By adopting the two shells 11 which are arranged flatly, the pen shell is simple in structure, convenient to process and shape, convenient to assemble and beneficial to reducing production cost. Of course, in other embodiments, a sealing member that communicates with the mounting opening of the mounting cavity 101 and seals the mounting opening may be provided at the rear end 13 of the barrel 10, and the ejector member 21 and the operating member 22 may be installed into the mounting cavity 101 from the mounting opening.
In some embodiments, one of the housings 11 is provided with a locating post 114 and the other housing 11 is provided with a locating hole 115 for mating with the locating post 114. Through the setting of reference column 114 and locating hole 115 like this, when amalgamating two casings 11, can make two casings 11 position the assembly better, can promote the mechanical pencil assembly accuracy.
In some embodiments, the two shells 11 are made of metal, and the two shells 11 are welded and fixed. This can make the two housings 11 firmly fixed. Of course, in other embodiments, the two housings 11 may be adhesively fixed (in which case the housing 11 may be made of metal or plastic), or the two housings 11 may be fixed by screws (in which case the housing 11 may be made of metal or plastic).
In some embodiments, the mechanical pencil further includes a fixed clip 50, the barrel 10 having a rear end 13 opposite the writing end 12, the fixed clip 50 being mounted to one of the flat surfaces 112 and being located at the rear end 13. Specifically, the fixed pen clip 50 is located at the side of the rear end 13 of the pen holder 10, that is, the fixed pen clip 50 is located on the flat surface 112, so that the risk of dropping the mechanical pencil during carrying can be reduced by clamping the fixed pen clip 50 in the book, and the mechanical pencil can be more conveniently carried in the book.
In some embodiments, the thickness of the barrel 10 (the spacing between the two flat surfaces 112) is greater than or equal to 2.5mm and less than or equal to 5.0mm. Specifically, if the thickness of the pen holder 10 is greater than 5mm, when the mechanical pencil is clamped in a book, the risk of breakage at the glue adding position inside the book is greatly increased, and the mechanical pencil is inconvenient to clamp in the book for carrying. If the thickness of the pen holder 10 is less than 2.5mm, the internal space of the pen holder 10 is too small, so that the size of the ejection member 21 is too small, deformation of the ejection member 21 is easy to occur, and the structural strength and rigidity of the pen holder 10 are greatly reduced, so that the risk of bending deformation of the pen holder 10 is greatly increased. When the thickness of the penholder 10 is set between 2.5mm and 5.0mm (including the number), the structural strength and the rigidity of the penholder 10 can be higher while the thickness of the penholder 10 is moderate, the possibility of the occurrence of the problems can be effectively reduced, and the comprehensive performance of the mechanical pencil is better. Of course, in other embodiments, the thickness of the barrel 10 may be greater than 5mm and less than or equal to 7mm, or the thickness of the barrel 10 may be greater than or equal to 2mm and less than 2.5mm.
In some embodiments, the width of the barrel 10 is greater than or equal to 6mm and less than or equal to 12mm; specifically, if the width of the pen holder 10 is greater than 12mm, the pen holder 10 is too wide, which is inconvenient for the user to hold, and the comfort level of use is greatly reduced. If the width of the pen holder 10 is smaller than 6mm, the pen holder 10 is too narrow, and under the condition that the pen holder 10 is arranged flatly, the too narrow pen holder 10 is inconvenient for a user to hold, meanwhile, the structural strength and rigidity of the pen holder 10 are greatly reduced, and the risk of bending deformation of the pen holder 10 is greatly increased. When the width of the penholder 10 is set between 6mm and 12mm (including the number), the structural strength and the rigidity of the penholder 10 can be high while the comfort of the penholder 10 is high, the possibility of the occurrence of the problems can be effectively reduced, and the comprehensive performance of the mechanical pencil is high. Of course, in other embodiments, the width of the barrel 10 may be greater than 12mm and less than or equal to 14mm, or the thickness of the barrel 10 may be greater than or equal to 4mm and less than 6mm.
In some embodiments, the length of the barrel 10 is greater than or equal to 8cm and less than or equal to 20cm. Specifically, if the length of the pen holder 10 is less than 8cm, the pen holder 10 will be too short, so that the length of the pen holder 10 for holding the pencil lead is smaller, the single writing amount of the mechanical pencil is greatly reduced, the pencil lead needs to be frequently replenished, and the use experience is poor. If the length of the pen holder 10 is greater than 20cm, the pen holder 10 is too long, and the pen holder is inconvenient to carry. When the length of the penholder 10 is set between 8cm and 20cm (including the number), the problem that the penholder 10 is inconvenient to carry due to overlong penholder 10 can be avoided while the single writing amount of the penholder 10 is large, the possibility of the occurrence of the problem can be effectively reduced, and the comprehensive performance of the mechanical pencil is good. Of course, in other embodiments, the length of the barrel 10 may be greater than 20mm and less than or equal to 22mm, or the thickness of the barrel 10 may be greater than or equal to 6mm and less than 8mm.
