when the mixing and stirring of the paper pulp are carried out, raw materials and water are added into a stirring tank (2), a stirring motor (5) drives a stirring roller (4) to work, the raw materials in the stirring tank (2) are stirred and mixed through the stirring roller (4), when dry strength agents are added into the raw materials, the dry strength agents are added into a feeding part (6), the dry strength agents in the feeding part (6) are subjected to blanking through a mixing part (7), and the dry strength agents are sent into the stirring tank (2) to be mixed and stirred with the paper pulp raw materials;
