In order to overcome the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a video conference grouping management method, which comprises the following steps: receiving a meeting entering request; identifying a meeting number based on the meeting entry request; respectively adding the conference application corresponding to the conference number into at least one conference entity based on the conference number; and performing group management on at least one conference in the same conference entity.
Having described the general principles of the invention, various non-limiting embodiments of the invention are described in detail below.
Application scene overview
The embodiment of the invention can be applied to remote video conference, remote teaching or training and other scenes, however, a person skilled in the art can fully understand that the applicable scene of the embodiment of the invention is not limited by any aspect of the framework.
Exemplary method
A method for implementing a video conference packet management method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1-6 in conjunction with an application scenario. It should be noted that the above application scenarios are only presented to facilitate understanding of the spirit and principle of the present invention, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited in this respect. Rather, embodiments of the present invention may be applied to any scenario where applicable.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow diagram of a method for implementing video conference packet management is schematically shown, according to one embodiment of the present invention. The method comprises the following steps:
and S100, receiving a conference entrance request.
For example, when a user needs to join a video conference, a conference joining request is sent to the server by clicking a conference joining button displayed on the interface, and the server receives the conference joining request sent by the user.
And S110, identifying the conference number based on the conference entering request.
The conference number includes, as an example, one or a combination of a conference number and a conference number.
And S120, respectively adding the conference application corresponding to the conference number into at least one conference entity based on the conference number.
As an example, the adding the conference requests corresponding to the conference numbers to at least one conference entity based on the conference numbers respectively includes adding the conference requests corresponding to the conference numbers meeting the number segment rule to the same conference entity. The conference entity comprises a conference member collection and a unique Root Group and/or a common Group, namely, only one Root Group is contained in the same conference entity, but a plurality of common groups or no common groups are contained in the same conference entity, wherein a conference entity to which a conference number belongs can be calculated by the conference number segment rule corresponding to the conference entity and the Root Group, and a conference number can be calculated by a sub-conference number. For example, conference number: 97-XXXXX-YYYY, wherein 97-XXXXX is a congress number, the congress number can be used to determine the affiliated conference entity and root group, 97-XXXXXXX-YYYY is a sub-conference number, and obviously, the conference entity corresponding to the congress number can be calculated through the sub-conference number.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, a schematic diagram of a conference entity architecture is shown, where a conference entity Conf (conference) includes a conference member collection All EP, a Root Group-Root, n common Group groups Group-1 and Group-n, where the conference entity Conf is configured to manage conference terminals of All conference members included in the conference entity, the Root Group-Root is configured to manage an association relationship between the remaining common Group groups Group-n and the Root Group-Root, and each Group has an independent conference control/sharing/white board unit, and a Group-managed terminal List (EP-List). Each participant Ep comprises a grouping mark and only one grouping mark, the grouping mark is used for marking the attribution of terminal groups, terminal audio and video pictures/shared/white board/conference control management and the like in each Group are visible mutually and are independent from other groups, namely, participants in a Group-Root and participants in a common Group-1 and a Group-n are independent, and participants in different groups cannot be intercommunicated with each other, so that the privacy among the participants in different groups in the same video conference can be effectively ensured, and because the applications in different groups in the same video conference are independent, the adaptability of resources can be effectively ensured, and the phenomenon that the resources cannot be effectively distributed when the applications provided by the conference are shared among different groups in the same conference in the prior art can not occur, if all people in different groups in the same conference can draw and watch the white board, the white board is the only resource, if different groups all use one resource, the line display is possibly disordered, or when one group closes the white board, other groups are directly influenced to use. Therefore, by binding the global resources with the groups, each group has own exclusive resources, and when multiple groups are associated, all the groups are ensured to share the fused resources according to a certain rule, so that the content visibility of different groups is realized.
And S120, performing grouping management on at least one conference in the same conference entity.
As an example, the group managing at least one conference within the same conferencing entity comprises: and performing dynamic grouping management or static grouping management on at least one conference in the same conference entity. The dynamic packet management comprises: the method has the advantages that participants in the same conference entity are moved to different groups in the conference, so that one conference in the same conference entity is divided into a plurality of conferences. The static packet management includes: different groups of participants in the same conference entity are connected or disconnected with the root group, so that conferences corresponding to different groups in the same conference entity are merged into the same conference.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram showing a static packet call behavior, in which the core of the static packet is a conference entity and a plurality of conference numbers. Static grouping conference number generation principle: one congress number, and N subcontent numbers. The conference number corresponds to a conference entity, and a Root-Group, N sub-conference numbers can be calculated, the conference number can be calculated to belong to the conference entity, and the conference number corresponds to a Group conference number, and is isolated from other numbers in the system through a number segment.
