Abstract
The present invention provides a clamp fitting, comprising: a first clamping ring (10) having an end (11) and an end (12), the end (11) being provided with two stress structures (111, 112) and an installation space (113); a second clamping ring (20) having an end (21) and an end (22), the end (21) being provided with a fastening structure (211) which can be fitted into or removed from the mounting space (113) and which cooperates with the two stress structures (111, 112); the end part (12) of the first clamping ring piece (10) and the end part (22) of the second clamping ring piece (20) are both provided with mechanisms for matching and locking, and when the end part (12) and the end part (22) are locked, the two stress structures (111, 112) and the fixed structure (211) are in a tight matching state. The invention also provides a coupling comprising the clamp joint. The invention has simple structure and convenient installation when clamping the pipeline.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pipeline connecting clamps, in particular to a clamping joint and a connecting piece with the same.
Background
The operations of joint connection in pipeline construction are generally: the two nozzles to be connected are aligned and connected by installing a special connecting piece. However, the positions of the pipe joints may be in various places, so that the conventional clamping pieces are inconvenient to operate when in use, for example, in the patents with chinese patent publication No. CN201748094U and the name "clamp type pipe joint", the disclosed clamp type pipe joint is not only the type of joint connecting piece, but also the two ends of the joint connecting piece are locked by bolts in a matching manner. After the pipelines are butted, the two ends of the pipe joint are locked, the sealing rings are correspondingly stressed and contracted, and then the sealing rings are pressed on the pipelines to form a sealing structure. The sealing structure is based on the fact that after the pipeline is connected, the sealing ring is pressed and then acts on the pipeline through locking of the pipe joint, and therefore the sealing purpose is achieved.
In view of the above, the prior art is obviously inconvenient and disadvantageous in practical use, and needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, an object of the present invention is to provide a clamp connector, which is simple in structure, saves materials, and is more convenient to install.
The invention also aims to provide a connecting piece which can ensure the sealing performance of the pipeline connecting position on the basis of convenient installation.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a clamp fitting for clamping two coupled pipes, the clamp fitting comprising:
a first clamping ring (10) having a first end (11) and a second end (12), the first end (11) being provided with two stress structures (111, 112), the two stress structures (111, 112) having an open mounting space (113) between them;
a second clamping ring (20) having a third end (21) and a fourth end (22), the third end (21) being provided with a fastening structure (211) which can be fitted into or removed from the fitting space (113) and which cooperates with the two stress structures (111, 112);
the second end (12) of the first clamping ring piece (10) and the fourth end (22) of the second clamping ring piece (20) are both provided with a mechanism for matching and locking, and when the second end (12) and the fourth end (22) are locked, the two stress structures (111, 112) and the fixed structure (211) are in a state of extruding close fit. Due to the adoption of the open installation space, the clamp joint disclosed by the invention is more suitable for different installation scenes and is convenient to install.
As a clamp fitting of the present invention, the installation space (113) has a U-shaped structure. By adopting the open structure, the installation and the release of the fixed structure and the installation space are more convenient.
As the clamp joint of the invention, the fixing structure (211) comprises an embedded part (212) and a limiting mechanism (213) arranged at the end part of the embedded part (212), the width of the embedded part (212) is slightly smaller than that of the installation space (113), and the width of the limiting mechanism (213) is larger than that of the installation space (113). The width setting of embedding piece has guaranteed not only convenient installation, can also guarantee the inseparable cooperation performance after the installation, and difficult appearance is not hard up. The width setting of stop gear has guaranteed its cooperation with stress structure, can not drop, guarantees to be in comparatively stable stress state.
As a clamp joint of the invention, the edge of the limiting mechanism (213) is basically coincident with the outer edges of the two stress structures (111, 112) or the edge of the limiting mechanism (213) is positioned inside the outer edges of the two stress structures (111, 112).

In the test process of the inventor, when the included angle between the two is set to be 105 degrees, the stability and the convenience of assembly and disassembly are better.
As a clamp joint of the present invention, when the end portion (22) is released from the locked state, it can be rotated to an effective position to disengage the fixing structure (211) from the installation space (113).
