The absorbent article 10 may also have at least two fold lines extending in the width direction W. In the example shown in fig. 1 and 2, the absorbent article 10 has 3 folding lines F1 to F3. These folding lines F1 to F3 are lines for folding the absorbent article when the absorbent article is packaged.
The absorbent article 10 further includes a belt member 60 disposed on the non-skin surface side of the back sheet 22 at a position inward of the outer edge of the absorbent article 10. Preferably, the belt member 60 is not exposed from the absorbent article 10 when viewed from the skin surface side. This prevents the belt member 60 from coming into direct contact with the skin of the wearer during wearing of the absorbent article 10, and thus prevents the wearer from feeling uncomfortable.
In the present embodiment, the belt member 60 for post-treatment is provided on the rear side of the main body bonding portion 70. In this case, the belt member 60 may be configured to be able to project rearward along the front-rear direction L relative to the rear end edge E2 of the absorbent article 10. Instead, the belt member 60 for post-treatment may be provided on the front side of the main body bonding portion 70. In this case, the belt member 60 may be configured to be able to project forward along the front-rear direction L relative to the front end edge E1 of the absorbent article 10. In the present specification, the term "along the front-rear direction L" refers to a direction having an angle of less than 45 ° with respect to the front-rear direction L.
The belt member 60 has: a fixing portion 62 fixed to the back sheet 22; and a non-fixing portion 64 that is not fixed to the back sheet 22. The belt member 60 is permanently attached to the back sheet 22 with a fixing portion 62. The fixing portion 62 is defined by an adhesive applying portion for permanently bonding the tape member 60 to the back sheet 22.
The surface of the non-fixing portion 64 of the tape member 60 may be configured to be able to float from the back sheet 22 without a fixing means such as an adhesive. Instead, the non-fixing portion 64 of the belt member 60 may be temporarily fixed to the back surface sheet 22. The temporary fixation to the back sheet 22 can be peeled off by a relatively weak force. After the absorbent article 10 is used, the user can hold the absorbent article 10 in a rolled state by fixing the protruding belt member 60 to the adhesive section 70 provided in the other portion of the back sheet 22 (see fig. 3).
The belt member 60 may be configured to be fixed to the main body portion that is rolled up so that the skin-facing surface side of the absorbent article is positioned inside when the absorbent article 10 is discarded, thereby maintaining the rolled-up state of the absorbent article 10. The non-fixing portion 64 of the belt member 60 is configured to be fixable to the main body portion. The non-fixing portion 64 may be fixed to the main body portion by an adhesive portion of the main body portion, or may be a fixing means such as an adhesive agent or a hook member provided on the tape member 60. The fixing portion 62 of the belt member 60 may be configured to be fixable to the main body portion. The fixing portion 62 may be a bonding portion of the main body, or may be a fixing means such as an adhesive or a hook member provided on the tape member 60.
An example of a specific configuration of the absorbent article of the present embodiment is shown. The surface sheet may have a weight per unit area of 30g/m 2 The hot air non-woven fabric (PE/PET). A second sheet may be provided between the topsheet and the absorbent core. The second sheet may be made of the same material as the surface sheet. The side sheet may be disposed outside the body in the width direction without disposing the front sheet. The side sheet may have a weight per unit area of 13g/m 2 The SMS nonwoven fabric (PP) of (1). The absorbent material of the absorbent core may be composed of softwood kraft pulp and a superabsorbent polymer. The non-fixing portion 64 of the belt member 60 may be disposed on the opposite side of the belt member 60 from the fixing portion 62 in the projecting direction. That is, the fixed portion 62 may be located farther from the center of the absorbent article in the front-rear direction L than the non-fixed portion 64. In this case, the user pulls the tape member 60 so as to fold back the non-fixed portion 64 of the tape member 60 at the boundary between the fixed portion 62 and the non-fixed portion 64.
The belt member 60 is disposed offset in the width direction W with respect to the article center line CL 1. That is, the tape center line CL2 of the tape member 60 is offset in the width direction W with respect to the article center line CL1 when the tape member 60 is extended. Here, the belt center line CL2 is a line extending in the drawing direction of the belt member 60 and passing through the center of the belt member 60 in the direction orthogonal to the drawing direction. In this case, when the belt member 60 for post-processing is fixed to the absorbent article 10 wound up in the front-rear direction L, a load is applied to a position displaced from the center of the absorbent body 30 in the width direction W. This can suppress a strong load from being locally applied to the center of the absorber 30 in the width direction W, and moisture is less likely to seep out of the absorber during handling of the belt member 60 for post-processing.
