Detailed Description
Specific examples of the present invention will be described in further detail below. It should be understood that the description herein of embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Fig. 1 to 5 are schematic structural views of a pre-assembly structure and a locking structure of a fastening device according to the present invention. The fastening device includes a locking member 10, a guide cap 20 provided at one end of the locking member 10, and an anchor member 30 provided on the locking member 10. The fastening device can be used for fixing the component 100 such as an interior plastic plate of an automobile door panel on the frame metal plate 200 of an automobile or fixing other components, and the interior plastic plate of the automobile door panel is required to be in the prior art, and is not described in detail herein.
The locking member 10 includes an assembling portion 11 for assembling the guide cap 20, an inserting portion 12 for inserting the anchor member 30, and a catching portion 13 for catching the component 100 such as an interior plastic plate of a door panel of an automobile. The assembling portion 11 includes a sleeve rod 111 connected to the inserting portion 12, an installation groove 112 formed on the sleeve rod 111, a tightening groove 113 formed on the sleeve rod 111, and two fixing hooks 114 respectively formed at ends of the sleeve rod 111. The sleeving rod 111 is used for inserting and fixing the guide cap 20, and thus, the shape and structure thereof should be the same as the shape of the central hole of the guide cap 20. The mounting groove 112 is opened in a circumferential direction of the socket rod 111 to fix the guide cap 20 in an arrangement direction of the assembling portion 11 and the inserting portion 12, thereby forming a step with the inserting portion 12. Which is used together with the fixing hook 114 to fix the guide cap 20. The contraction groove 113 is formed in the socket rod 111, and is configured to be deformed and contracted by pressing the fixing hooks 114 when the guide cap 20 is inserted, so that the two fixing hooks 114 can be inserted into and pass through the central hole of the guide cap 20. The maximum diameter of the circumscribed circle of the fixing hook 114 in a free state is larger than the diameter of the central hole of the guide cap 20. The arrangement direction of the two fixing hooks 114 is perpendicular to the opening direction of the tightening groove 113, so that the fixing hooks 114 can be pressed. For the insertion convenience, the free end of the fixing hook 114 is arc-shaped.
The insertion portion 12 includes a body 121, two pairs of first and second locking grooves 122 and 123 respectively disposed at both sides of the body 121 and facing each other, two extensions 124 respectively disposed between the first and second locking grooves 122 and 123, and a recess 125 disposed between the extensions 124 and the assembly portion 11. The body 121 and the socket rod 11 are integrally formed. The arrangement direction of each pair of the first and second locking grooves 122, 123 is the same as the arrangement direction of the assembling portion 11 and the inserting portion 12. The first and second locking grooves 123 receive the same corresponding structure of the anchor 30 in different assembled states, respectively, and thus have the same shape. In this embodiment, the first and second locking grooves 123 are V-shaped grooves. The first and second locking grooves 123 are spaced apart from each other, and the distance between the first and second locking grooves is set according to actual requirements. The opening direction of the V-shaped groove is perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the assembling part 11 and the inserting part 12, so that the corresponding structure of the anchoring piece 30 is abutted in the arrangement direction of the assembling part 11 and the inserting part 12. The two pairs of first and second locking grooves 122, 123 are disposed back to back, that is, they are disposed symmetrically with respect to the central axis of the locking member 10. The two expansion portions 124 are disposed between the two pairs of first and second locking grooves 122, 123, that is, the two expansion portions 124 are disposed back to back and are also disposed symmetrically with respect to the central axis of the locking member 10. So that two pairs of the first and second locking grooves 122 and 123, and two expansions 124 are alternately arranged. The function of the expansion 124 and the first and second locking slots 122, 123 will be described in detail below in connection with the anchor 30. The recess 125 is intended for the anchor 30 to cooperate to enable the fastening device to be switched between a pre-assembled state and a locked state. The diameter of the recess 125 is smaller than the diameter of the circumcircle of the expansion 125, so that the fastening device is in a pre-assembled state when the locking part 32 of the anchor 30 is located in the recess 125, and in a locked state when the locking part 32 of the anchor 30 is located in the expansion.
The clamping portion 13 is used for clamping the component 100 and has two clamping discs, and the component 100 is clamped between the two clamping discs, so that the component 100 has a U-shaped groove to insert the clamping portion 13. The clip portion 13 is prior art in itself and will not be described in detail here.
The guide cap 20 is assembled to the assembly portion 11 and includes a guide portion 21 facing away from the insertion portion 12, an end cap 22 facing the insertion portion 12, and a stepped hole 23 formed in an axial direction thereof. The contour line of the guide portion 21 in the cross section along the arrangement direction of the assembling portion 11 and the inserting portion 12 is a straight line or an arc line, and when it is inserted into the through hole 201 of the carrier 200, the guide portion 21 has a guiding function to facilitate quick insertion while avoiding damage to the anchor 30 below. It is conceivable that the maximum circumcircle diameter of the guide portion 21 should be comparable to the through hole 201 of the carrier 200. The end cap 22 is disposed on the other side of the guide portion 21 to be opposite to the anchor 30, and has a planar structure, which may be disposed to abut against or be spaced apart from the end of the anchor 30. The stepped hole 23 is engaged with the mounting groove 112 of the assembly portion 11, and the guide cap 20 can be fixedly held on the assembly portion 11 with high firmness by using an interposed groove formed by the step of the mounting groove 112 and the fixing hook 114 and by the engagement with the stepped hole 23. In order to ensure the strength of the guiding cap 20, the plane of the end cap 22 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the locking member 10, and the guiding cap 20 is of a solid structure, so when the fastening device, in particular the guiding cap 20, is inserted into the through hole 201 of the carrier 200, the plane of the end cap 22 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the locking member 10, so that the end cap 22 abuts against the locking member 10, the guiding cap 20 is not deformed, and the anchoring member 30 can be greatly protected.
