Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a message processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, which is applied to an electronic device for example, and includes:
step 110: displaying a conversation message search interface; the conversation messages in the conversation message search interface are matched with the message search conditions.
Wherein, the conversation message search interface is used for displaying: and searching the matched session message based on the message searching condition.
Optionally, the message search condition includes, but is not limited to: key information, message sending time and message sender identification. The key information includes information such as characters, links, images, voice and the like.
Alternatively, the user sets the message search condition based on an operation on the search entry.
Such as a search bar, a schedule, a list of user identifications, etc.
Optionally, the message search condition is set by a method including inputting text, scanning an image, selecting text, and the like.
Optionally, the user sets a message search condition for one session, so that the session message in the session message search interface comes from one session; optionally, the user sets the message search condition for one application, so that the session messages in the session message search interface come from multiple sessions of the application.
Optionally, the session message in the session message search interface comes from a message sender; optionally, the conversation messages in the conversation message search interface are from multiple message senders.
In this step, the session messages in the session message search interface are matched with the message search conditions, for example, the session messages in the session message search interface all include a certain keyword; for another example, the sending time of the session message in the session message search interface is within a certain time period; for another example, the message sender identifiers of the session messages in the session message search interface are all certain user identifiers.
Optionally, the session messages in the message search interface are sequentially arranged according to a preset order. For example, the messages are sequentially arranged in the order of the sending time from the near to the far, so that the user can select the latest historical conversation message preferentially.
Step 120: in response to a first input of at least two conversation messages in the conversation message search interface, at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input are displayed in a message reference format in a message edit area of the target conversation.
The first input comprises touch input performed by a user on a screen, and is not limited to input of clicking, sliding, dragging and the like; the first input may also be a blank input of the user, such as a gesture action, a face action, and the like, and the first input further includes an input of a physical key on the device by the user, and is not limited to an input of a press and the like. Furthermore, the first input comprises one or more inputs, wherein the plurality of inputs may be consecutive or may be temporally spaced.
In the present application, a "bulk reference history message" function is provided, the first input being for turning on the "bulk reference history message" function, such that in case the "bulk reference history message" function is turned on, at least two session messages are selected.
For example, referring to fig. 2, the message search condition is a keyword of "teacher" input by the user in the search box 201, so that a plurality of session messages including the keyword of "teacher" are displayed, the user clicks any one of the session messages, the first control 202 is displayed, and the user clicks the control, and the function of "batch reference history message" is started.
Further, the first input is also used to select at least two conversation messages based on a "bulk reference history message" function.
For example, referring to fig. 2, the user clicks on the conversation message 203 and the conversation message 204, and the background color of the two conversation messages automatically changes to a preset fill effect.
Optionally, the input mode for starting the "batch reference history message" function may be preset in the reference operation setting interface. For example, the function of 'batch reference history message' can be started by pressing any input mode of the conversation message for a long time; for another example, the "history message is referred to in bulk" function can be started by tapping on the input mode of any one of the two next conversation messages; as another example, a new gesture may also be created.
Optionally, the first input is also used to adjust the conversation message currently displayed in the conversation message search interface.
For example, the number of the conversation messages matching the message search condition is large, the current interface displays the first ten conversation messages, and the user displays the conversation messages after the tenth through an input means such as a sliding screen.
Further, the first input is also used to close the "batch reference history message" function to display the message edit area of the target conversation.
For example, referring to FIG. 2, the user clicks on the first control 202, thereby closing the "batch reference history message" function, as shown in FIG. 3, and displaying a message edit area 301 of the target session.
Optionally, the message senders of the at least two session messages corresponding to the first input are both session members participating in the target session.
Optionally, the target session is a session between the user and a certain member in a certain instant messaging application in which the user logs in; optionally, the target session is a session of a group in which the user participates in a certain instant messaging application in which the user logs in.
Optionally, in response to the first input, a target conversation from which at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input are sourced is identified, and a message editing area of the target conversation is displayed.
Optionally, the message sender of the at least two session messages corresponding to the first input includes a session member; optionally, the message sender of the at least two session messages corresponding to the first input includes a plurality of session members.
Optionally, at least two session messages corresponding to the first input are displayed in a message reference format in the message editing area.