The invention also provides a method for producing the mechanical pencil, referring to fig. 3, comprising the following steps:
step S10, providing a pen holder 10, wherein the pen holder 10 comprises two flat shells 11, the two shells 11 are jointly spliced to form a mounting cavity 101 and a cartridge duct 102, and at least one shell 11 is provided with an operation hole 113 communicated with the mounting cavity 101.
In step S10, the material of the housing 11 may be metal (e.g. aluminum alloy, stainless steel, etc.), plastic or composite material, etc.
Step S20, providing a driving assembly 20, wherein the driving assembly 20 includes an ejector 21 and an operating member 22 for driving the ejector 21 to move.
In step S20, the ejector 21 may alternatively include a screw 211, an anti-rotation slider 213 mounted to the screw 211, and an ejector pin 212 connected to one end of the screw 211. Of course, in other embodiments, the operation hole 113 may be provided in a long strip shape extending along the extending direction of the pen core hole 102, so that the operation member 22 is slidably mounted in the operation hole 113 along the length direction of the operation hole 113, so as to drive the ejector 21 to move by pulling the movement of the operation member 22. In addition, in other embodiments, the operation hole 113 may be disposed at a rear end 13 of the barrel 10 opposite to the writing end 12, the operation member 22 is rotatably mounted in the operation hole 113 and extends out of the rear end 13 of the barrel 10, a threaded cylinder is connected to a portion of the operation member 22 located in the mounting cavity 101, and an end of the screw 211 remote from the ejector rod 212 is screwed into the threaded cylinder.
In step S30, the driving assembly 20 is installed between the two housings 11, wherein the ejector 21 and the operating member 22 are installed in the installation cavity 101 formed by jointly splicing the two housings 11, and the operating member 22 is exposed from the operating hole 113.
In step S30, each housing 11 is provided with a groove structure 111, and when the two housings 11 are assembled together, the groove structures 111 of the two housings 11 are jointly assembled to form the mounting cavity 101 and the cartridge hole 102, the driving assembly 20 may be first mounted on one of the housings 11, and the housing 11 on which the driving assembly 20 is mounted may be covered by the other housing 11.
Step S40, fixing the two housings 11.
Through adopting two shells 11 of flat setting like this, can make the simple structure of pen shell, the shaping of being convenient for, and the equipment of being convenient for is favorable to reducing manufacturing cost. Moreover, the pen holders 10 formed by splicing the two shells 11 are arranged flatly, so that the thickness of the pen holders 10 is smaller, and when the flatly-shaped pen holders 10 are clamped in books, the situation that the thickness of the books is too thick and the glue adding positions in the books are broken due to the fact that the thickness of the pen holders 10 is smaller can be avoided due to the fact that the size of the pen holders 10 is too large, and the mechanical pencil can be conveniently clamped in the books to be carried.
In some embodiments, in step S10, the housing 11 is formed by one or more of a die casting die, a sheet metal stamping die, a profile extrusion die, a sheet metal laser cutting device, and a numerical control machining device.
Specifically, the housing 11 may be die-cast by a die-casting machine and a die-casting die; or, the housing 11 is formed by punching with a punching machine and a sheet metal punching die; or the shell 11 is formed by sheet metal laser cutting equipment; or the shell 11 is molded by a profile molding device and a profile extrusion die; alternatively, the housing 11 is milled by a numerical control machining device. Or the shell 11 is formed by two or two processes of a die casting die, a sheet metal stamping die, a section bar extrusion die, a sheet metal laser cutting device and a numerical control machining device. Thus being convenient for molding and being beneficial to mass production.
In step S30, the following steps are included:
step S31, horizontally positioning one of the housings 11. Specifically, the side of the housing 11 provided with the groove may be placed on the assembling apparatus upward so that the surface of the housing 11 that contacts the other housing 11 is placed horizontally.
Step S32, mounting the driving assembly 20 at a corresponding position on the shell 11; specifically, the ejector 21 and the operating member 22 may be assembled to form the driving assembly 20, and then the driving assembly 20 may be integrally placed on the horizontally positioned housing 11.
In step S33, the other housing 11 is covered with the housing 11 in which the driving assembly 20 has been placed. Specifically, when the two housings 11 are joined together, the drive assembly 20 is housed in the mounting chamber 101 formed by joining together the two housings 11.
