Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a message processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, which is applied to an electronic device for example, and includes:
step 110: and displaying a session message interface of the target session.
The target session may be a session between the user and a certain member in a certain instant messaging application in which the user logs in, or a session of a certain group in which the user participates in a certain instant messaging application in which the user logs in.
In this step, the conversation message interface is used for displaying the conversation messages sent between the two parties of the conversation and the multiple parties of the conversation.
Step 120: in response to a first input of at least two conversation messages in the conversation message interface, at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input are displayed in a message reference format in a message editing area of the target conversation.
The first input comprises touch input performed by a user on a screen, and is not limited to input of clicking, sliding, dragging and the like; the first input may also be a blank input of the user, such as a gesture action, a face action, and the like, and the first input further includes an input of a physical key on the device by the user, and is not limited to an input of a press and the like. Furthermore, the first input comprises one or more inputs, wherein the plurality of inputs may be consecutive or may be temporally spaced.
In this step, the first input is used to select at least two conversation messages in a conversation message interface.
Optionally, this embodiment provides a "batch reference" function, and correspondingly, the first input further includes: an input for turning on the "bulk refer" function, such that in case the "bulk refer" function is turned on, at least two session messages are selected.
Referring to fig. 2, an application scenario is shown in which two parties participating in a target conversation are "contact 1" and the user id logged in the locally running instant messaging application, respectively, which are session message interfaces. Under the condition of displaying the interface, a user presses any one of the session messages for a long time, so that a first control 201 is displayed at the bottom of the interface, the user clicks the control, and a 'batch reference' function is started, so that the session messages in the interface are changed into a selectable state, for example, a circle symbol 202 to be selected appears in front of each session message in the figure, the user clicks the circle symbol 202 in front of any one of the session messages, the corresponding session message is selected, and the first input is completed after the user clicks at least two circle symbols 202.
Referring to fig. 3, as another example of an application scenario, two parties participating in a target conversation are "contact 1" and a user identifier logged in a locally running instant messaging application, which are illustrated as a conversation message interface. In the case of displaying the interface, the user long-presses any one of the session messages, so that a first control is displayed at the bottom of the interface, and the user clicks the control, so that the "batch reference" function is started, so that the session messages in the interface are changed into a selectable state, for example, if the user clicks any one of the session messages, the background of the session message is automatically subjected to color change (for example, the background is changed into the effect filled in the figure) so as to select the corresponding session message, so that after the user clicks at least two session messages, such as the session message 301 and the session message 302, the first input is completed.
Optionally, the input mode for starting the "batch quote" function may be preset in the quote operation setting interface. For example, the input mode of any conversation message by long press can be changed into the input mode of any conversation message by single point, or the input mode of any conversation message by tapping two points, or a new gesture can be created.
Optionally, the first input further comprises: in the conversation message interface, a user adjusts the conversation message currently displayed on the interface in an up-and-down sliding input mode, and then performs selection input on the conversation message.
Further, the first input further comprises: in the session message interface, after a user selects at least two session messages, a first control is triggered, so that a batch reference function is closed, and a message editing area is displayed in the session message interface. For example, the user clicks on the first control 201 in fig. 2, thereby closing the "batch reference" function, and as shown in fig. 4, a message edit area 401 is displayed in the conversation message interface.
Optionally, at least two session messages corresponding to the first input are displayed in a message reference format in the message editing area.
Referring to fig. 4, the format contents of the message reference format, by reference, include: the message editing area 401 is divided into a first area 4011 and a second area 4012, the first area 4011 is used for displaying at least two session messages corresponding to the first input, and the second area 4012 is used for editing new message content.
Referring to fig. 5, the format contents of the message reference format may include: the message editing area is divided into a third area 501 and a fourth area 502, the third area 501 is used for displaying at least two session messages corresponding to the first input, and the fourth area 502 is used for editing new message content.
Step 130: and responding to the second input to the message editing area, and displaying an input message corresponding to the second input in a message response format in the message editing area.
The second input comprises touch input performed by a user on the screen, and is not limited to input of clicking, sliding, dragging and the like; the second input may also be a blank input of the user, such as a gesture action, a face action, and the like, and the second input further includes an input of a physical key on the device by the user, and is not limited to an input of a press and the like. Furthermore, the second input comprises one or more inputs, wherein the plurality of inputs may be consecutive or may be temporally spaced.
In this step, the second input is used to compose a message that is a reply to at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input.
That is, in the present application, the at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input are referred messages; the second input corresponds to an input message to which a reply message to the message is referenced.
Step 140: sending the first message in the message editing area to a conversation member participating in the target conversation; the first message includes at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input and an input message corresponding to the second input.