For example, referring to fig. 3, the format content of the message reference format includes: setting an editing subregion 302 in the message editing region, wherein the editing subregion 302 is used for displaying a new input message; a hover sub-region 303 is displayed below the edit sub-region 302, and the hover sub-region 303 is used for displaying at least two conversation disappears corresponding to the first input.
As another example, referring to fig. 4, the format content of the message reference format includes: an editing sub-area 402 is arranged in the message editing area 401, and the editing sub-area 402 is used for displaying at least two conversation messages and new input messages corresponding to the first input, wherein the at least two conversation messages and the new input messages corresponding to the first input are distinguished by a parting line.
Step 130: and responding to the second input to the message editing area, and displaying an input message corresponding to the second input in the message editing area according to the message response format.
The second input comprises touch input performed by a user on the screen, and is not limited to input of clicking, sliding, dragging and the like; the second input may also be a user's blank input, such as a gesture action, a facial action, etc., and the second input also includes a user's input to a physical key on the device, not limited to a press, etc. Furthermore, the second input comprises one or more inputs, wherein the plurality of inputs may be consecutive or may be temporally spaced.
In this step, the second input is used to input message content, which is the message content for uniformly replying at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input.
That is, in the present application, the at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input are referenced history messages; the second input corresponds to an input message to a reply message to the referenced message.
For example, the message reply format can be seen in fig. 3.
Step 140: sending the first message in the message editing area to a conversation member participating in the target conversation; the first message includes at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input and an input message corresponding to the second input.
For example, the user clicks the "send" control within the message edit field, thereby sending the first message in the message edit field to the conversation members participating in the target conversation.
Optionally, the first message is a session message in the target session.
Alternatively, the first message, which is a session message, may be displayed in a combined format combining a message reference format and a message reply format.
For example, referring to fig. 5, the input message corresponding to the second input occupies one conversation message box 501, and the conversation message corresponding to the first input is displayed below the conversation message box 501 in a floating manner or the like.
For another example, referring to fig. 6, an input message corresponding to the second input and at least a conversation message corresponding to the first input occupy one conversation message box 601 after being merged, and in the conversation message box 601, the input message corresponding to the second input and the at least a conversation message corresponding to the first input are distinguished by a dividing line.
In the embodiment of the application, firstly, responding to a first input of at least two session messages, at least two session messages corresponding to the first input are displayed in a message editing area of a target session according to a message reference format; then, responding to a second input to the message editing area, and displaying an input message corresponding to the second input in the message editing area according to a message response format; and finally, sending at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input and the input message corresponding to the second input in the message editing area to conversation members participating in the target conversation. Therefore, based on the embodiment of the application, the user can match the related historical conversation messages through the message searching conditions, so that multiple historical conversation messages can be quoted for unified reply, the user is prevented from searching the historical conversation messages one by one and replying one by one, and the user operation is simplified.
In addition, the method and the device can match more comprehensive historical conversation messages based on the message searching conditions, and can also avoid that a user misses a reply to a historical conversation message because the user does not find the historical conversation message.
In the flow of the message processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, before step 110, the method further includes:
step A1: an application interface of the conversation application is displayed.
Optionally, the application interface is a message search interface.
For example, the user opens the conversation application, clicks the "message search" function option among the setting options, and enters the message search interface.
In another example, the user opens the target session of the session application, clicks on the "message search" function option, and enters the message search interface of the target session.

For example, a user opens a target session of a session application, enters a session message interface of the target session, and session messages sent between session members are displayed in the session message interface.
Optionally, the session application is some instant messaging application.
Correspondingly, step 110 includes:
substep A2: and displaying the conversation message search interface in response to the search keyword input in the application interface by the user.
In this step, an entry for the search keyword is provided in the application interface, and the user can complete the entry of the search keyword at the entry.
For example, referring to fig. 7, in a search box 701, a search keyword of "teacher" is edited.
In this embodiment, an application interface is provided for receiving an input operation of a user on a search keyword, so that the search keyword can be used as a message search condition to match with related historical conversation messages, so that the matched conversation messages are displayed in the message search interface, and further the referred conversation messages are selected by the user through a first input. Therefore, the embodiment provides a way of matching the conversation messages by searching the keywords, which is convenient for the user to search and simplifies the user operation.
In the flow of the message processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, step a1 includes:
substep B1: and displaying a conversation message interface of the target conversation in the conversation application.
