It should be noted that the barrier layer 2 is used for heat insulation, and effectively prevents heat from being dissipated from the soil body 1 to the surrounding environment, and the distance between the adjacent gas inlet wells 3 and the distance between the gas inlet well 3 and the gas outlet well 4 are adjusted according to different characteristics of pollutants in the soil body 1.
The communicating pipe 7 enables steam to be better injected into the soil body 1 between the two adjacent gas inlet wells 3, so that the steam is fully contacted with the soil body 1, and the gasification and volatilization effects of volatile organic compounds in the soil body 1 are improved.
Through the through hole 702 on the communicating pipe 7, steam can be better injected into the soil body 1 between the two adjacent gas inlet wells 3, the steam is fully contacted with the soil body 1, the gasification and volatilization effects of volatile organic compounds in the soil body 1 are improved, and the porous filter material 70 is wrapped on the surface of the pipe body 701 and used for preventing the soil body 1 from blocking the through hole 702.
The filter 1505 is an activated carbon filter 1505 that is effective in filtering impurities from the gas stream.
The filter cover 1502 is fixed to drive the support sleeve 1503 to abut against the ring 1508, so that the ring 1508 is tightly attached to the upper seal 1507 at the bottom of the positioning ring 1504 to seal the position of the filter cartridge 1505 and prevent air leakage between the ring 1508 and the positioning ring 1504.
The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows:
when the gas filter is used, steam generated by the steam generator 8 is sent into the gas inlet well 3 through the first pipeline 5, is injected into the soil body 1 through the gas inlet well 3, the vacuum pump 13 is operated to generate negative pressure, organic matters in the soil body 1 are desorbed by air and entrained, the steam flows back into the second gas-liquid separator 11 through the extraction well 4 to be subjected to gas-liquid separation, liquid flows into the waste gas processor 12 to be treated, waste gas enters the waste gas processor 14 to be treated, the waste gas enters the filter cartridge 1501 after passing through the waste gas processor 14, the gas flow is subjected to filtration treatment again through the filter element 1505 in the filter cartridge 1501, the filtered gas flow is discharged from the top of the filter cartridge 1501, the waste gas treated by the waste gas processor 14 is subjected to filtration treatment through the filter element 1505 in the filter cartridge 1501, impurities in the gas flow are greatly reduced, the pollution to the atmosphere is effectively prevented, the filter element 1505 needs to be replaced after being used for a period of time, the bolt assembly of the fixed filter cover 1502 is removed during replacement, removal of the filter cap 1502 from the bottom of the filter cartridge 1501 allows the filter element 1505 to be removed, the ring 1508 on the new filter element 1505 is placed on the support sleeve 1503, the support sleeve 1503 is inserted into the filter cartridge 1501, the filter cover 1502 is attached to the lower seal 1506, the filter cover 1502 is fixed by a bolt assembly, the support sleeve 1503 abuts against the ring 1508, the ring 1508 is tightly attached to the upper seal 1507 at the bottom of the positioning ring 1504, the position of the filter element 1505 can be sealed and fixed, the first pipeline 5 is provided with a first gas-liquid separator 9, a pressure regulating valve 10, a flow meter 16 and a pressure gauge 17, the first gas-liquid separator 9 is used for separating gas and water in steam to reduce the water content in the steam, the pressure regulating valve 10 is used for regulating the pressure of the steam in the first pipeline 5, the flow meter 16 is used for displaying the flow rate of the steam in the first pipeline 5, and the pressure gauge 17 is used for displaying the pressure of the steam in the first pipeline 5.