The invention also provides a coupling comprising a clamp joint as described above, the clamp joint in the coupling further having a receiving chamber (30), the coupling further comprising an elastic sealing member (40) disposed in the receiving chamber (30), the sealing member (40) being provided at both ends thereof with sealing rings (41, 42), the sealing rings (41, 42) being inclined inwardly in the axial direction of the receiving chamber (30). When the coupling pipe head is inserted into the sealing rings (41, 42), both ends of the sealing rings (41, 42) can be tightly matched with the coupling pipe, and the sealing performance is kept.
In addition, the first clamping ring piece (10) is provided with clamping edges (101, 102) which are bent inwards along the radial direction of the clamping joint; the second clamping ring piece (20) is provided with clamping edges (201, 202) which are bent inwards along the radial direction of the clamping joint. So that when the connecting pipe is fixed, the connecting pipe is matched with the clamping groove of the connecting pipe, and the fixing performance is improved.
As a connecting piece of the invention, a sealing ring (43) is arranged at the middle position of a sealing element (40), the end part of the sealing ring (43) and the end parts of the sealing rings (41, 42) are positioned on the same ring surface, and the inner diameters of the sealing rings (41, 42) and the sealing ring (43) are slightly smaller than the outer diameter of a connected pipeline. The sealing ring (43) is normally located at the joint of the coupling pipe and its end in the free state is at the same level as the end of the sealing ring (41, 41), further ensuring the sealing properties of the joint when the coupling pipe is inserted.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3B, the present invention provides a clamp joint for clamping two connected pipes, which includes a first clamp ring 10 and a second clamp ring 20, and in a specific application, a sealing ring is disposed between the two clamp rings, and after the two connected pipes are inserted, the two ends of the first clamp ring 10 and the second clamp ring 20 are locked, so as to perform the functions of sealing and fastening.
The first clamp ring 10 has a first end 11 and a second end 12, the first end 11 being provided with two stress structures (111, 112), the two stress structures (111, 112) having an open mounting space 113 between them.
The second clamping ring 20 has a third end 21 and a fourth end 22, the third end 21 is provided with a fastening structure 211 which can be assembled or disassembled in the mounting space 113 and which cooperates with the two stress structures (111, 112).
The second end 12 of the first clamping ring 10 and the fourth end 22 of the second clamping ring 20 are both provided with a mechanism for matching and locking, and when the second end 12 and the fourth end 22 are locked, the two stress structures (111, 112) and the fixing structure 211 are in a state of extruding close fit.
The first end portion 11 and the third end portion 21 are pre-fitted structures, and when the pipe joint is actually used, the first end portion 11 and the third end portion 21 are pre-installed, and the second end portion 12 and the fourth end portion 22 are in a relatively free state, that is, the second end portion 12 and the fourth end portion 22 can freely rotate at a certain angle, so that the pipe joint is convenient. After the butt joint of the connecting pipeline is completed, the second end portion 12 and the fourth end portion 22 are locked, at this time, the two stress structures (111, 112) and the fixing structure 211 are in a state of being extruded and tightly matched, and the corresponding first end portion 11 and the corresponding third end portion 21 are also in a naturally locked state.
For the second end 12 of the first clamping ring member 10 and the fourth end 22 of the second clamping ring member 20, a locking mechanism can be adaptively arranged by those skilled in the art, such as an existing bolt and bolt hole structure. Since the locking manner of the second end portion 12 and the fourth end portion 22 is not essential to the invention of the present application, it is not described herein in detail.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the installation space 113 is a U-shaped structure, and since the installation structure is open, the clamp joint of the present invention not only can save a certain amount of raw materials, but also can integrally form the body of the first clamp ring 10 and the two stress structures (111, 112) by using sand tires during casting without using a core to form the groove, thereby saving the cost of core making, simplifying the manufacturing process, and simultaneously ensuring the position degree of the installation space 113.
In the same embodiment, the fixing structure 211 comprises an insert 212 and a limiting mechanism 213 disposed at an end of the insert 212, and a width of the insert 212 is slightly smaller than a width of the installation space 113, so that the insert 212 can be conveniently disposed in the installation space 113 and stability thereof is ensured. Meanwhile, the width of the limiting mechanism 213 is larger than the width of the mounting space 113, so that when the two stress structures (111, 112) and the limiting mechanism 213 have a larger force, the limiting mechanism 213 can keep the relative position unchanged to perform a limiting function.
