Referring to fig. 1 to 12, a floor scrubber has a floating rolling brush structure, and specifically, the floating rolling brush structure includes: a chassis 11; a wheel frame slidably mounted on the chassis 11; a roller brush 33 rotatably mounted to the wheel frame; a wiper strip 116 mounted to the chassis 11 and slidably abutting the roller brush 33, and an elastic pretensioner 4 mounted to the chassis 11 and acting on the wheel frame so that the roller brush 33 abuts the wiper strip 116 and has a movement tendency toward the wiper strip 116; the elastic pre-tightening piece 4 can be elastically deformed after being subjected to external force. In this embodiment, the elastic pre-tightening member 4 is a spring, specifically a tension spring, one end of which is hung on a hanging shaft 1141 provided on the chassis 11, and the other end of which is hung on the wheel frame. The wiper strip 116 is here arranged between the roller brush 33 and the chassis 11, i.e. the wiper strip 116 is arranged on the sliding path of the roller brush 33 under the influence of the elastic pretensioner 4. When the roller brush 33 is used, the elastic pre-tightening piece 4 always acts on the wheel frame, so that a certain pre-tightening force is kept between the roller brush 33 and the scraping strip 116, namely, the roller brush 33 always has a movement trend of moving towards the scraping strip 116, after the roller brush 33 and the scraping strip 116 are matched for a long time, the elastic pre-tightening piece 4 acts on the wheel frame, so that the roller brush 33 moves towards the scraping strip 116 to compensate the abrasion loss of the roller brush 33, the interference of the scraping strip 116 and the roller brush 33 is ensured to meet the use requirement, the cleaning capability of the scraping strip 116 to the roller brush 33 is ensured, and the service life of the roller brush 33 can be effectively prolonged.
In other embodiments, the elastic pretensioner 4 may also be an elastic rubber strip or the like. The elastic pre-tension 4 here is not particularly limited as long as it can provide driving force to the wheel frame, and when the roller brush 33 is worn, it can provide driving force to the wheel frame so that the wheel frame slides with respect to the chassis 11 so that the roller brush 33 approaches the wiper strip 116 to compensate for the wear amount of the roller brush 33.
In other embodiments, the elastic pretensioner 4 may also be an electric putter. Specifically, a pressure sensor is disposed on the scraping strip 116 near the rolling brush 33, so as to monitor the extrusion force between the rolling brush 33 and the scraping strip 116 in real time, when the rolling brush 33 is worn, the extrusion force becomes smaller than a pressure threshold, and at the moment, the central processing unit sends a signal to the electric push rod to enable the electric push rod to drive the wheel frame to slide, so that the rolling brush 33 is abutted against the scraping strip 116 until the pressure between the rolling brush 33 and the scraping strip is restored to be within the threshold range. Correspondingly, the elastic pretensioner 4 may also be a hydraulic cylinder or an air cylinder or the like.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, 9 and 10, the lower surface of the chassis 11 is provided with a mounting groove, and the wheel frame is slidably mounted in the mounting groove; a driving groove 114 is arranged on one side of the mounting groove, and a first partition plate 118 is formed between the mounting groove and the driving groove 114; the first partition plate 118 is provided with a limiting notch 1181, the wheel frame is provided with a fixed shaft 35, and the fixed shaft 35 extends from the limiting notch 1181 into the driving groove 114; the elastic pre-tension 4 is arranged in the driving groove 114 and acts on the fixed shaft 35 to slide the wheel carrier in the mounting groove, so that the roller brush 33 abuts against the scraping strip 116.
