Referring to fig. 1, a bead delivery cartridge assembly 10 according to an embodiment of the present application is detachably disposed in a laundry treatment cartridge 100, and the bead delivery cartridge assembly 10 includes a tray 11 and a cartridge cover 12. The tray 11 is used for placing the gel beads 20; the box cover 12 is arranged on the support box 11, the gel beads 20 are positioned between the box cover 12 and the support box 11, and a protruding part 123 is formed on the top surface 121 of the box cover 12; the projection 123 abuts against the upper cover of the laundry treating agent cartridge 100.
In the process of putting the gel bead putting box assembly 10 into the laundry treatment agent box 100, the upper cover 101 of the laundry treatment agent box 100 can press the protruding part 123 to drive the box cover 12 to move towards the supporting box 11, so that the box cover 12 and the supporting box 11 are matched to press the gel beads 20.
According to the gel bead throwing box assembly 10, the protruding portion 123 is arranged on the top surface 121 of the box cover 12 of the gel bead throwing box assembly 10, the protruding portion 123 is propped against by the upper cover 101 in the process that the gel bead throwing box assembly 10 is put into the laundry treatment agent box 100, the protruding portion 123 of the box cover 12 can be extruded by the upper cover 101, the box cover 12 and the box support 11 are matched to extrude the gel beads, compared with the process that the gel beads are automatically dissolved in water or the tapered column is penetrated by the gel beads, the detergent of the gel beads naturally flows out, the gel bead breaking and the flowing out of the internal detergent can be quickened, the washing efficiency can be improved, and the detergent residue inside the gel beads can be prevented.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a bead delivery cartridge assembly 10 according to an embodiment of the present application specifically includes a tray 11, a cartridge cover 12, a platen 14, a compression spring 15, and an opening assembly 16. The tray 11 and the cover 12 form a receiving space 13.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the tray 11 includes a first bottom plate 111. The first bottom plate 111 is used for placing the beads 20.
The first bottom plate 111 is provided with a plurality of first through holes 113. The first through-hole 113 may be a circular through-hole, a racetrack-shaped through-hole, a rectangular through-hole, etc.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the cover 12 is disposed on the supporting case 11 and is movable relative to the supporting case 11 to cover the supporting case 11, so that a containing space 13 is formed between the cover 12 and the supporting case 11, and the beads 20 are located in the containing space 13. The lid 12 includes opposed top and bottom surfaces 121, 122, the bottom surface 122 being opposite the first bottom panel 111 when the lid 12 of the bead delivery cassette assembly 10 is closed (as shown in the condition of fig. 4 and 5). The bottom surface 122 forms a plurality of first columns 124 corresponding to the first through holes 113 one by one, the first column 124 corresponds to one first through hole 113, and in the process of putting the gel bead putting box assembly 10 into the laundry treatment agent box 100, the box cover 12 approaches to the first bottom plate 111 to close the gel bead putting box assembly 10, at this time, the first column 124 can pass through the corresponding first through hole 113, so that the first column 124 can more fully puncture the gel beads 20 placed on the first bottom plate 111.
Optionally, the plurality of first columns 124 may be arranged at intervals, so that the first columns 124 can pierce different positions of the outer shell of the beads 20 to improve the outflow efficiency of the detergent in the beads 20, which may be a treating agent for different types of laundry.
Optionally, an end of the first post 124 remote from the bottom surface 122 forms a taper (such as the first taper 1241 shown in fig. 1) to enable the first post 124 to more quickly pierce the outer shell of the bead 20.
Optionally, the aperture of the first through hole 113 is larger than the diameter of the first column 124, for example, the first through hole 113 is a racetrack-shaped through hole, and when the lid 12 and the first bottom plate 111 are close to each other, the first column 124 has a larger moving space, so that in the process of matching the lid 12 and the first bottom plate 111 to squeeze the beads 20, the first column 124 does not collide with the inner wall of the first through hole 113 to affect the squeezing effect.
