Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an absorbent article provided with a belt member for post-treatment.
Background
An absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin, a panty liner, an adult incontinence pad, or a feces pad is attached to the inside of a wearing article to be worn by a wearer during use. In general, an absorbent article attached to the inside of a wearing article has an adhesive portion for preventing the absorbent article from shifting with respect to the wearing article. The adhesive portion is provided on the surface of the absorbent article opposite to the skin surface side (the side facing the skin of the wearer).
Patent document 1 discloses an absorbent article such as a disposable diaper or a sanitary napkin provided with a fastening tape for post-treatment (see fig. 6 and 7 of patent document 1). The fastening tape is wound around the central portion in the width direction of the absorbent article that is rolled up in the front-rear direction when the absorbent article is discarded. This makes it possible to maintain the absorbent article in a rolled state when the absorbent article is discarded.

Disclosure of Invention
An absorbent body provided in an absorbent article absorbs body fluid during use. The absorbent body generally absorbs the most body fluid near the center in the width direction. The fastening tape described in patent document 1 is wound around the center portion in the width direction of the absorbent article that is wound up in the front-rear direction. Therefore, the fastening tape applies a load to the center in the width direction of the absorbent body when wound around the absorbent article. Due to this load, body fluid may seep out of the absorbent and adhere to the hand of the user.
Therefore, an absorbent article in which body fluid hardly seeps out from the absorber in handling of the belt member for post-treatment is desired.
An absorbent article according to one aspect includes: a front-back direction; a width direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction; a back sheet facing a side opposite to the wearer's skin; an adhesive section provided on the non-skin surface side of the back sheet; and a belt member for post-treatment. The absorbent article has an article centerline that passes through the center in the width direction of the absorbent article and extends in the front-rear direction. The belt member for post-treatment is configured to be capable of extending to a position outside a front end edge or a rear end edge of the absorbent article in the front-rear direction. The band member has a band center line passing through a center of the band member and extending in a protruding direction of the band member. The belt member is configured such that the belt centerline is offset in the width direction or obliquely offset with respect to the article centerline when the belt member is extended.
An absorbent article according to another aspect includes: a front-back direction; a width direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction; a back sheet facing a side opposite to the wearer's skin; an adhesive section provided on the non-skin surface side of the back sheet; and a belt member for post-treatment. The absorbent article has an article centerline that passes through the center in the width direction of the absorbent article and extends in the front-rear direction. The belt member for post-treatment is configured to be capable of extending to a position outside a front end edge or a rear end edge of the absorbent article in the front-rear direction. The belt member has: a fixing portion fixed to the back sheet; and a non-fixed portion that is not fixed to the back sheet. The non-fixed portion is disposed on the opposite side of the fixed portion in the extending direction of the belt member. The boundary between the fixed portion and the non-fixed portion is inclined with respect to the width direction.

Detailed Description
(1) Brief description of the embodiments
At least the following matters will be apparent from the description of the present specification and the accompanying drawings.
An absorbent article according to one aspect includes: a front-back direction; a width direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction; a back sheet facing a side opposite to the wearer's skin; an adhesive section provided on the non-skin surface side of the back sheet; and a belt member for post-treatment. The absorbent article has an article centerline that passes through the center of the absorbent article in the width direction and extends in the front-rear direction, the belt member for post-treatment is configured to be capable of projecting in the front-rear direction to a position outside a front end edge or a rear end edge of the absorbent article, the belt member has a belt centerline that passes through the center of the belt member and extends in the projecting direction of the belt member, and the belt member is configured such that the belt centerline is offset in the width direction or is offset obliquely with respect to the article centerline when the belt member projects.
According to the present invention, the belt member for post-processing is configured to be displaced in the width direction with respect to the article center line or to be displaced obliquely with respect to the article center line when the belt member is extended. Therefore, when the belt member for post-treatment is fixed to the absorbent article wound up in the front-rear direction, a load is applied to a position of the absorbent body that is offset from the center in the width direction, or a strong load is not locally applied to the center in the width direction of the absorbent body, and the load is dispersed in the width direction of the absorbent body. This can suppress local application of a load to the center of the absorbent body in the width direction, and can prevent body fluid from seeping out of the absorbent body during handling of the belt member for post-processing.
