Abstract
本发明提供了一种功能性微分子香氛,其包括电位水和溶解在所述电位水中的微分子香氛剂,所述微分子香氛剂包括茶树精油、佛手柑精油、尤加利精油、柠檬精油、薄荷精油、天竺葵精油、甜橙精油以及迷迭香精油中的一种或多种。本发明提供的微分子香氛不含酒精成分,不具有易燃性,同时也避免了易敏人群发生过敏的问题,因此具有更高的安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及微分子香氛技术领域,尤其涉及一种功能性微分子香氛。
背景技术
现有技术中的微分子香氛一般以酒精为溶剂,如现有技术CN109620757A公开了一种抗敏微分子香氛喷雾,包括以下组分:薄荷精油、香叶天竺葵油、薰衣草精油、欧薄荷精油、墨西哥杜松油、甜橙皮精油、桉叶油、互生叶白千层叶油、浓度95Vol%食用酒精、水。该现有技术提供的微分子香氛方便携带和使用,并且能够灭杀细菌和防治尘螨。
以上微分子香氛中含有的酒精使得香氛具有易燃性,使用时需要避开火源和热源,同时酒精挥发也会使得使用环境中含有酒精分子,从而可能会导致酒精过敏人群发生过敏,安全性能不佳。
发明内容
针对现有技术中所存在的不足,本发明提供了一种功能性微分子香氛,其解决了现有技术中香氛中含有酒精导致香氛具有易燃性以及可能引起过敏人群酒精过敏的问题。
根据本发明的实施例,一种功能性微分子香氛,其包括电位水和溶解在所述电位水中的功能性微分子香氛剂,所述功能性微分子香氛剂包括茶树精油、佛手柑精油、尤加利精油。
进一步地,所述茶树精油、所述佛手柑精油、所述尤加利精油的质量比例为4:3:1。
在另一实施例中,所述功能性微分子香氛剂还包括柠檬精油、薄荷精油、天竺葵精油、甜橙精油以及迷迭香精油。
进一步地,所述茶树精油、所述佛手柑精油、所述尤加利精油、所述柠檬精油、所述薄荷精油、所述天竺葵精油、所述甜橙精油以及所述迷迭香精油的质量比例为1:3:6:6:4:3:3:4。
在一种实施例中,所述电位水的pH在5.0-6.5之间。
在另一种实施例中,所述电位水的pH在7.5-9.0之间。
进一步地,所述茶树精油、所述佛手柑精油、所述尤加利精油、所述柠檬精油、所述薄荷精油、所述天竺葵精油、所述甜橙精油以及所述迷迭香精油均使用电位水为萃取溶剂,采用SD法或SCDE法提取所得。
进一步地,所述茶树精油、所述佛手柑精油、所述尤加利精油、所述柠檬精油、所述薄荷精油、所述天竺葵精油、所述甜橙精油以及所述迷迭香精油的分子量均小于500。
进一步地,所述电位水和所述微分子香氛剂的质量比例为30-75:70-25。
相比于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1)提供的微分子香氛不含酒精成分,不具有易燃性,同时也避免了易敏人群发生过敏的问题,因此具有更高的安全性;
2)同时具有抗菌作用,能够有效预防各种潜在疾病的发生;
3)利用微酸/碱电位水的高扩散性,渗透性,溶解性,延长空气中微分子香氛的保留时间,作用时间以及微分子香氛气味分子的延续时间。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明中的技术方案进一步说明。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种功能性微分子香氛,其包括质量分数为30%的电位水,电位水的pH为5.0,还包括质量分数为70%的香氛剂,香氛剂包括质量比例为1:3:6:6:4:3:3:4的茶树精油、佛手柑精油、尤加利精油、柠檬精油、薄荷精油、天竺葵精油、甜橙精油以及迷迭香精油,且茶树精油、佛手柑精油、尤加利精油、柠檬精油、薄荷精油、天竺葵精油、甜橙精油以及迷迭香精油的分子量均小于500。
实施例2
本实施例除以下内容外,其余与实施例1一致,不同在于:
电位水的pH为5.8。