The first bottom plate 111 further includes a plurality of second posts 114, the second posts 114 extend from a surface of the first bottom plate 111 near the lid 12 in a direction away from the first bottom plate 111, and the second posts 114 are spaced apart from the first bottom plate 111 and are located outside the first through holes 113. With the beads 20 placed on the first base plate 111, the second cylinder 114 is able to pierce the outer shell of the beads 20, thereby allowing the detergent within the beads 20 to flow out to the first base plate 111.
Optionally, the end of the second cylinder 114 near the bottom surface 122 forms a taper (second taper 1141 shown in fig. 3) to allow the second cylinder 114 to more quickly pierce the envelope of the bead 20.
Referring to fig. 4, alternatively, the lid 12 may be provided with a plurality of through holes, the plurality of through holes are in one-to-one correspondence with the second column 114, and when the lid 12 is closed to enable the bottom surface 122 and the first bottom plate 111 to be close to the surface of the lid 12, the first column 124 can pass through the first through hole 113, and the second column 114 can pass through the corresponding through holes, so that the beads 20 clamped between the lid 12 and the first bottom plate 111 can be fully extruded while being pierced by the first column 124 and the second column 114, thereby improving the outflow efficiency of the detergent in the beads 20, and the detergent is not easy to remain after being extruded.
Referring to fig. 5, the tray 11 further includes a second bottom plate 112. The first base plate 111 and the second base plate 112 are disposed opposite to each other, and the first base plate 111 is closer to the lid 12 than the second base plate 112.
The second bottom plate 112 is disposed opposite to the first bottom plate 111, and the second bottom plate 112 is further away from the lid 12 than the first bottom plate 111, and the detergent in the beads 20 can flow from the first through holes 113 of the first bottom plate 111 to the second bottom plate 112.
Alternatively, the first bottom plate 111 is closer to the lid 12 than the second bottom plate 112, the second pillars 114 are spaced apart from the second bottom plate 112, the first bottom plate 111 and the second bottom plate 112 are fixedly connected through the second pillars 114, and the second pillars 114 penetrate through the first bottom plate 111 to protrude from the surface of the first bottom plate 111, which is close to the lid 12, and are located outside the first through holes 113.
Specifically, the second pillars 114 may extend from the second bottom plate 112 to the first bottom plate 111, and penetrate through the first bottom plate 111, so that the first bottom plate 111 and the second bottom plate 112 are fixedly connected together through the second pillars 114, and the detergent of the first bottom plate 111 and the second bottom plate 112 is divided into a plurality of parts by the plurality of second pillars 114 when flowing, thereby preventing the problem that the detergent is not easy to flow due to larger friction force with the second bottom plate 112 when the detergent is polymerized together, and further improving the flowing efficiency of the detergent.
Alternatively, the first bottom plate 111 and the second bottom plate 112 are each disposed at an inclined horizontal plane so that the detergent can flow along the inclined first bottom plate 111 and second bottom plate 112, preventing detergent from remaining. The detergent can flow from the first through holes 113 to the second bottom plate 112 while flowing along the inclined first bottom plate 111.
Optionally, in the case that the first bottom plate 111 is disposed at an inclined level, the heights of the plurality of first columns 124 may be gradually reduced along the inclined direction of the first bottom plate 111, so that the connecting lines of the ends of the plurality of first columns 124 are parallel to the first bottom plate 111 (e.g. parallel to the surface of the first bottom plate 111 facing the lid 12), thereby reducing the mass of the first columns 124 as much as possible while ensuring the puncturing effect of the first columns 124 on the beads 20, and being beneficial to miniaturization of the bead delivery box assembly 10.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3 and 5, the first bottom plate 111 includes a first body 1111 and a siphon cover 1112 extending from the first body 1111 toward the second bottom plate 112, the siphon cover 1112 encloses a siphon space 1113, the second bottom plate 112 includes a second body 1121 and a siphon column extending from the second body 1121 toward the first body 1111, the siphon column at least partially extends into the siphon space 1113, the siphon column has a siphon hole 1123 penetrating through the siphon column and the second body 1122, and the siphon hole 1123 communicates with the siphon space 1113.
