the platform body 210 may be disposed higher than the ground, for example, disposed to be overhead on the ground, the first channel 400 and the second channel 500 are both disposed below the platform body 210, the platform body 210 is provided with the battery replacing port 211, and the battery replacing apparatus 100 moves to the lower side of the platform body 210 and replaces the vehicle 900 stopped on the platform body 210 through the battery replacing port 211. The up-ramp 220 and the down-ramp 230 are respectively disposed at the entry end and the exit end, and are in a ramp shape, and gradually incline upwards from the ground toward the platform body 210.
The vehicle enters the platform body 210 and exits the platform body 210 through the upper ramp 220 and the lower ramp 230 of the vehicle carrying platform 200, the space below the upper ramp 220 and the lower ramp 230 is utilized by the second channel 500, the space is reasonably utilized, the battery replacing equipment transports the battery pack inside and outside the battery replacing station along the second channel, the path of the battery replacing equipment driving away from the battery replacing station is consistent with the path of the vehicle driving in and/or driving away from the battery replacing station, a path for the battery replacing equipment to drive does not need to be additionally opened up, the arrangement of the battery replacing station is more compact, and the land occupation area is reduced.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the upper ramp 220 includes two upper slopes 221 on two sides and an upper inclined cover plate 222 covering the upper slopes 221, and one end of the upper inclined cover plate 222 is rotatably connected to the entrance end of the platform body 210 in an openable manner; the down ramp 230 includes two down ramps 231 at both sides and a down ramp plate 232 covering the down ramps 231, and one end of the down ramp plate 232 is rotatably connected to the exit end of the platform body 210 in an openable and closable manner. The second channel 500 passes under the upper and lower angled cover plates 222, 232.
In this embodiment, the upper slope 221 and the lower slope 231 are respectively disposed at both ends of the upper slope 220 and the lower slope 230 for supporting, and the upper sloped cover 222 and the lower sloped cover 232 are respectively covered on the upper slope 221 and the lower slope 231, and the covers are configured to be rotatable along their intersections with the platform body 210. So that the platform body 210 can be opened from the entrance direction and the exit direction to allow the second passage 500 to be conducted.
By providing the upper and lower diagonal cover plates 222 and 232, when the cover plates are closed, the vehicle 900 can be driven onto the cover plates into or out of the platform body 210 to prevent the vehicle from falling off the slope; when the cover plate is opened, the battery replacing device 100 can move out or in from the lower part of the platform body 210 through the second channel 500, that is, an entrance and an exit for the battery replacing device to enter and exit the vehicle carrying platform are provided.
As shown in fig. 7, the upper angled cover 222 covers and closes the upper surfaces of the two upper ramps 221. The lower ramp cover 232 covers and encloses the upper surfaces of the two upper ramps 221.
In the present embodiment, when the upper inclined cover plate 222 and the lower inclined cover plate 232 are closed, the edges of the upper inclined cover plate and the lower inclined cover plate cover the upper surfaces of the upper slope 221 and the lower slope 231, and the gap between the two upper slopes 221 is closed.
The upper inclined cover plate 222 and the lower inclined cover plate 232 seal the upper surfaces of the upper slope 221 and the lower slope 231, so that the tops of the two slopes are sealed, external sundries are prevented from falling into the first channel or the second channel below the vehicle carrying platform, and the vehicle 900 can run on the upper inclined cover plate 222 and the lower inclined cover plate 232 in the covered state and move from the ground to the position above the platform body 210.
In this embodiment, an upper receiving groove (not shown) is disposed on a side of the upper surface of the upper slope 221, which is close to the other upper slope 221, and has a shape corresponding to a portion of the upper inclined cover plate 222, which is attached to the upper slope 221, and a depth equal to a thickness of the upper inclined cover plate 222. When the cover plate is closed, the edge of the cover plate is just embedded into the corresponding bearing groove, and the cover plate can be flush with the upper surfaces of the two slopes after being closed. The lower slope 231 may also be provided with a lower receiving groove. By adopting the structure, the cover plate does not need to cover the whole upper slope and the whole lower slope, and the position where the wheel runs can be avoided, namely, when the wheel runs on the upper slope and the lower slope, the wheel can not be pressed on the cover plate, so that the deformation of the cover plate can be effectively prevented, and the service life of the cover plate is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the power exchanging port 211 is opened on the platform body 210, and the power exchanging port 211 is used for extending the power exchanging device 100 from the power exchanging port 211 below the platform body 210 to realize the power exchanging operation for the vehicle 900. The battery replacing device 100 performs battery replacing operation on the vehicle 900 through the battery replacing port 211, the battery replacing device 100 runs to the lower portion of the platform body 210, the battery pack of the vehicle 900 located on the platform body 210 is replaced through the battery replacing port 211, and space utilization of the battery replacing station is more reasonable.
