Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In the prior art, cleaning equipment generates large noise when in work. For example, noise when the main motor of the cleaning apparatus generates negative pressure, sound of rotation of the drum brush motor, sound of pumping water by the water pump, noise of the dust suction passage, noise of rolling of the traveling wheels of the cleaning apparatus, and the like. These noises can cause great interference with the voice interaction function of the cleaning device, for example, when the cleaning device is in operation, the voice prompt sound emitted by the cleaning device cannot be clearly heard by the user, and the voice command emitted by the user cannot be accurately acquired by the cleaning device.
In view of the above technical problems, exemplary embodiments of the present application provide a cleaning device and a voice interaction method for a cleaning device, and the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that: the same reference numerals refer to the same objects in the following figures and embodiments, and thus, once an object is defined in one figure, further discussion thereof is not required in subsequent figures.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a cleaning apparatus provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the cleaning apparatus includes: a body 10, a load 20 mounted on the body 10, a controller 30, and an audio module 40.
In the present embodiment, the cleaning device may be implemented as various cleaning devices such as a washer, a wet cleaner, a handheld cleaner, a sweeping robot, etc. for cleaning a floor, a wall, a ceiling, a glass, a vehicle, etc., but is not limited thereto.
Wherein, the load 20 refers to a component mounted on the cleaning device for the cleaning device to perform a cleaning function. The load 20 is implemented differently on different types of cleaning devices. For example, when the cleaning apparatus is implemented as a washer, the load 20 may be implemented as a main motor of a vacuum source for generating negative pressure on the washer, a roller brush motor, a water pump, or the like. Also for example, when the cleaning apparatus is implemented as a vacuum cleaner, the load 20 may be implemented as a cyclone separator, a main motor, a roll brush motor, etc. on the vacuum cleaner. It should be understood that the different types of loads listed above are intended to be exemplary of loads associated with different cleaning devices and are not intended to limit the implementation of load 20 in any way.
The controller 30 is configured to implement a central control function in the cleaning apparatus, and may control the operating state of the load on the cleaning apparatus according to a preset control logic or a control instruction of a user. The controller 30 may be implemented using various Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), micro-central control elements, microprocessors, micro-control units (MCUs), or other electronic elements, which are not limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the controller 30 can obtain a voice interaction triggering event for the cleaning device, control the operating noise of the load 20 on the cleaning device within a set range in response to the voice interaction triggering event, and send a voice interaction command to the audio assembly 40. The voice interaction triggering event refers to an event that can trigger a voice interaction function of the cleaning device, and may be a user event or a system event of the cleaning device, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The audio component 40 is used for outputting and/or inputting audio signals in the voice interaction mode. After receiving the voice interaction instruction sent by the controller 30, the audio component 40 may perform a voice interaction operation corresponding to the voice interaction triggering event. Optionally, the voice interaction operation may include: at least one of a voice message play operation and a voice instruction listing operation.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, audio component 40 may include a voice chip 401, memory unit 402, driver unit 403, Microphone (MIC)404, and speaker 405. When the audio module 40 performs a voice instruction recording operation, the voice chip 401 may drive the microphone 404 through the driving unit 403 to record an audio signal from the outside. The microphone 404 receives an external audio signal and then sends the audio signal to the voice chip 401. The voice chip 401 can perform voice recognition according to the audio signal to acquire the interaction information included in the external audio signal. When the audio component 40 performs a voice message playing operation, an audio signal to be played may be determined by the voice chip 401, and the speaker 405 may be driven to output the audio signal through the driving unit 403.
In this embodiment, when the controller 30 obtains the voice interaction trigger event for the cleaning device, the controller controls the working noise of the load 20 on the cleaning device within a set range, and then controls the audio component 40 on the cleaning device to execute the voice interaction operation corresponding to the voice interaction trigger event, so that the interference of the working noise of the load on the voice interaction operation of the audio component can be reduced, and the voice interaction performance of the cleaning device can be improved.
In some exemplary embodiments, alternative embodiments in which the controller 30 controls the operating noise of the load 20 on the cleaning apparatus to be within a set range may include: the working circuit of the control load 20 is in an open state; alternatively, the power of the load 20 is controlled to be less than the set power threshold.
It should be understood that the loads 20 mounted on different types of cleaning devices differ, and that the manner in which the controller 30 controls the loads 20 also differs. In many cleaning apparatuses, the main motor, the roller brush motor, the water pump, and the traveling wheels are relatively common loads, and an exemplary description will be given below in conjunction with these common loads.