A portion of the strap member 60 preferably passes through the article centerline CL 1. If the belt member 60 is fixed to the absorbent article 10 in the vicinity of one end in the width direction W of the rolled absorbent article 10, the other end in the width direction W of the absorbent article 10 may be opened. When the belt member 60 partially passes through the article center line CL1, the rolled absorbent article 10 can be reliably fixed near the center of the absorbent article 10 in the width direction W. In this case as well, the belt member 60 for post-treatment is disposed offset from the article center line CL1, and therefore, a strong load is prevented from being applied to the center of the absorbent body 30 in the width direction W.
The body bonding portions 70 are preferably provided on both sides of the article centerline CL1 of the absorbent article 10 in a region of the absorbent article 10 other than on the article centerline CL 1. The article centerline CL1 is the portion opposite the depression such as the wearer's gluteal cleft. Since the main body adhesive part 70 is not provided on the article center line CL1, the center in the width direction of the absorbent article is not directly fixed to a wearing article such as underwear. Therefore, when a force is applied from both legs of the wearer to the inside in the width direction, the center in the width direction of the absorbent article 10 deforms convexly toward the depression such as the gluteal groove of the wearer, and the absorbent article is easily attached to the skin of the wearer. In this case as well, since the belt member 60 is disposed offset in the width direction W with respect to the article center line CL1, the region where the belt member 60 overlaps the main body bonding portion 70 when viewed in the front-rear direction L can be enlarged (see fig. 2). Therefore, when the belt member 60 is extended in a state where the absorbent article 10 is rolled up, the belt member 60 can be easily fixed to the main body bonding portion 70.
(3) Embodiment 2
Next, the absorbent article of embodiment 2 will be described. Fig. 4 is a plan view of the absorbent article according to embodiment 2, viewed from the non-skin surface side. Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the absorbent article according to embodiment 2 in a state of being rolled up in the front-rear direction. In fig. 4 and 5, the same members as those of embodiment 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals. Hereinafter, the same structure as that of embodiment 1 may be omitted from description.
In embodiment 2, the belt member 60 is configured such that the belt center line CL2 is obliquely offset with respect to the article center line CL1 when the belt member 60 is extended. Here, the belt center line CL2 is a line extending in the drawing direction of the belt member 60 and passing through the center of the belt member 60 in the direction orthogonal to the drawing direction. Specifically, the strap member 60 may be inclined relative to the article centerline CL 1. In this case, when the user fastens the rolled absorbent article 10 with the belt member 60, the belt member 60 is pulled along the belt center line CL 2. The tape member 60 is fixed to the body bonding portion 70 in a state of being inclined with respect to the tape center line CL 2. In this case, the load applied from the belt member 60 to the absorber 30 is dispersed in the width direction W in accordance with the inclination of the belt member 60. This can suppress a load from being locally applied to the center of the absorbent body 30 in the width direction W, and the body fluid is less likely to leak from the absorbent body during handling of the belt member 60 for post-treatment.
Also in embodiment 2, a part of the belt member 60 preferably passes through the article center line CL 1. This makes it possible to securely fasten the rolled absorbent article 10 in the vicinity of the center of the absorbent article 10 in the width direction W. In this case as well, the belt member 60 for post-treatment is inclined with respect to the article center line CL1 when the belt member 60 is extended, and therefore, the load applied to the absorbent body 30 can be dispersed.
The angle of inclination between the belt centerline CL2 and the article centerline CL1 is preferably 10 ° or less. Thus, when the belt member 60 is extended, the inclination angle between the belt center line CL2 and the article center line CL1 is also 10 ° or less. If the angle of inclination between the belt center line CL2 and the article center line CL1 is large, the belt member 60 is pulled in a direction that is greatly inclined with respect to the front-rear direction with respect to the absorbent article 10 that is rolled up in the front-rear direction, and therefore it is difficult for the user to pull the belt member 60. In this embodiment, by reducing the inclination angle between the belt center line CL2 and the article center line CL1, the belt member 60 can be easily pulled out in the front-rear direction L.
