Abstract
The invention provides a method for installing a folded plate of a modular flocculation tank, which comprises the following steps: prefabricating a framework, wherein the framework is made into a framework structure in advance, and a plurality of installation spaces are formed in the framework structure; prefabricating a folded plate, and processing and forming the folded plate according to a set size; prefabricating a mud bucket, and processing and forming the mud bucket according to a set size; modular assembly, connecting the folded plate to the installation space of the framework, connecting the mud bucket to the installation space of the framework and enabling the mud bucket to be positioned below the folded plate; and (4) modular installation, namely integrally installing the folded plate units which are assembled in a modular manner in the flocculation basin. The method for installing the folded plates of the modular flocculation tanks, provided by the invention, has the advantages that the components in each flocculation tank are prefabricated in a factory, lifted and installed on site, the product quality is controllable, the installation efficiency is high, and the installation cost is low; the prefabricated folded plate is arranged in the frame, so that the thickness of the folded plate can be reduced, and the cost of the project is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of flocculation tank folded plate installation, in particular to a method for installing a modular flocculation tank folded plate.
Background
In the water purification process of a water works, flocculation reaction is a very important link, and the perfection degree of the flocculation reaction directly influences the effects of precipitation and filtration. The folded plate flocculation tank refers to a structure which completes a flocculation process by passing water flow between the folded plates at a certain flow rate. The folded plate flocculation tank can be divided into a vertical flow type and a horizontal flow type according to the water flow direction. The folding plate is divided into a same wave folding plate and a different wave folding plate according to different arrangement modes of the folding plates. The water flow is divided into single channel and multiple channels according to the number of gaps between the folded plates.
However, in the prior art, the flap is usually installed on site, and the specific installation process is as follows: (1) unpacking, namely, unpacking, checking the appearance of equipment one by one according to installation requirements, checking parts, components, tools, accessories, certificates and other technical files according to a packing list, checking whether the equipment is damaged, falls off, affected with damp and the like due to vibration in the transportation process, and recording; (2) positioning and paying off mainly refer to checking of section size, elevation and position, and requirements are as follows: releasing a central axis and an outer edge line in the longitudinal and transverse directions of equipment installation on the surface of the structure, and marking the position of a chemical bolt; (3) and (5) installing a flap plate unit.
It can be seen that the field installation of the folded plate has the following disadvantages: the installation space is narrow and complex; the folded plate is only regular, needs to keep certain thickness and maintains the strength of the folded plate, so that the weight of a single folded plate is large, and the folded plate needs to be hoisted for many times; the installation quality depends on field workers, and standardization and rapidity cannot be achieved.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a first embodiment of the invention provides a method for installing a modular flocculation basin folded plate, which comprises the following steps:
prefabricating a framework 1, wherein the framework 1 is made into a framework structure in advance, and a plurality of installation spaces are formed in the framework structure;
prefabricating a folded plate 2, and processing and forming the folded plate 2 according to a set size;
prefabricating the mud bucket 3, and processing and forming the mud bucket 3 according to a set size;
modular assembly, connecting the folded plate 2 to the installation space of the framework 1, and connecting the mud bucket 3 to the installation space of the framework 1 and making it under the folded plate 2;
and (4) modular installation, namely integrally installing the folded plate 2 unit which is subjected to modular assembly in the flocculation tank.
The second embodiment of the invention provides a method for installing a folded plate of a modular flocculation tank, and on the basis of the first embodiment, the specific process of processing and forming the folded plate 2 comprises the following steps:

1. A method for installing a folded plate of a modular flocculation tank is characterized by comprising the following steps:
prefabricating a framework (1), wherein the framework (1) is made into a framework structure in advance, and a plurality of installation spaces are formed in the framework structure;
prefabricating a folded plate (2), and processing and forming the folded plate (2) according to a set size;
prefabricating the mud bucket (3), and processing and forming the mud bucket (3) according to a set size;
modular assembly, namely, a folded plate (2) is connected into the installation space of the framework (1), and a mud bucket (3) is connected into the installation space of the framework (1) and is positioned below the folded plate (2);
and (4) modular installation, namely integrally installing the folded plate (2) unit which is assembled in a modular manner in the flocculation tank.
2. The method for installing the folded plate of the modular flocculation tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the specific process of machining and forming the folded plate (2) comprises the following steps:
customizing the mould according to the size requirement of the folded plate (2);
and (4) placing the plates in a customized die for uniform punch forming.
3. The method for installing the folded plate of the modular flocculation tank as claimed in claim 2, wherein the prefabrication process of the framework (1) is as follows:
stainless steel square pipes are welded in sequence to form a frame structure, and the overall size of the frame is 20mm smaller than that of the flocculation tank of each cell.
4. The method for installing the folded plate of the modular flocculation tank as claimed in claim 3, wherein the prefabrication process of the mud bucket (3) is as follows:

5. The method for installing the folded plate of the modular flocculation tank as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the specific process of the modular installation is as follows:

7. A method of installing a modular flocculation basin flap according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the number of flaps (2) is multiple and the multiple sets of flaps (2) are staggered forming a channel between adjacent flaps (2).
8. The method for installing the folded plate of the modular flocculation tank as claimed in any of claims 1 to 4, wherein no pre-buried treatment and no mud bucket (3) are performed in the flocculation tank, and only water inlet and outlet holes are reserved.
