Further, in order to better describe the process of publishing the task, as a refinement and an extension of the foregoing embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention provides another method for publishing a task, as shown in fig. 2, where the method includes:
201. receiving a release instruction corresponding to a task to be released, wherein the release instruction comprises identification information corresponding to the task to be released.
For the embodiment of the invention, a user logs in a task management system through a registered account and a registered password, clicks a task type option in a newly-added task main interface of the task management system, selects a task type to which a task to be issued belongs from a presented pull-down menu, displays a task template corresponding to the task to be issued to the user after selecting the task type to which the task to be issued belongs, fills in each subtask corresponding to the task to be issued and task execution information corresponding to the subtask based on the task template after the task management system receives the task issuing instruction and based on identification information contained in the task issuing instruction, and the task management system determines the instruction based on the user triggering after the user fills in the subtask and the task execution information corresponding to the subtask based on the task template, and generating a task issuing interface, filling task issuing time and a task issuing period in the task issuing interface by a user, generating a task execution list by the task management system based on a task submitting instruction triggered by the user after the user fills the task issuing time and the task issuing period, and automatically sending the task execution list to an executive staff terminal by the task management system when the task issuing time is reached so that the executive staff of the executive staff terminal can execute corresponding tasks based on the task execution list.
202. And judging the task type of the task to be issued based on the identification information, and determining a task template corresponding to the task type.
For the embodiment of the present invention, in order to save the time for a user to select each subtask, different types of tasks need to correspond to different task templates, and at the same time, different subtask libraries need to correspond to different task templates, so in order to determine a task template corresponding to a task type, first, task templates corresponding to different task types need to be constructed, and based on this, the method for specifically constructing task templates corresponding to different task types includes: determining each group of subtasks corresponding to different task types; storing each group of subtasks into subtask libraries corresponding to different task types; and constructing task templates corresponding to the different task types, and establishing mapping relations between the different task templates and different subtask libraries.
Specifically, firstly, each group of subtasks corresponding to different task types is determined, and each group of subtasks is stored into a subtask library corresponding to different task types, wherein the subtask library includes various subtasks corresponding to the task types, and meanwhile, task templates corresponding to different types of tasks need to be constructed in advance, the task templates corresponding to different task types all include a subtask title item and an execution information title item, and then, in order to enable different task templates to correspond to different subtask libraries, a mapping relation between different task templates and different subtask libraries needs to be established, so that the subtasks corresponding to the type of tasks can be mapped out from the task templates corresponding to the different types of tasks, a user can be prevented from selecting the subtasks corresponding to the tasks to be issued from all subtasks corresponding to different task types, and the workload of the user is never reduced, meanwhile, the efficiency of task release is improved.
203. And determining the subtask library corresponding to the task template based on the mapping relation between different task templates and different subtask libraries.
For the embodiment of the invention, after task templates corresponding to different task types are constructed and mapping relations between different task templates and different subtask libraries are established, when a task management system receives a task issuing instruction corresponding to a task to be issued, the task management system judges the task type of the task to be issued and determines the task template corresponding to the task type based on identification information carried in the task issuing instruction, and then based on the mapping relations between different task templates and different subtask libraries, the subtask library corresponding to the task template can be determined, and each subtask corresponding to the task to be issued is selected from the subtask libraries.
204. And acquiring each subtask selected by the user aiming at the task to be issued from the subtask library.
For the embodiment of the invention, a subtask library corresponding to the task template is determined, that is, a subtask library corresponding to the task to be issued is determined, then the user clicks a pull-down menu in a subtask title item in the task template, that is, a subtask obtaining instruction is triggered, after the task management system receives the subtask obtaining instruction triggered by the user, the subtask library corresponding to the task template is displayed to the user in a pull-down menu form, the user selects the subtask to be issued in the pull-down menu, at this time, the task management system obtains each subtask corresponding to the task to be issued based on the selection of the user, for example, if the task template is a high-risk rejection early warning template, each subtask contained in the subtask library corresponding to the task template is card-punching positioning, customer manager and door head group photo, visiting content, merchant feedback and the like, if the user only wants to issue two subtasks of card punching positioning and head group photo of the client manager and the door, the user can select two subtasks of card punching positioning and head group photo of the client manager and the door in a pull-down menu of the subtask library.
205. And acquiring the execution information corresponding to each subtask.
For the embodiment of the present invention, after the user selects the subtasks to be issued from the task template, the user needs to obtain the execution information corresponding to each subtask based on the task template, and based on this, step 205 specifically includes: and acquiring task category information, task description information, task source information, task performer information, task performing object information and task performing frequency information corresponding to each subtask based on the task template.
Specifically, after the user selects each subtask to be issued in the task template, the task template displays an execution information title item corresponding to each subtask, and then acquires execution information corresponding to each subtask based on the execution information title item, where the execution information title item includes a task category information title item, a task description information title item, a task source information title item, a task performer title item, a task performing object title item, and a task performing frequency title item, the user fills in a task category at a blank position corresponding to the task category information title item, fills in task expression information at a blank position corresponding to the task description information title item, fills in task source information at a blank position corresponding to the task source information title item, and fills in a task performer name at a blank position corresponding to the task performer title item, and filling a task execution object name in a blank position corresponding to the task execution object title item, and filling a task execution evaluation rate in a blank position corresponding to the task execution frequency title item, for example, performing the task once every week or performing the task once every month, wherein after the user fills in each item of execution information, the task management system acquires each item of execution information filled in by the user.
206. And issuing each subtask and the corresponding execution information to a task executive personnel terminal so that the executive personnel can execute the corresponding subtask based on the execution information.
