The embodiment provides a film cutting process applying the film cutting auxiliary jig, which comprises the following steps:
s1: fixing the product 100 on the carrier 12, and controlling the carrier 12 to rotate to a first preset position;
s2: the cutting unit 2 is controlled to move to a third preset position along the second direction, and the cutter switch 23 controls the cutter bodies 222 of the M cutter assemblies 22 to extend out; wherein, the third preset position is one end far away from the initial position of the tool rest 21;
s3: controlling the cutting unit 2 to move the cut product 100 in the second direction;
s4: the cutter switch 23 controls the cutter bodies 222 of the M cutter assemblies 22 to be retracted.
Above-mentioned in-process, fix product 100 and rotate to first preset position through carrying support plate 12 in the dish unit 1, the corresponding cutter body 222 among the control cutting unit 2 stretches out and removes along the second direction, cuts product 100, carries dish unit 1 and cutting unit 2 to mutually support, avoids artifical handheld cutter, and the security is high, and the technological process is simple, convenient operation. And the cutting is simultaneously performed through the M cutter bodies 222, so that the working efficiency is improved.
The position of the dividing line 101 of different products 100 is different, and the dividing line 101 can be corresponding to the cutter body 222 by rotating the carrier plate 12 to different positions. The extension of the respective cutter bodies 222 is controlled according to the number and position of the dividing lines 101. The third predetermined position is an initial position for cutting the product 100, and the initial position may be different for different products.
Optionally, after step S4, the method further includes:
s5: controlling the carrier plate 12 to rotate to a second preset position;
s6: controlling the cutting unit 2 to move to a fourth preset position along the second direction;
s7: the cutter switch 23 controls the cutter bodies 222 of the N cutter assemblies 22 to extend out;
s8: the cutting unit 2 is controlled to move the cut product 100 in the second direction.
The division of the division lines 101 of different angles of different or identical products 100 can be achieved. Specifically, the number of the M cutter assemblies 22 in the step S4 and the number of the N cutter assemblies 22 in the step S7 may be the same or different, and there may be the same cutter assembly 22 or different cutter assemblies 22, and the setting is performed according to the actual cutting requirement, which is not limited. The third preset position and the fourth preset position may be the same position or different positions.
The present embodiment is exemplified by manual operation and the product 100 in fig. 1.
The product 100 comprises a set of three transverse parting lines 101 and a set of two vertical parting lines 101, the two sets of parting lines 101 forming an angle of 90 °. Three sets of cutter assemblies 22 are mounted on the tool holder 21, the one-way valve 231 controls the cutter assembly 22 located in the middle, and the cutting edge 2221 faces the limit plate 16.
Initially, the cutter body 222 is in a retracted state. Firstly, pushing the cutting unit 2 to abut against a limiting plate 16, namely an original point position, then manually placing the product 100 on the carrier plate 12, adjusting the carrier plate 12 to be located at a first preset position, separating the first extrusion plate 18 from the one-way valve 231 to enable the first air path to be in a normally closed state, enabling the second air path to be in a normally open state, and controlling the cutter body 222 on the middle air cylinder 221 to be in a retraction state by the one-way valve 231; pushing the cutting unit 2 to a third preset position, and toggling the manual valve 232 to enable the cutter bodies 222 of the cutter assemblies 22 positioned at the two sides to extend downwards; the cutting unit 2 is pushed to cut towards the limiting plate 16 along the second direction, and cutting along the two vertical dividing lines 101 is achieved.
After cutting is completed, the manual valve 232 controls the cylinder 221 to reset, the cutting unit 2 is pushed to abut against the limit plate 16 again, the switch cover 1522 is opened at the moment, the knob of the switch body 151 is rotated, the support plate 12 is driven to rotate by the rotary driving piece 14 for 90 degrees, namely, the support plate is located at a second preset position, the first extrusion plate 18 extrudes the one-way valve 231, so that the first air path is changed into a normally open state, the second air path is changed into a normally closed state, the one-way valve 231 is in a conduction state, and the cylinder 221 located in the middle is directly controlled by the manual valve 232; the cutting unit 2 is pushed to a fourth preset position, the manual valve 232 is toggled, and the cutter bodies 222 of the three cutter assemblies 22 extend downwards; the cutting unit 2 is pushed to cut towards the limiting plate 16 along the second direction, so that cutting along three transverse parting lines 101 is realized; then, the reset manual valve 232 resets the cutter body 222 upward, pushing the cutting unit 2 to abut against the stopper plate 16.
Finally, taking down the cut product; and when the cutting is continued, the operation steps are circulated, and the description is omitted.

a manual valve (232), wherein the manual valve (232) is respectively connected with the one-way valve (231) and the cylinder (221) of the other part of the cutter assembly (22).

The auxiliary jig for cutting the film according to claim 2, wherein the one-way valve (231) comprises a first air path and a second air path, when the carrier plate (12) is located at a first preset position, the first air path is in a normally open state, the second air path is in a normally closed state, and the cutter body (222) on the cylinder (221) is in a retracted state; when the support plate (12) is located at a second preset position, the first air path is in a normally closed state, the second air path is in a normally open state, and the air cylinder (221) and the manual valve (232) are in a communicated state.

s4, the cutter switch (23) controls the cutter bodies (222) of the M cutter assemblies (22) to retract.