According to a preferred aspect, a portion of the strap member passes through the article centerline.
When one end of the belt member in the width direction of the rolled absorbent article is fixed to the absorbent article, the other end in the width direction of the absorbent article may be opened. According to the present aspect, since the belt member partially passes through the article center line, the rolled absorbent article can be reliably fixed near the center in the width direction of the absorbent article. In this case as well, the belt member for post-treatment is configured to be displaced in the width direction with respect to the article center line or to be displaced obliquely with respect to the article center line when the belt member is extended, and therefore, there is obtained an advantage that the body fluid is less likely to leak from the absorbent body during the operation of the belt member for post-treatment.
According to a preferred embodiment, the belt member is disposed offset in the width direction with respect to the article centerline, and the adhesive portion is provided on both sides of the centerline of the absorbent article in a region of the absorbent article other than on the centerline.
The center in the width direction of the absorbent article is a portion opposing a depression such as the gluteal groove of the wearer. Since the adhesive portion is not provided in this portion, the center of the absorbent article in the width direction is not directly fixed to a wearing article such as underwear. Therefore, when a force is applied from both legs of the wearer to the inside in the width direction, the center in the width direction of the absorbent article deforms convexly toward the depression such as the gluteal groove of the wearer, and the absorbent article is easily attached to the skin of the wearer.
Even in this case, since the belt member is disposed offset in the width direction with respect to the center line of the article, the region where the belt member overlaps the bonded portion when viewed from the front-rear direction can be enlarged (see fig. 2). Therefore, when the belt member is extended in a state where the absorbent article is rolled up, the belt member can be easily fixed to the adhesive portion.
According to a preferred aspect, the belt center line is inclined with respect to the article center line when the belt member is extended, and an inclination angle between the belt center line and the article center line is 10 ° or less.
By reducing the angle of inclination between the belt centerline and the article centerline, the belt member can be easily pulled out in the front-rear direction. This makes it easy to fix the absorbent article rolled up in the front-rear direction by the belt member.
An absorbent article according to another aspect includes: a front-back direction; a width direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction; a back sheet facing a side opposite to the wearer's skin; an adhesive section provided on the non-skin surface side of the back sheet; and a belt member for post-treatment. The absorbent article has an article centerline that passes through the center of the absorbent article in the width direction and extends in the front-rear direction, and the belt member for post-treatment is configured to be capable of protruding in the front-rear direction to a position outside a front end edge or a rear end edge of the absorbent article. The belt member has: a fixing portion fixed to the back sheet; and a non-fixed portion that is not fixed to the back sheet. The non-fixed portion is disposed on the opposite side of the fixed portion in the extending direction of the belt member, and a boundary between the fixed portion and the non-fixed portion is inclined with respect to the width direction.
Since the boundary between the fixed portion and the non-fixed portion is inclined with respect to the width direction, the belt center line of the belt member pulled out in the extension direction can be inclined with respect to the article center line.
According to a preferred embodiment, the plurality of adhesive portions extend in the front-rear direction and are provided at intervals in the width direction.
In the case where the belt center line of the belt member pulled out in the protruding direction is inclined with respect to the article center line, the length of the belt member pulled out in the protruding direction in the article width direction is longer than the width of the belt member in the direction orthogonal to the protruding direction. Therefore, in the case where the plurality of bonding portions are provided at intervals from each other in the width direction, the band member can be fixed across the plurality of bonding portions without excessively widening the width of the band member. This makes it easy to reliably maintain the absorbent article in a rolled-up state.
According to a preferred aspect, the belt member is disposed so as not to be exposed from the absorbent article when viewed in a thickness direction.
