Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While the preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
In order to enrich the functions of the remote control terminal and improve the user experience of the remote control terminal, the remote control terminal can be modified so as to support more functions.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of a remote control terminal according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1, the remote control terminal 100 may include, but is not limited to, any combination of a microphone 110, a speaker 120, a communication module 130, and a voice processing module 140.
Microphone 110 may be used to collect the voice of the user. Under the action of the microphone 100, the user can perform voice input to the remote control terminal 100 by means of far-field voice. Far-field voice means that the user can wake up the remote control terminal 100 and issue a voice command through a wake-up word at a long distance (e.g., 5 meters) from the remote control terminal 100. In addition, the remote control terminal 100 may also support a user to perform voice input by means of near-field voice, for example, the user may input voice by pressing a voice key on the remote control terminal 100.
After receiving the voice, the remote control terminal 100 may upload the voice to the server through the communication module 130, and the server may analyze the voice to determine an operation object targeted by the voice and an operation request corresponding to the voice. The voice may be analyzed by the remote control terminal 100, for example, the voice processing module 140 in the remote control terminal 100 may analyze the voice to determine the operation target for the voice and the operation request corresponding to the voice. The server may be, but is not limited to, a local server, an edge server, and a cloud server. The local server may be, but is not limited to, a cell server, a home server, and in addition, the local server may also be other terminal devices having local processing capability, such as a third device mentioned below.
After the operation object and the operation request are determined, the operation command corresponding to the operation request can be executed by the determined operation object, and thus the user can perform voice remote control of the operation object through the remote control terminal 100.
The operation object mentioned in the present disclosure may be, but is not limited to, a remote control terminal, a controlled terminal associated with the remote control terminal, and other devices. The controlled terminal associated with the remote control terminal is terminal equipment used in cooperation with the remote control terminal, and taking the remote control terminal as a remote controller of a television as an example, the controlled terminal is the television. The other devices can be, but are not limited to, various internet of things devices such as an intelligent door lock, an intelligent switch and a vehicle.
Remote control terminal 100 may also output voice through speaker 120 to enable interaction with a user.
The following describes in further detail a process of implementing voice remote control based on a remote control terminal.
FIG. 2 shows a schematic flow chart diagram of a voice remote control method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
The remote control terminal may receive voice. After receiving the voice, the remote control terminal can analyze the voice to determine an operation object aimed at by the voice and an operation request corresponding to the voice. The operation object is also an execution object of the operation instruction corresponding to the operation request. In addition, the remote control terminal may also send the voice to the third device, and the third device may analyze the voice to determine the operation object targeted by the voice and the operation request corresponding to the voice, and receive an analysis result sent by the third device, where the analysis result includes the operation object and the operation request. The third device may be, but is not limited to, any device having a local voice processing capability, such as a smart speaker, a mobile phone.
1. The operation object is a first device
In the case where the operation object is a device (which may be referred to as a first device for convenience of distinction), the remote control terminal may transmit the operation request to the server. The server receives an operation request sent by the remote control terminal, and sends an operation instruction corresponding to the operation request to the first device, so that the first device can execute the operation instruction. The server mentioned in the present disclosure may be a local server, which may refer to, but is not limited to, a home server, a cell server, an edge server, a cell virtual server, and the like.
The first device is a device outside a controlled terminal associated with the remote control terminal, and the first device may be, but is not limited to, various internet of things devices such as an intelligent door lock, an intelligent switch, a bulb, and a vehicle. The first device and the remote control terminal can be located in the same scene, such as a home scene; the first device may also be located in a different scenario than the remote control terminal, for example the remote control terminal may be located in an office and the first device may be located in a home.
The server can also send feedback information used for representing the processing result of the operation instruction to the remote control terminal, and the remote control terminal can receive the feedback information sent by the server and output the feedback information so that a user can know the remote control result in time.
Therefore, the remote control terminal can serve as a hub device of the first device except the related controlled terminal, and the first device is controlled through the server, so that a user can realize voice remote control on the first device through the remote control terminal.
