Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of environmental engineering, and particularly relates to a lower inlet air flow uniform distribution device of a vertical cylindrical wet-type electric dust collector.
Background
The vertical cylinder wet electric dust collector is an environment protection device which utilizes high voltage discharge and electrostatic dust collection to achieve the purpose of dust collection, and is generally designed into a cylinder shape in order to prevent the flammable gas treated by the vertical cylinder wet electric dust collector from being accumulated at the corners inside the electric dust collector and ensure the pressure resistance of a shell when the inside of the electric dust collector explodes. Due to the process arrangement, the typical air intake is bottom intake, and the air flow enters the barrel horizontally.
The airflow enters the cylinder horizontally from the lower part of the device, and rises into the electric field after turning 90 degrees rapidly in the cylinder. Because the height between the air inlet of the equipment and the electric field needs to be controlled, and the air flow is ensured to be uniformly distributed before entering the electric field, an air flow uniform distribution device needs to be arranged in a barrel after the air flow horizontally enters the electric field, and the air flow is redistributed. Because wet-type electrostatic precipitator upper portion electric field is provided with spray set, a large amount of dirty sparge water that the electric field flows down need can fall into the ash bucket through the air current equipartition device smoothly, and the dust that contains should be difficult for piling up on the air current equipartition device.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples. The following examples will assist those skilled in the art in further understanding the invention, but are not intended to limit the invention in any way. It should be noted that variations and modifications can be made by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention. All falling within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-2, a lower inlet airflow uniform distribution device of a vertical cylindrical wet-type electric dust collector comprises a lower support beam 1, an air blocking ring 2, a diversion folded plate 3 and a diversion plate 4. The supporting beam 1 is composed of steel pipes or section steel, is fixedly welded in the cylinder body and is used for supporting all the diversion folded plates 3 in the middle. The air blocking ring 2 is welded on the inner wall of the cylinder body, and is used for gathering the air flow attached to the cylinder wall at the lower part to the center while supporting the flow guide folded plate 3. The diversion folded plate 3 is in an inverted V shape, the height H is 500-600 mm, and the V-shaped included angle alpha is 25-35 degrees. The diversion folded plates 3 are arranged in parallel with a net spacing L of 40-70m, and the direction of the diversion folded plates is vertical to the horizontal air inlet direction of the airflow. The lower part of the diversion folded plate 3 is provided with a diversion plate 4, the diversion plate 4 consists of four folded plates, and the included angle beta between each plate and the horizontal plane from the air inlet side is as follows: the spray water collecting device comprises 25-30 degrees of 4-1 folded plates, 10-15 degrees of 4-2 folded plates, 7-12 degrees of 4-3 folded plates, 3-6 degrees of 4-4 folded plates, and a guide plate 4 which is also used as an ash bucket bottom plate and is used for collecting spray water and discharging the spray water out of the cylinder.
The using process is as follows: the guide plate 4 is formed by welding four bent angles, and guides the airflow entering horizontally step by step, and the airflow turns 90 degrees and then enters the guide plate 3. The inverted V-shaped diversion folded plates 3 are arranged at intervals, airflow upwards impacts the diversion folded plates 3 and bypasses through gaps of the diversion folded plates 3 after being blocked, disordered airflow is uniformly distributed, and the inverted V-shaped structures and the designed included angle angles enable the inverted V-shaped diversion folded plates not to be prone to dust accumulation. The gaps of the diversion folded plates 3 do not influence the downward flow of the spray water at the upper part, and meanwhile, the ascending air flow and the downward flow spray water are crossed and collided at the gaps of the diversion folded plates 3, so that the flue gas air flow which just enters can be preliminarily washed and humidified, and the electric field of the electric dust remover at the rear section can be used for trapping dust in the flue gas. The air baffle ring 2 welded on the inner wall of the cylinder can converge the wall-attached air flow to the center to prevent bias flow.
The working principle of the device is as follows: the bottom of an ash bucket of a barrel body of an electric dust collector is manufactured into a four-section type guide plate 4, and the guide plate preliminarily guides and distributes the horizontally entering flue gas flow to achieve the purpose of preliminary guide; the inverted V-shaped diversion folded plates 3 are arranged at intervals to play a role of uniformly distributing air flow, the designed gap spacing of the diversion folded plates does not influence the downward flow of upper spray water, and meanwhile, gas-liquid collision at the gaps can preliminarily wash and humidify smoke, so that the trapping efficiency of a rear-section electric field is improved; the air baffle ring 2 can converge the wall-attached air flow to the center, so as to prevent the bias flow.
The vertical cylindrical wet-type electric dust collector adopting the traditional conical ash bucket has no diversion effect on horizontal airflow, the horizontal airflow generates turbulent flow in the ash bucket, an airflow natural mixing and uniform distribution section is generally required to be reserved in a vertical section cylinder, the height H of the horizontal airflow is about 2-3D (D is the diameter of the dust collector cylinder), the airflow is naturally and uniformly distributed, the relative root mean square difference of the airflow uniform distribution before entering an electric field of the dust collector is about more than 0.5, the partial flow in the electric field of the dust collector is serious, the dust collection efficiency is generally not higher than 70%, the dust collection efficiency value (generally more than 98%) which is generally required by the electric dust collector cannot be reached, in order to make up the defect of the dust collection efficiency, the dust collection efficiency can only be improved by increasing the dust collection area of the electric field of the electric dust collector, and the equipment investment is greatly increased.
The height of the ash bucket and the height of the cylinder body of the dust remover can be greatly reduced (the height of the ash bucket is less than half of the height of the conical ash bucket, and the arrangement height of the device in the cylinder body of the dust remover is within 1 m), the relative root mean square difference of the uniform distribution of the air flow passing through the device before entering an electric field is less than or equal to 0.2, the required dust collecting area of the electric field is greatly smaller than that of a wet-type vertical cylindrical electric dust remover adopting natural uniform distribution of the air flow, the equipment investment is greatly reduced, and the dust removing efficiency which is usually required by the electric dust remover can be achieved.
The foregoing description of specific embodiments of the present invention has been presented. It is to be understood that the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described above, and that various changes and modifications may be made by one skilled in the art within the scope of the appended claims without departing from the spirit of the invention.
