At present, with the popularization of the degree of intellectualization, the voice recognition technology is gradually applied to various household appliances. Based on the voice recognition technology, the user can carry out voice control on the intelligent device so as to control the intelligent device to complete corresponding function adjustment. Not all voice control commands need be executed by the smart device. In some cases, some erroneous instructions by the child may disrupt the good operating state maintained by the smart device. Therefore, the related art proposes an apparatus control method including: acquiring a first voice input; determining a user identity corresponding to the first voice input; and when the user identity is determined to be the child, the control instruction corresponding to the first voice input is not executed.
However, the related art completely shields the voice instruction of the child user, so that the child user cannot normally enjoy the convenience brought by the voice control. Therefore, the related art is not beneficial to guarantee the use experience of the child user.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for controlling a smart device, including:
s101, under the condition that a voice instruction for waking up a user is received, a processor determines the identity of the user.
S102, under the condition that the awakening user identity is a child user, the processor determines the receiving time of the voice instruction.
And S103, under the condition that the receiving time belongs to the child limit time period, the processor controls the intelligent device not to respond to the voice instruction of the child user.
And S104, controlling the intelligent device to respond to the voice command of the child user by the processor under the condition that the receiving time does not belong to the child limit time period.
By adopting the method for controlling the intelligent device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, after the intelligent device receives the voice command of the user, the user identity is firstly discriminated, and whether the user is a child or not is judged. If the user is a child, the validity of the voice control action of the user can be judged according to the specific receiving time of the instruction. By comparing the receiving time with the limiting time period, the embodiment of the disclosure can more accurately identify the current scene, thereby reasonably judging the effectiveness of the voice instruction of the child. When the receiving time belongs to the limit time period, it is indicated that the voice control action of the child is not expected by the guardian in the scene, so the embodiment of the disclosure controls the intelligent device to ignore the voice instruction, and the operation reliability of the intelligent device in the limit time period is improved. When the receiving time does not belong to the limited time period, the intelligent device can be controlled to normally recognize the voice instruction of the child, so that the child user can normally enjoy the convenience brought by the voice control in the allowed time period, and the use experience of the child user is favorably ensured.
Alternatively, the method for controlling the smart device may be executed in the smart device, or may be executed in a server in communication with the smart device. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, a description is made of a scheme in which a processor in a server is an execution subject.
Optionally, the processor determining to wake up the user identity comprises: the processor extracts voiceprint information according to a voice instruction for awakening a user; and the processor is used for matching and awakening the user identity according to the voiceprint information. Thus, by extracting the voice print of the voice command, the embodiment of the disclosure can identify the specific identity of the user by using the difference of the voice print characteristics among different users. Therefore, the subsequent optimal control according to the user identity is facilitated, and the action of the intelligent equipment is controlled more reasonably.
Optionally, in the case that the receiving time does not belong to the child restriction period, the processor controls the smart device to respond to a voice instruction of the child user, including: under the condition that the receiving time does not belong to the child limit time period, the processor determines the current operation scene of the intelligent device; the processor searches for the set user identity of the current operation scene according to the current operation scene; and under the condition that the user identity is set as the child user, the processor controls the intelligent device to respond to the voice instruction of the child user. In this way, when the receiving time does not belong to the limited time period, the embodiment of the present disclosure can optimize control based on the current operating scenario of the smart device to more reasonably control the smart device action. To the operation scene of by children's self-setting, this disclosed embodiment just can control its voice command of normal discernment of smart machine, makes children's user can normally enjoy the convenience that voice control brought in the permission period, is favorable to guaranteeing its use and experiences.
Optionally, the child restriction period may be set according to the actual needs of the guardian. Specifically, the child restriction period may be set to 12 pm per day: 00 to 13 pm: 30, and night time of day 22: 00 to the next morning 6: a night sleep time of 30. Therefore, the guardian can limit the voice control function of the intelligent device by combining the sleep time of the child so as to prevent the sleep time from being compressed due to the fact that the child is addicted to the intelligent device such as a television and a computer. The child restriction period may also be adjusted in conjunction with the learning time of the child, and may also be set to 9 a.m. each day: 00 to 11: 30, or 14 pm per day: 00 to 17: 30, etc. and other arbitrary time periods. Therefore, the situation that the learning time is compressed due to the fact that children are addicted to intelligent equipment such as televisions, computers and the like can be avoided.