The belt member is not exposed from the absorbent article during wearing of the absorbent article, and therefore the belt member does not directly contact the skin of the wearer. Therefore, the uncomfortable feeling during wearing can be suppressed.
(2) Structure of absorbent article
Hereinafter, an absorbent article according to an embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. The absorbent article may be an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin, panty liner, breast pad, adult incontinence pad, fecal pad or sweat pad. In particular, the absorbent article may be used by being attached to the inside of a wearing article such as underwear of a user.
In the following description of the drawings, the same or similar parts are denoted by the same or similar reference numerals. In the drawings, the drawings are schematic, and it should be noted that the scale of each dimension and the like may be different from the actual scale and the like. Therefore, specific dimensions and the like should be determined with reference to the following description. In addition, the drawings may include portions having different dimensional relationships and ratios from each other.
Fig. 1 is a plan view of the absorbent article of embodiment 1 as viewed from the skin surface side. Fig. 2 is a plan view of the absorbent article of embodiment 1, viewed from the non-skin surface side. Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the absorbent article according to embodiment 1 in a state of being rolled up in the front-rear direction. Here, the "skin surface side" corresponds to a side facing the skin of the wearer during use. The "non-skin-side" corresponds to a side facing the skin side of the wearer during use.
The absorbent article 10 has a front-back direction L and a width direction W the front-back direction L is a direction extending from the front side (ventral side) to the rear side (dorsal side) of the wearer or from the rear side to the front side of the wearer the width direction W is a direction orthogonal to the front-back direction L the absorbent article 10 has an article centerline C L1 passing through the center in the width direction W of the absorbent article 10 and extending in the front-back direction L.
The absorbent article 10 has a main body portion including a front sheet 20 facing the skin of the wearer, a back sheet 22 facing the opposite side of the skin of the wearer, and an absorbent body 30 between the front sheet 20 and the back sheet 22. The topsheet 20 faces the wearer's skin during use. The back sheet 22 faces the opposite side of the wearer's skin during use. The top sheet 20 may be composed of a liquid-permeable sheet. The back sheet 22 may comprise a liquid impermeable sheet.
The absorber 30 extends in the front-rear direction L of the absorbent article, the absorber 30 may include an absorbent core made of an absorbent material capable of absorbing moisture and a core wrap covering the absorbent core.
The absorbent article 10 may also have wings 40 and hip flaps 50. The flap 40 is folded back toward the non-skin surface side of the crotch portion of the worn article when in use. The hip flap 50 is a portion that bulges in the width direction W at a position rearward of the flap 40. The hip flaps 50 are portions bulging outward in the width direction W from the outer edge of the absorbent body 30.
The absorbent article 10 has an excretory opening opposing region S1 which opposes the wearer' S excretory opening (e.g., vaginal opening) during use. The excretory opening facing region S1 is a region disposed in the crotch of the wearer, i.e., between the legs of the wearer, and corresponds to a region where the absorbent body 30 is present. In the absorbent article 10 having the flaps 40, the excretory opening opposing region S1 is located between the flaps 40, and corresponds to the region where the absorbent body 30 is present.
As shown in fig. 2, the absorbent article 10 has adhesive sections 42, 52, 70 provided on the non-skin surface side of the back sheet 22. The adhesive sections 42, 52, 70 are regions provided with an adhesive for fixing the absorbent article 10 to a wearing article. The adhesive includes a body adhesive 70, a flap adhesive 42, and a flap adhesive 52.
The adhesive sections 42, 52, 70 provided on the non-skin surface side of the back sheet 22 can fix the absorbent article to clothing such as underwear of the wearer. When the absorbent article 10 is rolled up after use, the belt member 60 for post-treatment can be fixed to the adhesive sections 42, 52, and 70. Therefore, the adhesive portions 42, 52, and 70 can be used for both the purpose of fixing to the clothes and the purpose of fixing the belt member for the post-treatment.