While specific embodiments of the invention have been described above, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that this is by way of example only, and that the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims. Various changes or modifications to these embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle and spirit of this invention, and these changes and modifications are within the scope of this invention.
Claims (13)
1. 3. The charging apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the charging apparatus comprises a charging portion and a moving portion, the moving portion is disposed below the charging portion, and the roller is disposed on the moving portion.
4. A vehicle carrying platform is used for a battery replacement station to carry a vehicle and is characterized by comprising a platform body and a battery replacement port, wherein the battery replacement port is arranged on the platform body and is used for battery replacement equipment to perform battery replacement operation on the vehicle through the battery replacement port;
the first channel is communicated with the charging area and the battery replacement port;
the second channel is communicated with the power exchange port and a waiting area far away from the power exchange port;
the first channel and the second channel are positioned on the same plane and communicated, and the first channel and the second channel are different in orientation in the horizontal direction.
5. The vehicle platform of claim 4, wherein the first channel is perpendicular to a direction of travel of the vehicle on the vehicle platform and the second channel is parallel to the direction of travel of the vehicle on the vehicle platform.
6. The vehicle carrier platform of claim 5, further comprising an up-ramp and a down-ramp connected to an entry end and an exit end of the platform body, respectively;
the second channel extends through the platform body, under the up-ramp and/or under the down-ramp.
7. The vehicle carrying platform as claimed in claim 6, wherein the upper ramp comprises two upper ramps at two sides and an upper inclined cover plate covering the upper ramps, and one end of the upper inclined cover plate is rotatably connected with the driving-in end of the platform body in an openable and closable manner; and/or
The lower ramp comprises two lower ramps positioned on two sides and a lower inclined cover plate covering the lower ramps, and one end of the lower inclined cover plate is rotatably connected with the driving-out end of the platform body in an openable and closable manner;
the second channel passes through the lower part of the upper inclined cover plate and/or the lower inclined cover plate.
8. The vehicle platform of claim 7,
the upper inclined cover plate covers and closes the upper surfaces of the two upper slopes;
the lower ramp cover merges to close the upper surfaces of the two upper ramps.
9. The vehicle loading platform of claim 8,
an upper bearing groove is formed in one side, close to the other upper slope, of the upper surface of the upper slope, the shape of the upper bearing groove corresponds to the shape of the part, attached to the upper slope, of the upper inclined cover plate, and the depth of the upper bearing groove is the same as the thickness of the upper inclined cover plate;
and one side of the upper surface of the lower slope, which is close to the other lower slope, is provided with a lower bearing groove, the shape of the lower bearing groove corresponds to the shape of the part, attached to the lower slope, of the lower inclined cover plate, and the depth of the lower bearing groove is the same as the thickness of the lower inclined cover plate.
10. The vehicle-carrying platform of claim 4, wherein the power-exchanging port is formed in the platform body, and the power-exchanging port is used for enabling a power-exchanging device to extend out of the power-exchanging port below the platform body so as to realize power-exchanging operation of a vehicle.
11. A battery swapping station, characterized in that the battery swapping station comprises the battery swapping device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 and the vehicle carrying platform as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 10;
the battery replacement equipment is driven by the roller to move along the first channel or the second channel below the vehicle carrying platform.
12. The battery replacement station according to claim 11, further comprising charging areas disposed on both sides or one side of a traveling direction of a vehicle on the vehicle carrying platform;
the first channel is communicated with the charging area and a power exchanging port of the vehicle-carrying platform, and the power exchanging equipment moves between the charging area and the vehicle-carrying platform.
13. The power swapping station of claim 11, wherein the second channel is communicated with the inside of the vehicle carrying platform, and the power swapping device enters and exits the vehicle carrying platform through the second channel.
