The cavity 20 of the U-shaped structure guides the opening of the corrugated pipe to be opened so as to wrap the rubber pipe coming out from the rubber pipe guide groove 16, and the corrugated pipe and the rubber pipe are sleeved.
The workbench 2 is further provided with a positioning mechanism for mounting the assembly tool, the positioning mechanism comprises a pair of positioning blocks 18 and a baffle plate 19 arranged on the front side or the rear side of the positioning blocks 18, and a slot for accommodating the bottom plate is formed between the positioning blocks 18 and the workbench 2. A notch for positioning the assembly tool is formed between the positioning block 18 and the workbench 2, a bottom plate of the tool can conveniently slide in from one side, meanwhile, a baffle 19 is arranged on the other side to limit the position of the assembly tool, the baffle 19 with the common limiting effect is arranged on the front side, the reason is that the pipe conveying mechanism has a forward traction force on the rubber pipe and the corrugated pipe, and the baffle 19 can stably position the assembly tool on the front side.
The frame 1 is further provided with a rubber tube guide wheel 29 for guiding a rubber tube to be assembled and a corrugated tube guide wheel 30 for guiding a corrugated tube to be assembled, and the rubber tube guide wheel 29 and the corrugated tube guide wheel 30 are arranged on the frame 1 through guide wheel mounting seats respectively. The rubber tube and the corrugated tube which are about to enter the assembly device are guided according to the position of the rubber tube on the assembly tool and the position of the corrugated tube on the assembly tool, so that the abrasion between the corrugated tube and the rubber tube and the rack 1 when no guide wheel exists is avoided, and the quality of the assembled corrugated tube and the assembled rubber tube is improved.
The frame 1 is arranged on a frame 31, and wheels are arranged at the bottom of the frame 31. The frame 1 is arranged on a carriage 31 and can be displaced by the carriage 31 in order to facilitate rapid displacement of the assembly device.
The conveying roller driving mechanism comprises a driving motor 5, a driving chain wheel 6, a transmission chain wheel 7 and a chain 8 surrounding the driving chain wheel 6 and the transmission chain wheel 7, the driving motor 5 is arranged on the rack 1, the driving chain wheel 6 is connected with an output shaft of the driving motor 5, and the transmission chain wheel 7 is arranged on a wheel shaft of the corrugated pipe conveying roller 3. The driving motor 5 rotates to drive the driving chain wheel 6 to rotate, power is transmitted to the driving chain wheel 7 through the chain 8, and the driving chain wheel 7 and the corrugated pipe conveying roller 3 are coaxial to drive the corrugated pipe conveying roller 3 to rotate, so that the corrugated pipe and the rubber pipe are dragged and conveyed after being assembled.
Bellows conveying roller 3 adopts polyurethane or silica gel material to make. The bearing capacity is large, the wear resistance is good, the rolling resistance is small, and the requirement of certain buffer capacity can be met.
The lifting cylinder 13 adopts a stroke-adjustable cylinder. The stroke of the lifting cylinder 13 can be adjusted according to the sizes of rubber tubes with different specifications, and the application range is wider.
The working process is as follows: manually sleeving the corrugated pipe 33 on the rubber pipe 32 by using an assembling tool, and then fixing the assembling tool on the workbench 2 through a positioning mechanism; specifically, the corrugated pipe penetrates through the cavity 20, the opening of the corrugated pipe is opened by the support head 17, the rubber pipe enters the rubber pipe guide groove 16 from the top of the support head 17, then the rubber pipe discharged from the rubber pipe guide groove 16 is wrapped by the corrugated pipe at the pipe outlet side of the assembly tool, and then the assembly tool is installed in a slot between the positioning block 18 and the workbench 2 for positioning; after the assembly tool is positioned, the rear part of the rubber tube is placed on the rubber tube conveying roller 21 and the rubber tube guide wheel 29, the rear part of the corrugated tube is placed on the corrugated tube guide wheel 30, and the corrugated tube and the rubber tube in a sleeved state are placed on the corrugated tube conveying roller 3; the pressing cylinder 23 and the lifting cylinder 13 respectively press the front part and the rear part of the rubber tube, the driving motor 5 drives the corrugated tube conveying roller 3 to rotate, the corrugated tube is driven to convey forwards through friction force, and meanwhile, the roller motor 28 rotates to drive the rubber tube to convey forwards. After the equipment stops, the pressing cylinder 23 and the lifting cylinder 13 move upwards to reset and release the pressing state of the rubber tube, the driving motor 5 and the roller motor 28 stop rotating, and the sleeved corrugated tube and the rubber tube can be manually taken down. The corrugated pipe is sleeved on the rubber pipe through the movement of the mechanism, so that the speed and the efficiency are greatly improved compared with those of manual operation.

the rubber tube pressing mechanism comprises a lifting cylinder (13) for driving a rubber tube pressing wheel (9) to lift, a pressing wheel groove or a pressing wheel protrusion is formed in the surface of the rubber tube pressing wheel (9), the rubber tube pressing wheel (9) is rotatably arranged on a rubber tube pressing wheel frame, the lifting cylinder (13) is arranged on the workbench (2) through a cylinder mounting seat, and the rubber tube pressing wheel frame is connected with a piston rod of the lifting cylinder;

The automatic assembling device for the corrugated pipe and the rubber pipe according to claim 1, further comprising a rubber pipe conveying mechanism arranged behind the assembling tool, wherein the rubber pipe conveying mechanism comprises a rubber pipe conveying roller (21), a rubber pipe roller driving mechanism for driving the rubber pipe conveying roller (21) to rotate, a pre-pressing rubber pipe roller (22) and a pressing cylinder (23) for driving the pre-pressing rubber pipe roller (22) to move up and down, the pre-pressing rubber pipe roller (22) is arranged above the rubber pipe conveying roller (21), the pressing cylinder (23) is arranged on the workbench (2) through a cylinder mounting seat, the pre-pressing rubber pipe roller (22) is arranged on a pre-pressing roller frame, the pre-pressing roller frame is connected with the cylinder mounting seat through a supporting rod (26), and a rod sleeve (24) is arranged on the supporting rod (26), a second spring (25) is sleeved on the supporting rod (26) between the rod sleeve (24) and the pre-pressing roller frame, and a piston rod of the pressing cylinder (23) is connected with the rod sleeve (24).