Generally, in the cleaning apparatus, a main motor is used to generate a negative pressure, a large vacuum suction force is formed to suck dust and/or sewage into the recovery tub, and thus, a large noise is generated. The noise of the rolling brush motor, the water pump and the running wheel is small.
Based on this, in some optional embodiments, when the working circuit of the load 20 is in the off state, the working circuit of the main motor may be mainly controlled to be in the off state, and the working circuits of other loads, such as the roller brush motor, the water pump, and the moving wheels, may be controlled to be in the normal on state, so as to reduce the main noise. In other embodiments, the working circuits of the main motor, the roller brush motor, the water pump and the running wheels can be controlled to be in an off state, so that the noise is further reduced.
In general, the noise generated by the load 20 has a positive correlation with its power, and the higher the power of the load, the greater the noise. In the cleaning device, the power of the main motor is high (typically between 150-450W) and the power of the roller brush motor is low (typically between 20-50W).
Based on this, optionally, in some embodiments, when the power of the control load 20 is less than a set power threshold, the power of the main motor may be controlled to be less than a certain set power threshold, but the power of the rolling brush motor, the water pump and the running wheels is not changed, so as to reduce the main noise. In other embodiments, the power of the rolling brush motor, the water pump and the running wheels can be controlled to be smaller than the corresponding power threshold respectively at the same time of controlling the power of the main motor to be smaller than a set threshold.
Wherein, the working circuit of the control load 20 is in the off state, the following optional embodiments can be included:
embodiment A: if the load 20 is in the operating state, the working circuit of the load 20 is cut off, so that the load 20 enters the non-operating state. When the operation circuit of the load 20 is cut off, the load 20 gradually stops operating, and the operation noise is reduced accordingly.
Based on the above, controlling the audio assembly 40 on the cleaning device to perform the voice interaction operation corresponding to the voice interaction triggering event may include:
alternatively, after the work circuit is cut off to stop the action of the load 20, the controller 30 may send a voice interaction instruction corresponding to the voice interaction triggering event to the audio component 40 to control the audio component 40 to perform a voice interaction operation corresponding to the voice interaction triggering event. In general, when the working circuit of the load 20 is cut off, the load 20 continues to move due to inertia, thereby generating noise. Therefore, the voice interactive operation is performed after the load 20 stops operating, and noise interference caused by inertial operation of the load 20 can be avoided.
Alternatively, after the time when the working circuit of the load 20 is cut off reaches the set time period, the controller 30 may send a voice interaction instruction corresponding to the voice interaction trigger event to the audio component 40 to control the audio component 40 to perform the voice interaction operation corresponding to the voice interaction trigger event. After the working circuit is cut off, the amplitude and the speed of the continuous movement of the load 20 due to inertia can be slowly weakened along with time, after a certain time, the noise generated by the inertia movement can be reduced to a certain value, the interference on the voice interaction operation of the cleaning equipment is small, and at the moment, the voice interaction operation can be executed. Optionally, in some embodiments, the set time period may be 2 seconds, 3 seconds, or 4 seconds, which is set according to a specific cleaning apparatus, and the embodiment is not limited.
Embodiment B: if the load 20 is in the non-operating state after being powered on, the working circuit of the load 20 on the cleaning device may be delayed to control the load to temporarily remain in the non-operating state. After the cleaning device is started, if the load 20 is in a non-operating state and the working circuit of the load 20 is not connected, the load 20 does not act and does not generate working noise, so that the voice interaction operation of the cleaning device is not interfered.
Based on the above, during the process of delaying the connection of the working circuit of the load 20, the controller 30 may send a voice interaction instruction corresponding to the voice interaction triggering event to the audio component 40.
Wherein, controlling the power of the load 20 to be less than the set power threshold may include the following optional embodiments:
embodiment C: if the load 20 is in operation, the power of the load 20 is reduced. Based on the above, controlling the audio assembly 40 on the cleaning device to perform the voice interaction operation corresponding to the voice interaction triggering event may include: after the power of load 20 is reduced to the first power threshold, controller 30 sends a voice interaction instruction corresponding to the voice interaction trigger event to audio component 40.
