When the washing is finished, the inner cover 33 needs to be pushed forward manually, so that the clamping groove 332 is separated from the positioning column 3214, and the inner cover 33 is opened. When the inner lid 33 is slid backward to close the laundry inlet, when the positioning post 3214 is located at a position between the flange at the end of the claw 3321 and the guide portion 3322, the positioning post 3214 is easily inserted into the engaging groove 332 under the guide of the flange and the guide portion 3322.
A stopper 333 is further provided at a rear end of a lower surface of the inner lid 33, and when the inner lid 33 slides forward to open the laundry inlet opening 3211, the inner lid 33 starts to enter the accommodating area, and reaches an open position, the stopper 333 contacts with a front end of the laundry inlet opening 3211, so that the inner lid 33 cannot slide forward any more, and the inner lid 33 is prevented from being separated from the outer tub cover 321, as shown in fig. 17.
Referring to fig. 7, since the outer tub cover 321 and the second outer tub 32 have the same outer diameter, during the opening process of the inner lid 33, the inner lid 33 moves forward into the receiving area, and at this time, the front portion of the inner lid 33 gradually separates from the outer tub cover 321, in order to support the inner lid 33, ensure the horizontal sliding of the inner lid 33, and ensure the tightness between the inner lid 33 and the outer tub cover 321, a support plate 37 is disposed in front of the outer tub cover 321, the upper surface of the support plate 37 is in the same horizontal plane as the upper surface of the outer tub cover 321, and when the inner lid 33 is opened, the inner lid 33 slides from the outer tub cover 321 to the. In this embodiment, the supporting plate 37 is dovetail-shaped and mainly supports the sliding pieces 331 on the left and right sides of the inner lid 33. The horizontal sliding of the inner cover 33 is ensured by arranging the supporting plate 37, the problem that the sliding sheet 331 is deformed due to the suspension and drooping of the front part of the inner cover 33 when the inner cover 33 is opened is avoided, and the tightness between the inner cover 33 and the outer barrel cover 321 is ensured
Referring to fig. 7-9 and 15-18, the structure of the wiper device disposed on the tub cover of the second automatic washing system 3 will be described, for example, when the heating function is activated during the washing process of the second automatic washing system 3, the water vapor evaporates upward and meets the closed inner lid 33, and a part of the water vapor condenses on the lower surface of the inner lid 33 to form water droplets; when the washing is finished, water drops are hung on the inner cover 33, so that the water drops on the inner cover after the inner cover is opened can be prevented from dropping on the box body 1; a wiper device 35 is provided at the front of the outer tub cover 321, and when the inner lid 33 is opened, the wiper device 35 wipes off water droplets on the lower surface of the inner lid 33. The safety of the washing machine is improved by arranging the water scraping device 35, and the service life is prolonged; the water drops on the lower surface of the inner cover 33 are prevented from dropping on the outer cylinder and finally dropping on the bottom frame of the box body 1, so that the metal box body is corroded and even drops on an electric device to form potential safety hazards.
The wiper device 35 includes a wiper body 352, and the wiper body 352 has a wiper portion formed to be in contact with an inner surface of the inner cover 33, so that when the inner cover 33 is horizontally slid open, the inner surface of the inner cover 33 wipes the wiper portion 3521 in contact therewith, and water droplets on the inner surface of the inner cover 33 are wiped off by the wiper portion. In order to tightly contact the wiper portion 3521 with the inner cover 33, the wiper body 352 is made of an elastic material such as rubber. The wiper body 352 has elasticity such that the wiper portion 3521 is closely attached to the inner cover 33, so that water drops on the inner cover 33 are more thoroughly wiped off. Since wiper body 352 is a thin plate having elasticity, in the present embodiment, the inner surface of inner cover 33 is formed in an upwardly arched shape, and the size of the wiper portion of wiper body 352 contacting the inner surface of inner cover 33 is slightly different depending on the arch. As for the thickness of the wiper portion 3521, if the thickness of the wiper portion 3521 is too large, the adhesion is not good, and if the thickness is too small, the wear resistance is not good, so that the wiper portion 3521 is 2mm to 8mm, which not only ensures the adhesion of the wiper portion 3521 and the inner surface of the inner cover 33, but also is relatively wear resistant, as shown in fig. 18.