For example: 97-XXXXX-YYYYY, the 97 number segment is used as a special number segment of the static packet type conference, and other conference numbers cannot be uniformly distributed; XXXXXXX marks a group of static grouping meetings, namely all numbers which are identical to 97-XXXXX, and if a call occurs, the grouping meeting is a meeting entity; YYYY marks a single static packet number, namely 97-XXXXX-YYYY is the final calling number of the terminal, all terminals calling in the number are classified into one packet, the root packet exists as a special packet, and 97-XXXXX is used as a mark. I.e. the root packet (main body of the conference) of the packet conference is a short number. That is, EP 1-4 calls 9766666, i.e., 4 people call into the root group; EP 5-12 calls 97666660001, i.e. 8 people call into general packet 1; EP13 ~ 20 calls 97666660002, i.e. 8 people call in to regular group 2. At this time, 4 persons who call in the root group can interwork with the sharing/whiteboard/conference control and other elements of the root group by connecting the root group with the common group so that the sharing/whiteboard/conference control and other elements of the common group connected with the root group are fused with the sharing/whiteboard/conference control and other elements of the root group.
With reference to the schematic diagram of the static packet connection principle shown in fig. 4, as shown in the diagram, Root-Group, Group-1, and Group-3 form a Group relationship, and the contents of the managed terminals are intercommunicated. That is, at this time, the participants in the root group, the common group 1, and the common group 3 can communicate with each other, and the independent units of the root group, the common group 1, and the common group 3 before connection can be fused, for example, a whiteboard supports the drawing of terminal lines, when a plurality of groups are connected together, it is ensured that all terminals in the jurisdiction use the same whiteboard unit, and it can be ensured that the lines of the terminals can be summarized and superposed for all terminals to make correct display, that is, each group originally has an independent sharing/whiteboard/conference control unit, and the fusion and intercommunication of contents is realized by sharing the unit of the root group in the connection state.
As an example, in a scene of zone management of a strong management conference or a large conference, each zone calls in one number, and actions such as roll call/check-in can be independently completed, when a conference is started, one key is fused, the fused roll call/check-in results are jointly displayed on the main conference, and fused people can communicate with each other. Therefore, the attendance task of the participants can be effectively completed on the premise of saving time and cost.
As an example, the core of the dynamic packet is a conference entity, a conference number. And the grouping creation is flexibly carried out in the conference process. Therefore, any conference can support dynamic grouping without specially planning conference numbers. The dynamic grouping is different from the static grouping, one number is arranged in all the terminals, and only the functions of audio and video pictures/sharing and the like of the terminals are needed to be logically isolated. That is, the non-binding relationship between the participants in the dynamic grouping and the grouping is achieved by migration of the participants in the grouping to achieve fusion/isolation of pictures (change the grouping attributes of the participants), and if the grouping discussion is needed, a temporary GroupId is generated to create the grouping. If the group discussion needs to be finished, all people return to a conference. The group is destroyed directly and the person is migrated back to the root group. As shown in the schematic diagram of the dynamic Group creation structure shown in fig. 5, when a conference just starts, all people are in a root Group, all people in the conference are visible to each other, at this time, the root Group is a main conference identity, if a Group discussion needs to be performed, a new Group (2 dynamic groups Group-1 and Group-n) is created, and a 3-Group state is formed, at this time, users 1 to 4 are in the root Group, users 5 to 12 are in the Group-1 Group, users 13 to 20 are in the Group-n Group, and current users 1 to 4, users 5 to 12, and users 13 to 20 are still in the same conference body, but are independent from each other and cannot communicate with each other. As shown in fig. 6, if one of the groups finishes the discussion, it can choose to return to the main conference, to locally dissolve the group, and to assign members to the root group management, where users 1-4 and 13-20 are independent of each other and cannot communicate with users 5-12. Therefore, based on the above embodiments, the present invention can implement a grouping architecture, implement the temporary of the temporary discussion group service, and implement the planning of the strong control/large conference.
According to the method and the system, dynamic grouping management or static grouping management is carried out on the participants in the same conference main body, so that functions in different groups in the same conference main body can be fused or separated in real time, and the temporality of a temporary discussion group service and the planning performance of a strong control/large conference are realized.
Exemplary devices
Having described the method of an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a video conference packet management apparatus of an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is next illustrated with reference to fig. 7. The device comprises the following modules:
a receiving module 700, configured to receive an conference entering request.
For example, when a user needs to join a video conference, a conference joining request is sent to the server by clicking a conference joining button displayed on the interface, and the server receives the conference joining request sent by the user.
An identifying module 710 for identifying a conference number based on the conference entering request.
The conference number includes, as an example, one or a combination of a conference number and a conference number.
A joining module 720, configured to join the conference application corresponding to the conference number into at least one conference entity based on the conference number.
Therefore, by binding the global resources with the groups, each group has own exclusive resources, and when multiple groups are associated, the application ensures that all the groups share the fused resources according to a certain rule, thereby realizing the content visibility of different groups.
And a grouping module 730, configured to perform grouping management on at least one conference in the same conference entity.
I.e. the root packet (main conference body) of the packet conference is a short number. Namely, EP 1-4 calls 9766666, namely 4 people call in to the root group; EP 5-12 calls 97666660001, i.e.