In this step, the application scenario, for example, the user clicks the "send" control in the message editing area, so as to send the first message in the message editing area to the conversation members participating in the target conversation.
Further, the first message is displayed as a conversation message in the conversation message interface.
In this way, the first message is displayed as a conversation message in the conversation message interface in a combined format in combination with the message reference format and the message reply format.
Referring to fig. 6, for example, in conjunction with the message reference format and the message reply format of fig. 4, the referenced message and the reply message are combined together and displayed in a session message box as a first message 601.
Referring to fig. 7, for example, in conjunction with the message reference format and the message reply format of fig. 5, a reply message 701 is displayed in a conversation message box, and a referenced message 702 and a referenced message 703 are displayed below the conversation message box.
In the embodiment of the application, in response to a first input of at least two session messages in a session message interface of a target session, at least two session messages corresponding to the first input are displayed in a message editing area of the target session according to a message reference format, in response to a second input of the message editing area, input messages corresponding to the second input are displayed in the message editing area according to a message response format, and the at least two session messages corresponding to the first input and the input messages corresponding to the second input in the message editing area are sent to session members participating in the target session, so that a user can reference the at least two session messages and reply the referenced at least two session messages in a targeted manner, the corresponding relation between the referenced messages and the reply messages is clear, and the communication efficiency is improved.
In addition, the batch quote function realized by the embodiment of the application is based on a plurality of session messages as quoted messages, so that the quote of the batch messages can be realized, and further, the batch quote function can be uniformly replied aiming at the plurality of session messages, so as to further improve the communication efficiency.
In a flow of a message processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, step 120 includes:
substep A1: and displaying the at least two session messages corresponding to the first input according to the reference sequence of the at least two session messages corresponding to the first input and the message reference format in the message editing area of the target session.
In this embodiment, the format content of the message reference format further includes: the first input corresponds to an order of at least two conversation messages.
Alternatively, the arranged order of the at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input may be a reference order.
In one explanation, the reference sequence may be a selection sequence of the session messages corresponding to the first input, for example, in a case where the "batch reference" function is turned on, the user selects the first session message and the second session message in sequence, and the first session message is arranged before the second session message.
Alternatively, in another explanation, the reference sequence may be a sending sequence of each session message corresponding to the first input, for example, in a case that the "batch reference" function is turned on, the first session message and the second session message selected by the user are respectively sent to the session at 11 o 'clock and 12 o' clock of the same day, and then the first session message is arranged in front of the second session message.
In the embodiment, the message reference format is further enriched, so that at least two session messages corresponding to the first input are regularly displayed in the message editing area, and the reference relationship is convenient for a user to clear.
In the flow of the message processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, after step 120, the method further includes:

The third input comprises touch input performed by a user on the screen, and is not limited to input of clicking, sliding, dragging and the like; the third input may also be a user's blank input, such as a gesture action, a facial action, etc., and the third input also includes a user's input to a physical key on the device, not limited to a press, etc. Furthermore, the third input comprises one or more inputs, wherein the plurality of inputs may be consecutive or time-spaced.
In this step, the third input is used to update at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input.
In one case, the user may edit the content of the conversation message corresponding to the first input through the third input to achieve the update effect.
Referring to fig. 4, for example, the conversation message corresponding to the first input is displayed in the message editing area 401, and the user can arbitrarily delete or add the message content.
In yet another case, the user may delete any conversation message corresponding to the first input through the third input.
Referring to fig. 5, for example, in the message editing area where the conversation message corresponding to the first input is displayed, the user may delete the whole conversation message by clicking the close control corresponding to a certain conversation message.
In this embodiment, in order to meet the personalized requirements of the user, the user may perform operations such as partial content deletion, partial content addition, and complete content deletion on any piece of session message displayed in the message editing area, so that the referred session message better meets the chat requirements of the user, and further improves the communication efficiency.
In the message processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, the message senders of the at least two session messages corresponding to the first input are different session members participating in the target session.
Correspondingly, in the flow of the message processing method of this embodiment, step 120 includes:
substep C1: and displaying the message content and the message sender identification of at least two session messages corresponding to the first input in a message editing area of the target session according to the message reference format.
Referring to fig. 8, for example, the displayed session message interface is a session message interface of the group chat 1, and the currently displayed first session message and the currently displayed second session message respectively correspond to message senders: contact 1 and contact 2 in the group members, therefore, when the at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input include a first conversation message and a second conversation message, in the case where the at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input are displayed in the message edit area, not only the message content of the conversation messages but also the message sender identification 801 of each conversation message is displayed.
Optionally, the message sender identification comprises: a user account of the sender, a user avatar of the sender, a user nickname of the sender, etc.