The wiper device 35 is fixed to the outer tub cover 321, and a mounting block 351 of the wiper device 35 at the lower end of the wiper body 352 is fixed to the outer tub cover 321. Since the inner cover has an upwardly arched structure, the wiper body 352 is cantilevered and tilted upward at a certain angle, and the wiper portion 3521 is located at an upper portion of the wiper body 352. The wiper body 352 is tilted upward by a height greater than the height of the inner cover 33 from the upper surface of the cavity, that is, when the wiper device 35 is mounted with the inner cover 33, the upper portion of the wiper body 352 is deformed to be pressed by the inner surface of the inner cover 33, that is, the wiper portion 3521, so that the wiper portion 3521 is closely attached to the inner cover 33, and when the inner cover 33 is opened, water drops on the lower surface of the inner cover 33 are caught by the wiper portion 3521. The wiper body 352 is arranged to be inclined backwards, namely, inclined towards the closing direction of the inner cover 33, the wiper body 352 is arranged to form an included angle of 10 degrees to 90 degrees with the horizontal plane of the outer barrel cover 321, the wiper portion 3521, which is arranged at the upper part of the wiper body 352 and is contacted with the inner cover, is arranged above the clothes inlet 3211, so that the scraped water drops directly drop into the inner barrel, and the sliding direction of the inner cover 33 when being opened is opposite to the inclined direction of the wiper body 352, so that the wiper body 352 is attached to the inner cover 33 more tightly, and the water drops on the lower surface of the inner cover 33 are scraped more thoroughly, as shown in fig. 17 and 18.
The preferred setting is that the horizontal plane that scrapes water body 352 and outer barrel cover 321 is 10 ~30 contained angles, or scrape water body 352 and be 10 ~30 contained angles with the plane that installation piece 351 upper surface belongs to, or personally submit 10 ~30 contained angles with the horizontal plane that clothing input 3211 belonged to, more preferred scrape water body 352 and be 25 contained angles with the horizontal plane that outer barrel cover 321 belongs to, it is less to scrape the angle that water body 352 perk upwards like this, when making to scrape water body 352 and scrape the water droplet on inner cup 33 and fall off, the water droplet can not flow down along scraping water body 352, but directly falls into the inner tube.
In this embodiment, the wiper device 35 is an integral injection molding made of rubber material, so that the plane where the upper surface of the wiper body 352 and the upper surface of the mounting block 351 are located is an included angle of 10 degrees to 30 degrees after the wiper device 35 is molded, and the firmness of connection between the wiper body 352 and the mounting block 351 is ensured by the integral molding. Of course, in other embodiments, only the wiper portion 3521 may be made of an elastic material.
In the opening process of the inner cover 33, the upper part of the wiper body 352 is attached to the inner cover 33, the inner cover 33 provides forward force for the wiper body 352, in order to firmly fix the wiper device 35 on the outer barrel cover 321, the lower end of the wiper body 352 is provided with the mounting block 351, the outer barrel cover 321 is provided with the mounting groove 3215 matched with the mounting block 351, and the mounting block 351 is mounted in the mounting groove 3215. Wherein the mounting block 351 and the mounting groove 3215 are both square, so that when the mounting block 351 receives a forward force from the inner cover 33, the force-receiving area is large, the stability is good, and the firmness after the wiper device 35 is mounted is ensured. The water wiping body 352 and the mounting block 351 are integrally formed by injection molding, the water wiping body 352 is tilted upwards relative to the mounting block 351 after the water wiping body 352 and the mounting block 351 are formed, and an included angle of 10-30 degrees is formed between the water wiping body 352 and the plane where the upper surface of the mounting block 351 is located, so that after the mounting block 351 is mounted in the mounting groove 3215, the included angle between the water wiping body 352 and the horizontal plane where the outer barrel cover 321 is located is 10-30 degrees, and the water wiping function of the water wiping body 352 is guaranteed.
