A receiving wire with a wire winding fastening structure comprises a supporting shell (1), a first bearing (101), a receiving wire (2), a reel (3) and a limiting frame (4), wherein the top of the supporting shell (1) is connected with the limiting frame (4), the reel (3) is rotatably connected in the supporting shell (1), the receiving wire (2) is wound on the reel (3), one end of the receiving wire (2) penetrates through the limiting frame (4) and then is positioned on the outer side of the supporting shell (1), the middle part of the rear side of the supporting shell (1) is connected with the first bearing (101), the other end of the receiving wire (2) penetrates through the middle part of the reel (3) and the inner part of the first bearing (101) and then is positioned on the outer side of the supporting shell (1), the other end of the receiving wire (2) is connected with the first bearing (101) in the inner part, and is characterized by further comprising a winding assembly (5) and a counting assembly (6), the winding assembly (5) for winding the receiving wire (2) is arranged on the front side of the supporting shell (1), the rear side of the supporting shell (1) is provided with a counting component (6) used for measuring the length of the receiving line (2).