In one embodiment, to ensure that the limiting mechanism 213 and the two stress structures (111, 112) have sufficient stress strength, the edge of the limiting mechanism 213 is set to substantially coincide with the outer edges of the two stress structures (111, 112).
In another embodiment, the edge of the limiting mechanism 213 is located inside the outer edge of the two stress structures (111, 112). The setting is related to the material and thickness of the limiting mechanism 213, and it is only necessary to bear the corresponding stress.
The insert 212 and the limiting mechanism 213 are integrally formed, and the included angle between the insert and the limiting mechanism is slightly larger than 90 °. Preferably, the angle between the insert 212 and the limiting mechanism 213 is 97-115 °, for example, 105 ° is the most preferred angle. For the setting of the angle, the shape bearing pressure is larger when the angle is slightly larger than 90 degrees in consideration of the pressure direction during clamping and the convenience of mounting and dismounting. If the angle is too large, the stress becomes unstable, and therefore the angle adaptability is set to 97 to 115 degrees. In the test process of the inventor, when the included angle between the two is set to be 105 degrees, the stability and the convenience of assembly and disassembly are better.
When released from the locked condition, the fourth end 22 can be rotated to an operative position to disengage the securing structure (211) from the mounting space 113.
The invention also provides a coupling member comprising the clamp joint as described above, wherein the clamp joint in the coupling member further comprises an accommodating cavity 30 and an elastic sealing member 40 arranged in the accommodating cavity 30, and with reference to fig. 2B, 3B and 4-6, the two ends of the sealing member 40 are provided with sealing rings (41, 42), and the sealing rings (41, 42) are inclined inwards along the axial direction of the accommodating cavity 30. When the coupling pipe head is inserted into the sealing rings (41, 42), the sealing rings (41, 42) can be tightly fitted with the coupling pipe, maintaining the sealing property.
Preferably, the sealing member 40 is provided with a sealing ring 43 at a middle position, and an end of the sealing ring 43 and an end of the sealing ring (41, 42) are located on the same ring surface, i.e. the inner diameter of the sealing ring 43 and the inner diameter of the sealing ring (41, 42) are the same. The sealing ring 43 is normally located at the joint of the coupling pipe and its end in the free state is at the same level as the end of the sealing ring (41, 41), further ensuring the sealing properties of the joint when the coupling pipe is inserted. Based on the structure of the sealing element 40, the technical scheme of the invention can realize the quick insertion of the pipeline and has higher insertion installation efficiency.
The invention is more flexible in assembly, for example, the first clamping ring 10 is firstly placed at the bottom of the connecting pipe fitting, and then the third end 21 of the second clamping ring 20 is matched with the first end 11 of the first clamping ring 10. Or the third end part 21 and the first end part 11 are combined in advance, so that the two stress structures (111, 112) and the fixing structure are in a slight prepressing state, and then the connecting pipe is inserted to lock the fourth end part 22 and the second end part 12, so that the fixing is completed.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 7A, the present invention is directed to fixedly connecting and sealing the pipe 50 and the pipe 60. In order to improve the fixing performance, the first clamping ring piece 10 is provided with clamping edges (101, 102) which are bent inwards along the radial direction of the clamping joint; the second clamping ring piece (20) is provided with clamping edges (201, 202) which are bent inwards along the radial direction of the clamping joint, and the end surface of each clamping edge is slightly lower than the inner ring surface of the sealing element so as to ensure the tight fit of the clamping edges and the sealing element. Correspondingly, the pipe 50 is provided with a clamping groove 51 matched with the clamping edges of the outer edges of the first clamping ring member 10 and the second clamping ring member 20, and the pipe 60 is provided with a clamping groove 61 matched with the clamping edges of the outer edges of the first clamping ring member 10 and the second clamping ring member 20. When the pipe fitting 50 or the pipe fitting 60 is installed, the pipe fitting 50 or the pipe fitting 60 is inserted into the sealing element 40 along the arrow direction, because the inner diameters of the sealing rings (41, 42) and the sealing ring 43 arranged in one embodiment of the invention are slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the connected pipe fitting 50 or 60, a sealing structure is formed when the pipe fitting 50 is inserted into the