In order to further ensure that the wiper device 35 is firmly fixed to the outer tub cover 321, a matching fixing structure is provided on the mounting block 351 and the mounting groove 3215, and the fixing structure is a fixing hole and a fixing column. In this embodiment, the mounting groove 3215 is a square groove, and is provided with vertical fixed column 32151 on the mounting groove 3215, and a fixing hole 3511 matched with the fixed column 32151 is provided on the mounting block 351. When the installation piece 351 is installed in the installation groove 3215, the fixing column 32151 is vertically inserted into the fixing hole 3511, so that the firmness of the installation piece 351 after being installed in the installation groove 3215 is improved. Certainly, the height of the fixing hole 3511 on the installation block 351 is smaller than the height of the installation block 351, that is, the fixing hole 3511 is a blind hole, and after the installation block 35 is installed on the outer barrel cover 321, a user cannot see the fixing structure, so that the appearance is attractive.
The mounting groove 3215 is located in front of the laundry inlet 3211, and the width of the mounting groove 3215 is equal to or slightly less than the width of the laundry inlet 3211. That is, the width of the mounting portion 351 or the wiper body 352 is equal to or slightly less than the width of the laundry inlet 3211. A positioning column 3214 is further provided at the front portion of the outer barrel cover 321, and a mounting groove 3215 is provided behind the positioning column 3214, as shown in fig. 15.
Referring to fig. 17 and 18, explaining a waterproof method of the washing machine in this embodiment, the inner lid 33 is pushed to slide horizontally to open, and the inner surface of the inner lid 33 scrapes the wiper portion 3521 attached thereto, so that water droplets caught on the inner surface of the inner lid 33 are scraped by the wiper portion 3521. This prevents water drops on the surface of the inner lid 33 from dropping to the ground, or dropping to the top of the tank and then to the ground, causing inconvenience to the user.
Referring to fig. 7, 19 and 20, a microswitch provided in the second automatic washing system 3 to be operated with the inner lid will be described. The second automatic washing system 3 has a heating function, and if the inner lid 33 does not reach the closed position, or the inner lid 33 is separated from the closed position during the washing process, the laundry may fly out, the water vapor may leak, and the problems of personnel scald, rust of parts, and the like may be caused. Therefore, a microswitch 36 controlled by the inner cover 33 is arranged on the outer barrel cover 321; when the inner lid 33 is in the closed position, the microswitch 36 is switched on and the second automatic washing system 3 can be activated; when the inner lid 33 is open, i.e. the inner lid 33 leaves the closed position, the microswitch 36 is switched off; the microswitch 36 is connected in series in the control circuit of the second automatic washing system 3. If the inner lid 33 is not in the closed position, the micro switch 36 is turned off, and when the second automatic washing system 3 is started through the display operation module, the second automatic washing system 3 cannot be started; if the inner lid 33 is opened and separated from the closed position during the washing process of the second automatic washing system 3, the second automatic washing system 3 is immediately stopped. Through setting up micro-gap switch 36 with the linkage of inner cup 33, guaranteed that in the washing process of second automatic washing system 3, inner cup 33 is in closed position, has avoided steam to reveal, the clothing departure, cause personnel to scald, spare part corrosion scheduling problem.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 19 and 20, the micro switch 36 is disposed at the rear of the outer barrel cover 321, a switch probe 361 protruding forward is disposed on the front end surface of the micro switch 36, and when the inner cover 33 is in the closed position, the inner cover 33 contacts the switch probe 361, so that the micro switch 36 is turned on. When the inner lid 33 is closed or opened by sliding the inner lid 33 back and forth, the microswitch 36 is provided with a switch probe 361 projecting forward, the inner lid 33 slides forward when closed, and when the closed position is reached, the rear end face of the inner lid 33 abuts against the switch probe 361, and the microswitch 36 is turned on. The switch probe 361 protrudes forwards, so that the switch probe 361 can be triggered by utilizing the front end surface of the inner cover 33 without arranging a special trigger structure on the inner cover 33, and the micro switch 36 is switched on; the linkage structure is simple, and the cost is saved.
In order to avoid water from dropping on the micro switch 36 in the using process, the micro switch 36 is placed in the placing box 3216, and the placing box 3216 is fixed on the outer barrel cover 321; in order to extend the switch probe 361 out of the storage box 3216, a through hole for extending the switch probe 36 is formed in the front wall of the storage box 3216. The arrangement of the placing box 3216 ensures the use safety of the microswitch 36, avoids water from dropping on the microswitch 36, and prolongs the service life. The placing box 3216 includes a box body and a box cover, wherein the box body is integrally injection molded with the outer tub cover 321.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 20, after the micro switch 36 is placed in the placing box 3216, the switch probe 361 extends from the through hole, and in order to avoid touching the switch probe 361, the switch probe 361 is set not to extend to the outside of the placing box 321, so that the inner lid 33 is provided with a contact 334 matching with the switch probe 361, and the contact 334 extends backward from the inner lid 33; when the inner cover 33 is in the closed position, the contact 334 is pushed back against the switch probe 361, turning on the microswitch 36.
