S3: and (5) adding a drier into the pigment obtained in the step S2, and uniformly stirring to obtain the pigment.
Similar to step S1, the stirring time is generally 30-50 min, and the mixture can be stirred uniformly.
After the ink is prepared, removing bubbles generated during ink stirring through a three-roller grinding machine, and packaging.
The present invention will be described below with reference to specific examples. The values of the process conditions taken in the following examples are exemplary and ranges of values are provided as indicated in the foregoing summary, and reference may be made to conventional techniques for process parameters not specifically noted. The following examples are all tests which are conventional in the art, except where otherwise specified. Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents and instruments used in the technical scheme provided by the invention can be purchased from conventional channels or on the market.
Examples
In this example, raw materials used for preparing a spot color ink of marine blue are shown in table 1, and the specific steps are as follows:
first, the following materials were charged into an ink stirring tank in the proportions shown in table 1: resin oil, nano calcium, phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green, polyethylene wax, soybean oil and silver paste. Then, the above pigment was stirred for 40min by using a planetary stirrer until the color was uniform, and left for 5h to thoroughly wet the pigment. And then setting the pressure of a three-roller grinder according to the fineness requirement, and grinding for 2 times by adopting the three-roller grinder. Thirdly, adding the following auxiliary agents in proportion and stirring for 30min until the mixture is uniform: manganese as a type-drier and cobalt as a type-drier.

Measuring 0.06 Cubic Centimeter (CC) of uniformly stirred marine blue spot color ink by using an IGT (ultraviolet fluorescence tomography) quantifier, adding the ink to a color mixing roller of a color mixing CB225A color developing instrument, starting the ink mixing for 70-90 seconds, and developing after the ink is uniformly rolled. The spread sample is detected by using X-rite eXact, the target value of the marine blue spot color ink is set as L:53.26, a: 31.70, b: 31.70, C:44.8 and H:225.0 degrees, and the color difference value is set as qualified as delta E < 1. Measurement setting: measurement mode M1, illuminant/viewing angle D50/2 °,. DELTA.E mode CIE. DELTA.2000. The color and printability of the ink are determined, the color is shown in FIG. 2, and the color value detection result is shown in Table 2. And simultaneously, a fineness plate, a viscosity meter and a fluidity meter are used for measuring the fineness, viscosity and fluidity of the ink. Finally, the drying property of the ink is determined through a drying experiment. The results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2 example ink Performance parameters

FIG. 4(a) shows a target blue pattern having a color value of L:53.26, a: -31.70, b: -31.70, C:44.8, H: 225.0. Referring to the target blue pattern shown in fig. 4(a), a proof printed using the marine blue spot color ink of the present invention is shown in fig. 4 (b). It can be seen that the sample color shown in fig. 4(b) is very close to the color of the target blue pattern shown in fig. 4 (a).
Pantone10278C is a blue spot color in the Pantone high-grade metallic color, Pantone10278C color values are: l: 52.1, a: -21.1, b: -29.9, C: 36.6, H: 234.8 degrees. The color is shown in FIG. 3. Which is the universal color closest to the target blue pattern color shown in fig. 4(a) in the existing universal color rule.
For the target blue pattern shown in fig. 4(a), the preview proof using Pantone10278C color output by the image processing software is shown in fig. 4 (c). It can be seen that there is a large difference (Δ E7.3) between the sample color shown in fig. 4(c) and the color of the target blue pattern shown in fig. 4 (a).
Therefore, in this embodiment, for the blue pattern shown in fig. 4(a), the printing requirement cannot be satisfied by using the existing Pantone10278C spot color, but the target can be achieved by using the marine blue spot color ink of the present invention.
As can be seen from fig. 2 to 4, the aqueous marine blue spot color ink of the present invention has high vividness and a yellowish green hue, compared to Pantone 10278C.
