the user electricity utilization database mainly comprises an electricity utilization data import module and an electricity utilization data processing module, the electricity utilization data import module is used for automatically importing the electricity utilization data of the user, and the electricity utilization data processing module is used for processing the electricity utilization data of the user and calling the electricity utilization data for the electricity fee calculation module;
the user information base mainly comprises a user basic information storage module and an electric charge calculation parameter storage module, wherein the user basic information storage module is used for storing basic information of a user and calling the electric charge calculation module, and the basic information comprises user types, user numbers, sub-tables, power supply modes and the like; the electric charge parameter storage module is used for storing electric charge calculation parameters and calling the electric charge calculation parameters by the electric charge calculation module;
the electricity price policy library comprises an electricity price policy storage module and a power factor storage module, and is used for storing electricity price policies of all stages, electricity price execution standards of different user types and power factor price execution standards and calling the electricity price calculation module;
the electric charge calculation module comprises a calculation algorithm unit, an electric charge calculation unit, an electric quantity calculation unit and an electric charge compensation unit, and is used for calling a user information base, a user electricity utilization database and an electric charge policy base according to the user number, automatically distinguishing basic information, electricity utilization data, an electric charge policy, an electric charge execution standard and a power factor price execution standard of a user, and automatically adopting different calculation algorithms to calculate the electric quantity and the electric charge of the user;
the abnormity analysis module comprises an electric quantity analysis unit, an electric charge analysis unit and an abnormity reason storage unit, the abnormity analysis module is used for comparing the electric quantity of the customer and the electric charge calculated by the electric charge calculation module with the marketing service system, and if the electric quantity and the electric charge are inconsistent, the abnormity reason is searched through the abnormity reason storage unit, so that automatic rechecking of the electric charge is realized.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising an automatic alarm module for sending an alarm when receiving the reason for the abnormality sent by the abnormality analysis module, wherein the alarm mode includes an audible alarm and/or a pop-up window alarm.

The intelligent electric charge rechecking and abnormality diagnosing system according to claim 1, further comprising a display module, wherein the display module includes a basic information display unit, an electric charge display unit and an electric quantity display unit, and is configured to display basic information, electric charges and electric quantities of a single user and remind an abnormal electric quantity and electric charges, and the reminding manner includes highlight flashing display.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the user information base further comprises a user information modification module for adding users, deleting users and/or modifying basic information of users.

The intelligent electric charge rechecking and abnormality diagnosing system according to claim 1, wherein the calculation algorithm unit adopts different calculation methods according to different user power supply modes, and performs variable loss sharing calculation on each charging point measured by the entity meter according to the proportion of net electric quantity of each charging point to total net reading electric quantity aiming at the high power supply and low power supply modes of the user; when the user does not use electricity, carrying out apportionment calculation according to the proportion of the capacity of each metering point to the total capacity;
and aiming at the condition that the power supply mode of a user is a high power supply and high metering mode, carrying out variable loss allocation calculation on the low-voltage electric energy meter real sub-meter according to the proportion of the net electric quantity of the charging point of the low-voltage electric energy meter real sub-meter to the total net reading electric quantity.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the electric quantity calculating unit is configured to calculate reading, net reading electric quantity, loss electric quantity and settlement electric quantity according to the previous month electric quantity and the current month electric quantity of the user.

The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the electric charge calculating unit is configured to calculate the electric charge, the basic electric charge, the power adjustment electric charge and the typical electric charge of the user according to the amount of electricity settled at each billing point of the user.

The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the electric charge analyzing unit is configured to compare the electric charge, the basic electric charge, the power dispatching electric charge and the typical electric charge in sequence, and transmit the abnormal electric quantity data to the automatic alarm unit and the display unit if an abnormality occurs.
9. An intelligent electric charge rechecking and abnormality diagnosing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the main steps of:
step S11: calling a user information base, a user electricity utilization database and an electricity price policy base to obtain information of basic information, electricity utilization data, an electricity price policy, an electricity price execution standard, a power factor price execution standard and the like of a user;
step S12: the electric charge calculation unit calculates the electric charge according to the called information of the user such as basic information, electricity utilization data, an electric charge policy, an electric charge execution standard, a power factor price execution standard and the like;
step S13: and the abnormity analysis unit compares the calculated electric quantity and the electric charge of the client with the marketing service system, and if the electric quantity and the electric charge of the client are inconsistent, the abnormity reason is searched.