The siphon column 115 is disposed on the second body 1122, specifically disposed at an end of the second body 1122 lower than the horizontal plane, and the siphon cover 1112 covers the siphon column and engages with the siphon column. And the siphon cover 1112, the siphon column and the siphon hole 1123 cooperate to form a siphon structure, so that when the detergent flows along the inclined second bottom plate 112, the detergent can flow to the vicinity of the siphon column 115, and the siphon structure can suck out all the detergent near the siphon column through a siphon effect and flow out of the siphon hole 1123, so that the subsequent washing work is facilitated. In addition, the outer shell of the beads 20 can be soaked in the vicinity of the siphon column to be dissolved after flowing along with the detergent, thereby facilitating the outflow from the siphon hole 1123 along with the detergent.
In the case where the bead delivery cartridge assembly 10 is not put into the laundry treatment agent cartridge, the lid 12 is always in an open state (e.g., the state of the bead delivery cartridge assembly 10 in fig. 1) under the action of the opening assembly 16, one end of the lid 12 is fixedly disposed on the supporting cartridge 11, and the other end is rotatable about the fixed end to be opened and closed. An opening assembly 16 is provided between the cover 12 and the tray 11 for providing an opening force to open the cover 12.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, the opening assembly 16 includes a mounting post 161 and a torsion spring 162, where the mounting post 161 is disposed on a surface of the tray 11 opposite to the lid 12, and the torsion spring 162 is sleeved on the mounting post 161, one end of the torsion spring 162 abuts against the tray 11, and the other end of the torsion spring 162 abuts against the lid 12.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, the lid 12 further includes a fixing post 126, the supporting box 11 further includes a side plate 119, a fixing hole 1191 is formed in the side plate 119 (for example, a lug 1192 is formed in the side plate 119, a fixing hole 1191 is formed in the lug 1192, the fixing post 126 and the lug 1192 form a rotating structure, so that the lid 12 can rotate relative to the supporting box 11), the fixing post 126 is clamped in the fixing hole 1191, so as to implement installation of the lid 12, and the fixing post 126 can rotate in the fixing hole 1191, so that the lid 12 and the supporting box 11 can be switched between an open state (as shown in fig. 1) and a closed state (as shown in fig. 2).
Referring to fig. 6 to 11, in the process of putting the bead-putting cartridge assembly 10 into the laundry treating agent cartridge 100, the upper cover 101 of the laundry treating agent cartridge 100 presses the cover 12, so that the cover 12 moves toward the supporting case 11, and gradually switches from the open state to the closed state, and after the bead-putting cartridge assembly 10 is completely put into the laundry treating agent cartridge 100, the cover 12 and the supporting case 11 are in the closed state.
Wherein the bead delivery cassette assembly 10 of fig. 6 and 7 is in an open state, and one state between the open state and the closed state of the bead delivery cassette assembly 10 of fig. 8 and 9 (i.e., when the lid 12 is not fully closed), the bead delivery cassette assembly 10 of fig. 10 and 11 is in a closed state (when the lid 12 is fully closed).
Thus, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, when the bead-feeding cartridge assembly 10 is taken out from the laundry treating agent cartridge 100, the cartridge cover 12 is automatically opened by the torsion spring 162; as shown in fig. 10 and 11, after the bead delivery cartridge assembly 10 is put into the laundry treating agent cartridge 100, the cartridge cover 12 is automatically closed under the action of the upper cover 101, and the user does not need to manually open or close the cartridge cover 12, so that the use is convenient.
Referring to fig. 7, 9 and 11, the top surface 121 of the lid 12 is formed with a protrusion 123, and during the process of putting the bead placement cartridge assembly 10 into the laundry treatment agent cartridge 100, the upper lid 101 of the laundry treatment agent cartridge 100 presses the protrusion 123 of the lid 12, so as to drive the lid 12 to move further toward the tray 11, and compared with the portion of the upper lid pressing the lid 12 outside the area where the protrusion 123 is located, the protrusion 123 of the upper lid 101 presses the protrusion 123 to make the distance between the lid 12 and the tray 11 become closer, so as to improve the pressing effect when the lid 12 and the tray 11 (specifically, the lid 12 and the first bottom plate 111) cooperate to press the bead 20. And the breaking of the beads 20 and the flow of the internal detergent can be accelerated compared with the natural outflow of the detergent in the beads 20 by the automatic dissolution of the beads 20 in water or the piercing of the beads 20 by a tapered column, thereby preventing the detergent from remaining.