This facilitates assembly and reduces the risk of the drive assembly 20 falling from the housing 11 during assembly.
In some embodiments, in step S40, the following steps are included:
step S41, compressing the two shells 11; specifically, the two housings 11 can be clamped by a jig on an assembly tool, ensuring proper alignment of the two housings 11.
Step S42, performing laser welding on a gap between the two shells 11; specifically, the gap between the two shells 11 is welded by the laser welding equipment, so that the two shells 11 can be ensured to be firmly fixed, and welding marks are small during laser welding, so that subsequent appearance treatment is facilitated.
In some embodiments, one of the housings 11 is provided with a locating post 114 and the other housing 11 is provided with a locating hole 115 for mating with the locating post 114, the locating hole 115 extending through the flat surface 112 of the housing 11. This allows the positioning posts 114 to be exposed through the positioning holes 115 when the two housings 11 are assembled together.
After step S42, the method further comprises the steps of:
and step S43, filling and welding the positioning holes 115. Therefore, the positioning column 114 on one shell 11 can be welded with the other shell 11, the connection stability of the two shells 11 can be improved, and gaps at the positioning holes 115 can be avoided by filling the positioning holes 115.
In some embodiments, after step S40, the following steps are further included:
and S50, performing surface treatment on the assembled mechanical pencil. Specifically, the mechanical pencil may be subjected to coloring, polishing, etc. to make the mechanical pencil more excellent in appearance.
In some embodiments, in step S50, the following steps are included:
step S51, polishing the welding position on the shell 11; specifically, the welding position on the housing 11 may be polished by polishing equipment or manually, for example, by a CNC polisher, so that the outer surface of the pen holder 10 is smooth, the problem of burrs and the like is avoided, and the subsequent electroplating treatment is also facilitated.
Step S52, electroplating the whole mechanical pencil; therefore, the penholder 10 can be colored, the outer side of the penholder 10 is smoother and more attractive, and the plating structure at the outer side of the propelling pencil is stable and is not easy to fall off by adopting an electroplating mode.
In some embodiments, in step S52, the following steps are included:
step S521, carrying out hanging point chromium plating treatment on the surface of the whole mechanical pencil; the whole mechanical pencil is subjected to surface chromium plating treatment of hanging points in a traditional electroplating mode.
In step S522, the entire mechanical pencil is subjected to a vacuum plating process to color the mechanical pencil. Specifically, when the whole mechanical pencil is electroplated by a vacuum electroplating technology, electroplating materials with corresponding colors can be selected, and after the vacuum electroplating is finished, the whole mechanical pencil can be colored. Wherein, the appearance color of the propelling pencil can be gold, silver, black, white or other colors.
Therefore, the surface of the propelling pencil is firstly subjected to the hanging point chromium plating treatment and then is subjected to the vacuum electroplating coloring treatment, so that the coloring effect of the color layer outside the propelling pencil is good, and the plating layer structure is stable.
In some embodiments, after step S50, the following steps are further included:
step S60, providing a pen clip and a fastening screw;
in step S70, the clip is fixed to the rear end 13 of the barrel 10 by fastening screws.
Specifically, the fixed pen clip 50 is located at the side of the rear end 13 of the pen holder 10, that is, the fixed pen clip 50 is located on the flat surface 112, so that the risk of dropping the mechanical pencil during carrying can be reduced by clamping the fixed pen clip 50 in the book, and the mechanical pencil can be more conveniently carried in the book.