In this step, a search entry for the search keyword is provided in the conversation message interface of the target conversation.
Correspondingly, step a2, includes:
substep B2: and responding to the search key words input in the conversation message interface by the user, and displaying the conversation message search interface of the target conversation.
For example, referring to fig. 8, a user performs a long-press operation on the conversation message 801, so that a selection box pops up on the message content of the conversation message 801, and the user adjusts the size and position of the selection box by dragging, zooming, and the like, so that only the keyword "teacher" is included in the selection box as the search keyword 802. With the determination of the shape of the selection box, the second control 803 pops up, and the user clicks the second control 803 to start the "message search" function. Referring to fig. 9, the interface jumps to display a message search interface, and a session message 901 displayed in the message search interface is matched based on a search keyword of "teacher".
In the embodiment, a method for selecting a search keyword through a conversation message is provided, so that a user can quickly input the search keyword based on the conversation message, and the user operation is further simplified.
In a flow of a message processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
step C1: and displaying a session message interface of the target session.
Step C2: and responding to a third input of the target keyword in the conversation message interface, and displaying the conversation message searched according to the target keyword in a message editing area of the target conversation according to the message reference format.
The third input comprises touch input performed by a user on the screen, and is not limited to input of clicking, sliding, dragging and the like; the third input may also be a blank input of the user, such as a gesture action, a face action, and the like, and the third input further includes an input of a physical key on the device by the user, and is not limited to an input of a press and the like. Furthermore, the third input comprises one or more inputs, wherein the plurality of inputs may be consecutive or may be temporally spaced.
In this step, the third input is used to turn on the "one-key-quote" function.
For example, referring to fig. 10, in the illustrated conversation message interface, a user performs a long-press operation on the conversation message 10001, a selection box pops up on the conversation message 10001, the user adjusts the size and position of the selection box by dragging, zooming, etc., so that only the target keyword "teacher" is included in the selection box, and a third control element 10002 pops up as the status of the selection box is determined. Further, the user clicks the third control element 10002 to activate the "one-click reference" function, so that the session message searched according to the target keyword is displayed in the message editing area of the target session according to the message reference format.
The conversation message obtained according to the target keyword search comprises: and the batch conversation messages matched with the target keywords in the target conversation.
For example, all session messages in the target session that match the target keyword within a preset time range may be used.
As another example, there may be a preset number of session messages in the target session that match the target keyword.
Further, the user may selectively prune the conversation message in the message composition area.
In this embodiment, a method for referring to a large number (e.g., all) of history session messages by one key is provided, which avoids the user selecting the referred history session messages one by one, and further simplifies the user operation.
In a message processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, a method for referring to a history session message by one key is also provided.
In the present embodiment, in a case where a plurality of conversation messages are displayed on the message search interface, one-key reference is made with respect to all the displayed conversation messages.
For example, referring to fig. 11, in a case where a plurality of conversation messages are displayed in the message search interface, a fourth control 1101 is displayed, and a user clicks the fourth control 1101, and the plurality of conversation messages in the message search interface are displayed in a message reference format in a message edit area of a target conversation.
In this embodiment, a method for referring to a large number (e.g., all) of history session messages by one key is provided, which avoids the user selecting the referred history session messages one by one, and further simplifies the user operation.
In a flow of a message processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
step D1: and displaying the target keywords or the search keywords in the conversation message in a target mode.
Wherein the target mode is different from other contents except the target keywords or the search keywords in the conversation message.
For example, the target keyword or the search keyword is displayed in a color different from other contents.
As another example, the target keyword or the search keyword is displayed at a different brightness from other contents.
In this embodiment, the target keywords or the search keywords in the session message are displayed in a target manner to highlight the target keywords or the search keywords, so that the phenomena of misoperation and the like of the user are avoided, and the user operation is further simplified.
In a flow of a message processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, step 120 includes:
sub-step E1: and displaying the at least two session messages corresponding to the first input according to the reference sequence of the at least two session messages corresponding to the first input and the message reference format in the message editing area of the target session.
In this embodiment, the format content of the message reference format further includes: the first input corresponds to an order of at least two conversation messages.
Alternatively, the order of the at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input may be a reference order.
In one explanation, the reference order may be a selection precedence order of the respective session messages corresponding to the first input, for example, if the user selects the first session message and the second session message in turn, the first session message is arranged in front of the second session message.