The main body bonding part 70 is provided in a region overlapping the absorbent body 30 in the thickness direction of the absorbent article, preferably, the main body bonding part 70 extends continuously or intermittently from at least the excretory opening facing region S1 toward the rear of the absorbent article 10, and a plurality of main body bonding parts 70 may be provided at intervals in the width direction W extending in the front-rear direction L.
The flap adhesive portion 42 is provided to the flap 40. The flaps 40 are folded back toward the wearing article of the wearer during use, and attached to the non-skin surface side of the wearing article by the flap adhesive sections 42. The flap adhesive 52 is provided to the hip flap 50.
The absorbent article 10 may also have at least two fold lines extending in the width direction W. In the example shown in fig. 1 and 2, the absorbent article 10 has 3 folding lines F1 to F3. These folding lines F1 to F3 are lines for folding the absorbent article when the absorbent article is packaged.
The absorbent article 10 further includes a belt member 60 disposed on the non-skin surface side of the back sheet 22 at a position inward of the outer edge of the absorbent article 10. Preferably, the belt member 60 is not exposed from the absorbent article 10 when viewed from the skin surface side. This prevents the belt member 60 from coming into direct contact with the skin of the wearer during wearing of the absorbent article 10, and thus prevents the wearer from feeling uncomfortable.
In this embodiment, the belt member 60 for post-treatment is provided at a position more rearward than the main body bonding section 70. in this case, the belt member 60 may be configured to be able to project rearward than the rear end edge E2 of the absorbent article 10 along the front-rear direction L. instead, the belt member 60 for post-treatment may be provided at a position more forward than the main body bonding section 70. in this case, the belt member 60 may be configured to project forward than the front end edge E1 of the absorbent article 10 along the front-rear direction L. in this specification, the term "along the front-rear direction L" refers to a direction having an angle of less than 45 ° with respect to the front-rear direction L.
The belt member 60 has: a fixing portion 62 fixed to the back sheet 22; and a non-fixing portion 64 that is not fixed to the back sheet 22. The belt member 60 is permanently attached to the back sheet 22 with a fixing portion 62. The fixing portion 62 is defined by an adhesive applying portion for permanently bonding the tape member 60 to the back sheet 22.
The surface of the non-fixing portion 64 of the tape member 60 may be configured to be able to float from the back sheet 22 without a fixing means such as an adhesive. Instead, the non-fixing portion 64 of the belt member 60 may be temporarily fixed to the back surface sheet 22. The temporary fixation to the back sheet 22 can be peeled off by a relatively weak force. After the absorbent article 10 is used, the user can hold the absorbent article 10 in a rolled state by fixing the protruding belt member 60 to the adhesive section 70 provided in the other portion of the back sheet 22 (see fig. 3).
The belt member 60 may be configured to be fixed to the main body portion that is rolled up so that the skin-facing surface side of the absorbent article is positioned inside when the absorbent article 10 is discarded, thereby maintaining the rolled-up state of the absorbent article 10. The non-fixing portion 64 of the belt member 60 is configured to be fixable to the main body portion. The non-fixing portion 64 may be fixed to the main body portion by an adhesive portion of the main body portion, or may be a fixing means such as an adhesive agent or a hook member provided on the tape member 60. The fixing portion 62 of the belt member 60 may be configured to be fixable to the main body portion. The fixing portion 62 may be a bonding portion of the main body, or may be a fixing means such as an adhesive or a hook member provided on the tape member 60.
An example of a specific configuration of the absorbent article of the present embodiment is shown. The surface sheet may consist of a weight per unit area of 30g/m2The hot air non-woven fabric (PE/PET). A second sheet may be provided between the topsheet and the absorbent core. The second sheet may be made of the same material as the surface sheet. The side sheet may be disposed outside the body in the width direction without disposing the front sheet. The side sheet may have a weight per unit area of 13g/m2The SMS nonwoven fabric (PP) of (1). The back sheet side of the tape member may be printed. For printing, a pink urethane ink can be used. Further, the extensible belt member may be constituted by a weight per unit area of 10g/m2Polypropylene layer of (2), weight per unit area 10g/m2Styrene-based rubber layer and a weight per unit area of 10g/m2Is laminated with the polypropylene layer of (a).
