the limiting mechanism comprises two limiting parts which are respectively attached to two sides of the reinforcing layer.
4. A tire bead reinforcing layer supplying apparatus as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the positions of the two limiting parts can be adjusted along the width direction of the reinforcing layer.

The apparatus for supplying a tire bead reinforcing layer as set forth in claim 7, wherein: the lifting mechanism (4) comprises a cam (41) which is arranged at the bottom of the conveying device (1) and adjusts the height of one end, close to the forming drum, of the conveying device (1) or the whole conveying device (1) through rotation around the axis of the cam.
9. The apparatus for supplying a tire bead reinforcing layer as set forth in claim 7, wherein: the lifting mechanism (4) comprises two fixed rods, wherein one fixed rod is connected with the other fixed rod by the conveying device (1);
and the adjusting sleeve is internally provided with two sections of internal threads with opposite spiral directions, and the two sections of internal threads are respectively in threaded fit with the two fixing rods.

The apparatus for supplying a tire bead reinforcing layer as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the tire reinforcement device is characterized in that the conveying devices (1) are provided with two groups, each group comprises at least one conveying device (1), the two groups of conveying devices (1) respectively convey reinforcement layers to two sub-openings of a tire, and each group of conveying devices (1) corresponds to one adjusting device (3).