Alternatively, in another explanation, the reference sequence may be a transmission sequence of each session message corresponding to the first input, for example, the first session message and the second session message selected by the user are respectively transmitted to the session at 11 o 'clock and 12 o' clock of the same day, and the first session message is arranged in front of the second session message.
In this embodiment, the message reference format is further enriched, so that at least two session messages corresponding to the first input are regularly displayed in the message editing area, thereby facilitating the user to clear the reference relationship.
In the flow of the message processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, after step 120, the method further includes:
step F1: and in response to a sixth input of the at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input in the message editing area, updating the at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input.
The sixth input includes touch input performed by the user on the screen, and is not limited to input such as clicking, sliding, dragging and the like; the sixth input may also be a blank input of the user, such as a gesture action, a face action, and the like, and the sixth input further includes an input of a physical key on the device by the user, and is not limited to an input of a press and the like. Furthermore, the sixth input comprises one or more inputs, wherein the plurality of inputs may be consecutive or time-spaced.
In this step, the sixth input is used to update at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input.
In one case, the user may edit the content of the conversation message corresponding to the first input through the sixth input to achieve the update effect.
For example, referring to fig. 4, the conversation message corresponding to the first input is displayed in the message editing area, and the user can arbitrarily delete or add the message content.
In yet another case, the user may delete any conversation message corresponding to the first input by a sixth input.
For example, referring to fig. 3, in the area where the first input corresponds to a conversation message display message, the user can delete the entire conversation message by clicking the close control 304 corresponding to a conversation message.
In this embodiment, in order to meet the personalized requirements of the user, the user may perform operations such as partial content deletion, partial content addition, and complete content deletion on any piece of session message displayed in the message editing area, so that the referred session message better meets the chat requirements of the user, and further improves the communication efficiency.
In the message processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, the message sender of at least two session messages corresponding to the first input is different session members participating in the target session;
correspondingly, step 120 includes:
substep G1: and displaying the message content and the message sender identification of at least two session messages corresponding to the first input in a message editing area of the target session according to the message reference format.
For example, referring to fig. 12, the currently displayed first conversation message and the second conversation message respectively correspond to the message senders: and therefore, when the at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input include a first conversation message and a second conversation message, in the case that the at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input are displayed in the message editing area, not only the message content of the conversation messages but also the message sender identifier 1201 of each conversation message is displayed.
Optionally, the message sender identification comprises: a user account of the sender, a user avatar of the sender, a user nickname of the sender, etc.
In the embodiment, the message reference format is further improved, so that the message content and the message sender identification of the referenced message are displayed, and the reference relationship is convenient for a user to clear.
In further embodiments, the message sender of the at least two session messages corresponding to the first input is the same session member participating in the target session.
In the flow of the message processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, after step 140, the method further includes:
step H1: the first message is displayed in the target conversation message interface.
In this embodiment, the first message obtained by combining the referenced message and the reply message is displayed in the target session message interface as a session message.
Step H2: in response to a seventh input to the first message, the first message is displayed in a message reference format in the message edit area.
The seventh input includes a touch input performed by the user on the screen, and is not limited to input such as clicking, sliding, dragging and the like; the seventh input may also be a blank input of the user, such as a gesture action, a face action, and the like, and the seventh input further includes an input of a physical key on the device by the user, and is not limited to an input of a press and the like. Moreover, the seventh input includes one or more inputs, wherein the plurality of inputs may be continuous or time-spaced.
In this step, the first message is used to indicate: and a session message formed by combining the referenced message and the reply message, wherein the session message can be used as one of the session messages corresponding to the first input, namely the referenced message selected by the user, and the referenced message contains the reference relationship.
In this step, a seventh input is used to select the first message as the referenced message.
Step H3: and responding to the eighth input to the message editing area, and displaying an input message corresponding to the eighth input in a message response format in the message editing area.
The eighth input includes a touch input performed by the user on the screen, and is not limited to input such as clicking, sliding, dragging and the like; the eighth input may also be a blank input of the user, such as a gesture action, a face action, and the like, and the eighth input further includes an input of a physical key on the device by the user, and is not limited to an input of a press and the like. Moreover, the eighth input includes one or more inputs, wherein the plurality of inputs may be continuous or time-spaced.