The first power threshold may be calculated according to a corresponding relationship between power and noise in practice, and this embodiment is not limited. It should be appreciated that the selected value of the first power threshold may satisfy the following requirements, namely: when the power of the load 20 is smaller than the first power threshold, the working noise generated by the load 20 has less influence on the voice interaction operation of the cleaning device, which is beneficial to clearly and unmistakably transmitting the voice interaction content.
Embodiment D: if the load 20 is in the non-operating state after the power-on, the controller 30 may turn on the loop of the load 20 and increase the power of the load 20 according to the set power-up speed. Wherein, the set power rising speed can make the power of the load 20 rise to the value required by the operation at a controllable speed, and the operation noise of the load 20 is gradually increased in the process of the power rising of the load 20.
Based on the above, controlling the audio component 40 on the cleaning device to perform the voice interaction operation corresponding to the voice interaction triggering event may include: before the power of load 20 rises to the second power threshold, controller 30 may send voice interaction instructions to audio component 40 corresponding to the voice interaction trigger event. The second power threshold may be calculated according to a corresponding relationship between power and noise in practice, and this embodiment is not limited. It should be appreciated that the selected value of the second power threshold may satisfy the following requirement, namely: before the power of the load 20 does not rise to the second power threshold, the working noise generated by the load 20 has less influence on the voice interaction operation of the cleaning device, and the voice interaction content can be clearly and unmistakably transmitted.
It should be noted that, in the above and following embodiments of the present application, the voice interaction triggering event may include: at least one of a power-on event of the cleaning device, a power-off event of the cleaning device, a malfunction event of the cleaning device, a component state update event of the cleaning device, and a voice-recording function wake-up event of the cleaning device.
The embodiment B, D described in the above embodiment is suitable for an application scenario in which the voice interaction triggering event is implemented as a power-on event of the cleaning device.
The start-up event of the cleaning device may be triggered by a user through a switch component (e.g., a physical button or a touch button) on the cleaning device, or triggered by a start-up voice command sent by the user to the cleaning device, or triggered by a start-up voice command sent by a terminal device (e.g., a smart phone or a smart speaker), or triggered by a wireless communication signal sent by the terminal device to the cleaning device, which includes but is not limited to this embodiment.
Alternatively, when the voice interaction triggering event is a power-on event, the controller 30 may execute embodiment B, delay turning on the working circuit of the load 20 in response to the power-on event, and send a voice interaction instruction broadcasting a power-on prompting message to the audio component 40. That is, the audio module 40 is used to perform the power-on voice prompt operation, and then the load 20 is powered on, so as to effectively avoid the interference of the working noise of the load 20 to the power-on voice prompt operation.
Alternatively, when the voice interaction triggering event is a power-on event, the controller 30 may execute embodiment D, switch on the working circuit of the load 20, and increase the power of the load 20 according to the set power-up speed; meanwhile, the controller 30 may control the audio component 40 to perform the power-on voice prompt operation before the power of the load 20 rises to the second threshold. Furthermore, the load can be started quickly, and meanwhile, a good voice interaction effect is guaranteed.
The implementation A, C described in the above embodiment is suitable for an application scenario in which the voice interaction triggering event is implemented as a shutdown event of the cleaning apparatus, a fault event of the cleaning apparatus, an internet of things event of the cleaning apparatus, a component state updating event of the cleaning apparatus, and a voice recording function wakeup event of the cleaning apparatus. The embodiment A, C will be further exemplified below in conjunction with the above events.
Optionally, the voice interaction triggering event implements a shutdown event of the cleaning device. The shutdown event of the cleaning device may be triggered by a user through a switch component (e.g., a physical button or a touch key) on the cleaning device, or triggered by a shutdown voice instruction sent by the user to the cleaning device, or triggered by a shutdown voice instruction sent by a terminal device (e.g., a smart phone, a smart speaker), or triggered by a wireless communication signal sent by the terminal device to the cleaning device, which includes but is not limited to this embodiment.
In response to the shutdown event, the controller 30 may execute the implementation a, cut off the working loop of the load 20, and send a voice interaction instruction for broadcasting a shutdown prompt message to the audio component 40 when the load 20 stops acting; alternatively, the controller 30 may execute the embodiment a, and send a voice interaction instruction for broadcasting a shutdown prompt message to the audio component 40 after the time for cutting off the working circuit of the load 20 reaches a set time (for example, 2 seconds); alternatively, the controller 30 may execute embodiment C, reduce the operating power of the load 20, and send a voice interaction instruction to broadcast the shutdown prompt message to the audio component 40 when the power of the load 20 is reduced to the first power threshold. The audio component 40, upon receiving the voice interaction command, may play a voice message like "power off, please replace base".