In order to ensure the tightness of the closed position of the inner cover 33, a blocking edge 3213 is further arranged at the rear part of the outer barrel cover 321, and when the inner cover 33 is in the closed position, the rear end surface of the inner cover 33 is attached to the blocking edge 3213; when the inner cover 33 is set to be in the closed position, the rear end surface of the inner cover 33 is attached to the front end surface of the placing box 3216, that is, the front end surface of the placing box 3216 is used as a part of the blocking edge 3213, or the blocking edge 3213 is disconnected at the place of the placing box 3216.
Referring to fig. 2-3 and 21-28, the arrangement of other structures in the washing machine will be described, and referring to fig. 2, the auxiliary functional region 6 is set to be arc-shaped for the sake of appearance, that is, the front right corner of the cabinet 1 is arc-shaped. A first door 21 for opening and closing the laundry inlet of the first automatic washing system 2 is provided on the top of the first washing zone 4, and a second door 31 for opening and closing the laundry inlet of the second automatic washing system 3 is provided on the top of the second washing zone 5, that is, the first door 21 and the second door 31 are provided on the top of the cabinet 1. In order to make the box body 1 beautiful and convenient to operate, the display operation modules 7 of the two sets of automatic washing systems are put together, and the display operation modules 7 are arranged at the top of the auxiliary functional area 6; the display operation module 7 is provided with keys or touch screen options for respectively operating the two sets of automatic washing systems, and the display operation module 7 is respectively connected with a first control module for controlling the first automatic washing system 2 to work and a second control module for controlling the second automatic washing system 3 to work through wiring harnesses. The display operation module 7 is arranged at the top of the auxiliary functional area 6, so that the attractiveness is improved, the operation area is concentrated, the operation is convenient, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
The auxiliary functional area 6 is a cylindrical space with the same height as the box body 1, the first washing area 4 and the second washing area 5 are cylindrical spaces with square sections, one side surface of the auxiliary functional area 6 is adjacent to the first washing area 4 in the left-right direction, and the other side surface of the auxiliary functional area 6 is adjacent to the second washing area 5 in the front-back direction.
Referring to fig. 5, the first automatic washing system 2 and the second automatic washing system 3 are both provided as a full automatic pulsator washing system, the first automatic washing system 2 having a first tub 22, and the second automatic washing system 3 having a second tub 32. Because the space occupied by the outer drum in the washing machine is larger, when the outer diameters of the outer drums of the two sets of automatic washing systems are determined, the size of the box body 1 is also basically determined. In order to make the arrangement inside the cabinet 1 as compact as possible, so that the washing machine is small as a whole, that is, the cabinet 1 is small, since the tub is shaken during washing, especially spin-drying, in the automatic washing system, the first tub 22 and the second tub 32 must have a sufficient distance therebetween to prevent the first tub 22 and the second tub 32 from touching each other and causing abrasion or damage during the operation of the first automatic washing system 2 and/or the second automatic washing system 3. In the present embodiment, the minimum distance between the first outer cylinder 22 and the second outer cylinder 32 is 15mm to 30mm, and preferably, the minimum distance between the first outer cylinder and the second outer cylinder is 25 mm. Of course, the minimum distance between the first outer tub 22 and the second outer tub 32 can be selected to be a small value by increasing the stability of the outer tub during operation of the automatic washing system and the control method of staggering the swing peaks of the two outer tubs. For example, the swing of the outer cylinder of the automatic washing system when starting the dehydration program is large, the separate washing machine is provided with a control system for controlling the first automatic washing system 2 and the second automatic washing system 3, when a user selects the first automatic washing system 2 and the second automatic washing system 3 to simultaneously wash, if the first automatic washing system 2 and the second automatic washing system 3 simultaneously reach the dehydration program, the control system controls one set of automatic washing system to start the dehydration program, and the other set of automatic washing system starts the dehydration program after 2-3 seconds, so that the dehydration programs are not started simultaneously, and the swing peak values of the two outer cylinders are staggered; since the dewatering program is started after controlling another set of delay for 2-3 seconds, the delay of 2-3 seconds is hardly felt by the user, and the satisfaction degree of the user on the product is not influenced.