Alternatively, the surface of the projection 123 is curved in a section taken perpendicular to the top surface 121 of the lid 12 and parallel to the direction of insertion of the bead delivery cartridge assembly 10. For example, the direction in which the bead placement cassette assembly 10 is placed is the direction in which the bead placement cassette assembly 10 moves in fig. 6 to 11. Alternatively, the lid 12 may be rectangular and include a first side and a second side that are perpendicular to each other, and the direction in which the first side extends or the second side extends may be the direction in which the bead placement cartridge assembly 10 is placed.
In this way, by designing the arc-shaped protruding portion 123, the contact between the upper cover 101 and the protruding portion 123 is smoother, and the bead placement cartridge assembly 10 is not caught when being put into the laundry treating agent cartridge 100, and is not damaged by the pressing between the upper cover 101 and the protruding portion 123. And the arc-shaped design can make the gel bead put in the box subassembly 10 put into the in-process of clothing processing agent box 100, the extrusion dynamics between lid 12 and the support box 11 regularly change, when upper cover 101 just contacted bulge 123, the extrusion dynamics is less, along with being close to the top that reaches bulge 123, the extrusion dynamics increases gradually, reaches the biggest when the top, then along with keeping away from the top, the extrusion dynamics reduces gradually again to realize the extrusion of gel bead 20 better, promote extrusion effect, reduce the inside detergent of gel bead 20 and remain.
Optionally, the plurality of protruding portions 123 are provided, and the directions in which the bead placement box assembly 10 is placed are sequentially spaced apart.
In this way, the plurality of protrusions 123 can press the beads 20 a plurality of times, thereby maximizing the pressing effect and reducing the residue of the detergent in the beads 20.
Referring again to fig. 1 and 3, the pressing plate 14 is disposed on the bottom surface 122 of the lid 12 (i.e. the surface of the lid 12 facing the tray 11) and is movable relative to the lid 12.
Optionally, the lid 12 may be provided with a plurality of connection posts 127, the pressing plate 14 is formed with a groove, the groove is formed by recessing from the surface of the pressing plate 14 opposite to the first bottom plate 111 in a direction away from the first bottom plate 111, the bottom wall of the groove is provided with connection holes 141, the connection posts 127 and the connection holes 141 are in one-to-one correspondence, the connection posts 127 penetrate through the connection holes 141, and the diameter of the end portion of the connection post 127 located in the groove is larger than the diameter of the connection holes 141, so that the pressing plate 14 can be movably connected with the lid 12, and the pressing plate 14 can move along the connection posts 127 close to the lid 12 or move away from the lid 12.
As the cap 12 moves toward the first base plate 111, the pressing plate 14 cooperates with the first base plate 111 to press the beads 20. And because the pressing plate 14 is movable relative to the box cover 12, the pressing plate 14 can adapt to the inclined first bottom plate 111, so that the pressing plate 14 and the first bottom plate 111 can be tightly combined to improve the extrusion effect on the gel beads 20.
Optionally, the pressing plate 14 is provided with a plurality of second through holes 142, the second through holes 142 and the first columns 124 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence, the first column 124 corresponds to one second through hole 142, and the first column 124 can pass through the corresponding second through hole 142, so that when the pressing plate 14 presses the beads 20, the first column 124 can puncture the beads 20 first, and the pressing plate 14 is convenient to press the beads 20.
Optionally, the pressing plate 14 is further provided with a plurality of through holes, the through holes of the pressing plate 14 are in one-to-one correspondence with the second columns 114, and the second columns 114 correspond to the through holes of one pressing plate 14, so that when the pressing plate 14 is matched with the first bottom plate 111 to squeeze the gel beads 20, the second columns 114 can pass through the through holes corresponding to the pressing plate 14, and the first columns 124 can pass through the second through holes 142 of the pressing plate 14 and the first through holes 113 of the first bottom plate 111, so that the pressing plate 14 can be tightly attached to the first bottom plate 111, the effect of the pressing plate 14 and the first bottom plate 111 to squeeze the gel beads 20 is further improved, and detergent residues inside the gel beads 20 are prevented.