With reference to fig. 2, another method for controlling a smart device is provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, including:
s201, under the condition that a voice instruction for waking up a user is received, the processor determines the identity of the user to be woken up.
S202, under the condition that the awakening user identity is a child user, the processor determines the receiving time of the voice instruction.
And S203, under the condition that the receiving time belongs to the child limit time period, controlling the intelligent device not to respond to the voice instruction of the child user by the processor.
And S204, under the condition that the receiving time does not belong to the child limit time period, the processor determines the current operation scene of the intelligent device.
S205, the processor searches the set user identity of the current operation scene according to the current operation scene.
And S206, under the condition that the user identity is set as the child user, the processor controls the intelligent device to respond to the voice command of the child user.
When the receiving time does not belong to the limit time period, the embodiment of the disclosure can optimize control based on the current operation scene of the intelligent device so as to more reasonably control the action of the intelligent device. To the operation scene of by children's self-setting, this disclosed embodiment just can control its voice command of normal discernment of smart machine, makes children's user can normally enjoy the convenience that voice control brought in the permission period, is favorable to guaranteeing its use and experiences.
Alternatively, the method for controlling the smart device may be executed in the smart device, or may be executed in a server in communication with the smart device. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, a description is made of a scheme in which a processor in a server is an execution subject.
Optionally, the current operational scene may include a sleep scene, a learning scene, a dining scene, a reading scene, a music scene, a painting scene, a television scene, a game scene, a massage scene, a wash scene, or a cleaning scene. Therefore, the life states of the children can be described by utilizing various operation scenes, so that the scenes where the children are located at present can be identified more accurately. The effectiveness of the voice instruction of the child can be reasonably judged, and the action of the intelligent device can be reasonably controlled.
Optionally, the multiple operation scenarios may be respectively set on different intelligent devices. The operating scenarios installed on each type of smart device may or may not be identical. Each operating scene is associated with a setting user, which may be a child user or a non-child user as a guardian. The set user can adjust the working parameters of the intelligent equipment in the operation scene according to the requirements of the user, so that the use experience of the intelligent equipment is improved.
With reference to fig. 3, another method for controlling a smart device is provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, including:
s301, under the condition that a voice instruction for waking up a user is received, the processor determines the identity of the user.
S302, under the condition that the awakening user identity is the child user, the processor determines the receiving time of the voice instruction.
And S303, under the condition that the receiving time belongs to the child limit time period, controlling the intelligent device not to respond to the voice instruction of the child user by the processor.
S304, under the condition that the receiving time does not belong to the child limit time period, the processor determines the current operation scene of the intelligent device.
S305, the processor searches the set user identity of the current operation scene according to the current operation scene.
S306, under the condition that the user identity is set as the child user, the processor controls the intelligent device to respond to the voice command of the child user.
S307, under the condition that the user identity is set to be a non-child user, the processor controls the intelligent device not to respond to the voice command of the child user.
By adopting the method for controlling the intelligent device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, after the intelligent device receives the voice command of the user, the identity of the user can be screened firstly, and whether the user is a child or not is judged. When the receiving time does not belong to the limit time period, the embodiment of the disclosure can optimize control based on the current operation scene of the intelligent device so as to more reasonably control the action of the intelligent device. For the operation scene set by the guardian, the intelligent device still cannot execute the voice instruction of the child, so that the monitoring of the child is facilitated.
Illustratively, in a specific embodiment, the smart light fixture and the smart television are both installed with a drawing scene. The drawing scene of the intelligent lamp is set by children to set working parameters, and the related setting user is a child user. The working parameters of the intelligent television are set by the guardian in the drawing scene, and the related set user is a non-child user. Like this, when not being in children's restriction period, children's user can utilize voice command remote control intelligent lamps and lanterns to adjust luminance to obtain more suitable drawing environment. However, the child user cannot control the smart television to perform function adjustment by using the voice instruction, and at the moment, the smart television cannot look at the voice instruction of the child user and only maintains the working parameters set by the guardian. For example, a smart television can only display copy materials through a screen of the smart television, and a child user can only use the television to assist drawing and cannot control the smart television to switch to an animation program through voice. Therefore, the embodiment is beneficial for monitoring children.