Specifically, the wheel frame here includes a first frame 31 and a second frame 32, and the roller brush 33 is rotatably installed between the first frame 31 and the second frame 32; further, the front end of the chassis 11 is provided with a receiving port 112, the first frame 31 is arranged at one side of the receiving port 112, and the second frame 32 is arranged at the other side of the receiving port 112; the rolling brushes 33 are distributed in the accommodating openings 112; the scraping strip 116 is installed at the bottom of the accommodating port 112. In the present embodiment, the mounting grooves include first and second mounting grooves 113 and 117 that are one-to-one and fit with the first and second frames 31 and 32. In other embodiments, the first and second mounting slots 113 and 117 may be contoured and, correspondingly, the first and second shelves 31 and 32 may be contoured. The outer shapes of the first and second mounting grooves 113 and 117 and the outer shapes of the first and second frames 31 and 32 may be appropriately adjusted according to the specific requirements of the product, and are not particularly limited herein. The sliding direction of the first frame 31 in the first mounting groove 113 may be parallel to the sliding direction of the second frame 32 in the second mounting groove 117. The mounting groove plays a role in guiding and limiting the wheel frame.
In this embodiment, the hanging shaft 1141 is disposed in the mounting groove, that is, the hanging shafts 1141 are disposed in the first mounting groove 113 and the second mounting groove 117, for mounting the elastic pre-tightening member 4, and the fixed shaft 35 extending from the limiting notch 1181 to the driving groove 114 is matched to realize the fixed assembly of the elastic pre-tightening member 4. The fixed shaft 35 is provided on both the first frame 31 and the second frame 32. In this embodiment, the width of the limiting notch 1181 is larger than the outer diameter of the fixed shaft 35, so that the sliding of the wheel frame in the mounting groove is not limited by the interference of the limiting notch 1181; meanwhile, the limiting notch 1181 defines the sliding distance of the wheel frame in the mounting groove, that is, the adjusting distance of the rolling brush 33 relative to the scraping strip 116. Specifically, when the fixed shaft 35 slides in the limit notch 1181 and abuts against the inner wall of the limit notch 1181 in the sliding direction, the wheel frame cannot continue to slide in the mounting groove.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, 4, 5, 9 and 10, the limiting notch 1181 includes a first longitudinal notch 11811 and a first transverse notch 11812 that are mutually penetrated, wherein: the extending direction of the first transverse notch 11812 is parallel to the sliding direction of the wheel frame in the mounting groove; the fixed shaft 35 can be disengaged from the driving groove 114 through the first longitudinal notch 11811; the width of the first transverse notch 11812 is greater than the outer diameter of the fixed shaft 35. Further, a rotation groove 115 is arranged at one side of the installation groove, and a second partition 119 is formed between the installation groove and the rotation groove 115; a rotation notch 1191 is formed in the second partition 119, a rotation shaft 36 is arranged on the wheel frame, and the rotation shaft 36 is rotationally embedded in the rotation notch 1191; the rotation shaft 36 can slide in the sliding direction of the wheel frame in the mounting groove in the rotation notch 1191. Further, the rotation notch 1191 includes a second longitudinal notch 11911 and a second transverse notch 11912 that are mutually penetrated; the second transverse notch 11912 is a waist-shaped hole, and the length direction of the end surface of the second transverse notch is parallel to the sliding direction of the wheel frame in the mounting groove; the rotation shaft 36 can be separated from the rotation notch 1191 from the second longitudinal notch 11911. The width of the second transverse notch 11912 is greater than the outer diameter of the rotational shaft 36.
