Abstract

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种用于制造微结构的模具元件,特别是铸模(casting mold),例如压模(die)。要制造的微结构特别是微针阵列。
【背景技术】
微针用于将活性成分直接输送至皮肤中,这也被称为皮内输送。为此,微针的长度刚好足以仅穿透外皮层,但优选地未到达神经和血管,由此使神经和血管不受伤害。然而,微针在上皮层中产生小孔,与活性成分到皮肤的纯外部施用相比,这显著增加了活性成分的吸收。
具有例如附着到载体表面的多个微针的微针阵列可以用于短期输送或长期施用。将活性成分从微针输送到皮肤中的优选方式是包含活性成分的微针区域或整个微针溶解或分离,由此可被身体吸收到皮肤中。为此,微针特别至少部分地分别由水溶性物质或材料制成。除了通过微针本身直接输送活性成分外,微针也可以具有孔隙或空腔或形成为空心针,以便使得活性成分能够以这种方式输送到皮肤中。此外,微针也可不含活性成分。在这种情况下,例如,活性成分可以从外部施加到微针的外部,或者仅在微针从皮肤去除之后,含有活性成分的物质可以施用到对应的皮肤区域,以便使用微针以这种方式输送活性成分。
微针可以由陶瓷、金属或聚合物以及其他材料制成。优选地,将一种或多种活性成分组分加入到这些材料中,由此产生微针的制剂。
用于分别制造治疗或诊断微针或微针阵列的先前已知的方法不适合或仅在有限程度上适合以足够的质量和/或数量制造。
制造微针的常用方法包括例如使用铸模(例如由硅树脂制成的压模)来分别铸造微针或整个微针阵列。特别是由于铸模与施加到其的通常为液体的制剂之间的疏水特性,在这种制造方法中出现了许多问题。
特别地,当在通常由硅树脂制成的压模中的铸模的整个表面上施加水性液体时,存在的问题是,由于铸模的疏水特性,液体不是均匀分布的,并且可能不能到达形成微针的铸模中的所有凹陷。
此外,存在的问题是,为水性溶剂或其它溶剂的所施加的液体必须干燥。在干燥过程和相关联的体积减小期间,可能出现空腔,例如,使得对应的产品无法使用。在干燥期间也可能出现内应力,通常导致产品的脆性增加。这种应力仅能通过例如复杂的热后处理来降低。在这方面,已知的用于制造微结构、特别是微针阵列的方法的问题在于,一方面,制造了相对大量的废料和/或另一方面,需要对产品进行复杂的后处理。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是提供一种模具元件,例如铸模,特别是压模,利用该模具元件可以以改进的质量制造例如微针阵列的微结构。
该目的利用具有权利要求1的特征的模具元件来实现。
特别是铸模(例如由硅树脂制成的压模)的根据本发明的模具元件用于制造微结构,特别是微针阵列。模具元件包括具有特别平坦的上侧的基体。用于接收用于制造微结构的材料的凹陷从上侧延伸。根据本发明,在基体的上侧上设置通道,各个通道连接到至少一个凹陷。在上侧设置这种通道确保了例如通过材料进入凹陷的对应流动而实现更有针对性的干燥。上侧是特别平坦的,即使其具有朝向上侧开口的通道;平坦的上侧应当理解为意指在优选实施方式中,这不是凸出或凹入弯曲的上侧。
优选地,各个凹陷与多个通道连接。由此,可以进一步提高所制造的产品、特别是所制造的微针阵列的质量。在这方面,优选的是,若干通道围绕凹陷的周边均匀地布置。在此,进一步优选的是,各个凹陷连接到至少三个、特别是至少五个通道。
优选地,通道至少部分地布置为使得各个通道将相邻的凹陷彼此连接。这导致产品在干燥过程期间的非常好的分布,使得可以进一步提高所获得的产品的质量。
优选地,通道至少部分地形成为使得它们从与它们连接的凹陷开始逐渐变细。这也可以提高所制造产品的质量。
在本发明特别优选的另外实施方式中,通道与凹陷之间的连接区域或过渡区域分别设置有倒角。特别地,在纵截面中,倒角优选地形成为使得从基体的上侧测量的通道的深度随着通道靠近凹陷而增加。特别优选的是,倒角分别在该区域中具有半径或者是弯曲的。在此,优选地,弯曲形成为使得其分别突出到连接通道中或者相对于通道是凸出的。由此,通道的深度特别朝向凹陷稳定地增加。特别地,通道没有台阶或凸缘。
设置在基体中的凹陷优选地布置为使得它们在平面图中相互错开布置。特别地,提供了多行凹陷,相邻行的凹陷各自布置在间隙上。
在优选的实施方式中,由于凹陷用于形成微针阵列,因此各个凹陷优选地为圆锥形(conical)或角锥形(pyramidal),其中圆锥或角锥的顶点在背离基体上侧的一侧上。由此,从上侧开始,圆锥或角锥分别沿纵向逐渐变细,或者圆锥或角锥的横截面分别沿纵向减小。在优选实施方式中,圆锥/角锥本身具有圆形或正方形横截面。
在本发明特别优选的另外实施方式中,在至少一个凹陷中设置至少一个杆。在至少一个凹陷中设置至少一个杆是独立的发明,特别是独立于在基体的上侧设置至少一个通道。然而,优选两种发明的组合。
优选地,至少一个杆设置在多个、特别是各个凹陷中。在本发明优选的另外实施方式中,至少一个杆在凹陷的纵向上延伸。特别地,杆布置在凹陷的壁上。此外,优选的是,至少一个杆在纵向上延伸跨过凹陷的至少一半。

示意性示出的压模具有基体10。从基体10的上侧12开始,在基体中布置多个凹陷14。凹陷的横截面为圆锥形(图2),其中圆锥从上侧12沿凹陷14的纵向16逐渐变细。
在基体10的上侧12上设置通道18。通道18优选地布置为使得相邻的凹陷14通过通道18彼此连接。特别地,在所示的优选实施方式中,没有布置在压模边缘处的凹陷14具有到六个周围凹陷14的六个连接通道18。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于制造微结构、特别是微针阵列的模具元件,特别是铸模,所述模具元件包括:
