and a traction piece 3 is arranged beside the connection position of the spraying component 4 and the reversing part, and two ends of the traction piece 3 are respectively fixed at the spraying component 4 and the supporting seat 1 and used for enabling the spraying component 4 to rotate and reset towards the moving direction of the shell supporting piece 5 when the energy-obtaining part and the shell supporting piece 5 are released from contact.
Referring to fig. 1-6, in this embodiment, an all-angle spraying device is provided for moving an outer housing of a rearview mirror of a vehicle by using a chain type conveying component, wherein the spraying device is combined with a supporting seat 1, a chain type conveying component 2, a pulling component 3, a spraying component 4, a housing supporting component 5, a transmission component 7 and other components, and when a traction device drags the chain type conveying component 2 to move above a groove, the housing supporting component 5 arranged at the chain type conveying component 2 is in friction contact with the transmission component 7, so that kinetic energy generated in dragging is converted into torque force required by rotation of the spraying component 4, namely, the spraying component 4 rotates in a direction opposite to the movement direction of the chain type conveying component 2, and atomized paint liquid is sprayed on the surface of the outer housing of the rearview mirror in all directions.
It should be noted that, when the spraying component 4 is in a vertical standing state relative to the supporting seat 1, the shell supporting piece 5 of the rearview mirror outer shell is just in time overlapped with the spraying component 4 in a overlooking angle, in this state, it is ensured that after the spraying component 4 rotates for one round, uniform spraying can be implemented on the rearview mirror outer shell, so that the problem of poor spraying quality caused by the difference of relative distances on the left side and the right side of the rearview mirror outer shell is avoided.
In connection with the above-mentioned related components, description will be made on how the present embodiment performs full angle spraying:
1) The automobile rearview mirror outer shell is reversely buckled at the shell supporting piece 5;

the portal frame is a U-shaped frame, and the foot position of the U-shaped frame is sleeved at the end part of the axial extension;
and a plurality of nozzles are arranged at the spray pipe and are used for spraying paint liquid at the outer shell of the automobile rearview mirror when the portal frame rotates relative to the supporting seat.
7. The full angle spray device of an automotive rearview mirror housing as claimed in claim 6, wherein: one end of the spray pipe extends outwards compared with the portal frame.
8. The full angle spray device of an automotive rearview mirror housing as claimed in claim 7, wherein: and a valve assembly is arranged on one side of the spray pipe extending outwards, and the valve assembly is wound around the joint of the U-shaped frame and the end part extending outwards in the axial direction.
9. The full angle spray device of an automotive rearview mirror housing as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the valve assembly comprises a limit groove arranged at the side wall of the supporting seat and a limit groove curtain cloth arranged at the notch of the limit groove;
a pipe valve is arranged at one end of the limiting groove;
the two ends of the tube valve are respectively connected with the outward extending end of the spray tube and the infusion tube;
a limiting part which is arranged in the limiting groove in a sliding way is arranged on the inner wall of the U-shaped frame;
the tube valve is positioned in the sliding path of the limiting part and is used for enabling the spray tube and the infusion tube to be in a circuit or a passage when the limiting part extrudes or is away from the tube valve.
10. The spraying method of the full angle spraying device for the outer shell of the automobile rearview mirror according to claim 1, comprising the following spraying steps:
1) The outer shell of the automobile rearview mirror is reversely buckled at the shell supporting piece;
2) The traction equipment gives kinetic energy to the chain conveyor, so that the chain conveyor above the groove can move relative to the supporting seat, during the movement, the part extending into the groove from the shell supporting piece contacts the energy-obtaining part, and the reversing part connected with the spraying assembly can rotate relative to the reverse direction of the moving direction of the chain conveyor after the energy-obtaining part is connected in a meshed manner, so that the full-angle spraying is carried out on the traveling rearview mirror outer shell;
3) After the part of the shell supporting piece extending into the groove is released from contact with the energy obtaining part, the pulling piece releases the elastic force, so that the spraying assembly rapidly rotates reversely and moves to the initial position, and the next spraying process is repeated.