2. The operation object is a controlled terminal
In the case where the operation target is a controlled terminal associated with the remote control terminal, the remote control terminal may control the controlled terminal to execute an operation corresponding to the operation request.
The remote control terminal may control the controlled terminal to execute the operation corresponding to the operation request by transmitting a signal (e.g., an infrared signal) to the controlled terminal, or may send an operation instruction for executing the operation corresponding to the operation request to the controlled terminal through the server, so as to control the controlled terminal to execute the operation corresponding to the operation request.
Specifically, the signal for instructing the controlled terminal to execute the operation corresponding to the operation request may be sent to the controlled terminal when the distance between the remote control terminal and the controlled terminal is smaller than the first threshold; and under the condition that the distance between the remote control terminal and the controlled terminal is greater than a first threshold value, sending the operation request to the server, receiving the operation request by the server, and sending an operation instruction corresponding to the operation request to the controlled terminal. Therefore, when the remote control terminal is far away from the controlled terminal and even positioned in different scenes, the user can remotely control the controlled terminal through voice. Taking the controlled terminal as the smart television in the home and the remote control terminal as the remote controller of the smart television as an example, parents can carry the remote controller, for example, the parents can bring the remote controller to the office, send a voice instruction to the remote controller in the office, and control the on-off or program switching of the smart television in the home to control the television watching time or programs of children.
3. The operation object is a remote control terminal
The remote control terminal can provide a plurality of skills to the outside. The skills, that is, the functions supported by the remote control terminal, may specifically be voice interaction skills for the user, or may also be skills for other devices (for convenience of distinction, may be referred to as second devices). The second device may be any device other than a remote control terminal, such as may include, but is not limited to, the first device, the controlled terminal, mentioned above.
When the operation target is a remote control terminal, an operation corresponding to the operation request may be executed by the remote control terminal.
Taking the example that the remote control terminal provides the voice interaction skill and the operation request is the voice interaction request, the remote control terminal can send the voice interaction request to the server, the server sends the interaction data corresponding to the voice to the remote control terminal, and the remote control terminal receives the interaction data corresponding to the voice sent by the server and outputs the interaction data. The interactive data can be text information or audio data, the remote control terminal can convert the text information into voice data to output under the condition that the interactive data is the text information, and the remote control terminal can directly output the audio data in a voice form under the condition that the interactive data is the audio data. For example, the user may send a voice of "put song", and the remote control terminal may send the operation request obtained by the parsing to the server, receive song information returned by the server, and play a song. For another example, the remote control terminal may also provide a "loss prevention" skill, and the user may send a "where the remote controller is you", and at this time, the remote control terminal may output a "i am there" voice prompt to remind the user of the location of the remote control terminal.
Taking the example that the remote control terminal provides the distribution network skill and the operation request is a distribution network request for the second device, the remote control terminal may send the password of the access point to the second device, or the remote control terminal may also send the password of the access point to the server, and the server receives the password of the access point sent by the remote control terminal and sends the password to the second device. Therefore, the user can realize the network distribution of the second equipment through voice remote control.
The remote control terminal can also provide an electric quantity shortage reminding function, and the remote control terminal can respond to the situation that the residual circuit is lower than a preset threshold value and output a voice prompt to remind a user of charging or replacing the battery in time. In addition, in response to the fact that the remaining power is lower than the preset threshold value, the remote control terminal can interact with the third device, and the third device outputs a voice prompt of insufficient power. The third device may be, but is not limited to, a local device with a voice playing function, such as a smart speaker, a mobile phone, and the like.
After receiving the voice, the remote control terminal can recognize the pronunciation characteristics (such as voiceprint) of the voice to determine the identity information of the user who sends the voice, and judge whether to provide the user with a service for realizing the operation request corresponding to the voice based on the identity information. The operation of recognizing the pronunciation characteristics of the voice to determine the identity information of the user who utters the voice can be executed by the remote control terminal, and can also be executed by the server or other terminal equipment.