Since the first outer barrel 22 and the second outer barrel 32 are both cylindrical barrels, and the minimum distance between the first outer barrel 22 and the second outer barrel 32 is constant; in order to further make the arrangement in the box body 1 as compact as possible and reasonably utilize the space in the box body 1, the second outer cylinder 32 is arranged at the corner of the first outer cylinder 22, that is, a certain included angle is formed between the vertical plane where the axes of the first outer cylinder 22 and the second outer cylinder 32 are jointly located and the vertical plane passing through the central line of the top of the separate washing machine, or between the vertical plane and the vertical plane in the left-right direction where the central line of the box body 1 is located, that is, the left side in the box body 1 is the first washing area 4, the right side rear part is the second washing area 5, and the right side front part is the auxiliary functional area 6. Moving the second outer tube 32 backward and leftward, so that the left-right distance of the cabinet 1 is reduced; and the first automatic washing system 2 has a large washing capacity and the first outer tub 22 has a large outer diameter, so that the front-rear distance of the cabinet 1 is not increased, and the space of the auxiliary functional area 6 is increased for easy use.
The specific value of the included angle between the vertical plane where the axes of the first outer cylinder 22 and the second outer cylinder 32 are located and the vertical plane where the central line of the top of the washing machine is located is related to the ratio of the outer diameters of the first outer cylinder 22 and the second outer cylinder 32, or the ratio of the washing capacities of the two automatic washing systems. The included angle between the vertical plane where the center line of the first outer cylinder 22 and the center line of the second outer cylinder 32 are located and the vertical plane where the center line of the top of the washing machine is located is 10-20 degrees. Preferably, the included angle is 13 ° or 16 °.
Referring to fig. 21 to 27, illustrating the structure of the cabinet 1, the cabinet 1 needs to carry the first automatic washing system 2 and the second automatic washing system 3, that is, the first outer tub 22 and the second outer tub 32 need to be hung on the cabinet 1 by hanging. The box body 1 is provided with a framework 11 for increasing the strength, a shell 12 is arranged outside the framework, the framework 11 and the shell 12 are fastened through screws, the framework 11 and the shell 12 can become a rigid whole after the framework 11 and the shell 12 are fastened through the screws, the modal vibration frequency of the box body 1 reaches 18.9HZ, and meanwhile, the box body has enough strength to bear longitudinal and transverse torsional force during the dehydration action of the washing machine. Specifically, eight screws are connected between the frame 11 and the housing 12 at the upper part, fifteen screws are connected at the lower part, and both sides of each round corner and the center of the circular arc are fastened and connected.
The framework 11 comprises an upper frame 111 and a base platform, the plane where the upper frame 111 is located is parallel to the plane where the base platform is located, the framework 11 further comprises a plurality of vertical beams 113 arranged between the upper frame 111 and the base platform and connected with the upper frame and the base platform, and a middle cross beam horizontally arranged is further arranged on part of the vertical beams 113 and used for increasing the overall strength of the framework 11. An upper center sill 1110 in the front-rear direction is arranged on the upper frame 111, and a bottom center sill 1120 in the front-rear direction is arranged on the bottom table, so that the space enclosed by the box body 1 is divided into a left part and a right part by the vertical surface where the upper center sill 1110 and the bottom center sill 1120 are located, the first washing area 4 is located on the left side, and the second washing area 5 and the auxiliary functional area 6 are located on the right side. Since the two sets of automatic washing systems have different washing capacities, the space occupied by the two sets of automatic washing systems is definitely different, that is, the first washing zone 4 is larger than the second washing zone 5, and thus the ratio of the distance from the upper center sill 1110 to the left side of the upper frame 111 to the distance from the upper center sill 1110 to the right side of the upper frame 111 is 5: 3-2: 1. The upper middle beam 1110 and the bottom middle beam 1120 are arranged to further increase the strength of the box body 1, respectively support two sets of automatic washing in the box body 1, and avoid the stress deflection of the box body when one set of automatic washing system works; and the inside of the cabinet 1 is divided into two spaces, i.e., a left space and a right space, in which the first automatic washing system 2 and the second automatic washing system 3 are respectively disposed, as shown in fig. 21.