The non-fixed portion 64 of the belt member 60 may be disposed on the opposite side of the belt member 60 from the fixed portion 62 in the extending direction, that is, the fixed portion 62 may be located farther from the center of the absorbent article in the front-rear direction L than the non-fixed portion 64, in this case, the user pulls the belt member 60 so as to fold back the non-fixed portion 64 of the belt member 60 at the boundary between the fixed portion 62 and the non-fixed portion 64.
The belt member 60 is disposed offset in the width direction W with respect to the article center line C L1, that is, the belt center line C L2 of the belt member 60 is offset in the width direction W with respect to the article center line C L1 when the belt member 60 is extended, and here, the belt center line C L2 is a line extending in the drawing direction of the belt member 60 and passing through the center of the belt member 60 in the direction orthogonal to the drawing direction in this case, when the belt member 60 for post-processing is fixed to the absorbent article 10 wound up in the front-rear direction L, a load is applied from the position offset in the width direction W of the absorbent body 30, whereby it is possible to suppress locally applying a strong load to the center in the width direction W of the absorbent body 30, and moisture is less likely to seep out from the absorbent body during the operation of the belt member 60 for post-processing.
The belt member 60 preferably partially passes through the article center line C L1, and if the belt member 60 is fixed to the absorbent article 10 in the vicinity of one end in the width direction W of the rolled absorbent article 10, the other end in the width direction W of the absorbent article 10 may open, and if the belt member 60 partially passes through the article center line C L1, the rolled absorbent article 10 can be reliably fixed in the vicinity of the center in the width direction W of the absorbent article 10, and even in this case, since the belt member 60 for post-processing is disposed offset from the article center line C L1, the application of a strong load to the center in the width direction W of the absorbent body 30 is suppressed.
The body adhesive part 70 is preferably provided on both sides of the article center line C L1 of the absorbent article 10 in the region other than on the article center line C L1 of the absorbent article 10, the article center line C L1 is a portion facing a depression such as the gluteal fold of the wearer, the body adhesive part 70 is not provided on the article center line C L1, and therefore the center in the width direction of the absorbent article is not directly fixed to a wearing article such as underwear, therefore, when a force is applied from both legs of the wearer to the inside in the width direction, the center in the width direction of the absorbent article 10 deforms convexly toward the depression such as the gluteal fold of the wearer, and the absorbent article is likely to adhere to the skin of the wearer, and even in this case, the region where the belt member 60 overlaps the body adhesive part 70 when viewed from the front-back direction L can be expanded because the belt member 60 is disposed offset in the width direction W with respect to the article center line C L1 (see fig. 2).
(3) Embodiment 2
Next, the absorbent article of embodiment 2 will be described. Fig. 4 is a plan view of the absorbent article according to embodiment 2, viewed from the non-skin surface side. Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the absorbent article according to embodiment 2 in a state of being rolled up in the front-rear direction. In fig. 4 and 5, the same members as those of embodiment 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals. Hereinafter, the same structure as that of embodiment 1 may be omitted from description.
In embodiment 2, the belt member 60 is configured such that the belt center line C L2 is offset obliquely with respect to the article center line C L1 when the belt member 60 is extended, and here, the belt center line C L2 is a line extending in the pulling direction of the belt member 60 and passing through the center of the belt member 60 in the direction orthogonal to the pulling direction, specifically, the belt member 60 may be inclined with respect to the article center line C L1 in this case, when the user fastens the rolled absorbent article 10 with the belt member 60, the belt member 60 is pulled along the belt center line C L2, the belt member 60 is fastened to the body bonding portion 70 in a state of being inclined with respect to the belt center line C L2, in this case, the load applied from the belt member 60 to the absorbent body 30 is dispersed in the width direction W in accordance with the case where the belt member 60 is inclined, whereby it is possible to suppress the load being locally applied to the center in the width direction W of the absorbent body 30, and it is difficult for body fluid to seep out from the absorbent body during the operation of the belt member 60 for post.