Optionally, the voice interaction triggering event is implemented as a fault event of the cleaning device, the fault event including at least one of: failure of a main motor, failure of a rolling brush motor, failure of a charger, and failure of a dust sensor.
The main motor of the cleaning apparatus is a vacuum source for generating negative pressure, and the controller 30 detects the operating state of the main motor in real time. The controller 30 may obtain the working state information of the main motor on the cleaning device in real time in the startup state of the cleaning device, and when the main motor fails, execute the implementation mode a, cut off the working loop of the load 20, and send and broadcast a voice interaction instruction of the failure of the main motor to the audio component 40 when the load 20 stops operating; or, the embodiment a is executed, the working circuit of the load 20 is cut off, and after the time for which the working circuit of the load 20 is cut off reaches a set time length (for example, 2 seconds), a voice interaction instruction of a failure of the main motor is sent and broadcasted to the audio component 40; alternatively, the controller 30 may perform embodiment C, reduce the operating power of the load 20, and send a voice interaction command to the audio component 40 broadcasting the failure of the main motor when the power of the load 20 is reduced to the first power threshold. Upon receiving the command, audio component 40 may broadcast a voice message like "main motor failure". In this application scenario, the load 20 is at least one of a main motor, a roller brush motor, a water pump, and a running wheel. Furthermore, when the main motor of the cleaning equipment breaks down, the cleaning equipment can remind a user of early warning of the fault of the main motor in a voice prompt mode under the condition that noise interference is low so as to avoid misuse.
The rolling brush motor of the cleaning device is a power source for the rolling brush cleaning action, and the controller 30 detects the working state of the rolling brush motor in real time. The controller 30 may obtain the working state information of the rolling brush motor on the cleaning device in real time in the starting state of the cleaning device, and when the rolling brush motor fails, execute the implementation mode a, cut off the working loop of the load 20, and send and broadcast a voice interaction instruction of the failure of the rolling brush motor to the audio component 40 when the load 20 stops acting; or, the embodiment a is executed, the working circuit of the load 20 is cut off, and after the time for cutting off the working circuit of the load 20 reaches the set time duration (for example, 2 seconds), a voice interaction instruction of the fault of the roller brush motor is sent and broadcasted to the audio component 40; alternatively, the controller 30 may implement embodiment C to reduce the operating power of the load 20 and send a voice interaction command to the audio component 40 to broadcast the failure of the roller brush motor when the power of the load 20 is reduced to the first power threshold. After receiving the command, the audio module 40 may broadcast a voice message like "failure of the brush motor". In this application scenario, the load 20 is at least one of a main motor, a roller brush motor, a water pump, and a traction wheel. Furthermore, when the rolling brush motor of the cleaning equipment breaks down, the cleaning equipment can remind a user of fault early warning of the rolling brush motor in a voice prompt mode under the condition that noise interference is low so as to avoid misuse.
The cleaning equipment has two modes of wire and wireless, the wire cleaning equipment works only by directly connecting with a power supply, and the wireless cleaning equipment needs to be provided with a rechargeable battery which is charged by a charger. The cleaning device is externally connected with a charger, and the controller 30 detects fault events of the charger in real time, including whether the model of the charger is matched, the fault of the charger body and the like. The controller 30 may obtain the working state information of the charger connected to the cleaning device in real time in the power-on state of the cleaning device, and when the charger fails, execute the implementation mode a, cut off the working loop of the load 20, and send and broadcast a voice interaction instruction of the charger failure to the audio component 40 when the load 20 stops operating; or, the embodiment a is executed, the working circuit of the load 20 is cut off, and after the time for cutting off the working circuit of the load 20 reaches a set time length (for example, 2 seconds), a voice interaction instruction of a charger fault is sent and broadcasted to the audio component 40; alternatively, the controller 30 may implement embodiment C to reduce the operating power of the load 20, and send a voice interaction instruction to the audio component 40 to broadcast the charger fault when the power of the load 20 is reduced to the first power threshold. Upon receiving the instruction, audio component 40 may broadcast a voice message like "charger failure". In this application scenario, the load 20 is at least one of a main motor, a roller brush motor, a water pump, and a traction wheel. In this application scenario, the load 20 is at least one of a main motor, a roller brush motor, a water pump, and a running wheel. Furthermore, when the charger of the cleaning equipment breaks down, the cleaning equipment can remind a user of charger fault early warning in a voice prompt mode under the condition that noise interference is low so as to avoid misuse.