Claims (9)

1. A mechanical pencil, comprising:
the pen comprises a pen holder, a pen core hole and a control device, wherein the pen holder is provided with an installation cavity, a pen core hole channel and an operation hole, the pen core hole channel penetrates through the writing end of the pen holder, the pen core hole channel is communicated with the installation cavity, and the operation hole penetrates through the surface of the pen holder and is communicated with the installation cavity;
the driving assembly comprises an ejection piece and an operating piece, the ejection piece is movably arranged in the mounting cavity along the extending direction of the refill channel, when the ejection piece moves towards the writing end, the ejection piece is used for pushing out a pencil refill arranged in the refill channel from the writing end, the operating piece is arranged in the mounting cavity and exposed out of the operating hole, and the operating piece is connected with the ejection piece and used for driving the ejection piece to move along the extending direction of the refill channel;
the pen holder is in a flat arrangement and is provided with two opposite flat surfaces, the two flat surfaces extend along the length direction of the pen holder, and the interval between the two flat surfaces is smaller than the width of the flat surfaces;
the thickness of the pen holder is greater than or equal to 2.5mm and less than or equal to 5.0mm, and the width of the pen holder is greater than or equal to 6mm and less than or equal to 12mm;
the pen comprises a pen holder, a flat surface and a plurality of holding concave parts, wherein the pen holder is provided with a plurality of holding concave parts which are arranged on the opposite sides of the flat surface and are used for holding fingers of a user;
the mechanical pencil also comprises a core protection pencil point, wherein the core protection pencil point is partially arranged in the pencil core pore canal, the other part of the core protection pencil point extends out of the writing end, and the core protection pencil point is provided with a through hole for extending out of the pencil core;
the core protection pen point comprises a core protection head part and a limiting pipe part connected to one end of the core protection head part, the limiting pipe part is arranged in the pen core pore canal, and the core protection head part is far away from the limiting pipe part and extends out of the writing end; an elastic structure is arranged at one end of the limiting pipe part, which is far away from the head part of the pencil lead, and at the periphery of the through hole, and the elastic structure has elastic deformation towards the axis of the through hole and is used for elastically abutting against the pencil lead passing through the through hole;
the ejection piece comprises a screw rod, an anti-rotation sliding block arranged on the screw rod and a top rod connected to one end of the screw rod, the anti-rotation sliding block is slidably arranged in the mounting cavity along the extending direction of the refill duct, the operation piece is provided with a screw hole, and the screw rod is in threaded connection with the screw hole;
the screw rod with ejector pin integrated into one piece, the diameter of ejector pin is less than the diameter of screw rod, the screw rod with the junction of ejector pin is equipped with the installation shoulder, the size of installation shoulder is greater than the size of ejector pin, and is less than the size of screw rod, prevent changeing the slider cover and locate the installation shoulder.
2. The mechanical pencil of claim 1 wherein said barrel has a rear end opposite said writing end, said handling aperture extending through at least one of said flat surfaces and being located between said rear end and said writing end; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the number of the anti-rotation sliding blocks is two, one anti-rotation sliding block is fixed at one end of the screw rod, which is connected with the ejector rod, and the other anti-rotation sliding block is connected with one end of the screw rod, which is far away from the ejector rod.
3. The mechanical pencil of claim 1 wherein the core guard head is metal; and/or the limiting pipe part is made of plastic.
4. The mechanical pencil of claim 1 further comprising a fixed grip, said barrel having a rear end opposite said writing end, said fixed grip being mounted to one of said flat surfaces and located at said rear end; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the propelling pencil further comprises a pencil core protection tube, wherein the pencil core protection tube is installed in the pencil core pore canal, and an inner hole of the pencil core protection tube is communicated with the installation cavity so that the ejection piece can be inserted.
5. The mechanical pencil of any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the barrel includes two housings in a flat configuration, the two housings being co-joined to form the mounting cavity and the cartridge opening, one side of either housing facing away from the other housing having a flat surface; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
one of the shells is provided with a positioning column, and the other shell is provided with a positioning hole which is in plug-in fit with the positioning column; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the two shells are made of metal, and the two shells are welded and fixed; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the length of the pen holder is greater than or equal to 8cm and less than or equal to 20cm.
6. A production method for producing the mechanical pencil according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising the steps of:
providing a pen holder, wherein the pen holder comprises two flat shells, the two shells are spliced together to form a mounting cavity and a pen core pore canal, and at least one shell is provided with an operation hole communicated with the mounting cavity;
providing a driving assembly, wherein the driving assembly comprises an ejection piece and an operation piece for driving the ejection piece to move;
installing a driving assembly between the two shells, wherein the ejection piece and the operation piece are installed in an installation cavity formed by jointly splicing the two shells, and the operation piece is operated Kong Xianlou;
and fixing the two shells.

The method of producing a mechanical pencil according to claim 6, wherein in the step of providing a pencil shaft, the housing is molded by one or more of a die casting mold, a sheet metal stamping mold, a profile extrusion mold, a sheet metal laser cutting apparatus, and a numerical control processing apparatus;

8. The method of producing a mechanical pencil of claim 6, wherein in the step of fixing two of said cases, comprising the steps of:
compressing both of the shells;
performing laser welding on a gap between the two shells;
after the step of fixing the two housings, the method further comprises the steps of:
and carrying out surface treatment on the assembled mechanical pencil.
9. The method of producing a mechanical pencil according to claim 8, wherein in the step of surface-treating the assembled mechanical pencil, the steps of:
polishing the welding position on the shell;
electroplating the whole mechanical pencil;
the step of electroplating the whole mechanical pencil further comprises the following steps:
carrying out hanging point chromium plating treatment on the surface of the whole mechanical pencil;
and carrying out vacuum plating treatment on the whole mechanical pencil so as to color the mechanical pencil.