For the embodiment of the present invention, after acquiring each task and the corresponding execution information thereof, based on the subtasks and the corresponding execution information thereof, a total task execution list corresponding to the task to be issued and a subtask execution list corresponding to each subtask are generated, and then the total task execution list or the subtask execution list corresponding to each subtask needs to be sent to the task performer terminal, based on which step 206 specifically includes: determining the release time and the release period corresponding to each subtask; determining task timing release functions corresponding to the subtasks based on the release time and the release period; and issuing each subtask and the corresponding execution information thereof to the task executive personnel terminal at fixed time according to the task timing issuing function.
Specifically, after the task management system generates the task execution list, the task issuing interface is shown, the task issuing interface comprises a task issuing time title item and a task issuing cycle title item, a user selects task issuing time in a pull-down menu corresponding to the task issuing time title item, such as 6 months and 1 day in 2022, and at the same time, selecting a task issuing period in a pull-down menu corresponding to the task issuing period title item, if the task issuing period is issued once every 3 months, the task management system generates a task timing issuing function based on the issuing time and the issuing period, the task timing release function can be a corn function, then a timing task is dynamically generated by butting xxl-joba timing scheduling platform by taking the generated corn function as a parameter, the scheduling platform executes the timing task, and flexible issuing and automatic timing issuing of the task execution list are achieved.
Furthermore, after the task execution list is issued to the executive personnel, based on the connection relationship between the task management system and the communication software, the task management system calls the communication software to notify corresponding task executive personnel, the task executive personnel logs in the task management system based on the notification information and downloads the task execution list, finally executes corresponding subtasks based on the subtasks in the task execution list and the corresponding execution information thereof, and meanwhile, after the tasks are issued, a counting module in the task management system counts task generation and task execution conditions with different dimensions, thereby providing clear data support for management of a management layer, and due to the existence of an organization structure, high delay is brought by real-time grouping and aggregation query of a large amount of data, so that the execution progress corresponding to each subtask can be respectively counted in real time, and finally, summarizing and calculating the total execution progress corresponding to the tasks to be issued based on the execution progress corresponding to each subtask, and showing the total execution progress to the inquirers.
Further, after the executive personnel completes execution of each subtask, the executive personnel feeds back the execution result to the task management system, because various problems may occur in the task execution process, which may result in a situation that the task execution is unsuccessful, and therefore, the task management system may determine a next operation corresponding to the task based on the task execution result fed back by the executive personnel, based on this, the method includes: receiving an execution result submitted by the executive personnel for the subtasks; performing word segmentation processing on the text content in the execution result to obtain each word segmentation corresponding to the text content; and determining key word segmentation in each word segmentation, and determining the next operation carried out on the subtasks based on the key word segmentation.
Specifically, after the task performer feeds back the task performance result to the task management system, the task management system performs word segmentation on the text content in the task performance result to obtain each word segmentation corresponding to the text content, and determining key participles in the participles, specifically extracting the key participles in the text content by using a TextRank algorithm, wherein the method for extracting the key participles in the text content by using the TextRank algorithm comprises the steps of respectively calculating the participle weight corresponding to each participle in the text content, determining a target word segmentation weight which is greater than a preset weight in each word segmentation weight, determining a word segmentation corresponding to the target word segmentation weight as a key word segmentation, and finally determining the next operation for the subtask based on the key word segmentation, wherein the method for determining the next operation for the subtask based on the key word segmentation specifically comprises the following steps: judging whether the key participles contain target participles of which the subtask execution fails; if the key word segmentation comprises the target word segmentation of which the subtask execution fails, determining that the next operation performed on the subtask is to execute the subtask again; and if the key word segmentation does not contain the target word segmentation which fails to execute the subtask, determining that the next operation performed on the subtask is to finish task execution.
Specifically, after determining each key participle in the task execution result, it is further required to determine whether the key participle includes a target participle that fails to be executed by the task based on the preset character dictionary, where the preset character dictionary includes a related description character of the task execution failure, and specifically, the method may perform similarity matching between each key participle and characters in the preset character dictionary, determine the key participle whose similarity is greater than the preset similarity as the target participle, and determine whether a character interpretation corresponding to the target participle is a related interpretation of the task execution failure, if the related interpretation of the task execution failure is determined, determine that the task execution is failed, and then the next operation corresponding to the task is re-executed, and meanwhile, if the key participle does not include the target participle that fails to be executed by the subtask, determine that the task is executed successfully, and then the next operation for the subtasks is ending task execution.
According to another task issuing method provided by the invention, compared with the current mode of sending an email to a task executor to issue a task to be executed, the method receives an issuing instruction corresponding to the task to be issued, wherein the issuing instruction comprises identification information corresponding to the task to be issued; judging the task type of the task to be issued based on the identification information, and determining a task template corresponding to the task type; then, based on the task template, acquiring each subtask corresponding to the task to be issued and acquiring execution information corresponding to each subtask; finally, each subtask and the execution information corresponding to the subtask are issued to a task execution person terminal, so that the executive person executes the corresponding subtask based on the execution information, and finally issues each subtask and the task execution information corresponding to the subtask to be issued to the task execution person terminal by determining a task template corresponding to the task to be issued and acquiring each subtask corresponding to the task to be issued and the task execution information corresponding to each subtask based on the task template, and the task execution person terminal executes each subtask based on the task execution information, thereby avoiding the situation that two parties communicate for a plurality of times aiming at the doubts of task execution contents, improving the task issuing efficiency, and meanwhile, avoiding the situation that the execution information is edited wrongly due to the negligence of users, thereby improving the accuracy of the task release.
