Abstract
The invention discloses a disperse bright red dye composition with high fastness and high dyeing strength, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 25.3 to 44.8 percent of C.I. disperse red 343, 10 to 25.5 percent of C.I. disperse red 3703, 19.4 to 36.6 percent of C.I. disperse red 145, 5 to 14.5 percent of C.I. disperse red 153 and the balance of auxiliary agents. The invention keeps bright color, improves dye uptake and dyeing reproducibility of the dye, and is more suitable for printing and dyeing of medium-high grade fabrics such as superfine denier fabrics, polyester/cotton, polyester/ammonia and other blended fabrics.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of disperse dyes, in particular to a disperse bright red dye composition with high fastness and high dyeing strength.
Background
The disperse dye contains no water-soluble group, has low molecular weight, needs to be uniformly dispersed in a dye solution for dyeing by virtue of the action of a dispersing agent, contains polar groups (such as hydroxyl, amino, hydroxyalkylamino, cyanoalkylamino and the like) in molecules, still belongs to nonionic dye, and basically belongs to physical dyeing in the dyeing process; from the current situation of textile fabrics on the market, the proportion of fabrics formed by combining various fibers is increased year by year, such as some domestic medium-high grade fabrics, including polyester blended fabrics and the like. The disperse brilliant red dye supplied in the current market can not well meet the printing and dyeing requirements of the existing textiles, and the brilliant red dyed on the textiles generally still has the problems of low dye uptake, non-brilliant color, large dye consumption, large color difference, non-ideal fastness after dyeing, a large amount of loose colors and the like.

the paint comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 35% of C.I. disperse red 343 shown in formula (I), 16% of C.I. disperse red 3703 shown in formula (II), 28% of C.I. disperse red 145 shown in formula (III), 7.5% of C.I. disperse red 153 shown in formula (IV) and the balance of auxiliaries.
The auxiliary agent comprises a dispersing agent MF and sodium lignosulfonate, wherein the dispersing agent MF accounts for 8.2-15% of the total mass of the composition, and the sodium lignosulfonate accounts for 1-5% of the total mass of the composition according to mass percentage.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the disperse bright red dye composition with high dyeing strength, excellent sublimation fastness, washing color fastness, rubbing fastness and light color fastness is prepared by reasonable raw materials and a mixture ratio, keeps bright color, improves the dye uptake and dyeing reproducibility of the dye, and is more suitable for printing and dyeing medium and high-grade fabrics such as superfine denier fabrics, polyester/cotton, polyester/polyurethane and other blended fabrics.

a disperse bright red dye composition with high fastness and high dyeing strength comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 25.3-44.8% of C.I. disperse red 343 shown in formula (I), 10-25.5% of C.I. disperse red 3703 shown in formula (II), 19.4-36.6% of C.I. disperse red 145 shown in formula (III), 5-14.5% of C.I. disperse red 153 shown in formula (IV) and the balance of auxiliary agents; the auxiliary agent comprises a dispersing agent MF and sodium lignosulfonate, wherein the dispersing agent MF accounts for 8.2-15% of the total mass of the composition, and the sodium lignosulfonate accounts for 1-5% of the total mass of the composition according to mass percentage.

The disperse dye mixture in the proportion shown in table 1 is mixed with water, sand milling dispersion is carried out by a sand mill, and finally spray drying is carried out to obtain the disperse brilliant red dye.

The disperse dyes prepared in the examples 1-8 and the comparative examples 1-3 are respectively prepared into disperse dye suspensions with the mass percentage concentration of 1% by water, 20mL of the disperse dye suspensions are absorbed and mixed with 80mL of water, the PH value of a dye bath is adjusted from 4.5 to 5.5 by acetic acid, then the temperature is raised to 60 ℃, 2g of polyester fiber is respectively put into the disperse dye suspensions to be dyed at high temperature and high pressure, the disperse dye suspensions are heated to 130 ℃ within 35 minutes, the temperature is kept for 45 minutes, the disperse dye suspensions are cooled to 80 ℃, samples are taken, the color light of a cloth sample is observed, the dye strength is measured by GB/T6688-2008, the sublimation fastness is measured by GB/T5718, the color fastness to water and washing is measured by AA 61-2007 and GB/T5713, the rubbing fastness is measured by GB/T3920, the color fastness to light is measured by GB/T8427, and the measurement results are shown in Table 2.