In this step, the eighth input is used to edit the message content for the selected referenced message.
The message reference format and the message response format in this embodiment may refer to the foregoing embodiments, and are not described herein again.
Step H4: sending the second message in the message editing area to the conversation members participating in the target conversation; the second message includes the first message and an input message corresponding to the eighth input.
Optionally, the second message is displayed as a conversation message in the target conversation message interface. Wherein the second message comprises the reply content and the referenced message, i.e. the first message. Wherein the referenced message and the reply message in the first message are displayed. Further, in order to distinguish the two-layer reference relationship, the reference relationship existing in the first message may be distinguished from the reference relationship existing in the second message in a wrong way.
For example, referring to fig. 13, a first message 1301 is displayed on the session message interface of the group chat 1, and further, after the first message 1301 is transmitted as a referenced message and an input message is replied to as a second message, a second message 1302 is displayed on the session message interface of the group chat 1. In the second message 1302, a new input message 13021 is included, and the next line of the new input message 13021 aligns and displays the message which is referred to this time, that is, the input message 13022 in the first message 1301; for the input message 13022, at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input are referenced, so the conversation message 13023 and the conversation message 13024 corresponding to the first input are displayed in the next row of the input message 13022 in an error row.
Optionally, the second message is displayed as a conversation message in the target conversation message interface. Wherein the second message comprises the reply content and the referenced message, i.e. the first message. Wherein only the reply message is displayed in the first message. Further, to distinguish between two layers of reference relationships, the referenced message in the first message may be caused to be displayed when an operation is performed on the referenced message in the second message.
For example, referring to fig. 14, a first message 1401 is displayed on the session message interface of the group chat 1, and further, after the first message 1401 is transmitted as a referenced message and an input message is replied to as a second message, a second message 1402 is displayed on the session message interface of the group chat 1. In the second message 1402, a new input message 14021 is included, and the lower part of the new input message 14021 only displays the message which is referred to this time, namely the input message 14022 in the first message 1401; at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input are referenced to the input message 14022, and therefore, when the user operates the input message 14022, as shown in fig. 15, the fifth control 1502 displayed at the input message 1501 is clicked, as shown in fig. 16, and the conversation message 1601 and the conversation message 1602 corresponding to the first input are displayed in the jump interface.
In this embodiment, in a chat scenario, a first user refers to a history message to reply, so that a session message is displayed in a session message interface, where the session message includes a primary reference relationship. Further, the second user refers to the session message to reply, so that a new session message is displayed in the session message interface, and the new session message comprises a two-level reference relationship. In this embodiment, in a case that the session message includes a reference relationship, the reference relationship of each level generated from the reference relationship can be further used as a referenced message, and can be clearly embodied in the session message, so that each member participating in the session can clearly understand the reference relationship of each level.
In a flow of a message processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
step I1: the target session is logged in with the first user account.
Alternatively, the first user account may be an account of some instant messaging application of the user himself, in which the role "i am" is assumed.
Step I2: and displaying a fourth message with the second user identification as a message sender identification in a target session message interface, wherein the fourth message comprises a quoted third message, the third message takes the first user identification corresponding to the first user account as the message sender identification, and the display mode of the third message is different from that of the messages except the third message in the fourth message.
In this step, a fourth message is displayed in the target session message interface, and the fourth message is sent by the second user to the target session. Wherein, the fourth message includes the reference relationship, and the referenced message includes the third message. And the third message is sent by the first user ("me") to the target session, so when the second user replies by referring to the "me" message, the referred "me" message is displayed in a highlighted manner in the displayed reference relationship to serve as a reminder to "me". In the displayed reference relationship, other messages than the "me" message are normally displayed. In this way, the third message is displayed in a manner different from that of the referred message other than the third message.
For example, referring to fig. 17, a fourth message 1701 is displayed in the session message interface of the group chat 1, and the fourth message 1701 is transmitted to the session by the second user. Where the fourth message 1701 includes a reference relationship and the referenced message includes the third message 17011. And the third message 17011 was sent by the first user ("i me") to the conversation, so when the second user replies with a reference to "i me" message, the third message 17011 in the fourth message 1701 is displayed in a different background color than the conversation message 17012 in the conversation message interface. Where the session message 17012 is also a referenced message, but the corresponding message sender is not "me".