实施例3
本实施例除以下内容外,其余与实施例1一致,不同在于:
电位水的pH为6.5。
实施例4
本实施例除以下内容外,其余与实施例1一致,不同在于:

对比例
一种香氛喷雾,按重量份计,包括以下组分:薄荷精油0.02份、香叶天竺葵油0.08份、薰衣草精油0.08份、欧薄荷精油0.2份、墨西哥杜松油0.2份、甜橙皮精油0.1份、桉叶油10份、互生叶白千层叶油1.5份、浓度95Vol%食用酒精20份,从甘蔗发酵萃取制成水55份。
将上述实施例和对比例所得香氛/喷雾进行抗菌测试,测试标准为美国药典USP51抗菌效果测试,
1)以肺炎杆菌为目标,采用原始接种细菌浓度为3.70*105CFU/ml,接触时间为5min,接触后的细菌浓度均小于1CFU/ml,抗菌活性均大于99.9%;
2)以肺炎杆菌为目标,采用原始接种细菌浓度为3.05*105CFU/ml,接触时间为5min,接触后的细菌浓度均小于1CFU/ml,抗菌活性均大于99.9%。
将上述实施例和对比例所得香氛/喷雾进行持续时间测试,结果列入下表:
注:向1m3封闭空间内喷洒10g微分子香氛/香氛喷雾,分别在0h、2h、5h、9h以及15h时测定封闭空间内的挥发性物质浓度,浓度检测方法为《环境空气挥发性有机物的测定吸附管采样-热脱附/气相色谱-质谱法》HJ 644-2013。
上述实施例中,所用到的精油均以酸/碱性电位水为萃取溶剂,采用SD法或SCDE法等方法提取所得。
从上表中可以看出,实施例1-9提供的微分子香氛在初始浓度上即普遍高于对比例提供的喷雾,实施例10与对比例的初始浓度一致,随时间推移,实施例1-10提供的香氛浓度降低速度明显低于对比例,在第9h时,对比例中的浓度已经降至0.1g/m3,实施例1-9还具有高于1g/m3的浓度,而实施例10也远高于0.1g/m3,在第15h时,对比例浓度降低至0,而实施例1-10还具有≥0.3g/m3的浓度,由此说明,本申请提供的香氛持续时间长。
本发明中的电位水经专利申请的公开号为CN1600701的专利申请:电位水制备装置及电位水制备方法(公开日20050330)中的制备方法及装置制备而得。

1.一种功能性微分子香氛,其特征在于,包括电位水和溶解在所述电位水中的功能性微分子香氛剂,所述功能性微分子香氛剂包括茶树精油、佛手柑精油、尤加利精油。
2.如权利要求1所述的功能性微分子香氛,其特征在于,所述茶树精油、所述佛手柑精油、所述尤加利精油的质量比例为4:3:1。
3.如权利要求1所述的功能性微分子香氛,其特征在于,所述功能性微分子香氛剂还包括柠檬精油、薄荷精油、天竺葵精油、甜橙精油以及迷迭香精油。
4.如权利要求3所述的功能性微分子香氛,其特征在于,所述茶树精油、所述佛手柑精油、所述尤加利精油、所述柠檬精油、所述薄荷精油、所述天竺葵精油、所述甜橙精油以及所述迷迭香精油的质量比例为1:3:6:6:4:3:3:4。
5.如权利要求1所述的功能性微分子香氛,其特征在于,所述电位水的pH在5.0-6.5之间。
6.如权利要求1所述的功能性微分子香氛,其特征在于,所述电位水的pH在7.5-9.0之间。
7.如权利要求3所述的功能性微分子香氛,其特征在于,所述茶树精油、所述佛手柑精油、所述尤加利精油、所述柠檬精油、所述薄荷精油、所述天竺葵精油、所述甜橙精油以及所述迷迭香精油的分子量均小于500。
8.如权利要求3所述的功能性微分子香氛,其特征在于,所述茶树精油、所述佛手柑精油、所述尤加利精油、所述柠檬精油、所述薄荷精油、所述天竺葵精油、所述甜橙精油以及所述迷迭香精油均使用电位水为萃取溶剂,采用SD法或SCDE法提取所得。
9.如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的功能性微分子香氛,其特征在于,所述电位水和所述微分子香氛剂的质量比例为30-75:70-25。