In this embodiment, the width direction of the first transverse notch 11812 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the first transverse notch 11812, and a gap is formed between the wheel frame and the inner wall of the mounting groove, so that the supporting force of the wheel frame in the direction perpendicular to the ground is from the first transverse notch 11812 and the second transverse notch 11912. The width of the first transverse notch 11812 is larger than the outer diameter of the fixed shaft 35, and the width of the second transverse notch 11912 is larger than the outer diameter of the rotating shaft 36, so that the wheel frame has a certain movable space in the direction perpendicular to the chassis 11 and is in a floating state. When the roller brush 33 is used, the wheel frame can move downwards in the direction vertical to the chassis 11 in the first transverse notch 11812 and the second transverse notch 11912 under the action of self gravity along with the abrasion of the roller brush 33, so that the abrasion of the roller brush 33 is compensated in the direction vertical to the chassis 11, the contact quantity of the roller brush 33 and the ground is ensured, the cleaning force of the roller brush 33 to the ground is further ensured, and the service life of the roller brush 33 is effectively prolonged. Meanwhile, in the use process, if the situation of uneven ground (protruding above the ground) occurs, the rolling brush 33 can move upwards along the direction vertical to the chassis 11 under the action of the ground, so that the normal running of the roller 12 is ensured, the cleaning force of the rolling brush 33 is ensured, and meanwhile, the blocking of the rolling brush 33 can be avoided.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the rotation shaft 36 extends into the rotation groove 115 through the rotation notch 1191; the rotating shaft 36 is provided with a limiting block 361, and the limiting block 361 is distributed in the rotating groove 115 and is in sliding fit with the second partition 119; when the rotation shaft 36 rotates or slides in the second transverse notch 11912, the stopper 361 is at least partially slidably attached to the second partition 119. In this embodiment, two limiting blocks 361 are disposed on the rotating shaft 36, the two limiting blocks 361 are symmetrically disposed about the rotating shaft 36 in the connecting line direction of the fixed shaft 35 and the rotating shaft 36, and the highest points of the two top parts are all located on the same circular arc, and the center of the circular arc is located on the central axis of the rotating shaft 36. The diameter of the circle where the arc is located is greater than the length of the second transverse notch 11912, so that the two limiting blocks 361 can limit the rotating shaft 36 in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 36 to prevent the rotating shaft 36 from being separated from the second transverse notch 11912.
In this embodiment, the width of the first longitudinal notch 11811 is slightly larger than the diameter of the fixed shaft 35, and the width of the second longitudinal notch 11911 is slightly larger than the diameter of the rotating shaft 36. In normal use, the roller brush 33 is in contact with the ground, so that the roller brush is always supported by the ground, so that the fixed shaft 35 is located at a side away from the first longitudinal notch 11811 in the first transverse notch 11812, and the rotating shaft 36 is located at a side away from the second longitudinal notch 11911 in the second transverse notch 11912. When the roller brush 33 needs to be disassembled, the user can hold the roller brush 33 to stretch the elastic pretensioner 4 so that the fixed shaft 35 slides in the first transverse notch 11812 to be aligned with the first longitudinal notch 11811, then take out the fixed shaft 35 from the first longitudinal notch 11811, and then take out the rotating shaft 36 from the second longitudinal notch 11911, thus completing the disassembly of the wheel carrier and the roller brush 33. In this embodiment, the first partition 118 and the second partition 119 are made of plastic, and can deform to a certain extent when being pressed, so that the fixing shaft 35 and the rotating shaft 36 can be conveniently assembled and disassembled.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 9, a support 34 is disposed on the second frame 32, and a driving member 5 for driving the rolling brush 33 to rotate is disposed in the support 34; the support 34 extends through the chassis 11 and is slidably connected to the chassis 11. The chassis 11 is provided with a mounting notch communicating with the second mounting groove 117 for receiving the support 34. A rotation groove 115 is similarly provided on the chassis 11 on the side of the mounting notch, and a rotation shaft 36 is provided on the support 34 on the side close to the rotation groove 115, wherein the rotation shaft 36 is coaxial with the rotation shaft 36 provided on the second frame 32. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, 8, 11 and 12, a first rotating groove 311 is provided on the first frame 31 for rotatably mounting the driven shaft boss 61, and a second rotating groove 321 is provided on the second frame 32 for rotatably mounting the driving shaft boss 62. In use, the roller brush 33 is mounted at one end to the driving shaft projection 62 and at the other end to the driven shaft projection 61, the driving member 5 being in driving connection with the driving shaft projection 62. The driving member 5 drives the driving shaft protrusion 62 to rotate, thereby rotating the rolling brush 33. The mounting of the driving member 5 on the second frame 32 here increases the weight of the wheel frame so that the roller brush 33 can better conform to the ground during use. In this embodiment, the driving member 5 is a motor. The driving member 5 is connected to the driving shaft boss 62 by a timing belt transmission.
Further, the floor washing machine also comprises a roller 12 rotatably arranged on the chassis 11; the chassis 11 is provided with an air pipe, the inlet end of which faces the rolling brush 33, and the outlet end of which is communicated with the negative pressure equipment.