In the embodiment, the message reference format is further improved, so that the message content and the message sender identification of the referenced message are displayed, and the reference relationship is convenient for a user to clear.
In further embodiments, the message sender of the at least two session messages corresponding to the first input is the same session member participating in the target session.
Correspondingly, in the flow of the message processing method of this embodiment, step 120 includes:
and displaying the message content and the message sender identification of at least two session messages corresponding to the first input in a message editing area of the target session according to the message reference format.
In this embodiment, the message sender identifier of each session message is the same for at least two session messages corresponding to the first input displayed in the message reference format.
In the flow of the message processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, after step 140, the method further includes:
step D1: the first message is displayed in a conversation message interface.
In this embodiment, the first message, which is a combination of the quoted message and the reply message, is displayed in the conversation message interface as a conversation message.
Step D2: in response to a fourth input to the first message, the first message is displayed in a message reference format in the message edit area.
The fourth input comprises touch input performed by a user on the screen, and is not limited to input of clicking, sliding, dragging and the like; the fourth input may also be a blank input of the user, such as a gesture action, a face action, and the like, and further includes an input of a physical key on the device by the user, not limited to a press and the like. Furthermore, the fourth input comprises one or more inputs, wherein the plurality of inputs may be consecutive or may be temporally spaced.
In this step, the first message is used to indicate: and a session message formed by combining the quoted message and the response message, wherein the session message can be used as one of the session messages corresponding to the first input, namely the quoted message selected by the user, and the quoted message contains the quote relationship.
Referring to fig. 9, the first message 901 includes: the session messages of contact 1 and contact 2 as referenced messages; and a session message for contact 3 as a reply message.
Referring to fig. 10, the first message 10001 includes: the session messages of contact 1 and contact 2 as referenced messages; and a session message for contact 3 as a reply message.
In this step, a fourth input is used to select the first message as the referenced message.
Step D3: and responding to the fifth input to the message editing area, and displaying an input message corresponding to the fifth input in a message response format in the message editing area.
The fifth input comprises touch input performed by a user on the screen, and is not limited to input of clicking, sliding, dragging and the like; the fifth input may also be a blank input of the user, such as a gesture action, a face action, and the like, and the fifth input further includes an input of a physical key on the device by the user, and is not limited to an input of a press and the like. Moreover, the fifth input includes one or more inputs, wherein the plurality of inputs may be consecutive or may be time-spaced.
In this step, a fifth input is used to edit the reply message for the selected referenced message.
The message reference format and the message response format in this embodiment may refer to the foregoing embodiments, and are not described herein again.
Step D4: sending the second message in the message editing area to the conversation members participating in the target conversation; the second message includes the first message and an input message corresponding to the fifth input.
Referring to fig. 9, the second message 902 is displayed as a conversation message in the conversation message interface. Wherein the second message 902 includes a response message, i.e. a session message 9021, and the second message 902 further includes a referenced message, i.e. a session message 9022, which are distinguished by a partition line; further, the session message 9022 serves as a response message, and the corresponding referenced messages are the session message 9023 and the session message 9024, so that the two messages are further distinguished by the partition line. In order to distinguish the two-layer reference relationship, the reference relationship existing before can be distinguished from the current reference relationship in a wrong way. E.g., session message 9023 and session message 9024, are displayed in error compared to session message 9021 and session message 9022.
Referring to fig. 10, the second message 10002 is displayed as a conversation message in the conversation messaging interface. Wherein the second message 10002 includes a response message, i.e. the session message 100021, and the second message 10002 further includes a referenced message, i.e. the session message 100022, the response message can occupy one message box for displaying, and the referenced message does not occupy the message box and is displayed below the response message.
Referring to fig. 11, further, the session message "xx 3" is used as a response message, the corresponding referenced messages are the session message "xx 1" and the session message "xx 2", and a second control 1101 may be displayed at a position of the displayed session message "xx 3" and clicked by the user, see fig. 12, so that the screen displays that the referenced messages corresponding to the session message "xx 3" are the session message 1201 and the session message 1202.
In this embodiment, in a chat scenario, a first user refers to a history message to reply, so that a session message is displayed in a session message interface, where the session message includes a primary reference relationship. Further, the second user replies with a reference to the session message, causing a new session message to be displayed in the session message interface, the new session message including the two-level reference relationship. In this embodiment, in the case that the session message includes a reference relationship, the reference relationship of each level generated from the reference relationship can be further used as a referenced message, and can be clearly embodied in the session message, so that each member participating in the session can clearly understand the reference relationship of each level.
In a flow of a message processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
step E1: the target session is logged in with the first user account.