With reference to fig. 4, another method for controlling a smart device is provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, including:
s401, under the condition that a voice instruction for waking up a user is received, the processor determines the identity of the user.
S402, under the condition that the awakening user identity is a child user, the processor determines the receiving time of the voice instruction.
And S403, under the condition that the receiving time belongs to the child limit time period, controlling the intelligent device not to respond to the voice instruction of the child user by the processor.
S404, under the condition that the receiving time does not belong to the child limit time period, the processor determines the current operation scene of the intelligent device.
S405, the processor searches the set user identity of the current operation scene according to the current operation scene.
S406, under the condition that the user identity is set as the child user, the processor controls the intelligent device to respond to the voice instruction of the child user.
And S407, under the condition that the user identity is set to be a non-child user, controlling the intelligent device not to respond to the voice instruction of the child user by the processor.
S408, the processor determines the requirement level of the child user according to the voice instruction.
And S409, controlling the action of the intelligent equipment by the processor according to the demand level.
To the operation scene of by children's self-setting, this disclosed embodiment just can control its voice command of normal discernment of smart machine, makes children's user can normally enjoy the convenience that voice control brought in the permission period, is favorable to guaranteeing its use and experiences. In addition, in the case that the smart device determines not to execute the voice command of the child, the embodiment of the present disclosure further detects the command intention of the child. And judge children's current demand level according to this to can control intelligent equipment more rationally to handle children's pronunciation instruction, with the actual use experience that improves children's user.
Alternatively, the method for controlling the smart device may be executed in the smart device, or may be executed in a server in communication with the smart device. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, a description is made of a scheme in which a processor in a server is an execution subject.
Optionally, the processor determines the level of the requirement of the child user according to the voice instruction, including: the processor acquires the association degree of the voice instruction and the current operation scene; and the processor determines the requirement level of the child user according to the correlation degree. Therefore, the embodiment of the disclosure can be combined with the current operation scene of the intelligent device to judge the requirement level of the child user. Therefore, the intelligent device can be controlled to process the voice instruction of the child more reasonably so as to improve the actual use experience of the child user.
Illustratively, in a particular embodiment, the smart audio is equipped with a sleep scene. The sleep scene of the intelligent sound box is set by a guardian, and the related set user is a non-child user. Under the condition that intelligent sound equipment operates in the sleep scene, a child user generally cannot control the intelligent sound equipment to make function adjustment by utilizing a voice instruction, and at the moment, the intelligent sound equipment only maintains the working state of playing the relaxing sleep-aiding music set by a guardian. But the intelligent sound can optimize the control by detecting the relevance of the voice instruction of the child and the current sleep scene. Under the higher condition of associativity degree, it is more reasonable that the current demand of children user is judged to the intelligence stereo set, and its demand grade is higher, and this voice command of children can be responded to the intelligence stereo set this moment. For example, the instruction of "turning down the sound volume" meets the expectation of the guardian on the child in the sleep scene, and the instruction is highly associated with the sleep scene and can be executed by the intelligent device. The instruction of playing the audio novel does not meet the expectation of the guardian on the child in the sleep scene, and the instruction is low in association with the sleep scene, so that the instruction cannot be responded by the intelligent device.
Optionally, the processor determines the level of the requirement of the child user according to the voice instruction, including: the processor matches the voice instruction in a preset authorization instruction library and a preset forbidden instruction library; under the condition that the voice instruction is matched in the preset authorization instruction library, the processor determines that the requirement grade of the child user is a first grade; under the condition that the voice instruction is not matched in the preset authorization instruction library and the preset forbidden instruction library, the processor determines that the requirement grade of the child user is of a second grade; in the case where the voice command is matched in the preset disabling command library, the processor determines that the requirement level of the child user is three levels. Thus, the embodiment of the disclosure can be combined with a preset instruction library to judge the requirement level of the child user. Therefore, the intelligent device can be controlled to process the voice instruction of the child more reasonably so as to improve the actual use experience of the child user.