The housing 12 includes a left plate 121, a right plate 122, and a back plate, wherein the left plate 121 is bent by two to form a front plate, a left plate, and a partial back plate, the right plate 122 is bent by one time to form a right plate and a partial back plate, an openable storage door 124 is provided between the left plate 121 and the right plate 122 at the front of the box body for opening and closing the storage cabinet at the auxiliary functional area 6, and the cross section of the storage door 124 is arc-shaped. The shell 12 of the box body 1 is formed by the left plate 121, the right plate 122, the back plate and the storage door 124, so that the overall structure of the box body 1 is attractive in appearance and high in strength. And the left side plate and the right side plate are punched with L-shaped reinforcing ribs, so that compared with linear reinforcing ribs, the straight through of a groove area between the profiling dies is avoided, an inertia shaft of buckling instability of the thin plate is broken, and the overall strength of the box body is ensured, as shown in fig. 21 and 22.
Referring to fig. 21-26, illustrating an embodiment of the framework 11, the upper frame 111 of the framework 11 comprises a large frame where the first washing zone 4 is located and a small frame where the second washing zone 5 is located, wherein the upper center sill 1110 is a common side of the large frame and the small frame. Since the first automatic washing system 2 and the second automatic washing system 3 are both set as the full automatic pulsator washing system, the first tub 22 of the first automatic washing system 2 is hung at four corners of the large square frame of the upper frame 111 by four, and the second tub 32 of the second automatic washing system 3 is hung at four corners of the small square frame of the upper frame 111 by four. In order to increase the supporting force and strength of the hanging part hung on the upper frame 111, four corners of the large square frame of the upper frame 111 are provided with first hanging structures 114, and four corners of the small square frame of the upper frame 111 are provided with second hanging structures 115. The upper center sill 1110 is a common edge of the large and small frames, and is used for carrying the suspension of the first outer tub 22 and the suspension of the second outer tub 32, that is, the upper center sill 1110 has the first attachment structure 114 for carrying the first automatic washing system 2 and the second attachment structure 115 for carrying the second automatic washing system 3, and the upper center sill 1110 and the first and second attachment structures 114 and 115 are integrally formed, so that the integral strength of the structure is increased. In this embodiment, the upper center sill 1110 is formed by punching a steel plate; of course, the plastic material may be integrally molded with the plastic material while ensuring the strength.
The washing machine suspension comprises a suspension rod, a suspension rod seat at the upper part of the suspension rod and a damping component at the lower part of the suspension rod; referring to fig. 24, the first mounting structure 114 has a recessed receiving portion 1141 for receiving the hanging rod seat, a lower protruding working hole 1142 is formed at the bottom of the receiving portion 1141, and the hanging rod seat is hung at the working hole 1142. In order to hang the suspension on the working hole 1142, a channel 1143 with a suspension in-out working hole 1142 is arranged on the first hanging structure 114, and the suspension rod is hung on the working hole 1142 from the channel 1143; by providing the receiving portion 1141, the strength of the first attachment structure 114 is improved, and the stability after suspension installation is increased. In order to further increase the contact area between the first hanging structure 114 and the hanging part, i.e. the contact area between the working hole 1142 and the hanging rod seat, the working hole 1142 is connected to the bottom of the accommodating part through a funnel-shaped working surface 1144, and the working surface 1144 is attached to the hanging rod seat; by arranging the funnel-shaped working surface 1144, the contact area between the working hole 1142 and the boom seat is increased, so that the stress of the unit area of the working hole 1142 is reduced, the stress performance of the first hanging structure 114 is improved, and the hanging stability is improved. A downward flap 1145 is further disposed inside the first attachment structure 114 to further improve the strength of the first attachment structure 114. The second attachment structure 115 is also provided in the same configuration as the first attachment structure 114.
Because the preceding right angle department of box 1 is the arc, also is the storing door 124 for the arc, and the preceding right angle department that sets up the base frame also is the arc, increases the base frame to the support of assisting the 6 lockers in functional area to and increase the bulk strength of base frame. Referring to fig. 25, the base includes a large square area where the first washing zone 4 is located, a small square area where the second washing zone 5 is located, and corner areas where the auxiliary functional zones are located.