And judging whether to provide a service for realizing the operation request for the user based on the identity information and/or the operation request, namely judging whether the user currently has the authority of using the remote control terminal. The voice remote control method of the present disclosure may be performed if the determination result is that the service for implementing the operation request is provided for the user, and the operation request may be ignored if the determination result is that the service for implementing the operation request is not provided for the user. When determining whether to provide the service for realizing the operation request for the user, other information, such as time information and authority information set for users with different identities, may be referred to at the same time. For example, a time range allowing a television to be viewed may be set for a child, and if the child makes a voice operation request of "turning on the television" outside the time range, the user who has made the voice may be identified as the child according to voiceprint information of the voice, and it is determined that the television is not allowed to be viewed according to the current time, and the voice operation request may be ignored. In addition, if the child makes a voice request such as "how the elephant speaks in english", "where the longest river in the world" and the like, the corresponding voice feedback information can be output.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic flow chart of a voice remote control method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
The remote control terminal may receive voice. After receiving the voice, the remote control terminal can analyze the voice to determine an operation object aimed at by the voice and an operation request corresponding to the voice. The operation object is an execution object of an operation instruction corresponding to the operation request.
Different from fig. 2, the remote control terminal may be directly connected to the first device, and in a case where the operation object is the first device, the remote control terminal may directly send the operation instruction corresponding to the operation request to the first device without using the server. And can output feedback information used for representing the processing result of the operation instruction, so that the user can know the remote control result in time.
The operations executed by the remote control terminal and the server when the operation object is the controlled terminal and the operation object is the remote control terminal may refer to the description above in conjunction with fig. 2, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic flow chart of a voice remote control method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
Different from fig. 2, the remote control terminal receives the voice, transmits the voice to the server, and the server analyzes the voice to determine the operation object targeted by the voice and the operation request corresponding to the voice.
And when the operation object is the first equipment, the server sends an operation instruction corresponding to the operation request to the first equipment so that the first equipment can execute the operation instruction. For the first device, reference may be made to the above description, which is not repeated here.
The server can also send feedback information used for representing the processing result of the operation instruction to the remote control terminal, and the remote control terminal can receive the feedback information sent by the server and output the feedback information so that a user can know the remote control result in time.
When the operation target is the controlled terminal, the server may transmit an operation instruction corresponding to the operation request to the controlled terminal, or may transmit the operation request to the remote control terminal, and the remote control terminal controls the controlled terminal to execute the operation corresponding to the operation request. For the implementation manner of the remote control terminal controlling the controlled terminal to execute the operation corresponding to the operation request, reference may be made to the above description, and details are not described herein again.
In the case where the operation target is a remote control terminal, the server may transmit an operation instruction corresponding to the operation request to the remote control terminal, and the remote control terminal may receive and execute the operation instruction.

Fig. 5 to 10 are schematic structural diagrams of the remote control terminal in different embodiments.
The functional modules of the remote control terminal may be implemented by hardware, software, or a combination of hardware and software that implement the principles of the present disclosure. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the functional blocks described in fig. 5-10 may be combined or divided into sub-blocks to implement the principles of the invention described above. Thus, the description herein may support any possible combination, or division, or further definition of the functional modules described herein.
In the following, brief descriptions are given to functional modules that the remote control terminal can have and operations that each functional module can perform, and for details related thereto, reference may be made to the above-mentioned related descriptions, which are not described herein again.

In addition, the sound pickup module 510 may also include a voice key provided on the remote control terminal 500, and the user may perform voice input by pressing the voice key.
The parsing module 520 is configured to parse the voice to determine an operation object targeted by the voice and an operation request corresponding to the voice. The parsing module 520 may perform semantic recognition on the voice by using a voice recognition technology to determine an operation object targeted by the voice and an operation request corresponding to the voice. The implementation principle of the speech recognition technology is not described in detail here.
The sending module 530 is configured to send the operation request to the server when the operation object is the first device, and the server sends the operation instruction corresponding to the operation request to the first device. Or the sending module 530 may directly send the operation instruction corresponding to the operation request to the first device.
The remote control terminal 500 may further include a control module for controlling the controlled terminal to perform an operation corresponding to the operation request, in a case where the operation object is the controlled terminal associated with the remote control terminal 500.