Optionally, the voice instructions in the preset authorization instruction library and the preset disabling instruction library are set by a non-child user. Therefore, the voice control function of the intelligent device can better meet the expectation of a guardian, and the monitoring of children is facilitated.
Optionally, each intelligent device is provided with a preset authorization instruction library and a preset disabling instruction library which correspond to each other one by one. Each operation scene is provided with a preset authorization instruction library and a preset forbidden instruction library which are in one-to-one correspondence. Therefore, the voice control function of the intelligent device can be more comprehensive and meticulous according to the embodiment of the disclosure, and the practical use experience of the children user can be improved.
Optionally, the processor controls the actions of the smart device according to the demand level, including: under the condition that the requirement grade is first grade, the processor controls the intelligent equipment to respond to the voice instruction of the child user; under the condition that the requirement level is two-level, the processor controls the intelligent device to send the voice instruction of the child user to the terminal device of the non-child user; in the case that the requirement level is three levels, the processor controls the smart device not to respond to the voice command of the child user. Therefore, the control can be optimized based on different demand levels, so that the intelligent device can be controlled to process the voice instructions of the children more reasonably, and the actual use experience of the children user is improved.
Optionally, after the processor controls the smart device to send the voice command of the child user to the terminal device of the non-child user, the method further includes: under the condition of receiving an authorization instruction sent by the terminal equipment, controlling the intelligent equipment to respond to a voice instruction of a child user by the processor; and under the condition of receiving the rejection instruction sent by the terminal equipment, the processor controls the intelligent equipment not to respond to the voice instruction of the child user. Thus, the embodiment of the disclosure can utilize the communication connection with the guardian terminal device to complete the remote control of the intelligent device. Therefore, the voice control function of the intelligent device can better meet the expectation of a guardian, and the intelligent device is favorable for monitoring children.
Illustratively, in a specific embodiment, the smart light fixture, the smart sound box and the smart television are all installed with a sleep scene. The sleep scene of the intelligent device is set by the guardian, and the related set user is a non-child user. Under the condition that the intelligent equipment operates in a sleep scene, a child user cannot control the intelligent sound equipment to make function adjustment by utilizing a voice instruction generally, and at the moment, the intelligent equipment only maintains working parameters set by a guardian. Meanwhile, the intelligent equipment is provided with a corresponding preset authorization instruction library and a preset forbidden instruction library. For example, the instruction of turning on the light is stored in the preset authorization instruction library of the intelligent lamp in the sleep scene. Like this, when children want the nocturia, can direct speech control intelligence lamps and lanterns turn on, be favorable to ensureing that it uses to experience. The intelligent television stores a command of turning on the television in a preset forbidden command library in a sleep scene. Therefore, when the child wants to watch the television at night, the intelligent device can automatically ignore the instruction of the child, and the guardian can monitor the sleep of the child. For the sleep scene of the intelligent sound, the instruction of playing the before-sleep story does not exist in the preset authorization instruction library or the preset forbidden instruction library. Thus, when the child wants to apply for the action, the smart sound can send the request to the guardian's mobile phone in real time. Only after the guardian agrees, the intelligent sound box can respond to the voice instruction and play the story before sleep for the child. Thereby satisfying the monitoring expectation of the guardian and being beneficial to improving the use experience of children.
With reference to fig. 5, another method for controlling a smart device is provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, including:
s501, under the condition that a voice instruction for waking up a user is received, the processor determines the identity of the user.
And S502, under the condition that the awakening user identity is the non-child user, the processor controls the intelligent device to respond to the voice command of the non-child user.
S503, under the condition that the awakening user identity is the child user, the processor determines the receiving time of the voice command.
And S504, under the condition that the receiving time belongs to the child limit time period, the processor controls the intelligent device not to respond to the voice instruction of the child user.
And S505, under the condition that the receiving time does not belong to the child limit time period, the processor controls the intelligent device to respond to the voice instruction of the child user.
By adopting the method for controlling the intelligent device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, after the intelligent device receives the voice command of the user, the identity of the user can be screened firstly, and whether the user is a child or not is judged. If the user is not a child, the intelligent device normally executes the voice control function to ensure the use experience of the non-child user.
