The working principle is as follows: when the chain is broken from the supporting plate 2, the tensioning spring 106 of the original power-accumulating tensioning chain pushes the trolley 103 to move outwards, the moving trolley 103 is utilized to drive the limit bolt 4 to be close to the proximity switch 502, and once the sensing range of the proximity switch 502 is reached, the proximity switch 502 can send out a circuit breaking signal of an external host; meanwhile, the taper wheel 104 of the moving trolley 103 rolls from the lower end of the pressing block 603 to the higher end thereof, the higher end of the pressing block 603 performs circular motion around the lower end thereof, so that the pressing rod 608 in the long hole of the pressing block 603 is forced to move downwards along with the pressing rod in the vertical direction, and the clamping rod 605 fixedly connected with the pressing rod 608 simultaneously performs falling motion, so that the clamping seat 613 at the upper end of the clamping rod 605, which is clamped by the clamping head 607, cancels a limiting structure when the clamping rod 605 falls, and pushes the trigger rod 612 to move towards one side of the supporting plate 2 under the restoring force of the stored spring B614; the cam rod 615 in the output end of the trigger rod 612 is pressed by the moving screw 617 and rotates, and under the guiding action of the curved groove 616, the swing shaft 618 at the output end of the cam rod 615 swings half a circle, so that the end of the swing shaft 618 drives the folding fan 503 to expand to form a protective surface perpendicular to the chain, and the broken chain is prevented from throwing the proximity switch 502.
