8. The method for preparing a reel chain for a harvester according to claim 1, characterized in that: and (5) vulcanizing by adopting a vulcanizing machine, wherein the vulcanizing machine adopts double-layer synchronous vulcanization, two pairs of dies are respectively arranged at the upper position and the lower position of the heating plate, the first layer of large-tooth die is arranged above the heating plate, the small-tooth die is arranged below the heating plate, the second layer of small-tooth die is arranged above the heating plate, and the large-tooth die is arranged below the heating plate.
9. The method for preparing a reel chain for a harvester according to claim 8, wherein the method comprises the following steps: and hollow runners are arranged in the two auxiliary molds, and saturated steam is introduced into the hollow runners to heat the molds.
10. The method for preparing a reel chain for a harvester according to claim 8, wherein the step (5) comprises the following steps:
firstly, sequentially placing a small-tooth cloth blank, a small-tooth rubber blank, a sleeved wire blank, a belt body rubber blank, a large-tooth rubber blank and a large-tooth cloth blank on a first layer of small-tooth mould;
secondly, primarily tensioning the wire blank to enable the wire blank to be close to the small tooth mold;
thirdly, sequentially placing a small tooth cloth blank and a small tooth rubber blank on the second small tooth mould;
fourthly, tensioning the wire blank for the second time to enable the wire blank of the second layer to be wrapped on the small tooth rubber blank;
fifthly, sequentially placing a large-tooth cloth blank, a large-tooth rubber blank and a belt body rubber blank on the second layer of large-tooth die;
sixthly, slowly closing the die, adjusting the positions of the large teeth and the die to ensure that the large teeth and the die can be accurately filled into the die to complete die closing, and maintaining the pressure for 0.5-1.0MPa for 20-30 min;
and seventhly, opening the mold and rotating the belt, rotating the vulcanized part to two sides, rotating the unvulcanized part to the middle of the mold, repeating the first step to the sixth step, and demolding after the vulcanization is finished.