sealing element 40, and then the clamping groove 51 corresponding to the pipe fitting 50 is placed on the clamping edges (102, 202) of the corresponding clamping joint in a flexible mode. Another pipe element 60 is correspondingly inserted, the sealing structure is also preformed together with the sealing element 40, and the clamping groove 61 corresponding to the pipe element 60 is correspondingly placed on the clamping edges (101, 201) of the corresponding clamp connectors. Referring to fig. 7B, the second end portion 12 and the fourth end portion 22 are finally fastened to complete the fixing. Since the pipe elements 50 and 60 of the present invention have preformed a sealing structure with the sealing member 40, the force of the clamp fitting against the outer circumferential surface of the sealing member 40 is small after both ends of the clamp fitting are locked. Likewise, the seal ring 43 is located at the interface of the pipe 50 and the pipe 60 where the pipes 50 and 60 interface such that the seal ring is in compression to form a seal. Therefore, the invention greatly improves the sealing performance between the pipe fittings and is simple and convenient to install. If the pipe elements 50 and 60 need to be opened, the second end portion 12 and the fourth end portion 22 are released, and the two pipe elements are taken out in the direction shown in fig. 7C, so that the quick insertion and release of the pipe elements are realized.
The present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof, and it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A clamp fitting for clamping two joined pipes, the clamp fitting comprising:
a first clamping ring (10) having a first end (11) and a second end (12), the first end (11) being provided with two stress structures (111, 112), the two stress structures (111, 112) having an open mounting space (113) between them;
a second clamping ring (20) having a third end (21) and a fourth end (22), the third end (21) being provided with a fastening structure (211) which can be fitted into or removed from the fitting space (113) and which cooperates with the two stress structures (111, 112);
the second end (12) of the first clamping ring piece (10) and the fourth end (22) of the second clamping ring piece (20) are both provided with a mechanism for matching and locking, and when the second end (12) and the fourth end (22) are locked, the two stress structures (111, 112) and the fixed structure (211) are in a state of extruding close fit.
2. The clip head of claim 1, characterized in that the mounting space (113) is of a U-shaped configuration.
3. The clamp fitting according to claim 2, characterized in that the fixing structure (211) comprises an insert (212) and a stop means (213) provided at an end of the insert (212), the width of the insert (212) being slightly smaller than the width of the mounting space (113), the width of the stop means (213) being larger than the width of the mounting space (113).
4. A clamp fitting according to claim 3, characterized in that the edge of the stop means (213) substantially coincides with the outer edge of the two stress structures (111, 112).
5. A clamp joint according to claim 3, wherein the edge of the stop means (213) is located inside the outer edge of the two stress structures (111, 112).
6. Clamp connection according to any of claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the insert (212) is formed integrally with the stop means (213) and that the angle between them is slightly greater than 90 °.
7. Clamp connection according to any of claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the angle between the insert (212) and the stop means (213) is 97 ° to 115 °.
8. Clamp connection according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the fourth end (22), when released from the locked state, can be rotated into an active position for disengaging the securing structure (211) from the mounting space (113).

A coupling comprising a clamp joint according to claim 8, wherein the clamp joint further has a receiving chamber (30), the coupling further comprising an elastic sealing member (40) provided in the receiving chamber (30), the sealing member (40) being provided at both ends thereof with sealing rings (41, 42), the sealing rings (41, 42) being inclined inwardly in the axial direction of the receiving chamber (30);
the first clamping ring piece (10) is provided with clamping edges (101, 102) which are bent inwards along the radial direction of the clamping joint;
the second clamping ring piece (20) is provided with clamping edges (201, 202) which are bent inwards along the radial direction of the clamping joint.
10. Coupling according to claim 9, wherein the intermediate position of the seal (40) is provided with a sealing ring (43), the ends of the sealing ring (43) and the ends of the sealing rings (41, 42) being located on the same annulus;
the inner diameters of the sealing rings (41, 42) and the sealing ring (43) are slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the coupled pipe.