Optionally, the cleaning device is further equipped with a sensor, and the degree of soiling and/or cleanliness that the sensor can detect includes at least one of: the surface to be cleaned, the suction opening, the suction channel, the recycling bin, usually the sensor is of the photoelectric or density type, contact or non-contact type, collectively referred to as dust sensor. The controller 30 may obtain working state information of a dust sensor on the cleaning device in real time in a power-on state of the cleaning device, and when the dust sensor fails, execute the embodiment a, cut off a working loop of the load 20, and send and broadcast a voice interaction instruction of the dust sensor failure to the audio component 40 when the load 20 stops operating; or, the embodiment a is implemented to cut off the working circuit of the load 20, and after the time for which the working circuit of the load 20 is cut off reaches a set time (for example, 2 seconds), send and broadcast a voice interaction instruction of a dust sensor fault to the audio component 40; alternatively, the controller 30 may implement embodiment C to reduce the operating power of the load 20 and send a voice interaction command to the audio component 40 reporting a dust sensor failure after the power of the load 20 is reduced to the first power threshold. Upon receiving the instruction, audio component 40 may broadcast a voice message like "dust sensor failure". In this application scenario, the load 20 is at least one of a main motor, a roller brush motor, a water pump, and a running wheel. Furthermore, when the dust sensor of the cleaning equipment breaks down, the cleaning equipment can remind a user of the fault early warning of the dust sensor in a voice prompt mode under the condition that noise interference is low so as to avoid misuse.

After receiving the command, the audio component 40 may broadcast a voice message like "distribution network successful". In this application scenario, the load 20 is at least one of a main motor, a roller brush motor, a water pump, and a traction wheel. Furthermore, when the distribution network of the cleaning equipment is successful, the cleaning equipment can remind a user of successful distribution network in a voice prompt mode under the condition of low noise interference, so that the user can execute other operations conveniently.

In some scenes, the cleaning equipment can prompt the user of the battery residual capacity in a voice prompt mode when the battery residual capacity is updated to a set threshold value; in other scenes, the cleaning equipment can prompt a user to replace the battery or charge the battery in a voice prompt mode when the remaining amount of the battery reaches the lower limit value of the remaining amount. The latter will be exemplified below.
The controller 30 may obtain the battery remaining capacity of the battery assembly on the cleaning device in real time in the startup state of the cleaning device, and when the battery remaining capacity is smaller than the set electric quantity threshold, implement the method a, cut off the working loop of the load 20, and send and broadcast a voice interaction instruction of electric quantity early warning to the audio assembly 40 when the load 20 stops acting; or, the embodiment a is executed, the working circuit of the load 20 is cut off, and after the time for cutting off the working circuit of the load 20 reaches a set duration (for example, 2 seconds), a voice interaction instruction for electric quantity warning is sent and broadcasted to the audio component 40; alternatively, the controller 30 may execute the embodiment C, reduce the operating power of the load 20, and send a voice interaction instruction for broadcasting the electric quantity warning to the audio component 40 when the power of the load 20 is reduced to the first power threshold. After receiving the instruction, audio component 40 may broadcast a voice message like "low battery". In this application scenario, the load 20 is at least one of a main motor, a roller brush motor, a water pump, and a traction wheel. Furthermore, when the battery power of the cleaning equipment reaches the set margin lower limit, the cleaning equipment can remind the user of the early warning of the power shortage in a voice prompt mode under the condition that the noise interference is low so as to remind the user of charging in time.
Optionally, a solution tank is mounted on the body 10 of the cleaning device. The solution bucket is a container used for storing clean water or cleaning agent on the cleaning equipment. The first liquid level detection device may be installed inside or outside the solution bucket to detect a liquid level in the solution bucket. The voice interaction triggering event is a residual water quantity updating event of the solution bucket.