Further, the fourth message may be generated based on the fourth message being a third message referencing "me", and the fourth message may be replied to as a referenced message based on a shortcut operation on the fourth message.
For example, referring to fig. 17, in the fourth message, at the position of the input message 17013 replied to based on the third message 17011 and the session message 17012, a sixth control 1702 is displayed, which the user clicks and can reply directly with the input message 17013 as a referred message.
In this embodiment, if there are other members who refer to the "i" message for replying, the "i" message is distinguished from other messages as the referred message in the session message interface to remind "i" to pay attention. In addition, based on the reference relation, a quick reference entry is set at the message for referencing me, so that me can directly reply by reference, and operation is simplified.
In the flow of the message processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, after step 140, the method further includes:
step J1: and displaying the input message and the message reference control corresponding to the second input in the target session message interface.
In the embodiment, in the target conversation message interface, for the first message, only the input message corresponding to the second input is displayed, but at least two conversation messages corresponding to the first input are not displayed, and corresponding message reference controls are displayed to illustrate that the referenced message is hidden.
Step J2: and responding to the ninth input of the message reference control, and displaying at least two session messages corresponding to the first input in the target session message interface.
The ninth input includes a touch input performed by the user on the screen, and is not limited to input such as clicking, sliding, dragging and the like; the ninth input may also be a user's blank input, such as a gesture action, a facial action, etc., and the ninth input also includes a user's input to a physical key on the device, and is not limited to a press or the like. Furthermore, the ninth input comprises one or more inputs, wherein the plurality of inputs may be consecutive or time-spaced.
In this step, a ninth input is for operating the message reference control to cause the referenced message indicated by the message reference control to be displayed.
For example, referring to fig. 18, a seventh control 1801 is displayed at a certain conversation message, and the user clicks the control to display at least two corresponding referenced messages below the certain conversation message.
In this embodiment, the referenced message may be hidden, and the members participating in the conversation may input the displayed message reference control based on their own needs, so that the corresponding referenced message is displayed, which may not only show the reference relationship included in the message, but also ensure the tidiness of the conversation message interface.
In the flow of the message processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, after step 140, the method further includes:
step K1: the first message is displayed in the target conversation message interface.
Step K2: and responding to a tenth input of the target session message in the at least two session messages corresponding to the first input, and jumping to an initial display position of the target session message in the target session message interface.
The tenth input includes a touch input performed by the user on the screen, and is not limited to input such as clicking, sliding, dragging and the like; the tenth input may also be a blank input of the user, such as a gesture action, a face action, etc., and the tenth input further includes an input of a physical key on the device by the user, not limited to a press, etc. Also, the tenth input includes one or more inputs, wherein the plurality of inputs may be consecutive or may be time spaced.
In this step, the tenth input is used to operate a target session message in the at least two session messages corresponding to the first input, so that the interface jumps to an initial display position of the target session message in the target session.
Wherein, the initial display position is based on the sending time when each member participating in the conversation sends the conversation message.
For example, referring to fig. 19, a first message is displayed in the session message interface of the group chat 1, the first message includes a session message 1901 corresponding to the first input and a session message 1902, at this time, the user may click one of the session messages (e.g., the session message 1901), referring to fig. 20, the session message interface of the group chat 1 jumps to the initial position of the session message 2001.
In the embodiment, a shortcut for viewing the display position of the referred session message is provided, so that the members participating in the session can quickly view the context related to the referred session message, thereby helping to understand the reference relationship and improving the communication efficiency.
In summary, the existing chat record reference method has disadvantages that the time span of the history message containing a specific keyword may be large, the user cannot quickly reply to multiple history messages of different history times of each party, a large amount of browsing search is required, omission may occur, and the messages cannot be referred in batch. In view of this, the present application aims to: the method for quoting the chat records in batches is provided, which not only meets the quoting requirement of a user after retrieval according to retrieval conditions, but also quotes a plurality of retrieved historical messages in batches and edits new messages to be sent. Therefore, the method and the device can realize quick positioning of the historical messages with longer time for batch reply, not only simplifies the operation of the user, but also greatly improves the chat quotation efficiency.
The method and the device are beneficial to summarizing and replying the specific content, and application scenes such as quickly replying similar questions asked by a single person or a plurality of persons and quickly summarizing the communication contents of a plurality of single persons or a plurality of persons aiming at the specific keywords.