As shown in fig. 5, the body bonding portions 70 preferably extend in the front-rear direction L and are provided at intervals in the width direction W. Here, in the case where the belt center line CL2 of the belt member 60 is inclined with respect to the article center line CL1, the length L1 in the width direction W of the belt member 60 (the length in the width direction of the absorbent article) pulled out in the extension direction is longer than the width W1 in the direction orthogonal to the extension direction of the belt member. Therefore, when the plurality of body bonding portions 70 are provided at intervals from each other in the width direction W, the belt member 60 can be fixed across the plurality of body bonding portions 70 without excessively widening the width W1 of the belt member 60 (see also fig. 5). This makes it easy to reliably maintain the absorbent article 10 in a rolled state.
(4) Embodiment 3
Next, the absorbent article of embodiment 3 will be described. Fig. 6 is a plan view of the absorbent article according to embodiment 3, viewed from the non-skin surface side. In fig. 6, the same members as those in embodiment 2 are denoted by the same reference numerals. Hereinafter, the same structure as that of embodiment 2 may be omitted from description.
In embodiment 3, the non-fixing portion 64 of the belt member 60 is disposed on the opposite side of the fixing portion 62 in the extending direction of the belt member 60. That is, the fixed portion 62 of the belt member 60 is located farther from the center of the absorbent article in the front-rear direction L than the non-fixed portion 64. The boundary BL between the fixed portion 62 and the non-fixed portion 64 is inclined with respect to the width direction W.
The user pulls the belt member 60 so as to fold back the non-fixed portion 64 of the belt member 60 at the boundary BL between the fixed portion 62 and the non-fixed portion 64. In fig. 6, an imaginary outline line IL when the belt member 60 is folded back at the boundary BL is drawn by a broken line. In this manner, since the boundary BL between the fixed portion 62 and the non-fixed portion 64 is inclined, the belt center line CL2 of the belt member 60 pulled out in the extension direction is inclined with respect to the article center line CL 1. The effect obtained by inclining the belt center line CL2 of the belt member 60 pulled out in the extension direction with respect to the article center line CL1 is the same as the effect described in embodiment 2.
The inclination angle of the boundary BL between the fixed portion 62 and the non-fixed portion 64 with respect to the width direction W is preferably 10 ° or less. Thus, when the belt member 60 is extended, the inclination angle between the belt center line CL2 and the article center line CL1 is 10 ° or less. Therefore, as in embodiment 2, the belt member 60 can be easily pulled out in the front-rear direction L.
While the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in the present specification. The present invention can be implemented by modifying or changing the form without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention defined by the claims. Therefore, the description of the present specification is for illustrative purposes, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
For example, the belt member 60 for post-treatment may be made of an extensible member. In this case, the user can stretch the belt member 60 and fix the rolled absorbent article 10.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an absorbent article in which body fluid is less likely to leak from the absorbent body during handling of the belt member for post-treatment.

Claims (6)

1. An absorbent article having:
a front-back direction;
a width direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction;
a back sheet facing a side opposite to the wearer's skin;
an adhesive section provided on the non-skin surface side of the back sheet; and
a belt member for post-treatment, wherein,
the absorbent article has an article centerline passing through the center in the width direction of the absorbent article and extending in the front-rear direction,
the belt member for post-treatment is configured to be capable of extending to a position outside a front end edge or a rear end edge of the absorbent article along the front-rear direction,
the belt member has:
a fixing portion fixed to the back sheet; and
a non-fixing portion that is not fixed to the back surface sheet,
the non-fixed portion is disposed on the opposite side of the protruding direction of the belt member from the fixed portion,
a boundary between the fixed portion and the non-fixed portion is inclined with respect to the width direction,
the boundary between the fixed portion and the non-fixed portion has an inclination angle of 10 ° or less with respect to the width direction forward.
2. The absorbent article of claim 1,
the plurality of bonding portions extend in the front-rear direction and are provided at intervals from each other in the width direction.
3. The absorbent article according to claim 1 or 2, wherein,
the belt member is configured not to be exposed from the absorbent article when viewed from the thickness direction.
4. The absorbent article according to claim 1 or 2, wherein,
the band member has a band center line passing through a center of the band member and extending in a protruding direction of the band member,
the angle of inclination between the belt centerline and the article centerline is 10 ° or less.

the strap member is inclined relative to the article centerline,
