The computer program product provided by the application can enable the mobile terminal to execute the commodity settlement method in the embodiment, the tedious process of calculating according to a single junction is avoided while the benefit of a seller is guaranteed, the working efficiency of both sides of a transaction is improved, and meanwhile, a buyer can screen a proper seller according to the self requirement condition in the application, so that the transaction conditions of both sides of a buyer and a seller are more transparent, and the transaction rate of the buyer and the seller on a platform is increased.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Claims (10)

1. A method for settling a commodity, comprising:
obtaining a settlement period in contract content of an electronic contract, and judging whether the current time reaches the settlement period, wherein the electronic contract is signed by a seller and a buyer in advance, and the contract content at least comprises information of the seller, information of the buyer, a contract validity period and the settlement period;
if the current time reaches the settlement period, acquiring all orders to be settled between the seller and the buyer according to contract contents of the electronic contract, and generating a settlement list according to all the orders to be settled;
and sending the settlement list to the purchasing party so that the purchasing party can carry out uniform settlement on the seller based on the settlement list.
2. The method for settling the commodity according to claim 1, wherein the electronic contract is previously signed by the seller and the buyer, and specifically comprises:
based on the term settlement conditions of the purchasing party, the selling party which meets the conditions is screened out, online signing is completed, and the term settlement electronic contract is automatically generated after signing, wherein the term settlement conditions at least comprise whether a deposit is paid or not, the amount of the deposit, a settlement period, the latest payment date and the maximum arrearage amount.
3. The method for settling the commodity according to claim 1, wherein the order to be settled specifically comprises:
based on the electronic contract, when the purchasing party needs to select the option of settlement by date when purchasing the seller commodity, the order to be settled by date can be automatically generated, and when the option of settlement by date is not selected, the order to be settled calculated by date is generated and is placed in a next single-order mode.
4. The method for settling a commodity according to claim 2, further comprising:
and if the time of the uniform settlement of the purchasing party exceeds the latest payment date, automatically locking the purchasing party, sending a summary settlement list of the unsettled orders to the purchasing party and locking a notification prompt until the purchasing party unlocks after completing the settlement, wherein the locked purchasing party cannot purchase the commodities before the unlocking is finished.

The commodity settlement method according to claim 2, comprising: and when the sum of the amount of the newly purchased order of the purchasing party and the amount of the current unsettled order exceeds the maximum arrearage limit, the purchasing party cannot place an order to purchase the commodity at the seller.

The commodity settlement method according to claim 2, comprising: when the electronic contract exceeds the contract period of validity, the purchasing party needs to settle all the settlement orders in term purchased by the seller before continuing to make the order, and after the purchasing party completes all the orders in the electronic contract period, the purchasing party can settle the settlement orders in term which are not settled by deducting the deposit paid by the purchasing party before continuing or re-signing the electronic contract.
7. An apparatus for settling a commodity, comprising:
the system comprises a judging module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the judging module is used for obtaining a settlement period in contract contents of an electronic contract and judging whether the current time reaches the settlement period, the electronic contract is signed by a seller and a buyer in advance, and the contract contents at least comprise information of the seller, information of the buyer, a contract validity period and the settlement period;
the generation module is used for acquiring all the orders to be settled between the seller and the buyer according to the contract content of the electronic contract and generating a settlement list according to all the orders to be settled if the current time reaches the settlement period;
and the sending module is used for sending the settlement list to the purchasing party so that the purchasing party can carry out uniform settlement on the seller based on the settlement list.

An electronic device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory having stored therein at least one instruction, at least one program, a set of codes, or a set of instructions, the instruction, the program, the set of codes, or the set of instructions being loaded and executed by the processor to implement a settlement method for an article of manufacture according to any one of claims 1-6.
9. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, wherein instructions in the storage medium, when executed by a processor of a mobile terminal, enable the mobile terminal to perform a settlement method for an article according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer program product, characterized in that instructions in the computer program product, when executed by a processor of a mobile terminal, enable the mobile terminal to perform a method of settlement of an article according to any one of claims 1-6.