The anchor member 30 includes a clamping plate 31 fitted over the insertion portion 12, two locking portions 32 oppositely and spaced from each other on the clamping plate 31, and two holding portions 33 respectively provided between the two locking portions 32. The clamping disk 31 and the locking part 32 are used together to clamp the carrier 200, that is, the carrier 200 is clamped between the clamping disk 31 and the locking part 32. In order to achieve the purpose of waterproof and noise reduction, a sealing ring is disposed on the outer edge of the clamping disc 31, which is a prior art and is not described herein again. The locking portions 32 are adapted to cooperate with the chuck plate 31 to relatively fix the anchor 30 in the through-hole 201 of the carrier 200. The diameter of the maximum circumcircle of the locking portion 32 should therefore be smaller than or equal to the through hole 201 of the carrier 200 when the fastening device is in a pre-assembled state. And when the fastening device is in a locking state, the maximum circumcircle of the locking part 32 is larger than the through hole 201 of the carrier 200. To this end, each of the locking portions 32 includes a collar portion 321 extending toward the locking member 10. The side of the band portion 321 facing the locking member 10 is curved to be coupled with the recess 125. When the fastening device is in the locked state, the collar portion 321 is pushed against the extension 125, and is expanded, so that the carrier is clamped between the locking portion 32 and the clip-shaped plate 31, and therefore, the diameter of the inscribed circle of the hole surrounded by the two collar portions 321 is smaller than the diameter of the circumscribed circle of the two extensions 124.
The holding portion 33 is used for holding the relative position between the anchoring member 30 and the locking member 10 so that the fastening device is in different states of use, and is engaged with the first and second locking grooves 122 and 123, respectively, to achieve the above-mentioned object. Since the first and second locking grooves 122 and 123 are V-shaped grooves extending toward the central axis of the locking member 10, the holding portion 33 also extends toward the central axis of the locking member 10, i.e., toward the central axis of the anchor 30, so that the holding portion 33 can be snapped into the first locking groove 122 or the second locking groove 123. The structure and shape of the holding part 33 should be similar to those of the first and second locking grooves 122 and 123 so that they can be coupled to each other. It can be understood that when the two holding portions 33 respectively abut against and are snapped in the first locking grooves 122, the two coupling portions 321 are folded to dispose the end cap 22 opposite to the end portions of the locking portions 32. In particular, the area of the end of the locking portion 32 when the two coupling portions 321 are coupled is smaller than or equal to the area of the end cap 22, so that the anchor 30 can be prevented from being damaged by the end of the locking portion 32 abutting against the edge of the through hole 201 of the carrier 200. When the two holding portions 33 respectively abut against and are snapped into the second locking slots 123, the two hoop portions 321 are spread by the expanding portion 124 to clamp the carrier 200 between the clamping tray 31 and the locking portion 32. The position of the holding portion 33 corresponds to the positions of the first and second locking grooves 122, 123, and therefore each of the locking portions 32 corresponds to one of the expanded portions 124, and therefore the locking portions 32 and the holding portion 33 are disposed opposite to each other in pairs in the circumferential direction of the locking member 10.
In addition, since there is an error between the connected component 100 and the through hole 201 of the carrier 200, and the component 100 and the carrier 200 are misaligned with each other due to various factors such as bumping during the use of the vehicle, in order to increase the fault tolerance of the fastening device and the flexibility thereof, the diameter of the circumscribed circle of the connection between the locking portion 32 and the holding portion 33 and the chuck plate 31 is larger than the diameter of the through hole 201 of the carrier 200, so that when the anchor 30 is inserted into the through hole 201 of the carrier 200, the relative position of the fastening device and the carrier 20 can be fixed in the central axis direction of the anchor 30, and the anchor 30 can be swung with respect to the carrier 200 in the radial direction of the anchor 30.
Compared with the prior art, in the fastening device provided by the invention, when in a preassembly state, because the guide cap 20 of the fastening device is provided with the guide part 21 and the end cover 22, the end cover 22 is arranged opposite to the end part of the locking part 32, the guide cap 20 only plays a role of guiding, and the end cover 22 is only arranged opposite to the end part of the locking part 32 and does not cover the end part of the locking part 32, the guide cap 20 can be arranged into a solid structure, so that the strength of the guide cap 20 can be improved, the phenomenon that the end part of the locking part 32 directly abuts against the carrier 200 due to deformation when the guide cap is inserted into the through hole 201 of the carrier 200 is avoided, particularly, the locking part 32 can be deformed or even broken to cause the failure of the fastening device when only one locking part 32 obliquely abuts against the carrier 200 is avoided, resulting in a failed installation. When the fastening device is in a locked state, the locking portion 32 is spread by the expansion portion 124, so that the carrier 200 is clamped between the locking portion 32 and the clamping disk 31, and since the diameter of the circumscribed circle at the connection between the locking portion 32 and the holding portion 33 and the clamping disk 31 is larger than the diameter of the through hole 201, a certain interval is formed between the carrier 200 and the fastening device, particularly between the carrier 30 and the holding portion 33, so that the carrier 200 and the fastening device can swing, so that the carrier and the connected components can swing mutually, the fault-tolerant space between the carrier and the components can be improved, the fastening device can be prevented from being damaged when being inserted, and the yield of the fastening device during assembly is improved.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, and any modifications, equivalents or improvements that are within the spirit of the present invention are intended to be covered by the following claims.