Alternatively, the first user account may be an account of an instant messaging application of the user himself, in which the role "i me" is assumed.
Step E2: and displaying a fourth message with the second user identification as a message sender identification in a session message interface, wherein the fourth message comprises a quoted third message, the third message takes the first user identification corresponding to the first user account as the message sender identification, and the display mode of the third message is different from the display mode of the messages except the third message in the fourth message.
Referring to fig. 13, for example, in this step, a certain session (group chat 1) is based on "i am" participation. A fourth message 1301 is displayed in the session message interface, and the fourth message 1301 is sent to the session by the second user. Wherein the fourth message includes the reference relationship and the referenced message includes the third message 13011. And the third message 13011 is sent by the first user ("me") to the conversation, so when the second user responds by referring to the "me" message, the referred "me" message is displayed in a highlighted manner in the displayed reference relationship to serve as a reminder to "me". In the displayed reference relationship, other messages than the "me" message are normally displayed. In this way, the third message 13011 is displayed in a manner different from that of the referenced messages other than the third message 13011. For example, the two referenced messages in fig. 13 are the third message 13011 and the session message 13012, respectively, the background colors of the two messages being different.
Referring to fig. 13, further, based on the fourth message 1301 being a third message 13011 referring to "me", a third control 1302 is displayed at the position of the fourth message 1301, and the user clicks the control, and can directly reply with the fourth message 1301 (the conversation message 13013 included therein) as the referred message, without making an input to open the "batch reference" function.
In this embodiment, in a certain session in which "me" participates, if other members refer to the "me" message for replying, the "me" message is taken as a referred message in the session message interface and is displayed differently on other messages to remind "me" to pay attention. In addition, based on the reference relation, a quick reference entry is set at the message for referencing me, so that me can directly reply by reference, and operation is simplified.
In the flow of the message processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, after step 140, the method further includes:
step F1: and displaying the input message and the message reference control corresponding to the second input in the session message interface.
In this embodiment, in the session message interface, if a message refers to a history message, a message reference control may be displayed instead of the referenced message to illustrate that the message includes the referenced message.
Step F2: and responding to a sixth input of the message reference control, and displaying at least two session messages corresponding to the first input in the session message interface.
The sixth input comprises touch input performed by a user on a screen, and is not limited to input of clicking, sliding, dragging and the like; the sixth input may also be a blank input of the user, such as a gesture action, a face action, and the like, and the sixth input further includes an input of a physical key on the device by the user, and is not limited to an input of a press and the like. Furthermore, the sixth input comprises one or more inputs, wherein the plurality of inputs may be consecutive or may be time-spaced.
In this step, the sixth input is used to operate the message reference control, so that the referenced message included in the message corresponding to the message reference control is displayed.
Referring to FIG. 14, for example, a user clicks on the message reference control 1401, and two referenced messages are displayed below the corresponding message.
In this embodiment, the referenced message may be hidden, and the members participating in the conversation may input the displayed message reference control based on their own needs, so that the corresponding referenced message is displayed, which may not only show the reference relationship included in the message, but also ensure the tidiness of the conversation message interface.
In the flow of the message processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, after step 140, the method further includes:
step G1: the first message is displayed in a conversation message interface.
Step G2: and responding to a seventh input of the target session message in the at least two session messages corresponding to the first input, and jumping to an initial display position of the target session message in the session message interface.
The seventh input comprises touch input performed by a user on the screen, and is not limited to input of clicking, sliding, dragging and the like; the seventh input may also be a blank input of the user, such as a gesture action, a face action, etc., and the seventh input further includes an input of a physical key on the device by the user, not limited to a press, etc. Moreover, the seventh input includes one or more inputs, wherein the plurality of inputs may be continuous or time-spaced.
In this step, the seventh input is used to select the referenced historical conversation message to cause the interface to jump to the initial display position of the historical conversation message.
Wherein, the initial display position is based on the sending time when each member participating in the conversation sends the conversation message. For example, referring to fig. 15, a session message is displayed in the session message interface of the group chat 1, the corresponding referenced message includes a session message 1501 and a session message 1502, and the original states of the two session messages, namely the session message 1501 and the session message 1502, cannot be seen from the currently displayed interface, at this time, the user may click on at least one of the session message 1501 and the session message 1502, and the interface jumps to the position shown in fig. 16, so that at least one session message 1602 (i.e., the session message 1502 in fig. 15) in the session message 1601 (i.e., the session message 1501 in fig. 15) is displayed.
In the embodiment, a shortcut for viewing the display position of the referred message is provided, so that the members participating in the conversation can quickly view the context of the referred message, thereby helping to understand the reference relationship and improving the communication efficiency.
