Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of cast films, and discloses an anti-skid polyethylene cast film and a preparation method thereof. The components comprise high-pressure polyethylene, low-pressure polyethylene, linear polyethylene, anti-skid master batch, blue master batch, white master batch and elastomer. The POE used by the invention has good thermal stability, optical property and anti-dry cracking property, and the raw materials are mixed according to a certain proportion, dried, added into an extruder for casting, cooled by a cooling roller to form a film, stretched, subjected to corona treatment and subjected to static elimination, and finally the anti-slip polyethylene casting film is prepared. The invention achieves the antiskid effect by changing the formula of the casting film, can be directly used in the production of the urine pad without an additional process, and ensures that the urine pad is time-saving, labor-saving, clean and sanitary in the use process.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cast films, and particularly relates to an anti-skid polyethylene cast film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Polyethylene PE feels like wax, and the prepared polyethylene film has low water permeability but high air permeability, is not suitable for fresh-keeping packaging and is suitable for moisture protection. The low water permeability and the high air permeability are utilized, and the product is often used for manufacturing diapers or urine pads. But it has a problem of easy slipping and displacement when used in a diaper, because it is sensitive to environmental stress (chemical and mechanical action).
When the bed-ridden patient is used, the patient turns over to cause the urine pad to be displaced, the patient needs to be moved again to lay the bed-ridden bed-pad, the bed-pad is inconvenient to lay, and if the bed-pad is stuck on a bed sheet, the bed sheet is polluted; when the disposable diaper is used for a pet diaper, the claws of the pet can easily hook up the diaper, so that the diaper can move, other places are polluted, and the trouble is brought to family sanitation.
In the prior art, the bottom layer of the urine pad is also provided with the casting film, but the urine pad is only used for water isolation and water prevention, and if the urine pad is required to be anti-skid, the anti-skid effect is achieved by adding physical modes such as convex points and lines.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the anti-skid polyethylene cast film and the preparation method thereof, the anti-skid effect is achieved by changing the formula of the cast film, the cast film can be directly used in the production of the urine pad, no additional process is needed, and the urine pad is ensured to be time-saving, labor-saving, clean and sanitary in the use process.

A preparation method of an anti-skid polyethylene cast film comprises the following steps:
mixing the raw materials in proportion, drying, adding the mixture into an extruder for casting, cooling the mixture by a cooling roller to form a film, and then stretching, performing corona treatment and eliminating static electricity to obtain the anti-skid polyethylene casting film.
The drying temperature is 30-40 ℃.
The extrusion amount of the extruder is 150kg/h and the heating temperature of the extruder is 150 ℃ and 120 ℃.
The dyne value of the film after corona treatment is 38-40 dynes.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) on one hand, POE has narrow molecular weight and short chain branch distribution, so that the POE has good low-temperature performance and excellent physical and mechanical properties, such as high elasticity, high strength and high elongation; and because the molecular chain is saturated, and the contained tertiary carbon atoms are relatively less, the cast film prepared by POE has excellent heat resistance and ultraviolet resistance, and can be suitable for high-temperature environment when being used for a urine pad.
(2) POE thermal stability, optical property and anti-dry cracking performance are superior to EVA, weather aging resistance is superior to SBS, brittle temperature is lower than-76 ℃, toughness and ductility are good at low temperature, POE shearing performance is good, high-speed extrusion and molding are facilitated, few or no plasticizer is needed, raw materials are saved, service life is long, and the cast film prepared from POE can be used for a urine pad and can adapt to low-temperature environment no matter in production process, transportation process and use process.
(3) The invention achieves the anti-skid effect by changing the formula of the casting film, does not need an additional physical processing mode to increase the anti-skid performance, and has simple process, simple components and good effect.

mixing the raw materials in proportion, drying at 30 ℃, adding the mixture into an extruder, heating at 120 ℃, casting, cooling by a cooling roller to form a film, stretching, carrying out corona treatment until the film reaches 38-40 dynes, eliminating static electricity, and finally preparing the anti-slip polyethylene casting film.
The throughput of the extruder was 120 kg/h.
Example 2
An antiskid polyethylene cast film comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15 parts of high-pressure polyethylene; 30 parts of low-pressure polyethylene; 50 parts of linear polyethylene; 20 parts of an anti-skid master batch; 5 parts of blue color masterbatch; 5 parts of white master batch; 8 parts of an elastomer;

The throughput of the extruder was 150 kg/h.
Example 3

7. The method of claim 6, wherein the drying temperature is 30-40 ℃.
8. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the extrusion amount of the extruder is 150kg/h and the heating temperature of the extruder is 150 ℃ at 120-.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein the corona treated film has a dyne value of 38-40 dynes.