In embodiment 2 as well, the part of the belt member 60 preferably passes through the article center line C L1, whereby the rolled absorbent article 10 can be reliably secured near the center in the width direction W of the absorbent article 10, and also in this case, the belt member 60 for post-treatment is inclined with respect to the article center line C L1 when the belt member 60 is extended, and therefore, the load applied to the absorbent body 30 can be dispersed.
The angle of inclination between the belt centerline C L2 and the article centerline C L1 is preferably 10 ° or less, whereby the angle of inclination between the belt centerline C L2 and the article centerline C L1 is also 10 ° or less when the belt member 60 is extended, and if the angle of inclination between the belt centerline C L2 and the article centerline C L1 is large, the belt member 60 is pulled in a direction greatly inclined with respect to the front-rear direction with respect to the absorbent article 10 rolled up in the front-rear direction, and therefore it becomes difficult for the user to pull the belt member 60, and in this form, the angle of inclination between the belt centerline C L2 and the article centerline C L1 is made small, so that the belt member 60 can be easily pulled out in the front-rear direction L.
As shown in fig. 5, it is preferable that the body bonding portions 70 extend in the front-rear direction L and are provided at intervals from each other in the width direction W, and here, in the case where the belt center line C L2 of the belt member 60 is inclined with respect to the article center line C L1, the length L1 (length in the width direction of the absorbent article) in the width direction W of the belt member 60 pulled out in the extension direction is longer than the width W1 in the direction orthogonal to the extension direction of the belt member, and therefore, in the case where the plurality of body bonding portions 70 are provided at intervals from each other in the width direction W, the belt member 60 can be secured across the plurality of body bonding portions 70 without excessively widening the width W1 of the belt member 60 (see also fig. 5), and therefore, the absorbent article 10 can be reliably maintained in a rolled-up state.
(4) Embodiment 3
Next, the absorbent article of embodiment 3 will be described. Fig. 6 is a plan view of the absorbent article according to embodiment 3, viewed from the non-skin surface side. In fig. 6, the same members as those in embodiment 2 are denoted by the same reference numerals. Hereinafter, the same structure as that of embodiment 2 may be omitted from description.
In embodiment 3, the non-fixed portion 64 of the belt member 60 is disposed on the opposite side of the fixed portion 62 in the extending direction of the belt member 60, that is, the fixed portion 62 of the belt member 60 is located farther from the center of the absorbent article in the front-rear direction L than the non-fixed portion 64, and a boundary B L between the fixed portion 62 and the non-fixed portion 64 is inclined with respect to the width direction W.
The user pulls the tape member 60 so as to fold back the non-fixed portion 64 of the tape member 60 at the boundary B L between the fixed portion 62 and the non-fixed portion 64, here, the virtual outline I L of the tape member 60 at the boundary B L is drawn by a broken line in fig. 6, and as such, the tape center line C L2 of the tape member 60 pulled out in the extension direction is inclined with respect to the article center line C L1 because the boundary B L between the fixed portion 62 and the non-fixed portion 64 is inclined, and the effect obtained by inclining the tape center line C L2 of the tape member 60 pulled out in the extension direction with respect to the article center line C L1 is the same as the effect described in embodiment 2.
The inclination angle of the boundary B L between the fixed portion 62 and the non-fixed portion 64 with respect to the width direction W is preferably 10 ° or less, whereby the inclination angle between the belt center line C L2 and the article center line C L1 when the belt member 60 is extended is 10 ° or less, and therefore, the belt member 60 can be easily pulled out in the front-rear direction L as in embodiment 2.
While the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in the present specification. The present invention can be implemented by modifying or changing the form without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention defined by the claims. Therefore, the description of the present specification is for illustrative purposes, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
For example, the belt member 60 for post-treatment may be made of an extensible member. In this case, the user can stretch the belt member 60 and fix the rolled absorbent article 10.