In the on state of the cleaning apparatus, the first liquid level detection device may transmit the detected level value to the controller 30. After receiving the level value sent by the first liquid level detecting device, the controller 30 may determine whether the remaining amount of water in the solution tank is less than the set water threshold according to the level value. If so, the method a may be executed to cut off the working circuit of the load 20 and send a voice interactive command reporting the remaining water amount of the solution tank to the audio module 40 when the load 20 stops operating, or the method a may be executed to cut off the working circuit of the load 20 and send a voice interactive command reporting the remaining water amount of the solution tank to the audio module 40 after the time when the working circuit of the load 20 is cut off reaches a set time period (for example, 2 seconds); alternatively, the controller 30 may implement embodiment C, reduce the operating power of the load 20, and send a voice interaction command to the audio module 40 to report the remaining amount of water in the solution tank after the power of the load 20 is reduced to the first power threshold. After receiving the instruction, the audio module 40 may broadcast a voice message like "water amount in the solution tank is insufficient". In this application scenario, the load 20 is at least one of a main motor, a roller brush motor, a water pump, and a traction wheel. Furthermore, when the residual water amount in the solution barrel reaches the set lower water amount limit, the cleaning equipment can remind a user of early warning of water shortage in a voice prompt mode under the condition of low noise interference so as to remind the user of adding liquid into the solution barrel.

For example, when the cleaning apparatus is implemented as a washer, the negative pressure generated by the main motor may draw dirty water from the floor into the recovery tank during use of the washer. And a second liquid level detection device is arranged in the recovery barrel or outside the recovery barrel so as to detect the liquid level in the recovery barrel. The voice interaction triggers an event that may be updated for the available capacity of the recycle bucket.
In the on state of the cleaning apparatus, the second level detecting means may transmit the detected level value to the controller 30. The controller 30 can determine whether the available volume of the recycling bin is larger than the set volume threshold according to the solution value sent by the second liquid level detecting device. If so, the implementation mode a may be executed, the working circuit of the load 20 is cut off, and when the load 20 stops operating, a voice interaction instruction for broadcasting the available capacity of the recycling bin is sent to the audio component 40; or, the embodiment a is executed, the working circuit of the load 20 is cut off, and after the time for cutting off the working circuit of the load 20 reaches a set time length (for example, 2 seconds), a voice interaction instruction for broadcasting the available capacity of the recycling bin is sent to the audio component 40; alternatively, controller 30 may implement embodiment C to reduce the operating power of load 20 and send a voice interaction command to audio component 40 broadcasting the available capacity of the recycling bin when the power of load 20 is reduced to the first power threshold. Upon receiving this instruction, audio component 40 may broadcast a voice message like "the recycling bin is full". In this application scenario, the load 20 is at least one of a main motor, a roller brush motor, a water pump, and a traction wheel. Furthermore, the cleaning equipment can remind the user that the recycling bin is full of early warning in a voice prompt mode under the condition of low noise interference so as to remind the user to clean the sewage in the recycling bin, and therefore the sewage is prevented from overflowing.

When the cleaning equipment is used, the water pump can pump liquid out of the solution barrel, the liquid is pressurized, the pressurized liquid is sprayed to the rolling brush, and along with the continuous rotation of the rolling brush motor, the bristles of the rolling brush can bring the liquid sprayed by the water pump to the ground to wet the ground. The bristles can wipe the wet bottom surface as the roller brush rotates continuously.
The floor brush comprises a rolling brush motor, the rolling brush motor comprises an internal motor and an external motor, in the rotation process of the rolling brush motor, the controller 30 can acquire the rotation state of the rolling brush motor in real time in the starting state of the cleaning equipment, and when the rolling brush motor is locked (for example, hair is wound on the rolling brush), the implementation mode A is executed, the working loop of the load 20 is cut off, and when the load 20 stops acting, a voice interaction instruction for broadcasting the locked rotation of the rolling brush motor is sent to the audio component 40; or, the embodiment a is executed, the working circuit of the load 20 is cut off, and after the time for cutting off the working circuit of the load 20 reaches the set duration (for example, 2 seconds), a voice interaction instruction for broadcasting the stalling of the roller brush motor is sent to the audio component 40; alternatively, the controller 30 may execute embodiment C, reduce the operating power of the load 20, and send a voice interaction instruction to the audio component 40 to broadcast the rolling brush motor stalling when the power of the load 20 is reduced to the first power threshold. After receiving the instruction, audio component 40 may broadcast a voice message like "rolling brush stalling". In this application scenario, the load 20 is at least one of a main motor, a roller brush motor, a water pump, and a traction wheel. Furthermore, when the motor stalling phenomenon appears in the cleaning process of the rolling brush, the cleaning equipment can play the voice prompt message of the motor stalling of the rolling brush under the condition of lower noise interference so as to avoid improper use.
